2024.05.16 11:14 AlchemyMan Getting our rental deposit returned -- nightmare awaiting

Any Advice is most appreciated.
Our landlord is a complete and total: insert expletive. We have faithfully finished our three years and are moving out. I'm planning right now in order to get our 4K deposit back and would like to have clearer information on return of the apartment as it was received.
Especially this "normal wear and tear" which is nebulous at best.
I'm planning to fill in and repair the walls where we drilled anchor holes for hanging artwork. But painting over these repairs is the BIG question. Even if I repaint, it's unlikely I'm going to match the paint color exactly as the surrounding walls because it's three years after entering a freshly painted apartment.
We've got some water damage on the walls near the floor in one corner which is possibly due to groundwater seepage and the disintegrating plastic sheeting used to encircle the foundation.
We've sent him emails and registered letters concerning all of this and more. We are worried because he is going to be out of the country when we leave and he claims he has given power of attorney to the real estate agent to sign off on our deposit. Can we request proof of this? He has made sport of screwing us every chance he gets and we are moving to CZ so legal action is going to be problematic and avoided at all costs.
He has multiple properties and he's in bed with his expert and repeat business. The expert he used for the move in did a report of 20 pages with 50 photos and still missed stuff. We missed the deadline to refute because we trusted the guy. Big mistake. We'll hire our own expert this time.
I've been to the advocate at the Syndicate des Locataires twice and will have probably go a third time to contest year end charges because he's also in bed with the syndic. In France/UK/US these guys would be in trouble with the law. Here, it's business as usual.
help and thanks

2024.05.16 11:12 grar_ulfur My stepfather constantly reminds me that I'm trash

This piece of man came into my life about 12 years ago and since then it has gotten worse. My mother was never lucky with her choice of men. Men beat her or cheated on her or humiliated her, but she decided to stay with this one, which combines all the most disgusting things that can be in a person. He beats her, he cheated on her twice (probably more), he constantly humiliates her, calling her fat (she's not, but these words almost drive her to anorexia) and a bad mother, he yells at my little brother, forcing him to do things that my brother doesn't want to do (he forces him to go to wrestling because “if he doesn’t fight, then he’s not a man”)
I (F21) have always waged this war with him because of his attitude towards my mother and people. Several times I had to rush at him with a stun gun when he beat my mother on the kitchen floor because she had cooked the wrong soup for him. The problem is that she fell in love with the person he seemed to be at the beginning of their relationship, he advised her to sell the country house (the only place where she and I could escape from him) and now when she has no way back and has a son, she stays with him no matter what a person he is.
I was a victim of bullying at school and suffer from BPD, all my life I have been trying my best to prove to the world that I am worth something and can achieve something in life in this disgusting place. I entered a very good university and will soon graduate without bad grades, I have friends (not many but still), I have hobbies, I'm learning three languages. But my stepfather nullifies all my efforts. Every day he shouts throughout the entire apartment, saying what a loser I am, calling me disabled, saying that I will never achieve anything and will die somewhere in the trash heap. I dream of getting a visa in the future and going to another country to be with my boyfriend (we are in a long-distance relationship). But after the words of this man, I begin to doubt whether I can take such a big step...
I know I should ignore what he says but I can't. When he's at home, I can't leave my room, I'm afraid to eat and drink, I'm afraid to even go to the wc. I feel like what he calls me - a loser, trash, a disabled person, someone who will never achieve anything... There were times when he took the door of my room off its hinges and I didn’t even have personal space, escape from him, I couldn’t change clothes or do anything at all. I live in a country where the police don't deal with cases related to domestic violence and humiliation of human dignity and there is nothing that I could do to stop this.
I don’t even cross paths with him being in the same apartment, I don’t speak to him and in all these years I have never addressed him, but every day from behind thin walls I hear him humiliating me, my mother, my brother. I constantly hope that he will disappear somewhere in the forest (he is a hunter) after being eaten by a bear, but even in this case, my mother and brother will be left homeless.
I have many nervous diseases that get worse every year. I have never had peace in my life and even at home I can't find it.

2024.05.16 10:53 itsallalittleblurry2 It’s Lonely At The Top

A group of us had been selected for special duty in a far-off place at the other end of the Country. And for some reason, I’d been further selected to shepherd our small flock to there. Into my keeping was given everyone’s individual travel orders, tickets, meal vouchers, etc. We’d be flying commercially, so mine to deal with airport personnel, make sure we got to our gates on time, damn transfers, etc, etc. Lucky me.
Why me, I had no idea. I Had achieved NCO status by that point, but I wasn’t the only one. I wasn’t even the senior one. And tbh, I didn’t consider Myself all that responsible.
I Was good at talking, lying, conniving, obfuscating, bribing, and otherwise getting my charges (and by extension Me) out of whatever they’d gotten themselves/us into again. THAT I was good at. Those bast……fine young men were walking chaos. It took up more of my time and ingenuity than you might think.
But this one more minor headache I didn’t need.
Then the skies brightened, and the sunlight it did appear. Gathering at the departure point for to depart, I was delighted to see a SSgt among we lesser sheep.
Approaching his August self, with a happy smile, I informed him of the obvious: “You’re the ranking man here. I believe these belong to you.”
And I attempted to hand over one tan-colored expandable accordion file, flap secured with a string, issue one.
With an even larger smile than mine own, he replied: “No the hell they do not! YOU were assigned this duty. This is Your turkey shoot. I’m just along for the ride. Lead on, McDuff……nice try, though.” The old adage in action: “Don’t volunteer for Anything.” And he wasn’t about to. Smartass.
Gray skies again. But a minor nuisance. Keep counting heads, make sure noone wanders off with departure in five minutes. Tries to sneak a couple of drinks before the flight’s called. Gets to talking to someone and forgets they’re supposed to be going somewhere.
“Let’s go - where are You all goin’?”
“Gate nine’s this way.”
“Gate Five! Gate Five!”
SSgt smiling.
“Are all of you young men in the military?”
“Yes, Ma’am.” (Maybe the uniforms gave it away…..be nice. She’s somebody’s grandmother).
“Flying commercial, I see.” (Well, we’re in an airport…..probably a lucky guess. Be polite. His taxes pay your salary. He’ll tell ya).
“Yes, Sir.”
Boarding call. One, two, three, four, five, six…..”Where’s Cpl Evans?”
“I think he’s makin’ a head call.”
“We been here for an hour, and he goes Now?…..Never mind - here ‘e comes.”
SSgt happy.
“So you’re all flying together?”
(No shit, Sherlock! We’re all Standin’ here together, ain’t we?…….Be patient - she’s just doin’ her job).
“Yes, Ma’am.”
SSgt smiling again.

