Thou must prosper, worship own self
Thou must not feel guilty
Thou must have no respect for ancestral values
Thou must not serve, sacrifice
Thou must differentiate
Due to the above, youth fails to feel guilty in which guiltness is a part of our conscience creating a false belief system as an obstacle in his maturity and creating structure of his own. Under such circumstances he avoids promoting prayer, sacrifice, grace, redemption, worship and meditation, atonement. Considering money and sex are the only two things reliable to satisfy the needs, creating a limitation and a boundary for establishing personal spiritual growth and development.
In general terms, when the efforts of religious and educational institutions, society lack to perform the planned task for Christian education, a positive approach is expected and constructed to gain knowledge and teaching through parents and teachers. Youth must be aware of guiltiness which is a gift from god to help us in being and doing well.

Again the issue arises in my mind ‘How will the church be healthy if the youth is unhealthy?’ The issue can’t be only concentrated on church. For a church to survive, the basic foundation is the youth and for the youth to be saved and attracted the church has to be healthy. In my knowledge it is a ‘Vicious Circle’.
Local churches upto some extent do specifically fulfill the discipleship through the practices and play a great emphasis in fulfilling and conveying the message of god to us, but still lack to read the minds and bring the youth closer to her, for which she has to upgrade her atmospheric appearance with new packages to reach the youth in a new taste due to the competitive modernism which is hovering on the youth.

Author Perry G. Down states in his book – “Teaching for spiritual growth” that ‘how can we best enable Christians to grow towards maturity?’ For this question he suggests three key concepts- ministry, believer, and purpose. But my understanding says that these concepts are incomplete somewhere to create a bond in reaching the results because today’s youth is attracted towards the unrealistic worldly matters, but has resulted in declination towards the god’s spiritual growth. The major role connecting these three concepts is commitment and effort. As the church ministry is the foundation pillar, the main aim is how much measure of commitment is valued and given to achieve the target successfully. Mankind is able to commit only when he chooses the right direction in fear and is able but this is unfortunate as the alien world tend to let us unidentify the type of strategies of growth for maturity. By identifying the type of strategies of growth, we can understand the level of growth required towards maturity at which we can be spiritual. Another reason for in growth is fear. As the youth fears to face unexpected problems, the efforts are less and require the hierarchy’s support.
Author Gary C. Newton stated in his book – “Going towards spiritual maturity” quotes the principle that “God is ultimately responsible for all spiritual growth”. The question arises at this point that if god is responsible for everything, what will be the purpose and role of human? I comment that while god supplies the resources like bible, church, Holy Spirit, baptism, it is also our responsibility to supply effort and commitment to utilize those resources and give results to god. In bible, Paul highlights this principle of his personal lifestyle and in his teachings comparing with the example of a soldier or athlete to illustrate the amount of sincerity and efforts. (1 Corinthians 9:24-27), Paul states that “In a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize”. I herewith conclude in a Christian race all runners (ministry, believers, purpose) will fail to get a prize if there is no effort that is commitment from everyone.
Along with the concept of ministry, believer, purpose; effort is also the key concept and it has to be achieved from the youth as well. A healthy youth will gain efforts only when the growth will favour them from within, when the forces of the ministry believers and youth will collide with each other to form a healthy growth.
This will create a mutual relationship between god’s provisional resources and our active involvement in process which is more clearly in Philippians 2:12-13: “Continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is god who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose”. This principle is intricate but the application is clear.
If one is to grow towards maturity in Christ then one must cultivate and demonstrate the efforts with passion, Philippians 2:17-18: ” But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering on the sacrifice and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you. So you be glad and rejoice with me”.
Therefore the conclusion lies in the above concept, both; effort of the youth along with the work of ministry, believers proves in the healthiness of the church. In the book “Youth At Risk” by Peter Christian Olsen, 2003, he highlights four basic needs which he has clearly created an awareness of the effects that affects the development of youth:
Acceptance – belonging
New beginnings and second chances – forgiveness
Significance – generosity
Freedom – independence
I agree with his confirmation that he examines in deriving the above developmental needs from the provision of the Almighty’s resources as the absence of these needs do intentionally contribute in how they shape the personality, maturity, responsibility and stability of emotions. He emphasizes Christian community in respond to the needs determining that, the resources will be polishing youth through support during the fear and avoid them from destruction. At times the concepts will be foreign, indigestive for youth because unable to realize its importance. Rather the community need not re-interpret or change the language but simplify their thoughts and improve their visionary and understanding by change in structure through a friendly communication by becoming an effective leader to bridge the gap between the church and the youth. Therefore forces and efforts are needed for decision making which is an effective key in respond to ministry believer and purpose for a possibility of a healthy youth to build a healthy church, which will make the church flourish.

