We've been together 11 years and will be married 9 years this Sept. My bipolar is trauma induced. I've never had any mental health issues prior to my trauma so it's been such a hard journey to accept and change.
I had 2 babies. The first one was traumatic as I had to emergency evict him bc I developed a life threatening condition that basically starts shutting down your organs. It has a high maternal death rate. I relapsed with this condition 10 days postpartum causing me to be rehospitalized so I didn't die. My second childbirth I had retained placenta causing me to hemorrhage. I lost so much blood that I passed out from blood loss and took in 5 units of blood afterwards. After that, I had PTSD and was constantly diagnosed with postpartum depression. My symptoms presented more depression and not so much mania and partly bc I didn't know how to recognize what my mania looked like. I went through 12 antidepressants before I said enough was enough. I had absolutely terrible side effects from every single one, and the side effects were ones that were listed in the "less than 3% of people experience this." And absolutely terrible.
I was finally empowered by my therapist to stand my ground on my bipolar diagnosis and I had to demand that diagnosis and medication for it. I was prescribed Lamictol. I had a big improvement. Still not 100% but better.
We moved 3 years ago for my husband's work to a completely new area where we knew noone. Our house was much smaller than our old house. I became overwhelmed with all the stuff and not having a place (what I struggle with the most) so I became a shell, a robot just moving through the motions of the day in and out. My husband traveled for work every other week, so it'd be one week of me and the kids 100% and one week of him home. When he was home, I'd massively disassociate. I was exhausted, so I was struggling with anything, including my household duties as a stay at home mom.
We moved again this January for his work. This time to a new state, and again a new area that we know noone. The difference is that he'd have hardly any travel (a yearly meeting at the headquarters and maybe a week here and there for training). While this house is bigger, it's just the living space is bigger. This house has way less storage space than our last house, which makes me feel so much more overwhelmed. Last week my husband completely blind sided me saying he doesn't love me anymore. He can't stand this lazy person I've become. He can't take my hectic sleep schedule or when I go days without sleep. He wants me to go to bed when he does. It enrages him that after I get the kids off to school, I go back to bed, or I just sit on my phone all day and do nothing. I fully take responsibility for my lack of SAHM duties.
I just went on a trip across the country with my best friend and her other best friend. This was a completely new place for all of us. We did all the fun things. I came back feeling so refreshed; so freaking good. I haven't felt that amazing in years. I felt so great and energized to tackle this damn house. Then he came home from work and said that he scheduled marriage counseling for us and said he's been faking the last 3 years in hopes of one day it'd get better and it hasn't. I literally had no idea he was feeling any of these ways. Everything has been as normal as it has been for years. I'm crushed. He scheduled a marriage counseling appointment but it's not until May 8th. I keep it together for the most part around the kids but every time they're not around all I do is cry. Anytime I see him, I just want to cry. I'm not used to being so upset about something and him not be there for me. He's so cold. He says that he'll always love me but he's not in love with me anymore and doesn't know if he ever will be. He said he scheduled this appointment in hopes it'll help him change the way he feels but is very doubtful. This also extremely frustrates me bc we had multiple, very in-depth talks prior to marriage that we didn't want to ever get divorced. Marriage was forever. We agreed that when things got rough, we'd do whatever we needed to get back on track but he says he's just over it. He said he almost got to the point when things changed that he was going to file then. I expressed how blindsided I am by this all and reminded him of our agreement and discussions and his response was "well we were very different people 10 years ago when we had that discussion than we are now, so I don't really feel like that stands." So we're just supposed to stay who we were when we were 23?
I just want my husband back. I miss the warm hugs. As silly as it sounds, I miss the butt slaps. I miss the warm kisses. I miss everything. As much as I just want to lay in bed and cry, I'm pushing myself to get through this. Conveniently he's out of town this week for work and I'm hoping to get a lot done this week but f*ck I am just so depressed and broken. I'm a very independent woman by nature but since he's told me this on Wednesday, I've just been doing anything and everything I can to show him I can be who he wants me to be... basically grovelling at his feet. How do I stay on this track? How do I force myself to be a damn "normal" human being? I don't want to be this stupid ass woman that developed this stupid ass mental health condition. I want my old self back more than anyone. I hate this so much. Idk that I can move on from him if it ends up coming to that. I can't go forward. There's nothing for me anywhere anymore. I don't want anyone else.
Sorry for this long post. I don't have anyone to get this all out to, especially no one that would understand on this level. I hope I can get some advice to help and maybe some positive thoughts sent my way that we can make it through this very low low.

