I'm 26 years old, and for the vast majority of my life I was sure that I was 100% Grade A, and grass-fed straight... I've never felt uncomfortable around gay people and never felt any type of way about the idea.
I've been friends with all genders, and never felt out of place, nor confused about where I stood around the concept of sexuality. I was just sure that, I in no way found other men sexually or romantically attractive, and was hyper sexual with the idea of woman.
I wrestled in high-school and have seen my fair share of male genitalia, not once did they ever have any type of effect on me. So, I was always comfortable in my sexuality...
That is until, literally 6 months away...
I got this message from this guy...
Now, it's not the first time I've been messaged by guys, usually I just tell them that I'm not gay...
But, for the first time in my 26 years of living, I didn't do that because instead I found myself blushing at this guy's message. I sat there just looking at this guy's profile in awe of how beautiful this guy was...
I mean, this guy was gorgeous like a girl is gorgeous. He had nice should length wavy hair and did his makeup like cast member of "euphoria". This guy was just too pretty like a God or something, I just kept sitting there fantasizing about this guy. Something, and I CANNOT stress this enough I've Never done because of a male!
Anyways, I don't message this guy back... I dunno, I just felt weird about it, ya know? Not that I was opposed to the idea, just that these feelings came out of nowhere... I didn't know what to do with them, so I forget about it for around 5 months.
Then came last month, I randomly found the femboy reddit, and I don't know what possessed me to go in there, I know boredom or something? Whatever it was, I went in there... And well, I found myself becoming aroused by what I was seeing, now these were male presenting, and identifying individuals, but I still found them attractive in ways I never found other guys before.
Idk how much we're allowed to say here, but I found myself releasing to these images and felt zero shame after the fact... I've continued this for the past month, and the more I engage with these feelings the more comfortable I'm becoming... With even the ideal of potential engaging with these guys in a romantic sense.
I still prefer woman, but I'm starting to understand the appeal of hyper feminine men. I've been reading up on the idea of "finsexual" and think that's a decent label. But for now I'm happy to call myself a bisexual male with a preference for feminine traits and aesthetics.
So in a nutshell, I grew up thinking I was straight as an arrow but found out I was more flexible than I thought because a gorgeous femboy messaged me and made my peepee hard and here I am... A proud newly found Bisexual man... Where's my flag?š¤š¤

Soph. year lit teacher: 10/10, she literally gave me my Common App idea. Love her so much Soph. year physics teacher: 8.5/10, I think he's really nice but I definitely wasn't as close to him as I was my lit teacher so I'm not sure about his rec letter.
Principal (acted as my counselor LoR): 6/10, she didn't really know me well and probably wrote something generic. But she did choose me (and like 50 others) out of our class so that might mean something?
Art teacher: I'm guessing 11/10 because I got into every school his rec letter was sent to. (UCSB CCS, MIT, UPenn)
Interviews
My MIT one sucked LMAO. Interviewer was probably annoyed with me (I basically begged her to stay overtime so I could show her a puzzlehunt puzzle) and I forgot to mention an important activity.
Northwestern and Cornell were really good, both were really informal. NW, he asked me a bunch of stuff about high school (he was deciding which one to send his daughter to) and expressed admiration about some of the stuff I did/my "professionalism"(?) overall. My interview was the first one my Cornell interviewer did and he stayed WAY overtime. On Valentine's day too. Super cool guy. They were really sweet! Spoiler alert I was rejected from both lol.
Everything else was pretty average.
Essays
Common App was about empathy (I trauma dumped 4 times) & how it got me into game dev. Why us/major was about my research (it's the perfect intersection between CS & humanity; I always wrote that I loved both, even if I was applying CS), community about game development/my game jams, leadership about journalism (that one time our advisor blocked the publishing of an issue bc it depicted tampons lmao).
Added a few quirky things to some of my applications (mainly the private schools), like electing my cat for president or an attempt at an emoji or some random stuff like that.
I spent my summer writing CA & UCs, then refined them later. I put in a bunch of effort for EAs, then burned out after my REA rejection and dropped a lot of RD schools lmao :') some of my RD essays I felt like I threw but they were almost all reused.

On Friday, I was replying to her but in the midst, I had to get back to work for some kind of event/emergency and I told her I would finish answering later but I wouldn't forget about it. Been talking to a prospect for 7 months now... I am 31M, the girl is 30F
It was long distance at first but since then she has changed jobs and relocated to my city. We meet once a week.
Over the last few months, I have noticed one thing about her behaviour which is extremely offputting for me. She disappears everytime we have an argument or a fight.. She says she does it because she got upset or thought I was rude etc. On one occassion the disappearing duration was a week and I did not know what I could during that time.. She does not respond to texts or calls... I normally reach out to her after giving her space for 1day... But beyond 2days, I tend to panic as I feel something is seriously wrong..
Whereas on the other hand whenever I am upset and I do not respond to her texts even for a few hrs(max 7-8hrs), she highlights that out... I told her that it is not fair and a double standard that when you are upset, you can disappear for upto a week whereas me not responding to your texts for even a few hours is a triggering point for you.
She then blamed me that I always highlight her mistakes which tbh I have done.. I have told her on multiple occassions not to disappear for days when she gets upset.. She takes this as me highlighting her flaws. I want her to understand that I am not highlighting her flaws but just want her not to go away. I have also told her that she does not give me any assurances and is very cold which she herself admitted to. ANd I have highlighted it just 2-3 times over the last couple of days because we had a small argument right before that.
Today, she is telling me that she cannot meet my expectations. Even if she stretched now, she might not be able to in the future.. That I always tell her that she does not do this or that when I have just told her a couple of things - 1. not to disappear for days when she's upset but to talk it out and 2. Just be a little more responsive and assuring, to be a little more available and not be cold to me
Since we have been speaking for 7 months, there are emotions involved from both sides. I know I am very attached to her and seriously want this to work and she is attached as well....
Since morning, she has been extremely cold to me. we did not have any arguments yesterday but rather we were both very nice to each other. I assured her that I am not going away and am there for her and we will make this work. But I have no idea why the sudden mood swing today and she is talking about not meeting my expectations, doubts about talking to me etc. I have called her more than thrice today and she has not talked to me properly even once. The other times she did not pick up my call. Seriously, want to know what can I do here.. Help me out folks.. I understand she needs to space but how long should I wait for her? A couple of days after I tend to panic.
Let me know what I can do here... If I am at wrong here, let me know... Should I wait?? Or should I drop her profile? Its been 7 months and she knows that this hurts me but still does this. Please assist me