In 2021, I experienced 2 menstrual hemorrhages. On September 5, I went to the hospital to get the physical examination report card. The doctor told me my illness was very serious. The report card showed that my platelets were only 13×10^9/L (simplified to 13, as below), while the normal level is 100-300. The doctor told me to call my husband and ask him to take me to the city hospital. My husband didn't believe it. He thought something might be wrong with the test. Thus, I didn't travel to the city hospital that day.
In the restaurant the next day, when I sat down on the chair, I felt dizzy! I hurriedly let my husband take me to the hospital. According to various aspects of the examination, such as bone penetration and chest bone penetration, the condition is aplastic anemia. By then, I really didn't know how severe this illness is. I thought I did not eat things indiscriminately. I should be full of positive energy and not get sick. At the time, I did not know how stupid and ignorant I was. I had many ignorant habits, such as staying up late at night, bursting into anger, sexual misconduct, and abortions. If I didn't study Buddhism, I would never realize how heavy and deep my karmic obstacles are!
I had a gynecological problem for a long time, but I hadn't been to the hospital, and I was afraid to go to the hospital. It's more likely to happen if you are afraid of something happening. I regret not checking the body timely. Two years ago I dreamed of my deceased aunt and 2 children next to her. Pointing to my gynecology, my aunt said cancer. As I did not encounter Buddhism at that time, I did not understand that it was a great calamity. After waking up I felt scared. Then, I thought it was just a dream, and did not pay attention to it.
My karma broke 2 years late, as the dream predicted. I received 8-10 days of hospital treatment. We asked to be discharged because the cost was too high. I went to our county hospital. A doctor with glasses told me to have a bone marrow transplant. My father-in-law and father did not believe my disease was so serious, and neither did I. I was only a bit older than 30 years old, so I could not have such a severe disease. We travelled to a city hospital for treatment. The doctor told me that I would need a bone marrow transplant. That's when I realized this disease's seriousness!
Master Lu enlightened us to pay attention to the premonitory dream. Otherwise, it would be too late to regret. At that time, I had not encountered the Buddha's teachings, so I knew nothing about these principles. A bone marrow transplant was a bolt out of the blue for us! It cost hundreds of thousands of CNY. Our family was poor, so we couldn't afford it! During that time in the hospital, I was so scared that I couldn't eat or sleep. I also had chronic insomnia. One of the two cancer patients sleeping next to me was in pain every day and relied on painkillers to stop the pain, which was really agonizing. The other cancer patient was in her 70s and afraid of death. Without the Buddha's teachings, sentient beings can only follow their destiny. Although they do not want to die they have to die.
The hospital environment makes me not want to stay for a moment. They are all serious illnesses, such as cancer. I fear thinking about it. I requested discharge from the hospital after >10 days of treatment. I requested to take medication at home and follow a conservative approach to my health. So, I was discharged home.
The other morning, while I exercised at home, I suddenly felt weak. Just in time, my father-in-law arrived. I hurriedly asked him to take me to the clinic. I was too weak to move, so he carried me downstairs.
One night, I read a post on the Internet that a person with a blood disease did not undergo a bone marrow transplant. That person was treated in a specialized Chinese and Western medicine hospital and the low platelet level became normal. So, I contacted the doctor right away and registered for an appointment. My husband immediately booked a sleeper ticket to the hospital for the next day. The fear that I might not wake up after sleeping kept me from sleeping that night. After a few days of hospital treatment, platelets still didn't increase. This worries me a lot. What should I do? Until then, I realized that my disease could not be controlled by medication at all.
In the meantime, I was blessed by the Bodhisattva to see an online video of Master Lu reading a totem posted by a Buddhist practitioner. Since then, I have understood that sexual misconduct and abortion create heavy karma. My gratitude goes out to Bodhisattva's mercy for letting me encounter karma. So I promptly used the three Gems of Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door to treat my disease. I made 2 vows: become a vegetarian for life, and release 2,000 fish after discharge from the hospital.
Just after making the vows, my appetite increased greatly. Actually, in the hospital, the happiest thing for me is to eat. Half a month later I returned home from the hospital. The Buddhist practitioner sent me Buddhist materials. I recited Buddhist scriptures daily. Approximately 10 days later, I returned to the hospital to check. My platelets rose from 13 to 27. A month later, my platelets increased from 27 to 50. During my third check, my platelets rose from 50 to 107. Normal platelet levels are 100-300, so my platelet level is back to normal.
I was so happy, and blessed by the Bodhisattva! I had tears in my eyes at that time. Although there were still abnormal indicators, such as anemia, after all, it had only been a few months since I encountered the Buddha's teachings. Later, my platelet index reached 127.
There was a period of slackness in my cultivation: I could not finish reciting 3 Little Houses within 2 days; did not want to get up in the morning; did not vow the number of Little Houses to my karmic creditors; and my vow was not powerful enough. These resulted in the two dream exams being flunked, leading to 3 or 4 indicators of abnormality.
Hence, my fellow Buddhist practitioners, please take me as a warning, and strive to cultivate our minds, recite Buddhist scriptures diligently, devote ourselves to one Buddhist practice, and never quit!
Now I sincerely make 10 vows to Guan Yin Bodhisattva:

