I am taking the July bar in NY. I need to sign up for Barbri or Themis. They are both the same price. I will also sign up for adaptibar and possibly critical pass if I need it up. But, I am debating if I should sign up for Babri or Themis. I know this question has been asked a million times, but am hoping someone can advise me what is best for someone who has been out of law school for the last 8 years.
I’m happy to supplement Themis or Barbri with adaptibar and anything else. Obviously I would all love shorter lectures and not as detailed lectures but not if it doesn’t really teach you the subject. But I would love to know what’s recommended for people who have been out of school and not practicing for a while

- Graduated law school in 2016
- Signed up for Barbri twice. Took maybe 1/4 of it each time and never put really any time into it other than last two weeks. Failed both bar exams. July 24 is the first time I will be taking the bar since 2020.
- I read that Themis’ lecturers are shorter, not as detailed, but give you black letter of the law. Where as if Barbri’s are more detailed. I remember a few Barbri lectures and yes they were very long and detailed. However, I did learn from them. But because of the length of the lectures, I struggled to spend time practicing MBE essays etc. Again I did not leave myself enough time
- I will have 8 weeks to study. I fear because I have been out of school long, not practicing and not studied in years that these topics may take a while to come back. While I don’t want to have to listen to very detailed lectures and read very long outlines, I also don’t want to not be given good enough explanations or taught lectures that I can’t grasp the concept.
I’m happy to supplement Themis or Barbri with adaptibar and anything else. Obviously I would all love shorter lectures and not as detailed lectures but not if it doesn’t really teach you the subject. So i only finally got my first Fully-awakened Weapon+Terminus-like+Warpath with Twen a few days ago and certainly enjoying how Proto bahamut and Behemoth runs feel alot faster, though its certainly driving home the half burn out i feel on the `grind` still, even when i only do a few runs a day.
So thought it be neat to maybe see what some others might want out of the game before they feel its a `complete` game overall.
Just to start off the list here`s a few i feel it could really need, especially would of been nice day 1 of the game: -Proud mode versions of the Primal Beasts and Tayu`itar: I spammed about it multiple times already around the reddit for this game, but I`m sure many would agree that its half a pain to get multiple copies of dread-tails, sequester manes, Tayu`itar head units and Ukar units. Problem aint present with the Avia Commanders thanks to Wolf and Veil.
-Probably over-used, but a Rogue-lite mode or a `Proper bonus reward system` might be nice, maybe to replace quick quest itself: Since i seen plenty, including myself complain there`s nothing really to justify the grind one has todo even after acquiring the `base stuff` of a good sigil combination or put all the effort into fully awakened a weapon. Plus how sparse the end game feels since its just boiled down to Proto Bahamut, then Lucy and now Behemoth, which even if the latter feels way more interactive and you dont have bosses constantly spamming either cutscenes or being out of range causing forced fixed down times of no damage or SBA generation...
...Well them doing something to FIX a problematic mode that had the intention of doing multiple quests back to back for a goodie reward would of been kind of nice, especially since many games whether triple A or not seem to want to include a Rogue-lite every since stuff like Slay the spire popularized it and it fits into many genres. So just like how Dragon Quest: Infinite Strash started right off with a rogue-like for the sake of grinding levels/materials/etc. GBF: Relink could take a page from that or even how Warframe a f2p online looter-shooter made its diviri paradox into a rogue-lite gamemode of collecting buffs and getting more and more ridiculously powerful in that mode in particular.
In GBF: Relink`s case, this could simply be done where each quick quest could add a small resource & drop rate multiplier, which could probably either reset 24 hours after you did the first one or when doing a non-quick quest, and after 3 or maybe 5 quick quests it could gurantee a gold dahlia badge and give an additional chest till maybe it caps to giving 5 additional chest rewards (after say, 15 quick quests for that `24 hour period), every quick quest past that and a gold dahlia badge every quick quest. While having multi player double the rewards instead of guranting the badge and the tickets would just let you add +1 to it period, no online requirements at all so one can stop staring at 99/99 gold tickets in storage. Very least this way when the ability to play online for GBF: Relink can`t happen anymore, it would let it still work as a stand alone game.
