What are the answers to ics 800

Hi everyone. I developed IC after a UTI. However on and off for about 2 years I been having squeezing bladder pain, urge to pee CONSTANTLY, and urethra issues. The urethra issues are so debilitating. It feels like urine is stuck in my urethra and wants to come out although nothing is in there. It also feels like burning at times, pain, and throbbing.
The crazy thing is what triggered It was my iron supplements. I had no issues for the past 6 months til taking my iron. I stopped my iron days ago but symptoms are still there. I have anemia and I need to take iron. It was so bad that I needed infusions and the infusions flared me so severely It felt like giving birth not even joking.
I’ve tried pumpkin seed oil, drinking water, hot showers, loose clothing, antibiotics, and much more with no luck. I’ve been going to urologist for years with no answers. What do I do :( this is debilitating and I have a ton of health issues already.

I have searched a lot and found plenty of answers to “How do I clone batocera to my new larger drive” and that seems like there are a lot of options that are simple enough. I need to do almost the opposite.
I currently have an HP EliteDesk 800 with a 1TB 2.5” hdd. It runs pretty good. But I ordered a 128GB m.2 NVME to use as the boot drive instead. I want to keep my userdata on the hard drive.
What is the best way to get to having batocera boot disk on the NVME and keep my userdata folder on my existing hard drive?
My thought was to flash batocera image to the NVME drive, put that in the machine and set the boot order to NVME first, and then startup like a new instance and once running point batocera to the hdd drive for my userdata disk. But I have read that when you choose the disk for batocera userdata it will automatically write the needed file structure to the disk and I’m concerned it will overwrite my existing data.
Anyone done anything like this previously?
I guess I could copy everything off the existing drive and copy it back on after.
Or should I just leave it alone and keep running everything off the existing rust?

I have been meaning to post her for a bit but have been doing a lot of reading. My (M34) wife (F33) of 4.5 years and together in total about 9 years with a 3 year old son, had an ~15 month long affair with a coworker. He lives on the other side of the country so it was EA with a lot of sexuality that turned into full blown PA at a 3 day work retreat.
I found out because he was fired from his job for unrelated issues, when reviewing his logs, they found explicit conversations with my wife. She was able to keep her job but someone involved with her HR department or someone she told sent me an anonymous email. She played dumb at first and said she had no idea what they were talking about. That night, I checked her text and didn't see much but noticed the text chain with her best friend was gone. I found it in the recently deleted. It was clear of the EA at that point. She finally admitted only with the proof but insisted it was only EA. I found a lot more proof that night that more had happened and the next day (also my birthday) she finally admitted that it was a full PA and gave a basic timeline of events. This all went down about 7 weeks ago, in late March.
We both had underlying issues that put our relationship in a state where she felt the desire to have an affair. But she has taken taken responsibility for it being 100% on her.
They used WhatApp to text and exchange photos but set it to delete after 24 hours so that is all gone. Some of the things I saw in the emails/text from when we were out of country and she had to use email. Including lots of I love you, describing the acts, talking about the marks he left, how he owned her, and how they couldn't wait to be together. We were looking into moving during the affair and she was pushing hard to move to the are where he lived. She texted her BFF how should could then divorce me when I was out there so our son would be stuck out there.
She still has a ton of 'mental blocks' regarding the whole affair and cannot give me many answers that seem like she should know. Both of us are in IC and just started MC.
She told me that if he reached out, she would let me know right away. A few weeks ago, he reached out to her saying that he needed to talk via a new phone number. She told me after a few hours and she contemplated responding but did not. She did not block him. A week later he sent a follow up text blaming her for ruining his life and putting the affair on her. He is also married with 2 kids and I told OBS within a few hours of finding out.
She let me know about this second text after about 7 hours because the time was just not right and she was busy being out to dinner with her girlfriends. I asked if she would block him now and she said she would. I did not see if she did it right then or now. A few days later, on last Tuesday, I asked if he was blocked and she said no, she forgot to do it and went to do it then. A day later, I took her phone and deleted the text because he listed other ways to contact him and I didn't want to have that. She noticed that the text was gone and had issue with it, and it in part started a fight.
Fast-forward to last night, I check to see if he was still blocked and he was not. She admitted to unblocking him on Friday. By her words, she was mad that I deleted the text, it reminder her that he was garbage. She was hoping that when she unblocked him, she could get it back or that he sent another one like that to remind her. She then realized that's not how it work. At that point, since the text were gone, and she removed the block, she did have his phone number and could not reblock him. She never told me about any of this. I have no idea if she had reached out to him in the mean time and no way to know if they set up another way to communicate.
She is making an argument that she never made a promise to keep him blocked and that it was just a moment of weakness..
I did get very upset and said some nasty things. I have done a very good job not doing that until this point. She also lost her control as well and got very aggressive in response to my anger.
For the most part in our R she has been putting in the work. Some days are better than other but we have both improved in our communication but still have a long way to go. We do both have lapse in our communication that have led to arguments 1-2 per week.
What I am looking for here is any input. Is R still viable? Is she creating a pattern of behaviors that she won't be able to break? Anything that you guys may see that I am missing. I have it marked as advice welcomed, I would like to hear from anyone who wants to share.