1. Be a vegetarian all my life;
   
2. Do not kill beings all my life;
   
3. Release life according to conditions all my life;
   
4. Respect my Master and His Buddhist teachings, be one of the hands and eyes of Guan Yin Bodhisattva, and never quit;
   
5. Study Buddhism in Plain Terms all my life;
   
6. Convince sentient beings to practice Buddhism using my experiences, propagate Buddhism, and transform the right ones extensively;
   
7. Recite 1,000 Little Houses to my karmic creditors in 2022;
   
8. Read Buddhism in Plain Terms 1,000 chapters in 2022;
   
9. Release 3,000 fish in 2022;
   
10. Attend the group study of Buddhism in Plain Terms 100 sessions in 2022.

第二天上饭店吃饭，刚坐下来头发晕，不好了！我赶紧让先生打车上医院，医生看了单子就进行了各方面检查，骨穿，做胸部骨穿，检查结果出来确定是再生障碍性贫血，当时真不知道这个病的严重性，一直还认为自己没有乱吃东西，还觉得自己正能量满满，不会生病，当时真不知道自己有多愚痴无明，有很多的无明习气，熬夜，爆脾气，邪淫，打胎。不学佛不知道，学佛后才知道业障深重啊！
一直以来我妇科不好，也没有去医院，也很怕去医院，真是怕什么来什么。真是后悔没有及时检查身体，也正如在两年前一个晚上做梦，梦见我去世的阿姨和旁边两个小孩，阿姨针对我妇科说癌症，当时没有学佛不知道自己有劫，醒来也有些害怕，只是觉得只是一个梦而已，就没有重视。就这样两年后业障爆发，就这样在医院进行了八到十天治疗，我们要求出院了，因为费用太高，不得不出院.回到家后，去我们县医院，一个带眼镜的医生跟我说要做骨髓移植，公公和爸爸都不相信，我也不相信，这么年轻三十几岁不可能得这么严重的病。于是我们上市医院进行了治疗，医院跟我说确定要做骨髓移植，这时才了解这个病的严重性！
师父说一定要重视预示梦，不重视后悔来不及，当时没有闻到佛法哪里懂师父说的这些道理。做骨髓移植对我们来说晴天霹雳！要几十万，我们家穷，哪里有那么多钱！在医院那段时间吓得吃不下、睡不着，我也有着长期的失眠症，睡在旁边的两个癌症病人，其中一个每天身体疼痛，靠止痛药才能止痛，真是痛苦不堪，一个癌症病人七十多岁了，也害怕死亡。没有闻到佛法，只能随命运走，不想走也得走，只有闻到佛法才有办法。
在医院经过了十几天的治疗，我要求出院回家吃药，保守治疗，医院那个环境一刻也不想待，全是重症，癌症，想想都恐惧，于是我出院了回到家中。
有一天清晨我在锻炼身体，突然浑身无力，正好公公回来了，我赶紧叫他带我上诊所，当时连下楼都是公公背下楼的。一天晚上我在网上看到一位朋友血液病没有做骨髓移植，经过一家专科中西医结合医院让自己的低血小板恢复到正常了。于是，我赶紧按上面的联系方式联系到了医生，挂号预约，老公回来立马订了第二天的去医院的卧铺票。当天晚上我就没有睡，我怕我没有这个福气，怕睡着了醒不过来了。到了医院治疗了几天，血小板还是没有上来，这下可愁死我了，该怎么办？这个时候我才知道我的这个病靠药物根本控制不了的。
就在这时，菩萨保佑我，让我看到一位师兄在网上发的师父图腾的视频，看了才明白是自己邪淫、打胎孩子的业障病，菩萨慈悲保佑让业障深重的我闻到了佛法。于是我就运用心灵法门“三大法宝”，立马许愿吃素，出院放生2000条鱼，刚许下愿吃素，发现胃口大增，在医院最让我开心的事情就是吃饭。住了半个月回到家中，师兄给我寄来了心灵法门的佛学资料，就做起了功课。大概念了十来天时间去医院检查，血小板从十几上升到了27了，接着又念了一个月，第二次检查血小板从27上升到50了，第三次检查由50上升到了107，正常人100到300，已经正常了。
好开心，菩萨保佑！我当时眼泪都掉下来，虽然当时还有指标不正常，有些贫血，但是毕竟才闻到佛法几个月时间。后来我的血小板指标达到127。中间有段时间懈怠，两天念三张小房子还念不动，早上还爬不起来，迟迟不敢许愿给自己要经者小房子的数量，愿力不够，两次梦境考试不及格，导致三四个指标不正常，所以师兄们，要以我为戒，努力修心，念经，一门精进，永不退转！
现在我真诚地向观世音菩萨许愿：
第一，终生吃素；第二，终生不杀生；第三，终生随缘放生；第四，尊师重道，做观世音菩萨的千手千眼，永不退转；第五，终生学习《白话佛法》；第六，终生现身说法，弘扬佛法，广度有缘人；第七，2022年一年内念诵1000张小房子给自己要经者；第八，2022年一年内读《白话佛法》1000遍；第九，2022年一年内放生3000条鱼；第十，：2022年一年内共修精进学习《白话佛法》100场。