2024.05.16 10:49 Dr_Quantum101 Help! How to get an Autograph!

So Lawrence himself (J. Michael Tatum) is coming to a convention near me soon. I would like to get my collectors edition of Spice and Wolf signed.
Small problem: I’ve never been to a convention before and am quite socially anxious. So I know where and when to lineup at the autograph tables but I have no clue what the procedure is with these things.
I assume I shake the man’s hand, say I’m a big fan of his work, put the page in front of him, hand him a writing device or he’ll use the ones he has on hand and then he’ll ask me what I want him to write, and how big?
Issue is I have no clue what I would want him to write and it feels wrong to say “whatever you want”, some ideas from here relevant to the show would be nice, and is it the default to have the signature dated or would I have to specifically request that?
Additionally I’m worried that using a sharpie would bleed through the pages even though they are relatively high quality, not sure I should be concerned about that but maybe I should bring a pen instead?
I wasn’t sure where I could get these questions and concerns answered in any meaningful way so I came here. Sorry for the trouble, it’s been a whirlwind of seemingly meaningless frivolous concerns in my head for the last few days. So much so that it’s even putting me off going entirely regardless of how close to the convention I live.

2024.05.16 10:47 mylostlights Ice Cream Piano Analysis

I get frustrated with genius annotations, especially re: Vampire Weekend's discography. While I was reading through some of the lyrics last night, it struck me how surface level many of the associations are on the lyric page for "Ice Cream Piano," which is a shame for such a thematically rich song.
That said, I decided to take a stab at dissecting the song as a whole, while tying some of the more obscure references with themes in the larger project.

Verse 1

"Fuck the world," /you/ said it quiet No one could hear you, no one but /me/ "Cynical, you can't deny it"
Ezra seems to be describing a conversation between "himself" and "his partner" reacting to an unspecified issue. "She" reacted to something, and "he" criticizes that reaction. However, there is some ambiguity regarding who exactly is saying the last line; is it the singer himself, or is he quoting her as he did the opening line?
This ambiguity is a carried theme throughout the rest of the song, and as the lyrics continue, which side is throwing out accusations becomes less relevant. The implied goal of these first lines is to frame the rest of the song as an argument between two individuals, and to show the sneaky ways in which their conflicting viewpoints mirror each other.
I think it's important to mention here that, ahead of "Father of the Bride," Ezra spoke about wanting to move away from the more impressionistic style present in earlier Vampire Weekend records and experiment in writing lyrics where the general theme of the song can be understood in the first few lines. Furthermore, during the Zane Low release interview for "Only God Was Above Us," Ezra dove deep into the track listing process, stating he knew early on that "Ice Cream Piano" needed to be the opening track.
Knowing these two facts, these deceptively unassuming lines in fact carry a significant weight. Where the high-level reading describes a conflict between two individuals, the deeper understanding is that they each represent a conflicting philosophy or idea -- a conflict that will serve as the central thematic core for the album as a whole.
"You don't want to win this war 'cause you don't want the peace Armistice, /we/ never tried it *You're* the soldier, *I'm* police Listen, baby, we can't deny it You don't want to win this war 'cause you don't want the peace"
As this section of the song is accompanied by a second vocal track, we can assume these lines as sung to each other, implying that their only point of agreement is the recognition of the other's uncompromising nature.
Armistice, simply stopping conflict, is so beyond an option because they're hypocrites -- criticizing the other based on one's subjective position. In her eyes, he's the soldier; in his, police. In this metaphor, one serves as the agitator and the other as defender.

Verse 2

The word was weaponized as soon as it had passed your lips
The "word" here seems to be either war or peace. But with either it's a loaded offer because, as implied earlier, they're not engaging with the other's viewpoint in good faith and, as such, their criticisms are unfounded. His distaste towards cynicism and her more myopically aligned viewpoint sit diametrically opposed. Their definition of peace is incompatible. As the music builds, it seems to come in conflict with Ezra's vocals; he's nearly shouting as they climb and create a barrage of competing sounds.
I am a gentleman, I refuse to show my gentleness Fuck around and find out, the angry child recites this every day The universe will pry out, the truth which is you've got nothin' to say
What's interesting about this verse is that, on first reading, the beginning of each statement seems to support the last -- as if said by the same person. However, on closer inspection it seems as though the following mocks the prior; "I am a gentleman, I refuse to show my gentleness" is clearly self contradictory -- as are the other two when read as single statements.
When split at their conflicting point as "I am a gentleman," and separately, "I refuse to show my gentleness," it continues to follow the theme set in Verse 1 of a conversation between two individuals. So, the verse can be read as:
I am a gentleman, I refuse to show my gentleness Fuck around and find out, the angry child recites this every day The universe will pry out, the truth which is you've got nothin' to say
When one side says something, the other interrupts and mocks that statement. This pattern can be observed in the following two lines. However, by choosing to frame both the initial statement and its contradiction in the first person, Ezra is able to explore the narcissism present in the respective ideologies of the two individuals. They cannot see past their own egos to agree with the other, because the criticisms levied by one are exactly those which the other is accusing them of. As the verse continues, this rising tension and anger becomes more pointed and prevents either side from finishing a complete statement, the screams of one silence the other; and as they are both screaming, neither is saying anything of import.
Fuck around and find out, the angry child recites this every day
Following this, the second line is a slightly more direct accusation, presumably in the third person.
The universe will pry out, the truth which is you've got nothin' to say
The final line is a direct accusation, and the only of the three in second person.
It becomes clear here that Ezra seems to be less interested in the specific opposing ideas and more in the conflict between the two, and the dissonance between that conflict and each of the participant's apparent similarities. The words each one says are weaponized before they are even uttered, demolishing any chance for good faith discussion.

Chorus

In dreams, I scream piano, I softly reach the high note The world don't recognize a singer who won't sing
There are a couple bits of wordplay happening here, outside of the dream imagery.
The first, and most obvious, is the phrasing of "Ice Cream Piano" in the title and "I Scream Piano" in the verse; pointing back to the song's overarching metaphor, "Ice Cream Piano" and "I Scream Piano" are simple homophones, which is to say they are two different ideas that are saying the same thing.
The second bit of wordplay is the actual usage of "I scream piano." Ezra is purposefully employing the Italian-rooted musical usage of "piano" which, when present in a composition, means to play that section quietly. The second half of the line turns yet another self-contradictory observation into a double-entendre; the "screaming" piano is softened by the instruction of "piano."
The first line of the chorus, when coupled with the second, paints a picture of someone who desperately wants to express their beliefs but, whether it be because the screams are quiet or because screams themselves are not songs, the "singer" and their "song" is rejected by the world at large.
Framing this whole verse as a dream connects these ideas to the larger themes of the song, as being unable to run or scream in a dream is a fairly common experience for people, it seems as though Ezra is using the chorus here to highlight the end of the second verse, "the truth which is you've got nothing to say."
Another equally valid analysis is to literalize the quiet screaming; the anger and animosity between the couple motivates them only to scream, and never to sing. Their unending fighting reduces any opportunity for growth through debate to rubble; at this point, they just don't fucking like each other.