Trust me it's not going there anytime soon and if if it gets to even $10 $15 you're going to see such a mass sell-off that is going to tank back down to $0.05 mark my f****** words. They're here because they want money. I've asked several questions about why is this popping? What's so good about it? What do they do? I've got zero answers. The only thing about this is it's a short squeeze so they're going to bust the hedgies by getting all you retail investors to go into this. But guess what I've looked at it. So I've been friends with - lets call him Steve - for over 10 years. We've hung out loads of times, talked about many things, a good friendship.
Backstory before getting into the real issue: He cheated on his girlfriend, whom he was living with, so she left him and moved out abruptly. He couldn't afford the rent on his own, and I was looking for a new apartment, so I thought it would be win/win if I moved in, so I did. He said that rent was 750$ all included per person, and it sounded reasonable to me, especially with the current housing crisis in Canada. (Hi fellow Canadians!)
Fast forward, we get papers explaining the rent increase, and he doesn't understand them so he shows them to me. I notice that our increased rent would be a total of 985$. Which made me go "Huh?" because, reminder, I pay 750$. He said "Oh don't mind that" but spoiler alert - I did mind that.
Days later, I asked him what everything (rent, wifi, electricity, etc.) costs so I could make myself a budget. He said "No worries, I already told you it's 750$/person everything included" and I played innocent and said "Yeah but I really need each cost separately so I can plan out my budget efficiently" - so he disclosed the costs.
And so I discovered that if I paid half of everything, it would cost me 690$ all-included. For those like me who suck at math, that means I pay 750$ to cover all costs while he only pays 630$.
I confronted him and he said that he never said I would pay half of everything - he made me a "friend deal" of 750$ all included. He said that if we weren't friends, it would cost me 800$ and I wouldn't have access to the living room.
I told him that I agreed to pay 750$ because he said it was per person, insinuating that he, the other person, was paying the same. I said that I would therefore pay the real price - 690$ - from now moving forward. He said that it's impossible and that I'm a horrible friend for going back on my word.
He tried calling my best friend so she would convince me that what he's doing is totally fair. She's my best friend, so she was already aware of the whole situation, but she played dumb just to see what he would say his version of events is.
She asked him what everything costs - he lied and added 5-10$ to every charge to make it seem like not as much of a discrepancy and possibly a slight miscalculation.
She badgered him to know what I get extra for paying extra - to which he had no answer, and finally confessed that I pay more than him because it was the only way he could make his budget work. She told him that I'm not responsible for paying part of his budget, and he was apparently flabbergasted by that.
She suggested to write out 2 contracts; one that I would pay half of everything, and that I swear to do half the chores (which he said I never do). In the other one, I would pay 750$ as agreed, but he swears to do all of the chores. Then I'd choose which one to sign. Obviously, I'd choose the first one, but I have yet to see any contract.
Then he started hiding the toilet paper. I wish I were kidding. I had to start buying toilet paper and hiding it in my room.
SO. Here's where the AITA question comes in. Our landlady has no idea that he's subleasing his rooms. Hell, I doubt she even knows that I live there. AITA for thinking about informing her about the whole situation and risking my friend getting kicked out?
For those who want more backstory, here are my current living conditions.
His girlfriend - the girl he cheated on his previous girlfriend with - is ALWAYS over here - doesn't pay a single penny - and I wouldn't mind if she had respect for me and our surroundings.
She wakes me up on weekends at 8am by blasting a Spanish podcast in the kitchen instead of listening it with headphones and/or in my roommate's room. My room is right next to the kitchen.
She eats cinnamon-flavoured toast every morning - I'm allergic to cinnamon.
I have to wash the bathtub every time I want to take a shower because she leaves clumps of long dark hair. My hair is pink, so it's obviously not mine.
I allowed access to my Netflix account, and she changed all the settings to Spanish without even asking me first.
I told her and my friend about all these issues, but they keep happening as if I never said a thing.