My name is VinĆcius, I'm from Brazil and I have some history here in "Gift of Games", as I have requested "Diablo 4" 22 times, "Helldivers 2" 8 times and more haha!
What is Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance
SMT V: Vengeance is a very hard, strange and interesting JRPG, it has some dark themes that make it stand out from the majority of games on this genre.
The game features a monster catching system(more like demon catching in this case) that enables you to recruit, improve and fuse demons that you find everywhere. It is very unique because for you to recruit them you have to chat with them, and sometimes it doesn't work like you expected, the demons may not want to join you or maybe they even want to trick you into giving them something and just vanishing after, the outcomes are very funny sometimes.
This is the first SMT game to feature an exploration system WITHOUT random encounters, and this is one of the best advantages of this game over the others, cause everybody knows how bad random encounters can be in some situations right?
Talking about exploration, this is a very fun aspect of SMT V for me, I really love that they made this a very important part of the game, you have many items, enemies and secrets to find on every part of the map, and it makes for some very good change of pace from the battles.

I'm a very big JRPG fan and have been for many years, I like many of the old ones and also newer ones, but I'm specificaly found of the ATLUS games like the SMT and Persona series. They have such a personality that you can always be sure that they are made by ATLUS the moment you see a frame of it. This is also a very big game, so I will certainly get many hours of fun out of it as I plan to do a 100% completion! š
I have been waiting to play this game since 2021 when it released, since I don't have a Nintendo Switch, but it feels like even more time and I'm sure it will be worth it to now play it at 60fps and with much better graphics.
Why can't I buy it?
All games are very expensive here, I live in a small town in Brazil, a country in which the AAA games cost R$ 300(our currency is called Real) or even more(SMT V is R$319), and the minimum wage is R$ 1.412, so it costs a big % of the minimum wage, it's absurd. I am a photographer who is still trying to make a living of it, I had many jobs before but some fired me and some I just could not keep up because they had a huge tow on my mental state. From my experience the only job that could maintain me without destroying my mental is photography, I just love it, and I took too long to realise that I could do something important with it. But the point is that not only AAA games, but all game prices here went up really fast on the last few years, and it's impossible to keep up with it. I am struggling at the moment to acomplish my objectives professionaly, and I believe that this game may make my days a little easier.
But the most important reason why I can't buy it is that my city right now is going through the biggest natural catastrophe the country has ever seen. I live in Pelotas, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, and we have many cities very close that were completely vanished because of a flood, and I mean that literally, some cities will now cease to exist because everything was consumed by water. The situation here is sad, we have never seen something of that magnitude in our lives, if you want to have an idea just search about it and watch some videos, it's devastating...
Now my city is also starting to suffer because of the flood, I think my house is probably safe for now, but now I can't even work, nobody can do anything until this passes, and even after that, we will have to deal with the problems that will appear. Some people lost everything they had, some people lost their family, their pets, the whole country is trying to help but there is no way to really stop it now.
So I basically just want this game to keep me sane during these dark times that we are living here, I know it will not make life easier, but it might bring me a little more joy so I can face the problems in a better shape than I am right now.
I think I don't have anymore to say, so I just hope someone reads this poorly written but full of sincerity text. š Thank you SO much for giving me the opportunity to ask for something like this, you have no idea how much this means to me and how surprised I am that we have some people here with that kind of generosity!

What is Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance
SMT V: Vengeance is a very hard, strange and interesting JRPG, it has some dark themes that make it stand out from the majority of games on this genre.
The game features a monster catching system(more like demon catching in this case) that enables you to recruit, improve and fuse demons that you find everywhere. It is very unique because for you to recruit them you have to chat with them, and sometimes it doesn't work like you expected, the demons may not want to join you or maybe they even want to trick you into giving them something and just vanishing after, the outcomes are very funny sometimes.
This is the first SMT game to feature an exploration system WITHOUT random encounters, and this is one of the best advantages of this game over the others, cause everybody knows how bad random encounters can be in some situations right?
Talking about exploration, this is a very fun aspect of SMT V for me, I really love that they made this a very important part of the game, you have many items, enemies and secrets to find on every part of the map, and it makes for some very good change of pace from the battles.

I don't understand why people don't read the bio before meeting up. I wrote in my bio that Im deaf and I wear cochlear implant. I can talk but my hearing isnt great.
We met up one day after we matched on bumble. We vibed so well and we have same humor and hobbies. We both like Star Wars, LOTR, anime and video games.
Anyway, we met at the bar and we hit off so well and we were there for three hours. My cochlear implant batteries died so I told him that I need to change my batteries. He seemed so shocked and said he has no idea that Im deaf. She had no idea that it was a date and she felt so bad and bought me a shot.
Well then it sucks and i feel like i have no more hope in modern dating. Im just really upset that it's a deal breaker for him and he even said i seem normal.

My finances will never be the same. I had no idea the world of tea was so vast...and I haven't even seen that much! Like, I'm in the Eastern Tea quest...this alone looks like a lifetime journey (and I'm not complaining).
I asked about some recommendations for tea vendors and you all came through in a major way. Really appreciate how welcoming that was. I'm not going to ask every question with this one post but I think these will really help me as a beginner.