The museum was still pretty much as I remembered it from twelve years before: the dim lighting, the black steel frames around the glass cases. I recognised the Egyptian mummy, the cavern of reptiles, the scorpions in the wall. But the raptors had gone. I walked from end to end of the natural history section, but there was no sign of them and no gap where they might be restored in place. I walked back down the stairs and asked at the reception desk: 'Where are the birds of prey?'
'They haven't been here for years,' the attendant said. 'The exhibits don't last forever. I think they're still in the basement.'
'Can I see them? Please? It's important.'
She thought for a few seconds. 'Are you doing research?' I showed her my college library card. 'Maybe then. I'll ask a colleague.'
Ten minutes later, an older woman led me to the back of the museum and unlocked a door in the wall. She reached up to switch on the light, which made little difference. 'This way.' Our footsteps echoed in the narrow passage. I glimpsed dark shapes on pedestals or hanging from wires on either side.
We went down a flight of steps, along a further passage, then down again to another door, which she pushed open. Beyond was a dimly lit hall that smelt of formaldehyde and decay. She pointed towards some narrow shapes that I could barely make out. 'Come back when you've found them.' Then she turned and walked back through the doorway, leaving me alone.
The air was cold. As I walked through the hall, I realised the thin standing objects were trees. I felt dead leaves crack beneath my feet. There was a half-moon overhead, and a few stars. I walked on for some time. Then I glimpsed a hawk on a low branch, just above my head. An owl was waiting in the hollow of a trunk. I could just make out a kestrel silhouetted against the midnight blue of the cloudless sky. There was no breath of wind. I stopped.
The raptors gathered around me. They perched on branches, stood on the hard ground, hovered in the air close by. I waited for them to strike. A network of black twigs stood out against the moon. I saw wings outstretched, beaks raised, but no movement. II stripped off my clothes and stood naked.
The birds didn't move. Neither did the moon.
It didn't matter.

Expected to use Booster 11 and Ship 29. A licence modification is needed because they are planning to do "some different things."
   