As for how they could push it into a rogue-like mode, well, a solo only version of quick quests might be nice that maybe trade off chain bursts and link time by giving buffs as you progress that could serve as an alternative way to get dahlia badges and maybe push players to enjoy favorites more then `meta cheesies or something.` Probably be too much to ask for at this point, but if they were to suddenly take a Xenoblade chronicles 3 approach due to game popularity, i can totally see them re-rigging some content with some basic tweaks and easily adding a dozen or two dozen new kinds of buffs you get for running thru hyper scaled up versions of particular bosses and having things like movement speed buffs, break power buffs and more could even fix some issues in particular characters, make them feel awesome like most rogue-lite modes in many games do, even when the character itself is normally `bad` in the standard gameplay loop of said game.
-Quick-scrap during Transmute/marvel screen and max capacity of Vouchers when GBF:Relink team?: Deeeefinitely one of my earliest complaints because im sure even if its to match up with the cap of 30, on multiple transmutes, it would be nice while looking at the list of pulled sigils, if i could say, press Square on my PS5 controller and immediately scrap those back to vouchers, when i `exit` the results screen, like how a number of games have with similar `pulling` systems. With of course, i think it would be nice to loop around 400~ sigils per voucher cap stock instead of going back-forth every 40, even if multi-rolls cut the spam down from 39 `rolls` to only 2, even if it might of been smoother to let us have a button to just roll as many time as we have vouchers instead.
-With just to finish things up, probably a more tuned up filter system: This is more of a minor gripe but it would be nice if i could select a specific sigil effect so i can only see sigils of that specific type. Despite the fact they have icons to SLIGHTLY differ certain effects(Too bad thats not the case with all so its a dissonance design headache with that), its still a bit of an eye-sore when i could be checking 10 or more sigils of a specific category. Especially if im say, wanting to only look at my sigils with Critical hit rate to drag out a particular combination i want to optimize-match up a build without overlap issues.
Anywho, what else do you guys think the game could use, if we are guranteed further updates, even if they will be `unplanned` after 1.3.1, which as far as im aware of, outside of impossible Lucy and Sandy, is mostly just additional character improvements and transmutation Synthesis, which we still have no idea what kind of resources it will require, if it will be locked behind defeating impossible lucy first and if it will be more unreasonable by requiring something like 10 copies of a sigil with a specific effect to `allow` you to remove the secondary effect on a sigil to replace it with the one you want from the 10 copies.
Probably wont be that extreme, but its likely not gonna be as simple as Transmarvel i would think, to force people to keep having to burn vouchers for `sigil fodder` atleast...

With of course, i think it would be nice to loop around 400~ sigils per voucher cap stock instead of going back-forth every 40, even if multi-rolls cut the spam down from 39 `rolls` to only 2, even if it might of been smoother to let us have a button to just roll as many time as we have vouchers instead.
-With just to finish things up, probably a more tuned up filter system: This is more of a minor gripe but it would be nice if i could select a specific sigil effect so i can only see sigils of that specific type. Despite the fact they have icons to SLIGHTLY differ certain effects(Too bad thats not the case with all so its a dissonance design headache with that), its still a bit of an eye-sore when i could be checking 10 or more sigils of a specific category. Especially if im say, wanting to only look at my sigils with Critical hit rate to drag out a particular combination i want to optimize-match up a build without overlap issues.
Anywho, what else do you guys think the game could use, if we are guranteed further updates, even if they will be `unplanned` after 1.3.1, which as far as im aware of, outside of impossible Lucy and Sandy, is mostly just additional character improvements and transmutation Synthesis, which we still have no idea what kind of resources it will require, if it will be locked behind defeating impossible lucy first and if it will be more unreasonable by requiring something like 10 copies of a sigil with a specific effect to `allow` you to remove the secondary effect on a sigil to replace it with the one you want from the 10 copies.
Probably wont be that extreme, but its likely not gonna be as simple as Transmarvel i would think, to force people to keep having to burn vouchers for `sigil fodder` atleast...