P-61 (Radar Plane): It’s basically a worse version of the Tu-2 bomber. The only reason you’d buy it is for marking the enemies, but that’s a terrible ability. If you insist on using it, then release all bombs at once on clustered enemies, use rockets for sniping ground and air targets.
Do 335 (Giant Cannon): While its main weapon, the gigantic 55mm cannon, can one shot all enemies, it is horribly inaccurate and does little damage if you miss the enemy by the slightest. Therefore, you need to stay low to ensure accuracy.
Go 229 (Machine Gun Spammer): With this plane, all enemy rockets are useless. This allows you to stay low and use your machine gun to kill off any enemies. You can try fighting enemy planes, but cannons are generally more effective at ground targets.
WH X41 (Laser Cannon): This plane has only its laser cannon as a weapon. Still, its perfect accuracy and high damage output makes it great at destroying large targets and enemy planes. You may need to sacrifice some energy to calibrate your shots to ensure that your follow up shots will hit their mark.
I 153 (Biplane): There’s a reason that the developer had to make a whole new difficulty to make this plane fit in. Its weapons are half that of the Ju 53, and a single burst from a enemy AA gun can take it down. You should not use this plane at any stage. Once deployed, release all payloads as quickly as possible, and retreat immediately. This will gain you a small resolve boost while still gaining requisition points to get another plane.

Hello again everyone!
A few weeks ago I posted a One-Shot I wrote, with the goal of learning the system and eventually showcasing it to some friends. I don't have any experience actually playing SWADE yet, so I got a lot of good feedback on some aspects that were... uh... bad. So I took the advice to heart and revamped parts of the adventure, and I've finally convinced somerubes friends to try it out this upcoming Saturday in a window of about 5 hours. That in mind, I'm hoping to solicit some feedback for the updated version before gameday.
I've read the Blood on the Range onesheet and am really unimpressed with it, and moreover this specific idea for an adventure is what got me to look at SWADE to begin with so I really want to see it work if I can.
The full thing is here on GMBinder, but I'll summarize it here as well.
Setting: The adventure is sci-fi with a sort of "junk punk" aesthetic. The party is a Crew of five mercenaries sent to recover blueprints from a long-abandoned mining facility at what is essentially a radiation-volcano.
Part 1: The Power Station
The crew lands at a safe distance, at essentially a train station that leads to the main facility. They're attacked by a swarm of bugs and have to reactivate the Generator that powers security bots to fight the bugs off. This is a Dramatic Task, requiring 12 Tokens in three rounds. There are three required task categories: Collect Spare Parts, Repair the Generator, and Hack the System, each requiring at least two Tokens and a maximum of four. A fourth task, Kill The Bugs, contributes to Tokens but is not required. Each task has a few suggested skills related to it. The Crew also finds a Hazmat suit during the Task. If the Crew fails, they ultimately get the bots online but take a beating first: A number of Wounds equal to the amount of missing Tokens, distributed how they like. Brutal, but impossible to Incap someone, and one of the Crew members has the Heal power so it's costly but not game-ending.
Afterwards, one of the security bots doesn't recognize their clearance and the Crew has to fight it. It's a Wild Card with Pace 7, Parry 7, Toughness 11(3) with a Fighting d10 (Punch STRd8+d8) and Shooting d8 (2d6)
Part 2: The Tram
The crew gets on the little train that connects to the main facility, but is attacked during the trip by the Bug Queen and a couple smaller bugs. This is a Chase, with the Queen starting on the third card, with the Crew and two bugs on the Tram on the fifth card. The Crew can simply outrun the Queen by managing the Tram's power supply, or fight her off while she tries to catch up and Board the Tram.
A normal bug is Pace 6, Parry 5, Toughness 5(3) with a Fighting d8 (Bite STRd6+d8) and a Shooting d6 (2d6).
The Bug Queen is a Wildcard with Pace 6, Parry 6, Toughness 9(3) with a Fighting d8 (Bite STRd10+d8, can only be done once she's Boarded) (Claw STRd10+d6, can only be done while on the same card as the Tram) and a 2d6 Breath Weapon that can only be done while adjacent to the Tram. A Called Shot (-4) against her wings gains AP3 and Distracts her for a round. The Crew also finds a Hazmat suit and two Rad-Cures during the trip.
Part 3: The Mountain
The Crew is at the main facility but the radiation is bad; they have to make Vigor rolls every hour vs Fatigue unless they're in a Hazmat suit. A Rad-Cure can remove one level of such Fatigue. It takes two hours to make their way to the main control room where their schematic awaits, but there are Test options to make it shorter to avoid radiation. A third and final Hazmat suit can be found here, as well as two Rad-Cures.
In the final room is the Control Room that houses their schematic, but a large guard Mech is between them and the goal. The Mech is a Wildcard with Pace 6, Parry 5, Toughness 11 (4). It has Fighting d6 (Slam STRd12+d8) and Shooting d8 (Machine Gun ROF3, 2d8, range 50/100/150). It's a tough fight, but if someone runs past it to the Control console they can reduce its security threshold, stop the radiation, or access the Schematics.