Verse 3

You talk of Serbians, whisper Kosovar Albanians The boy's Romanian, third generation Transylvanian I see the vampires walkin', don't be gripped by fear, you aren't next We're all the sons and daughters of vampires who drained the old world's necks
Russian iconography is further mentioned throughout "Only God Was Above Us," and serves as one of the more important throughlines of the album -- connecting Ezra's familial history in Eastern Europe, their ties with Russia, and its relationship to modern issues. This, as the first reference in the album to Russia at large, works as a bit of place setting.
Here, the specific namedrops highlight the same conflict described earlier in the song; the Serbians and Kosovo were once a united country as Yugoslavia, but were split by civil war as a result of fundamental ideological differences at the end of the last millennium. Moreover, the usage of "talk" versus "whisper" implies open discussion about the first (Serbia) and the need to sweep the more complicated history of the second (The Kosovar Albanians, the Kosovo War) under the rug.
The conflict between Romania, Kosovo, and Serbia is a deeply complicated and delicate situation that spans generations of ideological and political conflict. The mention of the Romanian's history surrounded by the context of Serbia and Kosovo, and the subsequent criticism of that observation, again highlights the nature of the conflict between the two individuals in the song: where one recognizes the material legacy of these terrible "vampires," the other points out that the new generation is not the old, and are not necessarily beholden to their crimes or traditions.

Chorus 2

In dreams, I scream piano, I softly reach the high note The world don't recognize a singer who won't sing

Outro / Chorus 3

In dreams, I scream piano, I softly reach the high note The world don't recognize a singer who won't sing
The repetition of the choruses at the end of the song, combined with the strong call-and-response of the instrumentation between and after the chorus and outro sections, points towards an unending conflict. By the end of the song's narrative, neither side has arrived at a compromise. In reference to the album, "Ice Cream Piano" serves as a massive "YOU ARE HERE" marker on a larger map of western and American political culture. There's a pretty clear line to draw from the struggle between the two characters described in this song and the ouroboric nature of modern-day political discourse, as we witness two parties cannibalize each other in an attempt to garner support from a majority of peoples. But to say that's the entire message of the song feels reductive to the incredible songwriting here. Even that conclusion lends to the broader observation of two ideas that exist only to oppose the other.

2024.05.16 10:33 Vinay_Dogra Summer Fashion Trends for Women’s Summer Style

The fact is, that even in the summer it is incredibly hot the only thing tough to do may be the decision to some clothes, because of this it reminds you of everybody and a lot of things but don't worry! Don't worry at all that a warm day would make you an odd man in the choir. The smart method to go about this is to strive to be the unique individual who is amongst a crowd of many.
1. Opt for Breathable Fabrics: The springtime attire requires a light, non-fridge fabric the cotton, linen or chambray will be the main fabrics for the upcoming summer collection. Indeed, they don't only let the air pass through and make easy movement with no sweat.
2. Go Sleeveless: Visualize savouring the moments life brings from time to time that never lasts, and lock in on the trendy sleeveless clothes. this will make life present. The sleeveless fashion is for you, give it a chance. These clothes are desirable not just for their convenience but more so for the fact that they are ideal outfits because you can also gracefully highlight your beautiful skin-tan tone with them.
3. Loose and Flowy Silhouettes: Nevertheless, I do not recommend those tight clothes that are useless to hide your body shape, and instead try to look like a natural beauty by wearing loose and comfy clothes, that are not designed to expose your curves. Consequently, cover dresses, soft-knitted tops, and wide-flared pants are the most convenient outfits to wear during the hot summer season because they coincide with the heat and the brightness of the hot season perfectly.
4. Light Colors and Prints: The types of colours used, such as white, pastels and a slightly lighter shade of beige, will act as the mirrors that are the sun and they will, therefore, reflect heat so that you feel even cooler than the dark shades. And in addition, it should be one of the things to be under consideration. Let's have a look at wild and refreshing summer prints for an added punch to your summer apparel – dots, flowers, stripes or colourful graphics inspired by the sea and beach, to add some extra zest to your wardrobe.
5. Accessorize Wisely: Be on tier with the latest trends by collecting multirole designer accessories too. Give a mysterious look and powerful sun protection a go and you will realize that, yes, my woven or floppy hat is the accessory you can't miss! Wear the scarves flawlessly that add a sense of decorum to your style. Write a wonderful essay on the above concept: How social media shapes teens' psychological health.

2024.05.16 10:31 Short-Pop1974 Tech Issue with Number Pad

I've been typing out notes on Google Docs for a class. I have a Macbook 16-inch Pro. My numbers were working just fine before, and all of a sudden, the number four key stopped working correctly. The weird part is, I can see the space where the number four is typing, but it's as if it's invisible. It just shows up as a space. I thought it was an issue with my font color being white, but it shows being set as black, so it should be showing. I'll give an example. The next numbers in parentheses are going to count to 5: (1, 2, 3, ,5). It will not show the number whatsoever. I checked my settings and updates, restarted my computer, and reloaded my page. I don't know what else to do. Can anyone help?

2024.05.16 10:16 Top-Quality-647 Am I overreacting or am I right to be upset? (no personal info)

Last weekend I favorited an item and got a very nice message from the seller saying she had other items in that category too if I was interested. I straight away told her I liked the item but was looking for a specific color (A), which she said she had, so I was deciding on a second item to bundle with it (B). I described what I wanted and she gave me a great option in 3 colors, which I looked up and told her my favorite. So I said I would buy those two (original item and new one) and then suddenly she tells me she doesn't have that color of A anymore. I was confused and said the one from the post we were chatting under was different, but she had confirmed to have the color I wanted. She apologized and said there was a mess up with a cancelled order or whatever, so I said ok let me look at that color in store Monday or Tuesday to decide.
I did that and realized I still wanted my original color idea, so I messaged her politely explaining and saying no thanks. She didn't message back, but I found another post with the item and put an offer in. Around the same time the person accepted the offer, she replied back saying she was able to get the color for me. Since she was so nice, I let the other person know I wouldn't be buying and told the girl I would buy from her. Before I even replied, she posted my two items on her page. Since we had been talking, I asked her what price she could do in the chat, but she didn't reply for hours. I just checked again and both items I told her I would buy have sold.
I know a seller's priority is to sell, so I understand her posting. But she has many unposted items that she sent me pictures of (like a lot in many colors). If you're negotiating a sale with a buyer that always follows through on what they say, why would you post those exact items up without talking to them first? Even item B, she had many colors (just posted another one). If she just wanted to sell the item, why not post one of the many other colors or other items in the category? Maybe it's a sign I shouldn't buy, but I'm kind of upset as I thought we had an agreement and even told her that I chose to buy from her instead of the other person as she had been so nice, but now I think it was kind of shitty of her to post the exact colors I told her I wanted. Even out of the 3 that she had suggested based on what I was looking for, she just posted my favorite. Not to mention all the other brands and products she has (that I'm not interested in but she could sell for the same price or more). Idk just feels wrong to me