2. IFT-3 launch consisted of Booster 10 and Ship 28 as initially mentioned on NSF Roundup. SpaceX successfully achieved the launch on the specified date of March 14th 2024, as announced at this link with a post-flight summary. The IFT-2 mishap investigation was concluded on February 26th. Launch License was issued by the FAA on March 13th 2024 - this is a direct link to a PDF document on the FAA's website. Propellant transfer was successful.
   
3. When was the previous Integrated Flight Test (IFT-2)? Booster 9 + Ship 25 launched Saturday, November 18 after slight delay.
   
4. What was the result of IFT-2 Successful lift off with minimal pad damage. Successful booster operation with all engines to successful hot stage separation. Booster destroyed after attempted boost-back. Ship fired all engines to near orbital speed then lost. No re-entry attempt.
   
5. Did IFT-2 fail? No. As part of an iterative test program, many milestones were achieved. Perfection is not expected at this stage.
   
6. Goals for 2024 Reach orbit, deploy starlinks and recover both stages

I can’t remember the entire dream as there was a lot of different mini plots and places (most of my dreams are like this). What I do remember is the end. I was with a group of 3 others, and we were playing some game. There was not tv or video game controllers, we were just “in” the game. My character within this game was only a silhouette of a basic fantasy-type archer. I hit one of the others with an attack, and the game went silent and still. In the game, my archers bow was hovering in the air in front of my character, the string touching the person I had attacked. My character held a Chain, one end in each hand, and was rubbing the Chain horizontally across the vertical string of the bow, as if he was starting a fire. The rubbing was very stocatto, and after the 5th or 6th rub there was the sound of numerous people performing one distinct clap of their hands.
I was instantly in the kitchen of my old family home, about 10 ft away from the sink. I was now me, and not my video game character, but I had the bow with me. I saw the silhouhette of a tiny human, probably 3-4 inches tall, run out of my bow and to the kitchen sink area, where the other three people were standing. I was amused by the little guy, and asked the other three if they saw it (it’s worth mentioning that I didn’t question the instant teleportation from the game world or the fact that I had a bow with me now), but the remained silent. I heard a creaking sound, and approached the sink to see why they weren’t replying and what the sound was. I saw the guy I had done that weird attack to in the game with a bow in his hands, holding it in the sink. He was tying it with string, which is what the creaking sound was, and just staring at it. He seemed robotic, and I was instantly aware that I had caused this by doing that attack in the game. I couldn’t see his eyes or the two people next to him, who were also frozen and staring at his work. It was silent and completely still with the exception of the bow string creaking as it was tightened. I began to get frustrated, and slightly concerned, so I gave him a light shove on the shoulder. What happened next was genuinely horrific and I’m still getting chills retyping it. He instantly dropped the bow in the sink and turned to me, and there was something terrifying about his eyes. They weren’t all black, but the pupils were definitely bigger than normal. They were also extremely shiny. I don’t know if any of you have seen the movie bird box, but the peoples eyes from that movie are the closest thing I can compare this too, although they’re still very different. I know this probably doesn’t sound scary, but believe me when I say that seeing these eyes was one of the most genuinely horrific things I’ve ever experienced. They were wide open, and I instantly backed away in shock. I instinctively put the kitchen island between myself and him, and he continued to absolutely stare into my soul (this is honestly what it felt like) as he matched my path of movement, but on the other side. As he stared into me, unblinking, I got the overwhelming sense that he hated me, and that I had done something to him that was causing immense torture. I opened my mouth to scream, but barely anything came out. Fight or flight kicked in and I raised the bow in my hands to hit him, but my arms barely worked. I just stood there for another moment, screaming so hard it felt like my head would explode, as his eyes peered into my own. I then woke up, feeling like I had been screaming in real life, and laid there absolutely frozen with horror for a good 5 minutes or so.
Edit: if any of you have seen mullholland drive, it all felt VERY similar to that one scene with the homeless guy.
Once again, I know it doesn’t sound that scary, but something about this dream was different than any dream I’ve ever had. Lately, I keep having these horrible nightmares that cause me to wake up feeling like I can’t breath or even gasping for aishouting out for help. This nightmare felt like the ones that usually cause those things, but it didn’t this time. Anybody else have nightmares like that?