I’m sitting here scared. I hate feeling like this but I can’t control these feelings they just come over me and completely take over. So I've been on TRT Test Cyp 200mg once/wk for 2 years now maybe 3 (time Flys when you're feeling young again.) But lately my libido is high some weeks and dips others, last bloods a month ago total T was 605 and the highest it's ever been before this was 850 about a year ago. I usually do full bloods 2x a year and just the hormones every 3 months. Free t was 20, e2 was 25 and everything else including dht, iron, hematocrit etc was all in range. I asked the PA and she said I could be burning thru my test through too much sex or not enough sex, too much working out, etc.
Can you really "burn" through your dose? I take Anastrazole every other week .5mg depending on how I'm feeling since I can feel high e2 and low e2 symptoms. Would Arimidex be better for e2 control? Sorry for all the questions and any confusion. Please help.

It would flirt with me but I didn't flirt back because it was claiming to be a person much younger than me. Account would message me at odd times, like me and SP would have a real world interaction (like a meeting), SP would stare at me and afterwards that account would message me. Calling me sexy. I blocked it. I suspected this was SP and asked if it was - it called not to be but then would text me as described above and claim would be with me soon. Just had to "sort out stuff". It always seemed to go extra hard on punctuation like ending every sentence with "." And it wrote like sp in other ways and this seemed like intentional to "throw of the scent" because sometimes it would end with "." And the style would seem like SP.
Second account Claimed to be a person with a different nationality. But liked same music and followed accounts of sp's nationality. Claimed to be an admirer of mine. And all the language used had a similar vibe to acc 1. Also claimed to be an admirer of mine. Blocked this one too. Had similar number of followers as the first account but some of them were like... Things id associated with SP. I blocked this account really fast.
Now both accounts closed/deleted.

This accounts started by asking me things about my life, and calling me 'dealove" and then bothering me to ask me for information about how to work with us but I don't have that information. They essentially asked how to apply for the role that SP would directly work with, and basically the required me to have to get me to give them SPs contact information. Asking me about requirements but it's not my job. Saying then they email my SP and the office and got invited for interview next day which would have been highly unlikely because I know that process takes 1-2 weeks at least. I made a comment that was based on something key SP said to me that day and this account asked if I was busy. This account ends almost every sentence with "*". Same account 1.
In real life SP has asked me to support him for a promotion application. And our mutual friends have said things to me like "oh you look cute today like you are going to solve the mystery" etc
I plan on blocking this account to cause if it is SP they can contact me directly. But my guy says this is sp. Has anyone experienced this?

My home loan rate is 6.09 percent and I owe $505K at the moment so I want to withdraw equity and pay off the personal debt (which I am sure most of you would agree). And the house value is around give or take $720K.
My broker got back to and said I should also consolidate my HELP Debt (student loan). My student loan is about $50K. Extra information: My income at the moment is $3144 after tax & hecs per fortnight
These are the options he presented:
Option 1: NOT CONSOLIDATING HELP DEBT
Currently without consolidating your HECS. Repayments for your home loan is $3,248 per month.
Option 2: CONSOLIDATING HELP DEBT
If we do consolidate your HECS debt your repayments for your home loan would be $3,554 per month.
The difference between these is $306
Your are currently paying $779 in HECS per month. If you put this additional $473 into your loan per month, you would be shaving off close to 8 years of your home loan.