2024.05.16 10:14 tinybeetch Weirdos in Myrtle Beach

I contemplated sharing all of these since the first two happened so long ago, but they’re eerie enough that I think that they should be shared. I have two stories from when I was young, when I was around age 5-6. Though they were over 20 years ago, the first one I remember vividly and the other occurred later yet I can’t recall that one much at all. However, my mom tells that story like it was yesterday so I’m pretty sure my brain blocked it out or something.
So for context, my mom had me when she was 20 and was a single parent for a while. My father was completely out of the picture, so we lived with her childhood best friend in different apartments when I was young. So one night, it was dark but not extremely late (like 7-8) and I was coloring in the kitchen while my mom was in another room. I vividly remember a knock coming from the sliding glass door only a few feet away from where I was. I turned to see a middle aged man with a sinister smile, pointing at the handle to let him in. I immediately screamed, which scared this guy off, and my mom ran in and called the cops. My mom later told me he was peeping at my her and her best friend for a while but this was the first time I had seen him and that he attempted to come in. Apparently he had left… evidence that he was there a couple of times but I don’t think the cops ever got him. But the rest of the time we lived there, my mom had security from her job (House of Blues) sleep over a lot for protection.
The next encounter is one I don’t remember happening but the story still terrifies me because of what might be out there and how easily these things can happen. It was a different apartment, like a townhouse, but only a few blocks away from where the other thing happened. There was a couple that lived across the street and my mom always got very strange vibes from them. The man would openly stare at me (around age 6) and my mom’s best friend’s niece (who was 11) when she would stay over, which would prompt my mom to angrily yell at him for being creepy for staring at us the way he was, calling him a perv. My mom’s best friend thought she was being paranoid but then at some point, I was playing outside, and that same man lured me over into his apartment with his dog. It didn’t take long for my mom to notice I was gone… it wasn’t even 10 minutes before she ran over to come get me. The couple acted like nothing was wrong and that I just wanted to see their dog but she freaked out on them. When we were home, I told her that he took pictures of me with their dog and she called the cops. They were kicked out but the pictures were never found… which creeps me the hell out to this very day.
The most recent creepy encounter was also with my mom but it was about 6 months ago. I’m still not sure if this was us being paranoid or if we were being followed but it felt wrong. We went to the mall looking for shoes for my wedding and started at Belk. My mom had to use the restroom so I went off on my own and while I was browsing, I got annoyed with this guy wearing a baseball hat because he seemed to be constantly in my way or hovering. It struck me as odd that he kept ending up around me in the women’s shoes section and I got annoyed with him quickly, shooting him a glare that seemed to back him off a bit. The aisles for shoes are short so I noticed him walking toward another man with a newsboy cap on the other side of the section with his arms crossed. I wouldn’t have thought much of it except the two spoke briefly before baseball cap guy made another round through the section. I’m not sure how to put it but they seemed out of place, like almost dirty or something, and I felt weirded out so I pulled out my phone to text my husband and pretended to look busy until my mom came back. She eyed the baseball cap guy lingering around but I felt much safer when she arrived, and I loudly complained a bit about the selection and “surroundings” so we headed somewhere else. We went into a bunch of different stores and when we were on the other side of the mall at an Earthbound (trendy hippie store if you’re unfamiliar), my mom made a loud comment how she kept seeing a guy in the same stores we were in. In the moment, even though I did have a strange feeling, I waved it off to keep browsing since I don’t go to the mall often and wanted to enjoy the day with my mom. She said she must be going crazy when I blew it off but the next store was when my mom’s suspicions grew into a serious full blown anxiety attack. I honestly was still oblivious to this guy but I saw how she was looking around a lot, had us weaving through people and quickly going down aisles. Like I said, I still wasn’t paying attention to the people around us so I bought a couple of things but as soon as I had my bags, my mom yanked me and rushed us out. While we were walking, she grew serious, kept glancing behind us and told me how she didn’t feel right about this guy with a newsboy cap and thought we were being followed. I took a look back for myself and sure enough, the man she described, and I finally recognized him as the same guy I briefly saw in Belk an hour or so ago, just left the same store we did and was walking toward us. He was by himself, looking down, carrying no shopping bags. We ducked into the first store we came across and the employees picked up on our frantic and nervous energy. When asked if we were okay, we told them what was going on and they stood in front of us, hiding us from view and assured us that we were safe. We didn’t see him (or the other guy with the baseball cap) after that but it spooked us to the point where we couldn’t even enjoy our day out anymore so we went home.
This same mall is known to be unsafe and honestly, this whole city is rampant with human trafficking so even though it could have been just paranoia, we anticipated the worst. Interestingly enough, this same mall recently posted a policy that visitors under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult after 4pm on Friday and Saturdays along with safety guidelines on how to stay safe. So there’s that.
Stay alert and aware of your surroundings. Trust your gut. I don’t walk alone without my phone in my hand, and I call someone anytime I’m in a parking lot or gas station. It’s sad but it’s always been hard to ever feel safe when I’m alone.

2024.05.16 10:13 Crazy_Performer_6815 I need to hammer a few last nails on my typing productivity solving the problems that I am facing with keyd. Can you help me out? For example `menu=overload(super, menu)` won't work. Replacing 'super' with 'rightmeta' won't work either. Can't do mouse scroll using keyd.

So the problmes with keyd that need to be address so that I can have my peak typing efficieny are:
  1. enabling context menu key act as right super when pressed and as normal context menu key when clicked. to do that I tried menu=overload(super, menu). It did't work. Then I looked into the output of keyd listkeys and changed the command to menu=overload(rightmeta, menu). If I try to use the menu key as controlkey instead of super or rightmeta then it works perfectly fine. But control key is not missing on the right side of my space key, supemeta key is missing.
  2. I can do mouse left/right/middle click via keyd. But I can't do mouse scroll via keyd. Keyd covered almost everythign. It must have something that covers mouse scrolling too. I read the man page and coun't find anything in this regard. In the output of keyd list-keys there are mouse key list 1. leftclick 2. rightclick 3. middleclick 4. mouse1 5. mouse2. But the keys mouse1, and mouse2 do not simulate mouse-scroll up/down. I tried those. They didn't give me the mosue scrolling effect. I coun't understand what those keys are for either. It would be great if any of you can tell me that.
  3. Using this commad xset r rate 220 25 makes my life very easy. It lets me repeat any key just after 220 miliseconds of holding it, and the key repeats itself at a rate 25/seconds. But this command doesn't persist through logout/login like anyof the effects implemented by keyd does. It would be great if I could do the same thing using keyd.