- Does the water you use matter and if so, to what degree?
- To what degree does brew time matter, besides longer = stronger flavor, more caffeine (unless that's wrong)? How much do the cups matter? As a secondary question, I wonder if I'm wasting tea because other than the Shu Pu-Erh Bingcha 2012 (Mem Tea) that explicitly suggests multiple infusions, I typically don't
- I am currently using a stainless steel strainer but there are some cups (gaiwan?) that have one 'built in'? Not sure how optimal this is.
- I use an electric tea pot that has temperature options conveniently listed next to type of tea but I see a lot of ceramic teapots...no idea how much of a difference that makes
- Purpose

Hey guys, I'm looking for advice on what to do about this ridiculous situation that I'm in. I'm sorry that this is gonna be a long post.
Basically, when I was an undergrad, I worked on a project (astrophysics) under the supervision of a tenured prof and an assistant researcher at a US university. The assistant researcher was the one giving me more direct supervision, and the tenured prof was the head of the research group as a whole. Most of the work I did day-to-day was solo. My analysis started to produce some fruitful results, so my supervisors suggested I write up a paper and publish the results as the primary author. It's nothing particularly groundbreaking, but still impressive for something led by a bachelors student. While I was finishing this analysis and drafting the paper, I graduated from my undergrad university and moved onto a Masters program in another country. At the same time, the assistant researcher also moved to another country for a professorship and had a baby.
Once I was done drafting the paper, I had a hard time getting the former assistant researcher to actually read through it. It took around 7 months of reminding him via email until he finally pulled through. Admittedly, I think I should have been more frequent with my reminder emails. I just get uncomfortable about seeming pushy. Besides, I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt because heck, he and his wife literally moved across the world, have a baby to take care of, and he started his new job, so he was understandably busy. Anyways, he finally finished reading the draft and gave me some useful feedback. I adjusted my draft, and we ended up bringing 2 more coauthors into the loop in August 2023. The tenured professor sounded enthusiastic about the paper and said he'd read through it shortly. He is the last one who needs to read it before I can start the publishing process.
Since then, things have been at a complete standstill. I have politely emailed reminders to this professor numerous times. He has apologized for being busy and promised multiple occasions to read the manuscript 'tomorrow' or 'next week' but nothing ever happens. And lately he hasn't responded to my emails unless I send 1-2 follow-ups. All my reminders have been a quick polite 'just checking in' email every couple months. A week ago though, I finally sent him a longer email where I basically just expressed my concern with how things have been going. I didn't take an angry tone, but just communicated my disappointment and reiterated how important publishing my work would be to me. I'm applying to PhD programs this fall, and having a first-author publication would undoubtedly help my profile. I also would just love to have something concrete to show for all the effort I've put into this project. So far, I've gotten no response from him, even after an additional follow-up message. I then consulted the other professor and we decided we'd do a joint zoom meeting with the three of us, but it can't happen until the tenured professor acknowledges our email. I think a zoom meeting would be a good idea -- I think he needs to see my face and recall I'm a real human being, and not just a pest in his inbox. I also recently remembered that I actually have his personal phone # saved. Would it be a bad idea for me to contact him on his phone? And just be like hey, can you read the email I sent you?
Professors are busy people. I know I shouldn't be taking any of this personally, but it's hard not to. I didn't do anything in particular to anger him, I don't think, and I'm not a controversial person. Heck, before I graduated, he even said I was the best student he's ever had in his lab group! So what happened? I just feel like nobody cares what happens to me anymore. If I were still a student at the same university, I'd have gone to the department chair over this. But I'm not a student there anymore, and I'm pretty sure technically nobody owes me anything now.
And this might sound silly, but I'm really close to my mom and I've kept her updated on the situation. She's been urging me to get more aggressive, since she knows I struggle with advocating for myself. But I don't want to burn bridges with my former supervisor especially when I'll need a rec letter from him for my PhD applications. Getting constant inquiries from my mom and being 'coached' by her is also wearing me thin. I just want to put this paper out and move on with my life.
What should I do next? Get the other coauthors (who I have never met IRL) involved? I think posting on Arxiv or just submitting to the publisher anyways would be a bad idea, ethically.