I've been with the company 5 years in a full time management position. There are 3 full time managers and 1 part time, it has been this way since before I started. I work 5 days a week and on 3 of those days I am alone in the store with 1 cashier. My shift is 7:30-3 and the next manager is scheduled right at 3 but by the time they are ready to relieve me it's closer to 10 after. We have been told that an unpaid lunch break is mandatory and if we don't take it, we will be written up. Makes sense. The problem is that I'm required to clock out for a break that I have to be on call for, as the only manager on duty. I cannot leave the premises and I must respond immediately to pages from the cashier. (They can't do returns, price overrides, pay cards, etc without a manager). If the phone rings I have to answer it. This is going on 2 years now. Months ago, I brought it up to my store Manager and he promised I would have coverage. I have not. He schedules himself but then doesn't show up until just about 3, with the other manager. So my options are a write up, an unpaid working break, or wait until after my scheduled shift end to take an actual break. The few times I have brought it to my managers attention since, it has been ignored. I brought it up again today and it was ignored. But 30 minutes later I was told that 3 full time managers are not in the budget. The options are transfer to the nearest store with a matching vacancy or be demoted to part time cashier and lose my benefits, half my hours, a $4/hr pay cut, and my dignity. Now, he did have a meeting with his boss prior to this so it could very well be legit. But why me? I am not the low man, I have never had a less than perfect performance review, I have the same open availability as the other two, my attendance is better than one of them (same employee has been terminated by this company in the past). I know I very likely don't have any recourse but I cannot afford to take this demotion in any way and the nearest store could be an hour away. Is there any possibility for me here?

I am pretty sure. I've been invited to a meeting with my manager and one of the women in HR is attending as a "note-taker" i.e. witness. The letter inviting me to the meeting was very formal and says they want to have "an open conversation about the structure of the department" and that I can bring a work colleague with me if I want. So reading between the lines I think it has to be redundancy.
It's not a group of redundancies, it's just me (afaik) and I am not surprised. There's been what I think is a mutual feeling there for a while that they don't want me there and I don't want to be there. My performance has been poor although I have never had a warning or anything based on it so I don't think they can sack me on performance. Their management has also been poor, effectively ignoring me with zero communication, no annual review, no targets, KPIs or deadlines.
My goal now is to handle this process with as much dignity as I can and hopefully leave on good terms. I did not fit in at this company but I don't think they're bad people.
I've been here for 21.5 months and statutory redundancy only kicks in at 24 months but I am hoping they will offer me a month's salary anyway.
Even though I know what's coming I hope I can handle it, I'm very nervous and have a tendency to go all red and blotchy in these situations or worse cry. I've worn more makeup than usual to try and temper the redness and I just hope I can keep my cool in this meeting.

My flight from Seattle to Fairbanks (ASA 92) got diverted due to a “medical emergency” in the back of the plane. We were in a middle of the drink service when this was announced. The two flight attendants seem surprised/confused and continue to finish the service. There were no announcements of asking for a doctor of any sort. I talked to a passenger who went to use the restroom in the back and she mentioned that she didn’t see anything out of the norm. When we landed there was no sort of announcement of staying in the seat, but more confusion from the crew on what to do. We deplaned normally and there was no urgency or emergency personnel meeting us at the gate. What was interesting was that the paramedics checked all of the flight attendants vitals and I overheard them asking if they felt better than they did on the plane. This made me think it was due to a depressurization of the plane, however, when checked on the flight track log it showed that they the plane stayed leveled when turned around. Does anyone have any insight on this?