Passed on my first try. My biggest advice is pay for the test geek supplemental and watch every free video you can find on YouTube. I can honestly say most of the information I retained were from videos and not the Kaplan Textbook. I did read the book and write notes/flashcards but read it over at most once. Some chapters not at all. Might be different for everyone but I just think I’m more of a video/audio learner.
My overall performance score on Kaplan was 73.87% and I used 37.10% of the Q Bank.

As a Sopranos fan, it was really interesting hearing about her experience. I just realized that she was quite isolated from the cast since most of her scenes were with Christofuh. It was also soooo funny when theh rewatched some of the clips, especially with the dead dog. She had amazing insights that I never heard from other cast members.
As a normal human being, I would have never thought that she would be THAT right wing. The hosts aren't pillars of the progressive movement themselves but goddamn she was woke this hollywood elite that. They just laughed around it, trying to make it jokey and thankfully she kinda got the vibe. She was even making disclaimers such as "I don't want to get your YouTube shut down" or something. Then they prompted her to talk about her streetwear line, a sort of a uniform or armor for the apocalypse or something as she described it. It was really cringey towards the end.

There is more to it than the title. I was engaged to be married to a woman I was with for almost four years. In our last year together, she pretty much treated me like a ghost, ignoring messages, not wanting to go on dates, and the last straw was blocking me on social media. I did everything to keep the relationship alive, working long hours, going to visit her in her city every month, trying to talk to her, but she kept pushing me away. Eventually our last conversation was over the phone, at night, and her last words to me were "I don't love you now," "I am seeing someone else," and "I need you to back off." This was after Valentine’s Day, after a hard day of work, after I sent her a valentine gift. I was devastated and pretty much cursed out God, blamed the world, blamed myself for the relationship ending after I did everything I could to keep it. I’m hesitating to buying anything without being sure because I kept seeing Xenoblade but I don’t love the combat. I’ve tried Dragon Quest but it feels too simple. I know Sea of Stars exists but the reviews have turned me off from it.

- Final Fantasy 3 for 3DS; I played the hell out of that game and realized I love the geomancer class. I couldn’t beat the final boss.
- Bravely Default; great game, obviously similar to FF3. Didn’t finish it.
- Octopath Traveler; gorgeous game with great mechanics. Never finished.
- Fire Emblem Series; I played all of them since GBA. I love the characters and class system.

Husband just told me he got closer to a female coworker & now wants us to meet each other because he doesn’t want to feel like he’s hiding her & wants to be honest with me that they gotten closer as BEST FRIENDS.
We been having issues in our marriage & I kept telling him what I needed from him so i would heal. He used to like sexy women on instagram & had a few chats with a woman he had a thing with in the past one message that I read said “ we would of had sex if you had a condom “ my husband replied back “ yes I know” instead of him shutting that down & stop being friends. Then later he started doing OF “only fans “ when we worked some stuff out he was still doing it behind closed doors when I thought we were good. He spent almost $700 on women but didn’t surprise me with small gifts like flowers or take me on a date. But he spent money on other females. That hurt me more… then he finally deleted instagram… recently added it back on because he wanted to help a friend promote disc golf stuff. Then I started thinking about everything he’s put him through. Shortly a few months later he’s busy with work more bc he’s active navy but he goes to play one day out of the weekend disc golf ALL day sometimes a full weekend Saturday/Sunday at least every 4-6 weeks. But he’s tired the day he’s actually off. So I’ve been telling him I don’t feel connected to him, that I need to feel loved & wanted & work on our marriage because we have problems. I finally snapped big time & now we are in the separation stage where we are taking turns sleeping in different places in the house. It’s weird because all the small things that meant something stopped… now what do we have ? Because he’s saying we need to work on ourselves… but then come to find out he’s been getting closer to a female co worker this past year so he just told me that he finally realized how much he’s hurt me & how our marriage isn’t healthy & I don’t deserve this & he wants me to heal & for him to be better. But took him over 7 years to realize all the pain he caused me? But he made a BEST Friend that’s a girl & he said “ I was there for her during cancer, during her custody battle with the ex , she opened up to me about when she got raped & we had the cancer thing in common because of my family has been through it. He’s offered her that if any emergency that she can call him & he will help if he can ( but he needs to get me & her to meet each other) like what? How do you allow yourself to get that close to a female & say you didn’t get emotional connected to her? Because I’m telling him how I feel he’s tired from work & he doesn’t have patience with me or my emotions & I been over thinking that maybe he’s doing too much at work for work related plus with this friend that he’s so close to …. I’m really hurt. Because we met when I was a single mom I fell in love with him less than 6 weeks because he was so sweet & caring & now he’s telling me he’s there for her & offering his help to her. I feel like I’m not important to him.