First, I was on Japan Cupid, a dating site. On Japan Cupid, no one can chat unless one of you has a membership. I bought a 1-week membership. Within 5 minutes to 10 minutes, a woman nicknamed Yomi from Japan messaged me; this should have been a red flag for me. We talked for a while. She said she was interested in me. She asked me if I could move over to the dating site JPNDate because she paid for membership there and not Japan Cupid. She also promised to delete her account on Japan Cupid after we changed sites. She does delete her account off Japan Cupid. Japan Cupid is sus also. I donāt think it is the same company but it is still very sus. However, these women used that site to find men like me. That is a story for a different day. Unlike a normal scam artist, who may only have 1 or 2 photos, she has several photos on her profile. My trust in her grows a bit seeing that. She then privately messaged me several more photos of her. She asked me for some photos, which I sent. She then sends back happy and heartfelt emojis. She told me she doesnāt date Asian men anymore because they were violent to her in the past and her last boyfriend cheated on her. She talked about how she didnāt want to fight with me. She also said we could talk about any topic. She would compliment me often, as I did for her. Of course, on my profile page, I try to post my best pictures. Throughout my life, I have had many different hairstyles. She even mentioned this and got very happy and asked if I was a hairstylist. The spam of talking on JPNDate.com between us was from January 20th, 2024, to March 24th, 2024. On JPNDate, there is an upgrade system. You need Blue Diamond to chat with others. Crown to send videos. Blue Diamond is 20 dollars per month, and Crown is 80 dollars per month. I got the Blue Diamond membership at first. It showed her with it too. After a day or two, she asked me to upgrade like she did to the Crown membership so she could send me a video. I upgraded it, and she did actually send me a video. All pictures and the video match the same person and the same face. Some pictures were in different locations, and some were like three different pictures in the same place. We then later buy a 6-month Crown membership for each other because it is cheaper than 1 month at a time. I bought it for her, and she bought it for me. At this point, I start to believe. This person was giving me all their time. They reply very often, and their texting time was the same as Japan timezones every single day. They spoke not only English but also Japanese almost fluently. However, they did let me know that they're still learning English and sometimes use a translator. She let me know that this website has something called a mall. This should have been red flag number 2. You pay 1 American dollar for each gold point. Paypal is the only thing that works. When we started dating, she said it was normal for couples in Japan to send each other gifts. It was a symbol of forever love in Japan, she claimed. As an American, I didnāt know if this was true. I googled it and couldnāt get a clear answer. She said whatever I bought her, she would buy me as well. She asked if I liked necklaces or charms. I said anything was fine. She wanted me to pick up a necklace. At first, she picked up a $1,000 necklace from the site mall and asked me. I said no; that's way too much money for that. She said how about a 300-dollar Jade Romance charm. She told me to get her white one; she would get me the green one. I questioned if she was legit. She started crying. She somehow convinced me at the time that she was legit again. I did buy it. A few weeks later, I did receive the overpriced Green Jade Romance love charm to my address from her. I never told her which day exactly my tracking information said it would come to my house, but I asked her, and her tracking date was the same week as mine. By the way something almost the same as this necklace is 12 dollars on Amazon. It also broke when I got it in the mail. Probably cost them 2 cent to make. For the next few days, we had a wonderful, happy conversation. It is late January, and I know Valentine's Day is coming. I offered to get her flowers. I got her flowers and chocolate at a very high price of multiple hundred dollars. She then gets so happy. She told me many times how she wanted to go to America and find me. We talked about many topics for several more days. She told me she worked in an office in Tokyo. Yomi told me her real name was Miyuki Miyamoto. Which is very funny because I told her before I was a Nintendo fan, and this is the same last name as Mario and Zelda Creator. She also said she had her apartment to herself, which is true; she does own an apartment. She talked about how life is stressful right now in Japan. She claimed to have grown up in the Japanese town of Nagano, Japan. She also said she had gone to a university in Tokyo with a major in computer science. She wanted to visit America in July for 15 days when she had her time off. July is a normal time for people to get off in Japan for vacation, so I thought nothing of it. I told her that I was from a smaller town in California, but I lived not far from San Francisco. I told her how my town is quiet and how I could see mountains outside my house. She said she wanted a peaceful life and that life in Tokyo is too fast. And she always had great things to say about every picture I sent. We also talk about going on dates. I asked most of the questions, but she did ask me questions as well. I started to ask her a lot of questions about Japan. Like if she visited Himeji Castle, she said no. However, she did say yes to visiting Mount Fuji. I should have asked for a photo of this, but I didnāt. She was very happy; she told me very many topics about Japan. We even briefly talked about anime. She told me she liked Digimon, Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, and Detective Conan. This information is important later. We also talked about how both of us were big Disney fans growing up. She told me she wanted to go to Disney Land when she came to California to visit me. One day she told me, how work was busy today. I told her it was okay and we didnāt need to talk today. She did, however, still text me a little bit that day. This was the only day during our whole time talking when she was super busy. There is nothing wrong with this; all humans get busy. I decided to spend my evening drawing a picture of me and Yomi on a date to surprise her. When I sent it to her, she did not react. This was a red flag for me. I tried to convince myself that she just didnāt like drawings that much. I know I sound really dumb right here, but whoever I was talking to is very smart and knows a lot of things. I was in deep love. We started talking a few days later about the idea of meeting and going on dates together. I know that the yen is weak against the American dollar right now. I told them I would pay for anything they wanted when they were in America because I was in love. This was a big, big, big mistake. They then asked if I could give them 1500 dollars to buy a plane ticket. Never give money to people you never meet in real life, folks. Donāt be dumb like me. Turns out the ticket was actually 2100, so they asked for another 500 dollars the next day, claiming their friend let them borrow the money, and they paid the difference. They did show me a picture of a plane ticket. With the name Yomi and the correct airports in Tokyo and San Francisco. This gave me more trust in them; I got a lot of photos, videos, and even a picture of a plane ticket. At some point, I talked to them about social media. They claim to only have Skype and Line. I found it very hard to believe a woman in her 20s wasnāt on Instagram or Tik Tok. I went on Instagram and typed Yomi, and I found a Yomi who looked just like her. This made me think: why did she lie? What confused me is that all the pictures on her Instagram were different from the ones she sent me, other than one image that was the same. Meaning that the images were not clearly stolen from there. I looked up JPNDate online; there isnāt much info on this website (Right Now), other than one reddit forum from 1 year ago. Someone said something about being scammed by an IDOL on this site. They also said the website wasnāt in Japan but in China. I was wondering why I never saw new females joining the website; it was the same 23 pages worth of them. I wanted to test the website to see if it was legit. I made another account, a fake male account with AI artwork. It was approved in one second. I then made a fake female account; it said pending approval. It has now been 2 weeks since I made that account, and it still says pending approval. This means all the women on this website have to be fake actors. There is also a setting on JPNDate to see who has been online last or which accounts are the oldest. When I asked weeks before, Yomi claimed she had been on this website only for a short time. Her oldest picture was dated October 20, 2023. Yet she has the sixth-oldest account on JPNDate, according to the website. The Reddit forum I talked about before was over a year old. When I was on this website for a month, at least 10 other women tried to text me. There was this one profile of a woman from Taiwan, age 20. She texted me three times in one month. When I joined, her age was listed as 20, and at some point, she changed her age to 25 on her profile. I ignored all these women. This proves again that all these women are fake. I do know these are women based on how they type, but they are not truthful like they act like they are. As I write this, I just realized this is Yomi's friend or sister; it matches the other Yomi account's sister tag. They are part of the same dance agency Aiu_Agency on Instagram from SW Entertainment in South Korea. I knew this website wasnāt telling the truth. I found the JPNDate IP address and tracked it to a server in Hong Kong, China, hosted by Alibaba cloud servers. Reddit was right; the website is Chinese. However, Yomi is Korean which I learned later. I took pictures of the website code just in case. I asked Yomi if she knew Alibaba. Then she asked if Iām going to Chinaāa very strange follow-up question. At this point, I was confused. Who is Yomi? I couldnāt find anything about Miyuki Miyamoto, only Yomi. On Yomiās Instagram, she speaks Korean, not Japanese. I started to think there