Context: I'm a 2nd-year student at a T100 undergrad 7-year BS/MD program and I am trying to figure out whether I should apply out.
My direct med program grants me admission to a ~T50 medical school, however, the school has three different campuses. Two of them are more rural and are more catered towards FM/less competitive specialties while the third campus (the more desirable one) is in the heart of the city and is generally much better for research, networking, and specialty choice (this is likely the campus the T50 ranking is based off). Previously, students in the program were allowed to pick any campus and have it be guaranteed for them. This would be true even if we chose to apply out. Per a recent policy change, we can be guaranteed a seat at the main city campus ONLY if I choose not to apply out to any other medical school. If I do choose to apply out, I forfeit the campus guarantee but retain my medical school seat. However, since this is a new policy and the administration is not being super transparent, we are not sure what applying out will do to our chance of being placed at the city campus (it may be impossible, it may still be possible but improbable, they refuse to say).
I would be very happy with taking the city campus guarantee, however, I'm not sure if I have a chance at getting into a T20 medical school. More specifically, I'm not sure if my chance of getting into a T20 is good enough that I can confidently forgo a guaranteed seat at the city campus. That is why, after literal years of scouring reddit for answers, I've decided to turn to reddit once more. (Yes ik applications are due in ~1 week)

Personal Statement: Probably the weakest part of my application considering AMCAS opens next week and I've only just drafted them. Finding the motivation to write is difficult enough, but considering this whole policy chance shit, it's becoming increasingly frustrating to put in the work when I don't even know what I should do.
Sorry for the long post and slightly vague details (trying to remain as anonymous as I can lol). So my question after all of this is: Given my application strength/details, is it worth essentially giving up a free spot in a T50 school for the low chance that I get into a better school (preferably T20 since I'd rather just stay at my home school than go to anything lower than that) or should I just shut up and take my acceptance and continue kicking ass at this school.

i have $7,642 in credit card debt. after paying my bills each month, i am left with $1,227. however, after expenses (food and gas), i am left with about $450 (give or take). i have figured i can allot $350 a month toward my debts, to leave myself with either a spare $100ish, or savings of $100ish (as i have zero savings currently) - or of course split it literally $50, $50. this puts me at roughly $87-$90 a week, that i can put towards my credit cards (7 total). what is my best course of action? should i pay them off one by one? (what seems like the obvious answer to me). or is there something else i’m missing? all of their interest rates are practically the same, ranging from 29-31%, so i don’t see a whole lot of reason to categorize by APR. however - i have one card that is the majority of my debt, being $3,700. 2 cards are $1,000 and the others are $200-$800. my thought was to pay them off smallest to largest? i initally planned to pay off the $3700 one with my tax refund in march, in hopes to have the rest done by then. but a vet visit set me back $700 of progress yesterday.

EDITED: So I guess this is a little confusing as far as the kids go, so this is how it works out. I have 6 kids in total.
-Me and my husband have 1 child together -Me and my ex had 3 -My nieces were abandoned by their mother while her and the girls lived with me, and their father lives out of state and basically refuses to come get them. Like he says he will if they want too, but they haven't seen him except 1 time in 10 years. So I have custody of them at this point. He is suppose to pay 626 USD a month in child support and so far this month on May 7th I recieved 28 USD. Nothing else. Their mother is also on drugs and we probably will never see her again.
I can't just leave as I have some family but none that could house the 7 of us (kids and me) nor do I have anyone or can afford to put my 1 year old in day care. So it's not like I can get a job. (I'm not asking for anything. I'm just venting). The program that would "help" with daycare has a years wait list and most daycare cost 285-325 USD a week. I'd have to have a job where I make around 800 USD after taxes are taken out to be able to put kids in daycare and after school programs. ------‐----‐---------------------------------
So I (F27) and my husband (M32) have been together for a little over 5 years. In that 5 years I have worked with him and his dad about 3 times.
His dad fired me the first time I worked with them as "it just isn't working out". It wasn't working out because I didn't have anything to do and he was mad I just sat there even though I had done everything.
The second time I worked with them I quit. My husband became very difficult at work and home. He would also try to "relay" information to me that his dad told me. When I would ask questions, he would make up answers because his dad and his conversation didn't get that far. Example: he would tell me his dad wants me to look at food truck ideas. I would ask what kind of food truck is it that he wants, he would say hamburgers, I'd talk to his dad the next day and his dad would say he was only thinking about it and isn't ready to do research yet and that he does not want anything to with hamburgers.
This time I'm "working" with them and my job is basically to watch our 1 year old and keep track of job expenses. It's not a lot, but I manage. I was just informed that once my other children are out of school that I am not to come back because it is too hard for my husband and FIL to work due to them wanting to spend time with the baby.
It's not my fault that they can't prioritize. Not to mention they rarely do anything with the baby as they ARE working. My husband gets mad if I ask him for help or a diaper while he is in the office because he is "working". So now they are basically taking away my income to split between the both of them and have told me to stay home with the baby.
I have depression and a lot of it stems from being home consistently and feeling trapped. So we are losing $200 a week and the little adult interaction I get is going away too.
I am starting to wish I never had kids because I can't work or do anything because we can't afford daycare, the two older ones (they were kind of adopted) the dad rarely pays child support and their mom will never help with them as she's on drugs, the older ones also refuse to do basic chores, even when I'm working (full time/part time/any amount) the responsibility of the kids is solely on me, I have to constantly fight with my 3 kids dad because 2 of them are behind and he doesn't want to believe it, he's also trying to force me to home school them and I am no teach, and then the baby is 100% on me regardless of whether my husband is home. He wants to play his games or whatever. He refuses to get up with the baby in the morning and wants me to wake him uo for work and if I need help, but even when I do he WONT get up.
I'm at my wits end. I'm spiraling and holding on for dear life at this point. I'd never say this anywhere else. I hate I feel this way and just wish I could disappear. I'm burnt out.