I even mentioned to him to call his mom to talk to him because she will understand what I’m going through & I gave an example to him saying @ because your dad did nice gesture & it lead to an affair sexual affair… he got so mad & said I’m nothing like my dad … his dad lied & cheated to his mom before that happened. But the gesture situation was his mom’s best friend the god mother.
So he talked to his mom, his mom said as long as you are being open & honest to your wife then I don’t see anything wrong as long as you know your boundaries… so im upset that his mom said that after her best friend got with a married man… how do you know that my husband won’t fall for the woman he told me they are becoming more than just friends… closer friends … yes that’s what he said. Then wants to say best friend. But he doesn’t consider the guys he plays with close friends that he’s been playing for about 2yrs with. But a woman less than a year he feel closer to her & that’s his best friend!!!
Also she talks to him about our marriage. After she just finalized her divorce. He’s saying that she is trying to help him to reconnect with me.
I’m heartbroken right now. Because he wants to now use the whole thing that I brought up his parents as an example. Saying that I hurt him & broke him even after I explained & how I didn’t compare him to his dad is was an example that a nice gesture can lead to things.
Is my husband trying to find a way out of our marriage? I’m so confused & hurt right now.
I work 24/7 & weeks have 5 kids … 2 from my previous marriage, 3 with him… almost 8 yrs married this summer… I help him pay for half of the bills & I pay for all of our extra expenses when things pop up & pay for vacation. But I feel like I’m not good enough for him as a wife or mother.
My anxiety has gotten worse today. Depression getting bad as well. I struggle with under active thyroid but I try my best to do a lot & this isn’t healthy for me right now I can’t think clearly.
Please help me make sense

I live in California. I paid cash for a 2021 Nissan Versa on December 8, 2022. My car was stolen on June 6, 2023. I was devastated. My insurance company tried to lowball me. I refused offers until they told me ,"This claim has gone on for too long, we are closing it out" This happened on July 8, 2023. I agreed to take $1948,000 on a vehicle I had paid $23,000 with only 12 thousand miles on it. They demanded my Certificate of Title and my Fob Keys, which I mailed, overnite. No money was ever received because within 3 hours after I mailed keys and Pink Slip (Certificate of Title), the police called me to tell me car recovered, looks fine, come pick it up. I was so happy. I did not want the money. I had put so much money into my car in 4 months, and I owned it outright, and had worked 2 jobs for years. So I called insurance company, so happy, let them know My car had been recovered. It took two weeks before they mailed the keys back, but car was in mint condition, had been driven only 9 miles (joyride?) parked in a huge, Walmart, parking lot. I asked for the title to please be mailed back as well. They kept ignoring me. I went to register my car this past December. Only to be denied due to DMV looking at me like a criminal and telling me I had already been paid $19000.00 and vehicle is now owned by my insurance company . I tried explaining , asked for help...they told me Esurance must fix this, you cannot do anything as they legally own the vehicle. I call my claims adjustor, hysterical, and asked him why is my vehicle registered to my insurance company and why does the DMV believe I have been paid $19000,00. He literally told me, "Oh now your just making this up." I tried to ask him to investigate please, he told me, "since you have raised your voice I am hanging up now.' Im downplaying just how rude he was. He basically called me a liar and hung up on me. I was crying but I was not mean, I was almost pleading. He refused to answer my calls and no one else at the office would speak to me, they just forwarded my calls to him. I was in perfect health up until this point. But as each day passed, I begaan to shake from stress, burst into tears, became incredibly depressed, became unable to sleep, spent all my non working hours trying to find a solution. I was unable to concentrate at work. This finally went from beginning to have panic attacks but ended with me waking up after being in a coma, on a ventilator, for 14 days/ I had no idea where I was, was unable to remember how I got to the hosptal or why. I had two Myocardial infarctions, the Doctor explained that I went into full cardiac arrest and a co-worker gave me CPR for 16 minutes until the ambulance arrived. i had a second Cardiac arrest The Doctor told me, shortly after they had settled my into ICU. That one, He told me, they almost were unable to