All of the animatronics are out on Night 1.
If Bingo shows up at your left doorway, hide underneath the desk.
If Blossom shows up at your right doorway, hide underneath the desk.

2024.05.16 10:08 Mart-coder76 Export Table(s) from desmos grafic calculator

Hi, I always missed to export Tables from Desmos via copy-past to i.e. excel.
Wrote a little JS Script with a little help of chatGPT doing the trick by converting to a regular html-table.
I use it as a bookmarklet, so it is very easy to use. Open your web browser's bookmarks or favorites manager.
In most browsers, you can do this by pressing Ctrl+Shift+B (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+B (Mac).
Create a new bookmark.
You can name it something like "Desmos Tables". Copy the following code: javascript:(function(){let tableContainers=document.querySelectorAll('.dcg-table-container');let zIndexStart=1000;tableContainers.forEach((container,index)=>{let tableDiv=document.createElement('div');tableDiv.style.position='fixed';tableDiv.style.top=\${40+index15}px`;tableDiv.style.left=`${40+index15}px`;tableDiv.style.width='40%';tableDiv.style.height='80%';tableDiv.style.border='1px solid #ccc';tableDiv.style.backgroundColor='white';tableDiv.style.padding='10px';tableDiv.style.zIndex=zIndexStart+index;tableDiv.style.overflowY='auto';tableDiv.style.boxShadow='0 4px 8px rgba(0,0,0,0.1)';tableDiv.style.resize='both';tableDiv.style.userSelect='text';let closeButton=document.createElement('span');closeButton.innerText='x';closeButton.style.position='absolute';closeButton.style.top='5px';closeButton.style.right='10px';closeButton.style.cursor='pointer';closeButton.style.fontWeight='bold';closeButton.onclick=()=>tableDiv.remove();let heading=document.createElement('h2');heading.innerText=`Table ${index+1}`;heading.style.margin='0 0 10px 0';heading.style.fontSize='16px';heading.style.fontWeight='bold';let htmlTable=document.createElement('table');htmlTable.style.width='100%';htmlTable.style.borderCollapse='collapse';htmlTable.style.userSelect='text';let rows=container.querySelectorAll('.dcg-row');rows.forEach(row=>{let htmlRow=document.createElement('tr');let cells=row.querySelectorAll('.dcg-cell');cells.forEach(cell=>{let htmlCell=document.createElement('td');htmlCell.style.border='1px solid #ddd';htmlCell.style.padding='8px';htmlCell.style.userSelect='text';let cellContent=cell.querySelector('.dcg-mq-root-block');if(cellContent&&cellContent.innerText.trim()!==""){htmlCell.innerText=cellContent.innerText.trim();}else{htmlCell.innerHTML=' ';}htmlRow.appendChild(htmlCell);});htmlTable.appendChild(htmlRow);});tableDiv.appendChild(heading);tableDiv.appendChild(htmlTable);tableDiv.appendChild(closeButton);document.body.appendChild(tableDiv);});if(tableContainers.length===0){alert('No tables found.');}else{alert(`${tableContainers.length} table(s) found and displayed.`);}})();`
Paste the copied code into the URL field of the new bookmark. Ensure the URL starts with javascript: and that the entire code is on a single line without any line breaks. Save the bookmark.
How to Use the Bookmarklet Navigate to a Desmos page that contains tables. Click on the bookmarklet in your bookmarks toolbar.
The bookmarklet will find the tables on the page, display them in floating div elements, and number each table. Empty cells will contain a non-breaking space to ensure they are copied correctly.
Have fun!

2024.05.16 10:05 Existing-Area-9093 Baradwaj Rangan's interview of Iraivi (lengthy, with spoilers)