Let me just say that I live here and contrary to what you might think, I'm not living in a luxury apartment or a poverty slum-level house. I live in a good villa that's near to the metro station so there!

My mom's been living here for almost 18 years now and her passport is safe and sound with her as well as the fact she has a REALLY amazing salary. It may not be upper-upper class but it's good enough for us to be able o do some excursions. I live in the older parts of Dubai and life ain't shitty. The public transport is the best I've ever had. There's many regular middle class people here so stop acting like they don't exist. Y'know Dubai Mall? It's not just rich fucks who go there, there's what you'd visualize "regular people" going there too! In fact, anyone can access it either through the Metro (public transport) or driving their own cars. I go there too! Even been to Burj Khalifa!

病人妻子：对。
台长师父：哎哟！两个灵性拉他的，两根绳子一样的铁丝拉他的腰，就是往上牵，所以他经常会抽筋。
病人妻子：是的是的。
台长师父：他还能活一年零三个月。你要叫他变化，好好地念经。我告诉你，他是来还债的。这是他妈妈是吧？
病人妻子：他妈。
台长师父：你叫他妈好好帮他念经，这个孩子是来还债的，他很快就要走的，所以你现在要给他念小房子。妈妈从小对他很严格，骂啊、打啊什么都要做的。你这个婆婆很厉害的，还完了，这个孩子就走掉了。所以我叫你们自己什么事情要悠着点，就是知道这个老婆来还债的，你也不要怎么样，就是知道怎么样，你也不要拼命地去叫人家还。很多老婆说：“哎哟，我老公欠我的。”对他整天不好、整天不好，到最后有一天老公跑掉了，因为还完了。听得懂吗？
病人妻子：明白了。
台长师父：你叫他妈妈每天要念小房子，一共要念384张，这是目前第一拨。
病人妻子：我已经为他烧送了800张小房子了，放生7000条鱼。
台长师父：嗯，他好了一点点。你叫他要吃钙片，还要叫他吃卵磷脂。还有他身上有毒，经常便秘。
病人妻子：是的是的。
台长师父：脑子已经经常转不过弯来。
病人妻子：对对对。
台长师父：经常有痛苦感觉，叫他的妈妈不要再乱弄他了。你懂什么，老婆婆？还要搞这种法术呢，头上拉拉下来，像真的一样，你要不要我把你魂弄掉啊？
病人妻子：她没学什么法术。
台长师父：你看她刚才在她儿子头上这么抓。不要抓，听得懂吗？真的，唉！欠她的。你知道他妈妈……你看看他妈妈的脸像谁，你们知道吗？像不像地府的官啊？我告诉你，就是来要债，把她儿子弄弄弄，还债，还得差不多了，把他带走。很厉害的，弄到最后还是她。你就是……唉，你就随缘吧，你就这种孩子了，没办法。你们家里，老大是他妈，老二是你老公，你是老三。
病人妻子：是的是的。
台长师父：如果你们家再养条狗，你就变老四了。听得懂吗？好好念经了！
病人妻子：师父，我们再为他念多少小房子？放多少鱼？
台长师父：放18000条鱼。
病人妻子：好的。
台长师父：小房子要帮他不停地念，最后大概要念到890张。
病人妻子：现在已经达到800张了。
台长师父：还要念，念到他好。他以后能站起来，但是浑身无力，要拄拐棍的。
病人妻子：好的。
台长师父：他如果好好念经，能站起来的，没什么大问题，他只是萎缩症很厉害。
病人妻子：对对对。
台长师父：他的肌肉都在萎缩，萎缩到后来完全收起来了。
病人妻子：他现在的吞咽都很困难，吃饭都成问题了。
台长师父：有一个方法，每天早上给他喝大悲水，然后叫他妈妈给他做手部按摩。你给你老公做，手部按摩的时候给他念《大悲咒》，每一次吞不下去，你就手帮他这里按摩，嘴巴里念《大悲咒》。你试试看，每一次帮你叫他吞得下去，这是暂时的办法。
病人妻子：好的，感恩师父！