bring me back from. Thank God for The Doctors refusal to stop working on me, my wonderful coworker and The inventor of the Defribulator! Before my release, The Cardiologist told me they could find absolutely no reason for my Heart attack, i have low blood pressure, have no heart or health problems, no family history. They were dumbfounded. i gave him a brief synopsis of my car insurance situation, He told me, ;Stress, it was the stress" "That stress will kill you, you must work on your stress". They referred me to a social worker and a psychologist. When I finally began to regain stress and began to try and demand that my insurance company fix this because they were literally killing me, I felt. I sent a letter, pointing out every single thing that happened, all correspondence, how rudely I was being treated and I sent over my final Diagnosis from the hospital. They never acknowledged my letter. It is now May 13, 2024. have seen attorneys I cannot afford. I was told by DMV Investigations that I definitely need an attorney. Ive been put on Temporary Disability and since I am unable to register my car, I cannot drive it. I am unable to survive on what disability pays. I am losing all hope. I will probably lose my apartment, and may have to live in my car, but my greatest fear now is that my kitty and myself will be on the street, because if they take my car (its illegal to even park an unregistered car on a public street ( is what I was told by the Van Nuys supervisor of the DMV. ) Yet I have asked the Dmv to tell me if there is anyway we can resolve this. I just want them to know i was paid nothing and was finally sent a letter admitting that I wasnt paid anything and it was not my insurance company who made the mistake, it was Copart, and I should take it up with Copart. Okay, this is so beyond absurd. Copart who? Why do I pay full coverage insurance/ when I should pay almost nothing, as this is totally "Do it yourself-Figure it out yourself" insurance. The Claims adjuster told me last week, that they were not going to help me due to my 'Refusal to Communicate with us in January". I got so angry and told him, "So now , You say that I refused to communicate with you?" He said, "Yes, we do." I said," I know for a fact, you never made a single attempt to contact me, while I was in the hospital , after having a heart attack, because phones and emails keep records, and you know, there is no record of anything coming from you or my insurance company . The records I am looking forward to hearing will be all the calls between you and myself. my insurance company claims that every phone call will be taped, and I look forward to the day your employers listen to just how unprofessional, rude and outright sadistic you have treated me. Because you forgot who you work for, sir, and if you did not have policyholders, you would not have a job. You seemed to really enjoy mocking my illness, calling me a liar, hanging up on me. in fact I think we will hear that you threatened to hang up, not look into my claim, and said you were done with my problems and would no longer take my calls.. I have never been treated so cruelly, so rudely, and all I wanted was for my vehicle, which your company never paid a cent to me for, would be transferred back into my name, because I did not make this mistake and I cannot fix this mistake. All I ever wanted from you to fix the mistake that was made by your company You lost nothing in this claim, I only ask that you right a wrong. I have a car that cannot be registered or driven. I oay for your company to ;make me whole' but i would have been better off if i had no insurance at all. My car was found, my car would still be in my name and I could have registered it. Obviously, your never going to help me or make things right' he said, 'i have done all I needed to do, i mailed you the Certificate of Title, so your claim is Closed.' So I have an unsigned Certificate of Title in the name of my insurance company . Which does nothing to help me. Any ideas? So far beyond hopeless, i have lost faith, have lost all joy, no longer leave my apartment. I will do anything, but i just have no clue and no hope. Thank you so much.

I heard that you can stop payment on credit cards, (which I understand will wreck your credit) and eventually, after a year or two and after receiving letters from the credit card companies asking to settle for a smaller amount, you can actually make a deal with them. I also heard, that in doing so, you can request that your bad credit be eliminated in the process. Can anyone confirm this? Or does anyone have a better way to get out of this? I’ve personally never had debt (besides a car loan payment and maybe $1000 I owed this dumb situation) so this is so scary for me. We just had a son and I’m having a hard time emotionally dealing with this.