Spoilers ahead…
Dear Karthik Subbaraj,
Congratulations on yet another interesting movie, and for resisting the impulse to name this one, too, after a food item. Iraivi is an unusual feminist film, in the sense that it’s seen entirely through the prism of sympathetic male characters. Your men aren’t monsters who drink or cheat on their wives or subject them to torture. They do these things, yes, but… differently. Arul (SJ Surya) drinks, but only to drown out his sense of failure – he’s a director and his film is in the cans, being held hostage by a sadistic producer. Michael (Vijay Sethupathi) has sex with Malarvizhi (Pooja Devariya), and he continues to lust after her after his marriage to Ponni (Anjali) – I love that all your women have names that suggest classical heroines, including Arul’s wife Yazhini (Kamalini Mukherjee) – but it’s a marriage he committed to in a hurry and he still hasn’t reconciled himself to it. He’s being a bastard, certainly, but he’s not a one-note villain. And the torture they inflict isn’t the stubbing-a-cigarette-into-the-wife’s-bare-arm variety. It’s more mental than physical.
So we get women who are collateral damage – and I include Arul’s comatose mother (Vadivukkarasi), and the nurse who’s not allowed to do her duty – of men being men. They’re being babies, really. Yazhini tells Arul that he should get on with his life, write another story, make another movie. He says it’s like her trying to have another child while still pregnant with their daughter. (Yes, all these men end up with girl children.) He’s a wallower – but maybe all artists are. You like to do that, don’t you Karthik? Even in a film like this, you deliver a commentary about filmmaking and the artist. Why, even Arul’s father is a sculptor, and though we never see him ill-treating his wife (thank you for sparing us the clichés of raised hands and raised voices), we’re informed that he’s responsible for her state. His son’s following the father’s footsteps. Maybe you’re trying to say that the wives of obsessed artists are doomed to become collateral damage. Your films make us think, Karthik, so thank you for that.
All your stories have at their centre a filmmaker, or at least (in the case of your first film, Pizza) a storyteller. And through them, we seem to hear your voice. “Works of art should not be in places where they are not respected.” “Namma padam pesanum, naama pesa koodadhu.” You compare masala movies to a massage with a happy ending. (I laughed, but please don’t judge me when I say I rather like massages with happy endings – I refer to masala movies, of course.) We even get a line of dialogue about Dolby Atmos. (What will the B/C-centre audience make of this, Karthik? But then you don’t really give a shit, do you? More power to you.) And you like your insider jokes. That crass, egoistic producer who does not care about art – he reminded me of the crass producer from your earlier film, Jigarthanda. You like Rajinikanth too. You referenced Thillu Mullu in Pizza, Thalapathi in Jigarthanda, and now you have Arul singing Malayala karayoram, Michael singing Oorai therinjikitten.
Or is that more of an Ilayaraja homage? You like to keep the audience guessing, right? When the Bobby Simha character in Jigarthanda said he was a Shankar-Ganesh fan, it appeared that you were mocking the endless Ilayaraja nods in Tamil cinema, but here you are, doffing your hat to the maestro. “Raja Raja dhaan.” Arul says this… twice. (By the way, which is that nightclub which plays Maanguyile poonguyile? Do let us know.) And the reuse of Unnai thaane – first in a scene between Michael and Malarvizhi; later in a scene between Michael and Ponni – is the kind of Easter egg we come to your films for. Let me list some others, though I’ll probably need to watch the film a second (or third) time to get them all. The name of the bachelors’ quarters is Ambal Mansion – it goes with your theme and title. I didn’t get the bit about the windmills (something connected to the gust of wind that makes the row of cycles fall over in the first scene?), or why you showcased the book of Shanta Shishunala Sharif’s poems. (I confess. I Googled up that name. I can’t remember the last time a Tamil film made me Google something up. Madras, maybe.) And despite your note at the beginning that Iraivi is inspired by the works of K Balachander (he made female-centric films, but I don’t know if I’d call them feminist films), this is really more of an ode to Mani Ratnam, isn’t it? Specifically, Aayidha Ezhuthu. The three men, one of them – the impulsive one – named Michael. The film starting out as Arul’s story, then becoming Michael’s story, and finally Jagan’s (Bobby Simha) story. The finale with the woman on the train. Plus, the arc of the Madhavan-Meera Jasmine plot was essentially about being easily misled (in the case of the man) and becoming collateral damage (in the case of the woman.) And yes, the rain. All that rain. As though the skies were weeping for these women.
Am I digressing, Karthik? If I am, I’m just following your style, which is the opposite of simple and linear. As a result, I find your films longer than they need to be. (You may feel the same about my reviews.) For instance, I did not care for the scene in the nightclub where a director is felicitated. I realise it was there as a last straw for Yazhini, but it felt redundant. But I suppose they couldn’t be any other way, because you like these shaggy-dog stories that you then embellish with novelistic detail. I love the way you introduce your characters, the time you take with them. Our films lay out characters and their relationship to each other the minute we set eyes on them, but you make us wait to know how Arul is related to Jagan and where Michael fits in and so on. And when it appeared that a semblance of a plot was kicking in (something about Arul needing money to buy back his film), I dug out my phone and checked: it was a whole hour into the movie. Borrowing an image from Malarvizhi’s profession (oh wait, she’s an artist too; she’s literally an artist), it’s like daubs of paint slowly forming a bigger picture.
And you really like an expansive canvas. Not only does the crass producer have a brother, you also bring in his wife later on, to conclude a deal he began making. These segments practically form a mini-movie, with another woman left reeling by the actions of her man. Your films have this… density. They’re packed – with characters, with complications, with information doled out in bits and pieces. (A character says, “Un kitta onnu sollanum.” And instead of hearing what he has to say, we cut to someone else.) Take the scene where Michael asks Arul for money he is owed. You just need to get Michael to Arul’s antiques shop, so the next part of the plot can be staged. Arul could have told Michael to collect the money at the shop. Instead, this is what we get. Arul tells Michael to wait for a week, when he can get the 50 lakhs he is owed. Michael says he wants only 10 lakhs. Arul says he has only 8 lakhs, he’ll give the remainder later. Michael goes to Arul’s father, in the hospital. He has only 5 lakhs. And he directs Michael to the shop, to get the remaining 3 lakhs. Your signature intercutting adds to this texture, Karthik. Shots of Michael and Arul’s father in the hospital are intercut with shots of Arul hunting for booze. Shots of Michael and Jagan outside a courtroom are intercut with shots of Arul being consoled by his father. Happenings are stretched and meshed the way they would be in real life, and not compacted according to the page-per-minute requirement of screenplay-writing textbooks.
I could never predict where the film was going (win!), what these people were going to do (again, win!) –though I must admit I found this to be the weakest of your “twists.” The subplot about stealing sculptures, too, I found rather conceit-y, something half-heartedly cooked up to fit with the title and the theme, rather than something plausible, something these people would do. When Michael, here, commits murder, with a hammer, I went, “This mild-mannered chap? Really?” But then, even in Jigarthanda, I wasn’t quite convinced that the characters would do the things they did. They seemed to be puppets of a screenplay rather than credible human beings, whose actions evolve organically from who they are (or at least, who they seem to be).
But even if I am not convinced by the overall trajectory of your characters, I love how fleshed-out they are on a moment-to-moment basis. I loved the scene where Arul barges into Yazhini’s house, after their separation, on the day of her engagement to someone else. In a lesser film, she would have asked him to get out, and he’d have dug his heels in, and she’d have cooled down and… But here, she rushes straight into his arms. And you make us see why. She was frustrated, fed up with him. But she’s also confused. Was she hasty in abandoning this man? Should she move on with another man? Does she even need a man? With just this one scene, you’ve compensated for the underwritten heroine of Jigarthanda. The story arc may be Arul’s, but Yazhini registers as a fully formed character. Similarly, Michael’s arc allows for the delineation of Ponni and Malarvizhi, and through Jagan, we get glimpses of his mother, and possibly of all womanhood as viewed by a compassionate man. And then you say that women don’t need even this compassionate man (poor chap!), that they have to emancipate themselves instead of looking for a penis-wielding emancipator. What delicious irony, given that you begin the film with women talking about marriage, tying themselves to a man!
Or not, in the case of Malarvizhi, who is easily the film’s most interesting character. Her husband is dead, and she doesn’t want love anymore – only sex. When Michael buys her a diamond necklace, she gives it back to him – she can buy her own trinkets, thank you very much. But the character feels shoe-horned into the film, Karthik. I felt betrayed – and I bet she did too – that after a point, she was used simply as a plot device to get Michael and Ponni together, and also to illustrate Michael’s (who is now standing in for all of mankind) hypocrisy. I felt she deserved more. And yet, I appreciated your generosity in fleshing her out like all the others, without judging her. She gets to be the rare woman in Tamil cinema who dumps the man, and the way she lets go of Michael is echoed in the way Arul lets go of Yazhini, with a heavy heart and some playacting. A side effect of the Malarvizhi subplot is the reassurance that Vijay Sethupathi is still interested in making cinema, rather than just massy entertainers targeted at the box office.
Ponni gets a better deal (and Anjali is terrific, raw and expressive in a way she has never been). In a great scene – rather, a set of book-ending scenes – Michael tells Ponni that he was forced to marry her, and she’s going to have to “adjust” to this if she wants to be with him. Much later, she throws the “adjust” word back on his bearded face when he asks her if she slept with someone else. In a different kind of movie, we’d be invited to see this symmetry, stand up and applaud. But you’re too subtle for that, Karthik. Iraivi is your subtlest film. Which is why I winced at the melodramatic lines about men and women, most of which came towards the end. Aan, using the long-sounding vowel, versus penn, with the shorter one – for such a visual filmmaker (this is another outstandingly shot film, less showy than Jigarthanda and probably richer for that), do you really need the crutch of linguistic special effects from another era of filmmaking? Also, when the rest of your film is so allusive, isn’t there another way you can explain the twist without having a character resort to such an inelegant information dump?
And why is it that your films come together more in the head than in the heart? Why are they easier to admire than love wholeheartedly? I used to think it was because your characters are essentially deceitful, self-serving and unsympathetic, so though we were invested in what they did, we didn’t really warm up to them. But here, you have Ponni and Yazhini and Malarvizhi – and they’re still remote. But perhaps this is bound to happen when there are so many people, so many strands, when we don’t follow one person’s simplistic “you go, girl” journey like we do in, say, 36 Vayadhinile? But when the parts are so well-crafted, we don’t complain as much about their sum not adding up to a satisfying whole. I am sure that you will, one day, make that wholly satisfying film, but for now, thank you for these parts. Thank you for the ambition. I felt there were too many songs (some good work by Santhosh Narayanan), but thank you for ensuring that they don’t break character, the way songs usually do when a character speaking in his or her voice suddenly segues into the playback singer’s voice. Thank you for giving us SJ Surya, the actor – I never dreamed he had such a capacity to hold a scene, to hold the screen. Thank you for continuing not to sell out. Thank you for trying to do so much, even if not all of it needed to have been tried. And thank you for making me fight with myself, for not making it easy to decide if you’ve made a “good” film or a merely “okay” film. For now, Iraivi is a fascinating film, and that’s enough.