There's been a lot of talk around balance lately, particularly some (in my opinion) valid complaints about certain nerfs not making sense.
With that in mind, here are some suggestions around balance. The focus here is on fun and uniqueness.
Credit for most suggestions goes to the Helldivers community. I've mostly compiled what others have said, though I've tried to be more specific about stat recommendations.
For anyone who doesn't know, the stats shown on-screen are not the full picture. For instance, the CEO has said recoil is actually governed by 14 different values. However, I wanted to be as specific as possible.
For anyone wondering, I'm around level 50 and play on various difficulties, most often 7.
When in doubt, I've erred on the side of smaller versus larger changes, which I think is a good approach to balance in general.
Some more general thoughts about balance about the bottom, but for now, let's just dive in...
Liberator: Honestly great as-is; well-rounded starter for clearing crowds, compensated by being bad against armor.
Liberator Penetrator: VERY underpowered due to a 30-round mag (versus 45 for the Liberator), and 45 (versus 60) damage, though it does have Medium armor penetration. It's very strange that the "Penetrator" does far less damage than its "vanilla" variant. Suggest raising damage to 65 and keeping the clip at 30 rounds to emphasize its specialty anti-armor role.
Liberator Concussive: Suggest raising damage to 75. Come on... it shoots explosive, um, concussive rounds. The smaller clip would still balance it versus the basic Liberator, while the lack of Medium penetration would mean it doesn't invalidate the Penetrator.
Tenderizer: Suggest raising damage to 75 on this one too, or it will be completely invalidated by the Liberator variants (as it currently is...). This would make it a smaller-capacity, higher-caliber alternative, which aligns with the description. Also, ammo should be fully refilled by drops (as most other guns are) and the color fixed to match the trailer. Guessing these were oversights.
Adjudicator: Well-balanced thanks to recent buffs, but I do think the recoil should be more like 30-35 instead of 40. I'm a big fan (and liked it even before the buff), but it feels strangely hard to control the recoil, especially now that it's considered an assault rifle.
Diligence: Think it's great after the buffs. Not always ideal for bugs (though I use it for that too), but great for bots. No changes.
Diligence Counter-Sniper: Love it after the buffs; it was terrible before. I do think it should have 8 mags instead of 6 (matching the Diligence in mags, but still with less ammo overall due to a clip of 15 versus 20). It feels like it runs out way too fast.
Defender: Honestly not sure; I rarely use it and haven't read much about it. I suspect this means it's decent as-is.
Pummeler: Similar to Defender but less fire rate and lower damage in exchange for stun. Well-received by the community; good as-is.
Punisher: Powerful and well-rounded, good as-is.
Slugger: People were using it as a stagger sniper rifle, and somehow the balance "fix" was to remove the stagger and power, but keep the sniper accuracy? This is a slug shotgun. Suggest reverting damage and stagger to pre-nerf, but make it somewhat less accurate (or have the damage drop off more) at longer ranges.
Breaker: Good as-is.
Breaker Spray& Pray: Nearly half the damage / twice the capacity of the regular Breaker, but only 10% more fire rate? Granted this is a light crowd clearer, but I really think the fire rate should be more like 400. This would still be notably lower DPS than the Breaker, but with more ammo and much faster firing... it is called the Spray&Pray!
Breaker Incendiary: One of the best weapons imo, with a very reasonable trade-off of less immediate power for more BURN THEM ALL. My teammates often use it to set me ablaze with patriotism. Good as-is.
Exploding Crossbow: One of the worst-balanced weapons right now. The question is whether it should be more of a light crowd-clear (as it was pre-nerf), or armor penetrator (as the devs have claimed was their original intention), as currently it is bad at both. I would favor the former, only because A) that's what it was before and what people seemed to prefer, and B) that sets it apart from the Eruptor more, rather than basically serving the same role but without the ability to close holes. (I personally wish it could close them, as it is explosive, but being semi-auto that might be a bit OP.) I think it should be reverted to pre-nerf, but adding a couple more clips and keeping the faster-flying bolts (a nice change!). It was odd and a bit annoying how slow the bolts were when it first got released; even strafing could throw them off. It's a crossbow, after all, not a trebuchet. The tooltip should also say its level of armor penetration (currently it doesn't.)
Dominator: Not sure why it was recently nerfed down to 275 damage. I honestly feel the recent nerf made no difference to the balance, but I'd revert it just as a show of good faith.
Eruptor: There is a lot to say here... suggest reverting its stats and performance to the original release, but keeping the fix to it not 'imploding' players toward the explosion, and keeping the magazines at 6. I think it is potentially OK to keep the slight nerf to damage radius fall-off too (I didn't feel much difference, but it seemed more realistic somehow, whereas at release the explosion felt like it went abruptly from full damage to 0 at the edge of the radius).