I live in California. I paid cash for a 2021 Nissan Versa on December 8, 2022. My car was stolen on June 6, 2023. I was devastated. My insurance company tried to lowball me. I refused offers until they told me ,"This claim has gone on for too long, we are closing it out" This happened on July 8, 2023. I agreed to take $1948,000 on a vehicle I had paid $23,000 with only 12 thousand miles on it. They demanded my Certificate of Title and my Fob Keys, which I mailed, overnite. No money was ever received because within 3 hours after I mailed keys and Pink Slip (Certificate of Title), the police called me to tell me car recovered, looks fine, come pick it up. I was so happy. I did not want the money. I had put so much money into my car in 4 months, and I owned it outright, and had worked 2 jobs for years. So I called insurance company, so happy, let them know My car had been recovered. It took two weeks before they mailed the keys back, but car was in mint condition, had been driven only 9 miles (joyride?) parked in a huge, Walmart, parking lot. I asked for the title to please be mailed back as well. They kept ignoring me. I went to register my car this past December. Only to be denied due to DMV looking at me like a criminal and telling me I had already been paid $19000.00 and vehicle is now owned by my insurance company . I tried explaining , asked for help...they told me Esurance must fix this, you cannot do anything as they legally own the vehicle. I call my claims adjustor, hysterical, and asked him why is my vehicle registered to my insurance company and why does the DMV believe I have been paid $19000,00. He literally told me, "Oh now your just making this up." I tried to ask him to investigate please, he told me, "since you have raised your voice I am hanging up now.' Im downplaying just how rude he was. He basically called me a liar and hung up on me. I was crying but I was not mean, I was almost pleading. He refused to answer my calls and no one else at the office would speak to me, they just forwarded my calls to him. I was in perfect health up until this point. But as each day passed, I begaan to shake from stress, burst into tears, became incredibly depressed, became unable to sleep, spent all my non working hours trying to find a solution. I was unable to concentrate at work. This finally went from beginning to have panic attacks but ended with me waking up after being in a coma, on a ventilator, for 14 days/ I had no idea where I was, was unable to remember how I got to the hosptal or why. I had two Myocardial infarctions, the Doctor explained that I went into full cardiac arrest and a co-worker gave me CPR for 16 minutes until the ambulance arrived. i had a second Cardiac arrest The Doctor told me, shortly after they had settled my into ICU. That one, He told me, they almost were unable to bring me back from. Thank God for The Doctors refusal to stop working on me, my wonderful coworker and The inventor of the Defribulator! Before my release, The Cardiologist told me they could find absolutely no reason for my Heart attack, i have low blood pressure, have no heart or health problems, no family history. They were dumbfounded. i gave him a brief synopsis of my car insurance situation, He told me, ;Stress, it was the stress" "That stress will kill you, you must work on your stress". They referred me to a social worker and a psychologist. When I finally began to regain stress and began to try and demand that my insurance company fix this because they were literally killing me, I felt. I sent a letter, pointing out every single thing that happened, all correspondence, how rudely I was being treated and I sent over my final Diagnosis from the hospital. They never acknowledged my letter. It is now May 13, 2024. have seen attorneys I cannot afford. I was told by DMV Investigations that I definitely need an attorney. Ive been put on Temporary Disability and since I am unable to register my car, I cannot drive it. I am unable to survive on what disability pays. I am losing all hope. I will probably lose my apartment, and may have to live in my car, but my greatest fear now is that my kitty and myself will be on the street, because if they take my car (its illegal to even park an unregistered car on a public street ( is what I was told by the Van Nuys supervisor of the DMV. ) Yet I have asked the Dmv to tell me if there is anyway we can resolve this. I just want them to know i was paid nothing and was finally sent a letter admitting that I wasnt paid anything and it was not my insurance company who made the mistake, it was Copart, and I should take it up with Copart. Okay, this is so beyond absurd. Copart who? Why do I pay full coverage insurance/ when I should pay almost nothing, as this is totally "Do it yourself-Figure it out