Transitioning from dream to AP
“Church Of Lust” {It started off in a dream, at the end of the dream me and my eldest brother were sitting on the couch. He turned on the TV to show me a music video and the first thing that popped up on the screen was a camera recording people. Before I could realize what was going on I started to zoom in and get sucked in slowly, merging as the camera. I Instantly became it, entering a more real reality. The only way I could describe it was a camera because I was following everything from above.} [Transitioned from a Dream to an AP]
I’m in an empty church viewing from above facing towards the back, the large front doors were closed. I saw a younger girl with blonde and black hair split down the middle, she looked around twenty years of age and had light acne that made her appearance more appealing. The type of energy she was exerting was of a mature woman who knew exactly what she wanted, this woman carried the energy with her of someone who has experienced more than an average human adult. To her left was a taller average good looking guy who looked around his late twenties and they were holding hands walking down the aisle, they both wore an all white robe and the man had his hoodie on. As I'm viewing them I can hear the exorcist theme song playing loud on the speaker in the empty church echoing, except it didn’t have the nostalgia of the movie behind it. It was in sync with what was going on, the melody was so pure that it became a part of its surroundings. As they walk down the aisle I am following them from above and we get into another room that had six people having an orgy. Three guys and three girls with one another. I cannot say if the beginning couple were included in this because I was looking at what was going on around me, not paying attention to them anymore. Everyone in this room was also wearing white robes, I can't say if he saw me when he turned towards me but it woke me up.
———————————————————————- The second picture is from a dream I recently had and it truly shows my wants and will power, I spent about 40 hours in this dream but this is how I started it off. I got a tattoo on my hand in bold letters saying “I WILL PROJECT” and behind the lettering was an emotionless face saying shhhhh with its finger, exactly like the emoji 🤫. I had a female chick tattoo that all over my entire body, everywhere.
The reasoning for this is because of the method I am practicing that I call “seeping into the subconscious”, I really do believe this is the most slowly but surely way to experience the astral and you will know the difference. How I am doing this is by hyper obsessing over this topic all day everyday, writing down all experiences, daily reality checks, putting out a set genuine intention, affirmations before sleeping, asking for guidance before sleeping, and firmly believing that “I leave the body every night I just have to remember it”. The reason the tattoo told me to shush and be quiet was because I’m not supposed to be sharing this with anybody unless they ask (people I know), I was always informed not to speak about this information when studying any type of Occult work. It makes sense more and more lol. There are many reasons and it is simply just a waste of time, people think I’m foolish when I explain anything to them. Even if I explain it, can they conceptualize? Probably not… it’s like explaining colors to a blind person. I say the humbly, I try, tried, and keep trying but it’s all so useless and when Alchemy, it furthers me from the end result of the product. I am The Fool 0. I am currently fighting temptation on the 17th stages of the monomyth.
Does anyone have methods they use when leaving the dream state into the astral?

Who is Elica Le Bon, and is that her real identity?

Disclaimer

All the information is readily available by google search or was once accessible by the public, therefore public information. Please be respectful of all parties mentioned below. REAL HATE AND DOXXING IS NEVER TOLERATED IN ANY SHAPE OF FORM.
The main subject is a person who goes by "Elica Le Bon" online who has gain some following since 2022 on Instagram, TikTok, and X (formally know as Twitter). She has other platforms that she promotes her artistic endeavors, but they seem to be inactive and had gain little traction. If there may be more public knowledge that gets missed in this post, please feel free to share your sources.