Highest highs of any souls game. Gotta get that outta the way. The genichiro fight? Perfection. Lady butterfly? Incredible. Isshin? Possibly best fight in any game ever. But the LOWS? Dear god I haven’t seen game design this obnoxious in my entire life. The headless and other ghost type enemies alone bring the game down a solid 2 points on their own. You can make a difficult fight without making the entire concept stupid and boring. (Ik the umbrella and whistle make them easier but not until insanely late game). Not to mention how horrible the hitboxes are. Blazing bull hit me with literal air. Didn’t come anywhere close to me and still did over half my health bar. That’s not even all the downsides but dear god how bad of a year for gaming was 2017 for this to win game of the year. 7/10 MAYBE

Are one of my favorite snacks. I've been trying to eat a little keto lately so I'll go threw a bag or two a month.
I throw the shells in my out door compost pile. It seems to help jump start the heating process as long as it's added in small doses with a bunch of other brownslike cardboard.
There are tons of worms in my compost pile. None, I've intentionally introduced. Legitimate big old night crawlers a foot long, as well as whatever other "psuedo-native" species live in Connecticut. The pile is about 5 years old, and mostly consists of oak leaves, grass, sticks, twigs, branches etc from my yard.
This year, I'm trying to build it up a bit faster. card carbon wood stove pellets and grilling charcoal in lump and pellet form.
What do you guys think about small amounts of peanut shells in a 45 gallon tub? The "mother strain" for all of my potted plants and indoor gardening stuff lives inside, in a dark room with a UVB bulb on all day. It's got a highly diverse cast of characters in it, blues, reds, euros, canadians.
I expect the salt and spices to act as a deterrent to the worms for some time. If it's mixed in thoroughly to the compost, we'd effectively create pockets of large particle sizes of carbon, but also those areas which will have soil water with extremely high amounts of TDS for a while. As long as it's watered in thoroughly and added with greens, I can see potentially long term benefit. The soil microbes will move in eventually and potentially bloom in population...creating alot of worm food.

Over the years I've learn some nasty cheat-level diplomacy tricks -- and I was wondering if others do this, or have tricks beyond it.
Pay your enemies to go to war with other civs just before you go to war with them. This works on about 70 percent of civs and nearly all aggressive civs.
A different version is to DOF with a very wealthy Civ and trade all your GPT for all their 20,000 gold or whatever. Then declare war, keep the cash and get your GPT back instantly. Done properly, you can science hard, spend nothing on military, and then buy an instant high tech army with your "friend's" loan and then attack him with that very army. He has no money to help himself lol. It's a bad one. Obviously you'll be a pariah but you can turn a whole game, done properly.
And finally, selling cities you've conquered. Once I get happiness or money problems from too much conquest, I simply sell the cities off to the highest bidder -- after I destroy and sell the most expensive buildings and plunder the art. This works until you have no friends left, at which point I'll just give the cities to the weakest civs.
Selling or giving cities can be used to break alliances-- certain map arrangements almost guarantee hostility, so I'll sell cities I've conquered keeping that in mind. Turkey and Russian might be great friends but how will Catherine feel when I give Moscow to Suleiman? She wants Moscow back, I promise. Especially if she still holds some neighboring cities.
And you can keep friendships by "paying" to have your friends attacked by your enemies. Then collect the bonus for fighting a common enemy. Meantime the world becomes polar and despite your warmongering, those friends can often stick with you for a long time.

- Shaka is huge but I'm preparing a decapitation strike. I'm making 100 gold per term
- I make a trade deal with Shaka to attack every other player on the map. One by one or as a batch. With Shaka, 100 GPT is enough.
- Now I've got my army but no GPT. Shaka is at war with every other player on the map. Wait one or two turns and his units will be well out of position and tied up/dying.
- Declare war, instantly get my GPT back. March on his capital. I take his capital and some cities and sue for peace. Shaka cannot make peace with anybody but me (15 terms seems to hold) and he's desperate because he's at war and losing cities. I take all his money in the peace deal. Profit and watch as his empire crumbles.

I’m a student from a college located near Vandalur and I have to travel at least twice a month to Porur for doctor appointments and Ola charges around 400-500 rupees for one way. This is not feasible for me all the time. Now I could take the bus but that takes 2-3 hrs….(stopping often plus bus is stopped for extended periods at certain stops)
So Ola autos are my go to. Not only travelling to Porur is difficult, travelling anywhere to proper Chennai (Guindy, Anna Nagar , Nungambakkam, etc.) is because of the distance due to which cost of travel is too high.