are no Japanese women on this website like they claim to be. She does speak Japanese, though. I started using more than 10 different software programs to track who Yomi was since she kept asking me for money. I found like 1000 pictures of an idol, WeChat model, singer, dancer, person on endless Chinese dating sites, and a valiant professional gamer part of the AIāU agency for over 8 years. I found two other Instagram accounts with Yomi's face. Another account in Chinese with an idol name other than Yomi also had a Facebook page. The Chinese account has a post about her going to Australia in early 2024, where she is typing in English words. It was a fake trip. I also found an account where she speaks only Korean on Instagram. I also found a tik-tok where someone dances and looks 100% the same as Yomi, to whom Iām talking. The part that is crazy is that none of the images are 100% the same, but the person is the same in all of them. This shocked me; I follow all the accounts. I saw the stories daily to see who this person was. Her Yomi account is just her normal pictures and atm company or something. Her Korean account is about traveling to Singapore, Spain, and South Korea. She also posts a lot about Disney toys here. When I talked to the scammer about Disney, I had no idea about this. At this point, I knew that many men had been scammed out of money for fake love, not just me. These women are real women. However, there are actors pretending to be in love. They will crush your heart and call you names after a few weeks if you donāt buy their stuff. It has to be from JPNdate Mall only, nowhere else. JPNdate Mall prices are crazy high. I am not sure if the point of the website is just for money or if it is actually for women to study English or what. Chinese women, pretending to be Japanese (most of them), that have connections to Korean music, dancing, and gaming on professional teams. Man, what a hell of a story this is. This sounds like a Hollywood movie, but it's real, or at least partly. At this point, everything I say seems to be true based on what I know. They are connected deeply with SW Entertainment. Yomi told me early on that she had one older sister and one younger brother. It seems like she is actually a twin, and she is the younger sister. Or itās her friend she calls a sister from the dance Aiu Agency. Yomi claims to be 25, but I think she is closer to 27 or 28 based on finding a listing of her work in 2015 at Twitch Gaming. You have to be 18 or older to work at Twitch gaming, unless your parents sign things. Unless this job is fake, I donāt know. When I showed the pictures I found to Yomi on JPNdate, she played the victim card on me. Saying she thinks Iām a liar and she wants to break up. Then she gave me her Skype account to try to prove it was legit, and all the other images and accounts were stolen and fake. Her Skype name is Rose, with a One Piece picture. She sent me many voice clips, crying, trying to convince me that she was real. I put them in software, and the voice was 30% human, 70% AI. Clearly, a woman is changing her Chinese or Korean voice to sound Japanese. A PC gamer would know how to do this; they do it all the time to troll. Yomi told me she didnāt play video games anymore, but I found a picture that wasnāt that old of a woman who looked the same as her; she had a Nintendo Switch with a white OLED in it. Btw itās a known fact that Yomi uses software to cheat in the Pc FPS games. We talk for a few more weeks on Skype. I canāt let Yomi, her sister, whoever the man is (I think her lover), and her idol dance friends scam men for their time and money. Yomi Chiense's name is Vera Yuanxin (ē»“ę). Her twin sister goes by veravera_zhangg. Yomi ādeleted her profileā when I exposed her. But One Yomi is still there with no pictures. Two they clearly have other accounts with people who look like she just changed hairstyle, talking and trying to scam other men. Remember when I said the anime part was important? On Yomi's Korean account, she has a friend with whom she talks about Digimon. She gave him a Disney toy. She told me she wanted to cosplay a fox; his profile is a fox. There is just so much proof that these are the same people. Later someone hit me up on Reddit from the Phillippines and told me how the same person Yomi scammed them. How for months Yomi promise them so many things. Then when they said it came to going on the plane to visit him they said they were sick or dying or something. Yomi also made a fake Instagram pretending to be Joe Biden and sent me a friend invite. I messaged and it was so funny how bad it was on their part. I said āYomi are you trolling me?ā then they deleted their account. This was on April 6th, 2024. Yomi tries so hard but use a lot of cheap things that are clearly fake like ai artwork, bots for like at ai_u agency, and fake profiles where she comments herself and attacks anyone who calls her out fairly. After exposing Jpndate they Ip ban my address lol. Then on social media joke about attacking me. If you call out their BS they threaten your family and yourself. Just stay away from all these sites if you're going to date online use well-known legit sites. I contacted Paypal and me and JPNDate.com had many emails back and forth. They pretended to do an investigation on Yomi real identity and said she was really Miyuki Miyamoto. It was so bullshit. I told them I would sue them if they were lying, The site no longer exists. The scam does, however. What happened After JPNDATE? April-June 2024 In April many fake Instagram accounts started following me each day. They are romance scams I never got them like this before. I didnāt fall for any of them. All or most were likely Yomi and her friends. Paypal did get me 4000 of 4080 dollars back but it took 6 weeks and multiple emails. JPNDate tells me they will be closing soon after PayPal went after them hard. Like I said I just wanted to find love. I made some stupid decisions along the way. However, I want to find out the truth and make sure other men donāt get scammed by them. I keep messaging Yomi's skype during this period, they never block me. They unfriended me but I could still send messages I wasnāt blocked. They even responded 2 times out of the 50 times I did this in the multiple-week span. I contacted the Aiu_Agency on Instagram (It is the same people as JPNDate) they pretended to be different people. I told them about Jpndate. They called me a hero, they said they loved me, and they thanked me for sending them all the pictures that Yomi sent me on Jpndate and Skype. They follow me on Instagram for 2 days. Then they unfollowed me randomly for no reason. They said their agency would do a police report and kill the scammer. I knew this was so bullshit. I told them how the scammers were making new profiles of them on Japan Cupid. Which is true. The leader Mingmei1344 (Which is Yomi Chinese account) claimed I was the scammer setting them up. She plays the victim card on me. I showed her all the messages and how I got the pictures, I didnāt steal anything. She told me her and her friends are okay if I hacked them, because Iām from the CIA. I am not from the CIA. It was a joke I made a few days before when she pretended to be a mob boss in Korea. I told her I am not a hacker. Right after that she and her friends all ban me other then Mingmei1344 account. Mingmei1344 Message me 1 more day, then block me. However, Mingmei1344 and the Aiu_Agency keep posting things on topics I told them days or weeks before. I checked their old post they never talked about any of this before that. I told these to Yomi on JPNDate and skype not Mingmei1344 again proving it is the same person. They look the same as well. Like the blue feather concept in love mythology, Gundams, Nintendo, Persona, and many many other topics. Yomi claimed to not know anything about videogames before I talked about it with her. I think this is partly a lie. This confuses me so I make fake Instagram accounts to message Mingmei1344 and Aiu_agency. She replies to my messages and Mingmei1344 even does a ask me a question thing on Instagram and replies to all of them. She clearly knows these accounts are from me Mark however she replies anyway. The replies were nice and positive things. Then later she bans them all again. Often Aiu-Agency Women (Yomi and her friends, Mostly Yomi) pretend to go to countries they are not actually in the picture, itās all greenscreen effects. They also use Ai for Music covers Artwork. For music covers they pretend to sell millions of copies of but there is nowhere to buy such a music cover CD they claim to sell. Their music covers are claimed to be from popular songs kpop songs. I looked, at least not right now such CDs arenāt real. Of course, the songs are real but not their covers. Yomi is most of the women in the pictures but not all. They will post Ai cover artwork, multiple pictures of them using the greenscreen effect, then put a high-quality image of a famous Korean male singer. They never took these pictures of these Korean male singers. They download them and edit them. They pretend to perform with them but it is all fake. Mingmei1344 started always putting her with all the famous Markās in Korea. Only her not her staff with Markās. I think itās a reference to me. She didnāt do this before meeting me I looked at her old post. Again Mingmei1344 is Yomi who is Jeong Nahyeon, who pretends to be Miyuki Miyamoto. She still references me sometimes in other ways and I send them messages to see what will happen next. One time I wrote about loving her to see what she would say. I do love Yomi, however I donāt want anyone to get scammed. I told her we could travel across the world together. She wrote in her next post on Aiu_agency on Instagram she liked this future with her future husband. It was a direct reply to what I asked the day before. It might be worth knowing what Baldur's Gate is, so I will do my best to describe it using my own words:
Baldur's Gate 3 is at heart, basically just DnD, but for PC, console, or whatever. The story follows your own character as they are slowly turned into monsters (I want to go into the game "blind," so I've avoided as much as possible related to the story). The game also features a multiplayer game mode, so you can play with up to four friends.
As the post says this is also my second time requesting this and I hope anyone will be generous enough to gift it to me.