yourself" insurance. The Claims adjuster told me last week, that they were not going to help me due to my 'Refusal to Communicate with us in January". I got so angry and told him, "So now , You say that I refused to communicate with you?" He said, "Yes, we do." I said," I know for a fact, you never made a single attempt to contact me, while I was in the hospital , after having a heart attack, because phones and emails keep records, and you know, there is no record of anything coming from you or my insurance company . The records I am looking forward to hearing will be all the calls between you and myself. my insurance company claims that every phone call will be taped, and I look forward to the day your employers listen to just how unprofessional, rude and outright sadistic you have treated me. Because you forgot who you work for, sir, and if you did not have policyholders, you would not have a job. You seemed to really enjoy mocking my illness, calling me a liar, hanging up on me. in fact I think we will hear that you threatened to hang up, not look into my claim, and said you were done with my problems and would no longer take my calls.. I have never been treated so cruelly, so rudely, and all I wanted was for my vehicle, which your company never paid a cent to me for, would be transferred back into my name, because I did not make this mistake and I cannot fix this mistake. All I ever wanted from you to fix the mistake that was made by your company You lost nothing in this claim, I only ask that you right a wrong. I have a car that cannot be registered or driven. I oay for your company to ;make me whole' but i would have been better off if i had no insurance at all. My car was found, my car would still be in my name and I could have registered it. Obviously, your never going to help me or make things right' he said, 'i have done all I needed to do, i mailed you the Certificate of Title, so your claim is Closed.' So I have an unsigned Certificate of Title in the name of my insurance company . Which does nothing to help me. Any ideas? So far beyond hopeless, i have lost faith, have lost all joy, no longer leave my apartment. I will do anything, but i just have no clue and no hope. Thank you so much.

I have been an SSA range C equivalent for 6 months. I also have a little less than 3 years of private sector experience from before I joined the state. I am gunning for AGPA positions when I pass my probation after 1 year.
The CalHR AGPA classification says "Promotional candidates who are within six months of satisfying the experience requirement for this class will be admitted to the examination, but they must fully meet the experience requirement before being eligible for appointment."
Should I take the exam now and start applying for jobs in a few months or wait until I pass probation to be safe? Has anyone had success promoting ~1 year in? Some say HR can only take experience into account up to when you take you exam. I don't want to wait around longer than I need to but I also don't want to step on my own toes! Thanks!

Hi y'all! I have the Boss Sy-1 along with an expression pedal to play with my fretless bass. I like the sounds of the Sy-1 but I find them a little bit conditioned by the design of the pedal and a rather repetitive timbre present in many of the presets. I recently heard some demos of the old Syb-5 and I truly liked the more raw sounds and the possibility to tweak them by using other effects. Has any of you made a comparison between the Syb-5 and the Sy-1? Is the Syb-5 worth the money nowadays? Or maybe EHX Mono Synth of Bananana Matrioshka would be a good option for more raw sounds? Let's talk fusing. The new fusing system is incredible, especially after filling out some starlight buffs. When you're first starting out, as with our MD3 strategy, it's better to hoard gifts and sell the unwanted ones later (lets define these as "junk"), to reroll shops or upgrade items. Eventually however, after filling in more buffs, you'll regularly clean out shops, and won't be starved for costs anymore. Instead, because fusion now targets specific keywords (and success rate being solely determined by # of ingredients), we've gained a powerful tool to exploit the small pools of some keyword categories. There is an in-game button ("Fusion Guide" in the fusion UI) you can refer, to look up specifics on success rates and tier outcomes, but I'll spare the details and describe 3 main fusion strategies I utilize:

Besides that I was considering these 5 fragrances for my next purchase. So I wanted to test them out & here are my thoughts about them. [I was sayin about how it’s been on my radar for a long time & it was incredibly generous of him to provide me with a sample of it] ⭕️Robert Piguet Cravache👉🏻 I believe it is the EDT version, I have no idea about the status of reformulation in this batch. This is a Fougère fragrance, classic, gentlemanly. Opens up fresh & spicy, I get a lot of cold petitgrain & citruses. The lavender gives this a barbershoppy quality. Then there is nutmeg, it can’t be classic without some spiciness. The fragrance is built upon oakmoss & vetiver, which I really love. For a barbershoppy fragrance, surprisingly this is stingy on musks. Very versatile fragrance, with moderate complexity, appropriate for high heat. Performance is a bit underwhelming (about 3–3.5hrs max).👉🏻 I have decided to get a full bottle of this, regardless of the performance. ⭕️E.L.D.O Tom Of Finland👉🏻 This is really a good fragrance, but out of all the E.L.D.Os I have & when compared to them, this is skippable IMHO (Not to hurt anyone’s feeling). The only reason I say that is because this is promoted as one of the best leathe suede fragrances. But for me the initial 1min is where the suede is, if you cross that, the leathery quality gets more “Saffron-ish”. I’m sure some of you guys would have previously smelled pure saffron oil before, you guys will surely know what I’m talkin about. Saffron has this leathery quality, I get more of that in this fragrance. Tbh its creative (points for that) but not pleasing for my nose. Besides that I feel a little more leather / suede / aromatics or even spices if added, I would definitely be onboard. Performance was decent (abt 4-5hrs).👉🏻 This is definitely a nice fragrance, but I feel its a bit incomplete. Skipping this fragrance for now. ⭕️Mancera Jardin Exclusif👉🏻 I love Mancera, I really do. But this one is one of the mancera I really hate. The moment you spray it, the heavy synthetic white musk & unmistakable candied mixed fruits SCREAMS ERBA PURA!!!!. I’m not a fan of Erba pura or TT’s Kirke for that matter. The opening is okish, very fruity (peach overdose). Initially it smells like a bougie shampoo they use in some fancy salon. Which I’m not a fan of, it dries down & becomes very similar to Erba Pura with a little more pronounced jasmine perhaps. IMO this is unisex but leaning more on feminine side of things (but that depends on your preference). This is really strong, clings on to clothes for like (7–8hrs) & the musk just really helps in the longevity.👉🏻 I’m not gonna get a full bottle of this, cuz I already own Erba Pura. Plus if you really want something with this DNA then Lattafa Ana Abiyedh (White cap) is not a bad choice, it’s equally synthetic ,a beast in performance (lasts 2days) & easy on pocket. ⭕️Mancera Holidays👉🏻 This smells like a “Tropical vacation”. This opens up with coconut & some sweet florals. The dry-down of the fragrance has a sweet—sweet—sweet vanilla & some cheap smelling white musk. The fragrance has a suntan lotion with coconut & some floral notes. Has a beautiful sweet creamy vanilla at the base. It is a very soft & well blended fragrance. My only issue is that cheap smelling musk, same as in jardin exclusif. Here its not that much of a deal breaker. This performs like (6–7hrs) on skin. This would smell so damn gorgeous on a women. I would be down to wear it, but only on a beach vacations just to get the vibe.👉🏻 I’m considering to get a full size bottle of this for my loved one. Not in a hurry to buy this as of now. If you want a much more richer, bolder & darker version, a little off from this DNA, try TF Black Orchid EDP. On the other-hand if you want something very similar at a cheaper price, try Al Haramain Forever Attar. Its insanely close to Holidays & the quality is equally good. [If you don’t believe my words. Just try them together once] ⭕️M.Micallef DesirToxic👉🏻 This is a Green, spicy & aromatic fragrance, can definitely appreciate the high quality ingredients at play. Ppl on fragrance forums compare this with Layton, & initially I din see the comparison. But the more I tested them together, I can get that. This is vaguely similar to Layton without its signature green apple. This is much more green & fruitier than Layton. The fruitiness only comes in the dry down. This has a beautiful sour blackcurrant playing at the background, which gives this a 3rd Dimension. This lasts for a good (5hrs).👉🏻 People considering to buy this just for the listed cannabis note, please wait & test this before. I don’t get the cannabis, unless & until you really try hard & convince me for real that the initial greenness is from the cannabis, I won’t believe there is cannabis at all. If you want more mass appealing fresher & less green take on this DNA, Layton would be a good choice. I’m not saying this is a ditto of Layton, they share some similarities that’s all. Nothing much. 👉🏻 I’m not considering this to buy next as of now, but maybe I will in future. But I have to be honest, really like this fragrance.