HOWEVER, removing the "shrapnel" mechanic absolutely needs to be reverted. This was a massive, unnecessary nerf that removed the gun's identity and took it from being great to being awful.
A couple more points about that:
-Yes, it could randomly kill you from 30 meters away... like 0.5% of the time. Anyone claiming it didn't is wrong, though it was very rare. I had it happen maybe twice in a 10-hour period.
-No, it was not a big deal at all. However, it also did not make sense, and added nothing fun to gameplay. None of the other "explosive" guns, airstrikes, etc, work that way, and it appears from dev comments the rare weirdly long ricochets were not intended. If that could be fixed without removing the shrapnel, I think it should be... though I would personally rather have a quick revert/fix that adds back shrapnel but keeps the weird ricochet, versus a slower fix that resolves the issue completely.
-Removing the shrapnel was a dev decision. Some people need to stop blaming the community for that, because no one was asking for it to be removed completely; they just wanted the explosive mechanics to be more consistent, fun, and intuitive.
Punisher Plasma: Feels way better after the buffs; love the increased flight speed for the shots. I could see a slight buff to power or explosive radius, but think it's pretty good as-is.
Blitzer: Feels amazing after the buff to fire rate. Kudos to the devs, because this has gone from hot garbage to being my favorite gun... unless/until the Eruptor is fixed. Democracy rating: Taste My Lightning / 10.
Scythe: The buff helped, but it still feels quite weak. I'd buff power significantly (up to 450-500 DPS) and up the Fire Limit from 8 to 10. For comparison, the Sickle has a DPS of 687.5 (assuming its 750 "Fire Rate" means roughly 750 rounds per minute) and a Fire Limit of 9.
Sickle: Super fun, no notes. Great crowd clear, not so great against heavies. I think the nerf to its ammo cartridges was fine, though unnecessary. It didn't change much.
Scorcher: I haven't used it personally (literally just unlocked), but the community seems to feel it's in a good place. Looking forward to some Scorching!
Purifier: Also have not used this personally, so take with a grain of salt, but the consensus seems to be that it's like a much worse Scorcher. The chargeup is a neat mechanic, so I'd lean into that and add a lot more power... like, 400 versus the current 250. Maybe increase recoil to give it that extra kick. Also, I could be wrong, but the 250 displayed for the fire rate seems strangely high based on the gameplay videos I've seen... not sure if that's accurate.
General balance suggestions:
1) "Spreadsheet" balancing based on gun popularity is a bad strategy.
It's good to encourage loadout variety, but guns will never be used equally, and "more used" does not necessarily mean "overpowered." There are many reasons besides a gun being unbalanced that it might be used by more people. It could be unlocked earlier, or easier to learn, or just more fun to use (in which case it's the last thing you should be nerfing!). Some will be used by more people simply because they see other people using it. There are many examples of this in other games. In Rocket League, the "Octane" car is literally identical to many other cars in its stats, but it's still the most used by a wide margin. In Age of Empires 2, the French civilization has a higher win-rate among low-level players because it's easy to learn, but at a higher level, it's well-balanced.
2) Ideally balance for low and high difficulties... but high is more important.
At a high level, if a gun underperforms, you will either die, or worse, not contribute properly to your team... and Freedom.
Because there are some enemies that only appear on higher difficulties, you simply can't get away without playtesting on higher levels.
With that said, if something works well at a high level, the lower levels take care of themselves to an extent. There are some caveats (for instance, crowd-clearing weapons with low armor penetration are relatively better on lower levels), but it's hard to have perfect balance across all difficulties, and it's less important for lower levels because you can get away with a lot more and still survive. The same is not true in reverse.
If the devs don't have the time or inclination to play at a high level, a Preview server (as some have suggested) could help. Tapping skilled streamers/content creators for balance suggestions (after vetting them and/or putting some kind of NDA in place) is an option, too. Microsoft does that with Age of Empires, for instance.
3) This is a PVE game, not PVP. It's best to err on the side of limited changes... especially with nerfs. Fixes take time, but it takes 0 development time to NOT nerf something.
People emotionally invest in weapons they enjoy. (I bring my emotional support 500KG everywhere!) If you change them, they probably won't like it! This goes double for unnecessary nerfs (see 1 above).
In a PVP game, if something is overpowered, the person it's used against generally has less fun. In Helldivers, our enemies are subhuman and have no feelings to consider besides a hatred of all things free and Democratic.

Its common that I have suicidal ideation on my period. Mean comments and transphobia don't help. I won't let them be the reason I end my life..but it sure does make it hard.