On the surface*

Elica Le Bon is a first-generation Iranian immigrant who according to Piers Morgan and herself was born in Iran, moved to the UK to seek asylum. She does go into further detail an interview with Yasmine Mohammed, where she claim her mother's side of the family fled to the UK during the Iranian Revolution in 1979, whilst her father was doing his PhD at Oxford, which was cut short when the regime cut off his scholarship, forcing him to work at a bar. In that same interview, she also claimed her mother and sister were in Evin prison, (notorious site that hold political prisoners before and after the Iranian Revolution.
and currently living in Los Angeles, where she practices law and runs several large social media accounts that bring attention to the plight of the Iranian people.
Elica garnered her following across most social media platforms during the "Women, Life, Freedom" movement in 2022, in 2022 protest had broke out over the death of Mahsa Jina Amini, after she died from her injuries sustained by the brutal assault committed by the morality police of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) over Iran's strict hijab law. Elica's position against the IRGC and the Iranian Regime has been consistent since up to date. However, it is unclear what her position is when it comes to who shall take power over Iran if and when it does the current regime falls.
When it comes to the topic of Israel and Palestinians, Elica's had acknowledged Palestinians briefly in her Blog titled "My People, Your People" dating back to 14/11/2015. She had also made Pro-Palestinian statements numerous times on her X account (formally known as Twitter), as seen in screenshots below.
from X.com
from X.com
In more recently, Elica had shifted dramatically, from being called "Iranian Born, Lawyer, Artist, and Social Media Influencer" who "believes in Palestine and their rights and that there is suffering", by Chris Cuomo on CUOMO on NewsNation to a zionist sympathizer. That shift was described in her interview with Noah Tishby on Israeli Channel 12 where she claimed her friend's immediate support of Palestine soon after the attack committed by Hamas "chilled" her to her "core" because that meant to her that they "must hate me (her) so much". She has also expressed the same sentiment on her X account seen below.
from X.com
Elica today is now openly sympathizing for Zionists on X, as seen below, smearing student protestors and people who she once was, a Pro Palestinian. She was also on Fox News, bashing on protestors, calling them "a generation that don't know how to think" and "don't know how to process information." She also claims the are "an existential threat to middle eastern community; Israelis, Iranians, Syrians, Palestinians even." She can also be seen on CUOMO on NewsNation, the second time around, to criticized protesters and supporters of Iran's Islamic regime amid recent bombings of Israeli targets, saying they're "supporting a terrorist regime." Elica on Piers Morgan claimed that Hamas started this war due to the attack that happened on Oct. 7th, which is an overused talking points to avoid the conversation of how the oppression and slaughter of innocent Palestinians occurred long before Oct 7th.

Lets dig deeper**

Here are some other interesting public discoveries of Elica upon a deeper dive into her identity pass the surface. If you open her linktr.ee found on her instagram, you can see she has an an email for the public to contact her. If you search that same public email on google, it reveals that the email is somehow linked to 2 other last names that share the same first name, N. Mojtahed-Zadeh and Zadeh.
from Instagram and linker.ee

Elica Zadeh's Father, Pirouz Mojtahedzadeh***

If Elica "Le Bon" is indeed the same person as Elica N. Mojtahed-Zadeh or Zadeh, which there is not strong evidence to show otherwise, we can she start to uncover who had raised her into the person she is today. A quick google search of her last name, Mojtahed-Zadeh, you can see another notable person that goes by the name Pirouz Mojtahedzadeh. According to his page on wikipedia, you may discover that he has quite the connection to the IRGC. Pirouz has articles ligitimiing the IRI. Even articles argueing for the IRI to have nuclear power. He writes his pieces with a man strongly tied to the IRI. Noteable to add that her father has since tried to burry his past, and posts Monarchist Propoganda on instagram now under the name u/pirouz_mojtahedzadeh
Now previously, Pirouz has publicly supported the IRGC in his social media account, including the statement and video he had posted on X on 07/01/2020. Pirouz in the same video appears to also show support to Qasem Soleimani, an Iranian commander, who was assassinated by an airstrike ordered by former president, Donald J. Trump.
from X.com
Pirouz has written 3 opinion pieces, all published by The New York Times, listed below. And interestingly, in 2 of 3 of the opinion pieces published by NYT, you can see Pirouz had wrote them with a person name Kaveh L. Afrasiabi. Kaveh was charged for being an unregistered agent of the Iranian Government by the DOJ as reported by the Office of Public Affairs released on January 19, 2021 (Updated July 13, 2022)
For more than a decade, Mr. Afrasiabi was allegedly paid, directed, and controlled by the Government of Iran to lobby U.S. government officials, including a congressman; and to create and disseminate information favorable to the Iranian government,” said FBI Special Agent in Charge Bonavolonta. “The FBI will continue to do everything it can to uncover these hidden efforts and hold accountable those who work for our adversaries to the detriment of our national security.”
Although Kaveh received a presidential pardon by President Biden and the pending charges against him were dropped at the pre-trial stage on September 18, 2023, there is no doubt that Elica's father, Pirouz was in close contact with Kaveh where they had share some ties back to the IRGC.

Elica's problematic connections

Moj Mahdara: A problematic Iranian-American for her handling of Beautycon, as reported by The Wrap and WWD. Elica Le Bon, as seen in an interview with Moj on her Reset The Algorithm Podcast, where they spoke about their traumas as Iranian diaspora and their reaction to the Oct 7th attack.
Noa Tishby: is an Israeli ZIONIST. Elica has visited Noa's resident for an interview. Elica has also been called the "Brown Noa Tishby" by other Israeli Zionist.
Gazelle Sharmahd (Daughter of Jamshid Sharmahd): GazelleShe can be seen defending her in her stories against Journalist who had "expose" video on Elica in her instagram as seen in the screenshot below. See Elica calling Gazelle a "friend" on X in the screenshot below. She also Gazelle's story with Elica side by side, almost seemingly AI generated or heavily photoshopped.

Mahsa Townsend: Was involved in a contentious civil lawsuit "Jack in the box INC vs Ultra Fun Foods INC" in San Diego, where Jack in the Box employees were allegedly horribly mistreated by Franchise owner, Mahsa and her Husband, Kevin Townsend. Besides the now dismissed lawsuit, Mahsa has been repeated and fearlessly defending Elica Le Bon against Samira Mohyeddin as seen in the screenshot below. It is also alleged in the Reddit Community that Mahsa Townsend had or still has an Iranian Zionist led group chat that work together to slender and bully anyone who crosses Elica Le Bon.

Elica's other connections

Reza Pahlavi, Crown Prince of Iran: oldest son of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the last Shah of Iran. He is a zionist who keeps a gift from Hitler passed own by his grandfather. His wife, Yasmine Pahlavi, is seen at pro-israel marches. See below Yasmine, expressing confusion how a political prisoner (Narges Mohammadi) could possibly have communication with someone outside prison. See also photo taken of Reza, Yasmine and the infamous Benjamin Netanyahu altogether below. See also below photo of Elica with Reza, who happens to be wearing the exact same outfit.
It is also noteworthy to point out that Reza's grandfather, Reza Shah, was known to be an admirer of Adolf Hitler. See below image of a photo of Adolf Hitler with his signed autograph with his best wished for Reza Shah Pahlavi.

2024.05.16 10:01 prudiiskirata How to Add Color Labels to Pages in WordPress? (admin panel)

Hey everyone,
I'm managing a WordPress site with a ton of pages, and I'm looking for a way to categorize them more efficiently. Specifically, I want to assign color labels to each page so I can easily identify and organize them in my admin panel. However, I haven't found a built-in feature in WordPress for this.
Does anyone know of a plugin or a workaround that allows adding color (+ a name) labels to pages?
I'd appreciate any advice or recommendations you can provide. Thanks in advance for your help!