And, upon realizing what DnD really was, I was almost instantly charmed... until I realized DnD Beyond was basically just a place to manage your character sheets and equipment, etc. And considering I'm sort of an introvert, socializing isn't my strong suit, so I think this might be a good alternative.
It might also be worth answering why I want this game, and honestly, I've always found RPG games and similar things exciting (take a look at the number of hours I've put into Skyrim, for example). The idea of exploring another world, interacting with NPC, and learning their backstory, ideals, and philosophy is just very exciting to me.

In the handbook, on pages 59-60, the ADL espouses views that are word-for-word taken from 'replacement theory'.
Excerpt:
A bi-national state, in principle and in practice, would mean the ideological end of the Jewish State of Israel and lead to the forsaking of Jewish nationalism and identity, along with its special status as a refuge for Jews fleeing persecution.
Furthermore, bi-nationalism is unworkable given current realities and historic animosities. With historically high birth rates among the Palestinians, and a possible influx of Palestinian refugees and their descendants now living around the world, Jews would quickly be a minority within a bi-national state, thus likely ending any semblance of equal representation and protections. In this situation, the Jewish population would be increasingly politically ā and potentially physically ā vulnerable.
It is unrealistic and unacceptable to expect the State of Israel to voluntarily subvert its own sovereign existence and nationalist identity and become a vulnerable minority within what was once its own territory.

The interplay between right-wing nationalism & support for Israel
The ADL's primary purpose now is to defend Israel's apartheid regime.Note how Rep. Stefanik is pictured in the ADL tweet. She is the one leading the charge right now with these public antisemitism inquisitions of college administrators.
Right-wing nationalists support Israel because they want to emulate Israel's policies towards Palestinians (as a stand-in for immigrants, PoC, leftists, etc.).
A study on European antisemitism found that xenophobes (who rated higher in antisemitism) tend to support Israel due to its immigration policies. Whereas those critical of Israeli policy were less xenophobic & less antisemitic.

In order to maintain that demographic majority, Israel uses discriminatory legislation & enormous State violence.
A lot of Zionists obfuscate what Zionism means now (for all practical purposes) by signaling some support/empathy for Palestinians. So the primary question one must ask, is whether you support a Jewish demographic majority in Israel.
If the answer is 'yes' - then you're justifying massive discrimination & violence against the Palestinian out-group. It no longer matters what games one plays with the 'definition' of 'Zionist'.

The ADL, Mike Pompeo, and the Jewish National Fund
Peter Beinart, in a discussion with FMEP's Lara Friedman & political strategist Rania Batrice, talks about how the ADL supports discriminatory policies in Israel that it would never support in America.Peter notes that Jonathan Greenblatt, CEO of the ADL, has to 'code-switch' when advocating for Israel, for this very reason. Whereas, someone like Mike Pompeo, who is also a cultish nationalist, is more forthcoming in what he wants for America (a Christian nationalist State).
For Pompeo, it's perfectly fine to support an analog to the Jewish National Fund (JNF) in America (ie a hypothetical Christian National Fund; an organization that would support land access/development for Christians only). Greenblatt would lose his mind if a CNF existed in America - but he won't propose abolishing the JNF in Israel.
In Israel, the government controls 93 percent of the landĀ¹ - directly or indirectly through quasi-governmental bodies like the Development Authority (DA) or the JNF. But all of it is administered by a governmental body, the Israel Land Administration (ILA).
The JNF's mandate is to develop land folease land to Israeli Jews, so 13% of the land in Israel excludes Palestinian citizens of Israel & everyone else. Thus, when the ILA tenders a lease owned by the JNF, they are directly complicit in "outright discrimination".Ā²