The book is James Hinton’s Selections from Manuscripts. There are four of them in total, with each being 600-800 pages.

I have been reading this series of four books for three months now. I feel the title I give is not exaggerating at all and a necessary means to grab the attention of indifferent people who may be overwhlemed by the quantity of information on the Internet.
And one of the reasons that such a phenomenal work is obscure to the public eyes is that James Hinton chose to publish them for private circulation only.
And for those who are sensitive to this kind of works containing a substantial amount of Light, it will only take a few minutes for you to recognize the value of them. Because THROUGHOUT these books are profound claims and you could just pick a random page to see if what I say is true.
Regarding questions such as why do we have suffering, the nature of pleasure, the nature of this world as we now perceive it, consciousness, Love, creature/creation, Being/non-Being, this book gives answers to them under the framework of Christian mysticism. Though this book has not penetrated to the ultimate layer of whyness of everything, it did to a significant degree.
Here are some quotes:

1. There can be no 'not' without where there is no 'not' within ; the only way of perceiving or being affected by 'not' is having it within. In fact it comes to this : all evil is merely formal, and touches not the fact; and this formal evil is the means of Being, is part of the progress of creation. All the evil is worth while, for it only means that there is a 'not' in the Being who perceives it. The 'not' is its own punishment ; it makes evil all around it, puts a man in hell. This is heaven ; but we do not see it. It is darkness to us. If a man is not to see the light, make him blind. This is casting us into outer darkness —the sinner casts himself there. There can be no evil to love. The 'not' is not evil to love ; it is only the scope and sphere of its self-sacrifice. Is it not essential to the very Being of love, which exists in giving. So the 'not' of the creature is the very Being of God, is His self-sacrifice for them. Love turns all into the opposite, redeems all not in time only, but eternally. Where love is there no evil comes ; ' He that loveth is in God.'
2. Talent is doing, genius is suffering. This puts suffering in its right light. For see : it is genius does the work of the world ; talent exists only for it, is of no use save as laying a basis for the work of genius. So man's work is done, not by doing but by suffering. It is by what we bear the world is redeemed ; our doing is very unimportant, in itself of no value ; but it is in our suffering God's work is fulfilled ; for suffering the world exists ; then we are used; God's work is done in us; in our suffering is the Being of the universe. Christ was a sufferer, not a doer. What He did was of little moment comparatively, and of little efficacy ; its use was not for itself but to reveal the true meaning and value of His suffering. In delirium tremens, both sight and touch may be under illusion. Is it not disease that makes us perceive that which is not ? so we, perceiving matter, are diseased. And Christ, in saving us, raises us to a new state, gives us a life not physical, and giving us new Being, necessarily gives us new perception.
3. Is not this beautiful: to think that we are to have an altruistic Being, a true personal own feeling of 'man'—feeling as good to me, as my own actual happiness, that which is good to 'man'; no more as now feeling it opposed to my good. Then I have a direct and personal interest and concern in more than that which concerns 'me,' in that which concerns 'man.' All that concerns him is my good, in a literal sense. I am not bound as I seem to be ; that is error and illusion and false feeling.—Then in suffering for the good of man (and all suffering is such), I am suffering strictly for my own good, for a good that will be my own. Even selfishness thus is turned round, and made servant to her conqueror, Love. In suffering I do not lose ; it will be my own joy.—Surely thus one embraces that reward—the future happiness to recompense suffering—which is in the ordinary faith. It will be altruistic happiness : in being made thus 'conscious' the happiness will be given. Yet observe: that is, and must be, a spiritual change: radically moral, not physical: it will be a consciousness according to truth, actual, not phenomenal.

I feel it urgent to widely disseminate these four books before negative people notice this and maybe secretly tamper with the scanned files.