Ben-Gurion circumvented any future international legal intervention by 'selling' (absolutely illegally) the land entrusted to the custodians (Ben-Gurion appointed Israel the custodians of the stolen Palestinian land following the 48' War) to the JNF so that Israel, in the case of an international debate, could say 'sorry, it's not in my hands anymore'. Within days, about a million dunams (1M dunams = about 250K acres) of land were sold for a price well below their value to the JNF. Another million would be sold later on.
Then-Israeli Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion appointed the Israeli government as custodian of the land and then sold 250,000 acres to the Jewish National Fund. The problem of the Arab refugees was forgotten in the main despite the United Nations trying to resolve it. Ben-Gurion thought that time would eventually solve the problem. The abandoned village land and houses were given to Israeli soldiers so Arabs couldnāt return.Some speculate the JNF never even paid for the land. Instead, the Israeli government agreed to subsidize the purchase in exchange for assurances the land would be set aside for Jewish settlement.
But the Israeli cabinet ordered the JNF to stop all efforts at buying land from Palestinians directly, and the men returned to Israel.144 Ben Gurion told Weitz and Danin in December 1948 that āThe JNF would buy land only from the State. There was no need to buy land from Arabs.ā145
[...]One month after Ben Gurion told Weitz that the JNF should buy land only from the state, the two sides finally concluded a major deal by which the JNF would purchase a huge amount of refugee land in January 1949. Despite his mistrust of sharing power with the JNF, Ben Gurion had long wanted to sell captured Palestinian land to the JNF. In fact as early as May 13, 1948, the day before he publicly read Israelās declaration of independence, Ben Gurion offered to sell a massive 2 million dunums of land to the JNF for Ā£P0.5/dunum. He was trying to sell land he did not yet control to raise money for arms.

The deal involving the so-called āsecond millionā dunums was finalized on October 4, 1950, and involved the transfer of an additional 1,271,734 dunums by the Custodian of Absentee Property on behalf of the Development Authority to the JNF, 99.8 percent of which (1,271,480 dunums) was rural land. Granott later placed the amount at 1,278,200 dunums. The amount of Ā£I66 million was to be paid to the government over a ten year period. Some sources indicate that the JNF was actually to turn the money over to the Jewish Agency on the governmentās behalf; the amount then would be considered a loan by the government to the JA. Others claim that the JNF never actually paid the amounts it owed under the two deals.163

The JNF faced no such obstacles and was free to discriminate against Arabs in favor of Jews. Its charter mandated that all land that it purchased thereafter would be inalienable, to be held by the JNF on behalf of the Jewish people in perpetuity. Because the JNF could not sell land it acquired, it leased land to Jewish settlements and individual Jews on the condition that it not be re-let to non-Jews and that only Jewish labor be used on the landāthe policy of āHebrew laborā [Heb.: āavoda āivrit]. Thus as a nongovernmental organization free to manage its own land on an exclusivist basis within the new state, the JNF argued for its control of refugee land on this ideological base: if the JNF obtains the land, it will be the best way to guarantee that it is used for Jewish settlement only. This attitude was expressed by a JNF official at the 23rd congress of the World Zionist Organization held in 1951, the fiftieth anniversary of the JNFās establishment, who stated that the JNF āwill redeem the lands and will turn them over to the Jewish peopleāto the people and not the state, which in the current composition of population cannot be an adequate guarantor of Jewish ownershipā [emphases in the original].

In Records of Dispossession, Michael Fischback writes about the culpability of Zionist organizations in the expulsion of the Palestinian people - and singles out one important figure, Yosef Weitz of the JNF.
The question of to what degree Jewish authorities deliberately expelled Palestinians is a hotly contested one.13 For many historians of the Arab-Israeli conflict, the issue comes down to whether Zionist authorities ordered the deliberate expulsion of the Palestinians according to a master plan of ethnic cleansing. It is beyond dispute that some expulsions occurred as it is that, even before the fighting began, various figures in the Zionist movement were actively investigating the idea of what they euphemistically called ātransferringā the Palestinians out of the country. One such person was Yosef Weitz of the Jewish National Fund [Heb.: Keren Kayemet le-Yisraāel]. Weitz was born in Russia in 1890 and immigrated to Ottoman Palestine in 1908. He began working for the Jewish National Fund (JNF) in 1918. The JNF was established by the World Zionist Organization [Heb.: ha-Histadrut ha-Tsiyonit; later, ha-Histadrut ha-Tsiyonit ha-āOlamit] in December 1901 to acquire land in Ottoman Syria for the establishment of a Jewish state. It acquired its first land in Palestine in 1904. Weitz countered with a hard-line vision of transferring the Palestinians completely out of the country. He detailed his ideas in his diary:
It should be clear to us that there is no room in Palestine for these two peoples. No ādevelopmentā will bring us to our goal of independent nationhood in this small country. Without the Arabs, the land will become wide and spacious for us; with the Arabs, the land will remain sparse and cramped . . . . The only solution is Palestine, at least Western Palestine [i.e., Palestine without Transjordan], without Arabs. There is no room here for compromises!14Weitz and Lifshits agreed to try to work toward this goal. In fact, in 1948 they served together on a committee that investigated transfer (see below). When the fighting broke out in 1948, Weitz believed that it provided a golden opportunity to effect such a transfer. By the spring of that year, thousands of Palestinians were already in flight and leaving behind large stretches of land. For Weitz, the proper course of action was simple: prevent their return and take over their land. On May 20, 1948, Weitz noted in his diary that the refugee flight would create āa complete territorial revolution . . . . The State is destined to expropriate . . . their land.ā 15 Once the fighting was underway, he would move to realize this.

The ADL's history of anti-Palestine activism: the spying case

So while the ADL isn't outright spying people as it did years ago, it's not out of some moral shift. It's because they no longer have to.

After this, i get a message of the video saying " delete or post?" I knew iam done now. I said delete and then they called me demanding around 25k rupees otherwise, they sent some threatening 'about to send' message screenshots to my followers.
I panicked ( wish i had been to this sub beforeš) Negotiations started they were threatening me, "this would ruin your life etc.." And i said iam poor and broke They agreed for 5k rupees, promised to delete stuff And as soon i paid, they asked for 5k more And again 10k more... I sadly paid all of it.. (borrowed some from my friends too)
They were asking me for another 15k, and i was done with it, said that my dad is a cop, i can proove this and iam going to inform him.. Anything above this amount would lead to legal stuff.. Don't know but suddenly, they started backing off slowly and asked for some more, I didn't pay.
They finally said, "you followed our demands we are gonna delete the stuff and will never gonna bother you again", I asked them to screenshare and ensured that they do...
I made my insta private, removed some followers and changed the dp, username, profile name.. Blocked the contact from whatsapp. ( Took screenshots and backup of those)
Had i reached this sub before, i wouldn't have paid a single penny.. Learned a costly lessonš And a lot more about why not to be careless in the internet

Apologize that I'm like a decade late to ask basic playthrough questions, but I just got the game, and I'm curious.
I'll start, for my first playthrough I just did recently after JUST FINALLY buying the game, I played a relatively peaceful V, he didn't kill every criminal he saw (a rule a thumb I had tried to stick with was ONLY INCAPACITATION allowed unless their profile showed Homicide, 1st Degree Murder, or Worse).
Because of my character, I often used the scan and paid a lot more attention to enemy's crimes and criminal record compared to many people I imagine. It also changed my overall decisions.
Like in Claire's mission, I chose to disagree with Claire's idea to kill Sampson (She still shot him, and I'm fine with that but I wish one of the dialogue options allowed me to berate her for twisting her story so much)
And in each of the Cyberpsychos (I restarted to ensure I didn't kill a single one) as well.
Did anyone else have very intentional "rules" when it came to playing their V? Anything you did purposefully to immerse yourself? I wanna see how others went about certain things relating to how they portray V, or if they were more of a "Whatever is most effective to me being strong" kinda thing

Long story short. I got pregnant 6 months into a relationship. Barely knew the guy. We are still technically together. I live with my mom, he lives on his own. Weāve been on and off. So many things have happened but I get tired of thinking about it and explaining it. All Iām going to say is that he has put a dent on my car door because he kicked it while I was pregnant because his ex said something I didnāt like. Andā¦he has extreme problem with smoking that I do not like and expects me to listen to him despite of his bad decision making and intuitive thoughts. I use to do way much better in life before I got trapped and he is using my son to control me. I fear that if I donāt leave him he will use my son against me and my son is only 6 months.. he doesnāt deserve it. Weird because I still love him after all of this. There are so many details but this is ONLY the TIP of the ICEBERG. WHAT CONCERNS ME IS THE WOMAN WHO GOT PREGNANT BEFORE ME. this was way before I met himā¦. So tell me why I have no idea where she isā¦she just disappeared?!? Onto where??? She apparently from what he told me abandoned her son to be with some guy and moved out of state and never returnedā¦. He apparently called the cops because he didnāt know where she wentā¦.was on and off with her at the moment and cheated. Apparently had her location and she turned it off for good and there was no sign of her anywhereā¦he said she left a noteā¦his mom said she told her but kept it a secret from her sonā¦.from what his friends girlfriend told me she was super protective of her son didnāt let him out of her sight and very very quiet and shy. I thoughtā¦ okay that happens sometimes so the last month I was pregnant I went to visit his parents( they are weird as well) so I asked where is sheā¦and they took that too seriously stating I donāt need to know and Iām just concerned because I didnāt know what I gotten myself intoā¦ also I rather focus on my son than adopt hisā¦ I wasnāt ready to be a mom of 2. This is my first son and I rather put most of my attention on him. Now Iām not saying forget the other child but first time parents should understand meā¦. So I mention to his mom why doesnāt she pay child support this entire timeā¦.. after I mentioned that apparently they reached out to her for paying child support and my thought exactly is why hasnāt she paid beforeā¦.? Also, they expect me to take care of his son like he is my responsibility and state the first mother( Iām the second) is very responsible because she now pays from a distance? What the hell. I finally found her Instagram and she only has 89 followers and her profile picture looks heavily editedā¦. I look at who sheās followingā¦they told me she moved out of state, chose to live with a guy closer to her cultureā¦why are a lot of her followers people from who she knew when she lived in the state ( I see these people live in the same area as us). Something is just extremely eery about all this and it scares meā¦ we also would order food from the restaurant they used to work at together all the workers are looking at me with disgust!!!! Like what did I do wrongā¦i was pregnant too. They would ask him how he was doing then asked about her in front of me and asked where she was and how she was doingā¦mind you she apparently left when her child was around 3 I believe. That child was 5 and a half at the time. And when people ask them, he says something dumb like oh she moved to Connecticut or she moved to Georgiaā¦basically it wouldnāt be the same answerā¦ I tried looking her up to see if there is a missing persons report. Nothing. Sheās either extremely under the radar or something terrible happened or both. Iām honestly so worried. Excuse my grammar, I am venting and I am not worried about how proper my sentences look at the moment. Another thing Iād like to mention. During my pregnancy, my closest friend had a dream I died and he was the one that hurt me. My mom said she had a bad dream and he was in itā¦ he was cutting my nails while I was laying on the tableā¦ I have no idea what that means. I absolutely love this man ( heās got some good qualities as wellā¦ I know itās crazy). Heās never hurt me physically but I do see he has some tendencies and he is controlling. Anything triggers his madness making it hard to come to a conclusion because he wants things his way. I donāt want to lose my child. Iām even afraid to file for child support because I canāt stand the thought of him being with my son alone and heās made me worry about filing for it which I hate because my son needs all the benefits he can get. Can anyone give me peace of mind?
