I'm really active person, went to gym 3-4 times a week, occasional swimming and bouldering, lots of cycling and was practising advanced yoga. Disclaimer: I'm working from home and mostly am seated at my desk. Read books a lot/on my phone with my head bent down.
My CT started with pins and needles in the left arm a little more than a year ago during body pump classes when the bar was pressing on my shoulders and when I was deadlifting. Not long after I went to see my first physiotherapist, I started to feel pain in both elbows in July 2023, so I stopped the exercises and got a referral further to see a specialist. We run an EMG, and an MRI test on my neck and left arm, that showed a compressed nerve in my elbow and a little decompression in my neck. ("Early disc osteophyte bars are seen at C4-5 and C5-6 but there is no foraminal narrowing no canal stenosis no involvement of the exiting nerve roots.") I started with another physiotherapist and started hand therapy as well and was put on Gabapentin 300mg once a day.
Nothing seemed to help easing the growing pain in my arms, so I had a nerve release op in January this year on my left arm. At this point my dosage was Gabapentin 300mg 3x/day. The symptomps didn't get much better after the op, but it's slightly more comfortable to sleep with my left arm now. I went back to the gym, recommeded by my physio and doing forearm, upper arm workouts with the cable, trx and crosstrainer. Also I'm able to do pilates and LBT classes which was unimaginable before. So my mental health definitely improved due to these changes.
I recently had another EMG test which showed us that the pain is coming from my neck rather than my elbows. The doctor who did the test has advised me against doing any form of exercises, not even cycling as my neck needs to rest. This also means to me that the surgery was kind of pointless - even though the nerve was so decompressed that it was discoloured according to the surgeon at the time.
So with the hand therapy and the physio we were more focused on my arms, not my neck as that minor compression in the neck was disregarded at the beginning of the treatments. Obviously they both know that the ulnar nerve is originating from my neck, but I feel like everyone was treating me without knowing what was causing the pain, and we can start this all over after half a year. I'm also on Gabepentin 900mg 3x/day as the pain got so bad over time.
Still waiting for my blood test results which could show constant inflamation in my body, that could be another potential source of my pain, but just wanted to ask if any of you had similar cases or have anything that helped you, in terms of exercises or anything at all? I'm going mad with the constant pain as it's affecting my life so much, and tired of hearing different doctors telling me such different ideas on the ideal form of exercise.

Jau vasaros gale buvome pradėję svetainės remontą, tad įmetu kelias nuotraukas kaip viskas vyko: https://imgur.com/a/NCrDF5L Istorija tokia, kad mėginau nusigremžt visus tuos senovinius kreidinius dažus nuo sienų, bet dieve padėk, koks super dulkinas darbas... pagremžiau tik dalį sienos (tarkim 1x1.5m) ir visam name reikėjo langus atidaryt, viską persiurbliuot ir pervalyt, žodžiu, reikalas sudėtingas. Nusprendžiau pergruntuot pora sluoksnių visas sienas, ir ant viršaus pertinkuoti. Tas mano tinkavimas nėra tobulas, tikrai nelygumai ant sienų matosi dabar, bet buvo žymiai greičiau ir paprasčiau nei viską gremžt lauk. Šitoje nuotraukoje, po kaire puse matosi dar kur tinkuota, o priekyje ir po dešinei - jau nuglaistytos sienos. Bit of a rant, hoping to obtain some perspective as this is probably too petty to discuss in real life.
I've been wanting a 911 C4/4S as a daily for awhile and have been on a couple wait lists. I want it for all the usual reasons:
Customized to my liking Dynamics/Acceleration Prestige Low depreciation Reliable
I work in a well paid profession, and live in a fairly typical well off neighborhood. Recently I found out a bunch of my colleagues have gotten their 911 allocations (1 guy has a S, another has 4S, another on waitlist for TTS). To make matters worse, my direct neighbor has a 4GTS in black, the original color I wanted.
I understand the 911 is popular, and comparison is the thief of joy, but I can't help but feel getting this car now is less appealing as "everyone" has one. I'll just be another power ranger. Getting my build is now losing it's specialness and starting to feel like buying an iPhone.
As such and especially at this price range, my eyes have been wandering towards maybe the new AMG GT, Vantage, GTR, etc. Am I being stupid and immature?

For reference I’m a 23 yo M
To start, around 3 weeks ago I was headbanging to music pretty hard and felt a stinger in my neck. Thought I just pulled something, but I woke up the next day with my arm feeling like a nerve was pinched somewhere. It was hurting in my left shoulder and weak as well, there was also tingling and weakness in my hand.
The tingling have also spread to my face and neck. A week later the other arm started having the same issue (feeling exactly the same on onset actually). I go to see my neurologist and he was weakness in my left shoulder and arm but not in my right arm as it felt completely normal when this all started. The left shoulder weakness has actually gotten better, but the tingling, numbness, and weakness are still there. Also neck pain and should pain coke on intermittently.
I should note all the weakness is clinical. Also have positive Hoffmann sign in left hand but not on the right. No clonus. Positive Romberg test which tests for proprioception.
I had an emg of only the left arm because that was where all this started, and it came back crystal. I also had an mri of my brain and neck and this is what they found.
FINDINGS: No fractures or dislocations are seen. No destructive bony changes are seen. The vertebral bodies are maintained in height. The pedicles are intact. No facet malalignment is seen. The pedicles are intact. The craniocervical alignment and atlantoaxial articulation are unremarkable. The visualized structures within the cranial fossa are grossly unremarkable. No spinal cord myelopathy or contusion is seen. Small mucous retention cyst in the sphenoid sinus is noted consistent with chronic sinusitis.
There is straightening of the cervical lordosis likely due to muscle spasm.
The C2-3 disc level is unremarkable.
The C3-4 level is unremarkable.
C4-5: There is 2.5-3 mm broad-based right paracentral/right posterior herniation of the protrusion type impinging of the right ventral spinal cord borderline narrowing the central spinal canal. The neural foramina are patent bilaterally. Tiny Tarlov cyst in the lateral foramen is seen.
C5-6: There is a shallow broad-based left posterior protrusion encroaching approximately 2.5-3 mm into the spinal canal with associated posterior spurring/ridging impinging on and mildly flattening the left ventral spinal cord. Tarlov cysts in both neural foramina are seen.
C6-7: Tarlov cysts in both foramina are noted without disc space narrowing, annular fissure, posterior herniation or central spinal stenosis.
C7-T1: There is minimal right posterior bulge without disc space narrowing, annular fissure or focal herniation. Small Tarlov cysts in the foramina are seen.
The T1-2 disc level is unremarkable.
All this points to neck issues but two surgeons (well one surgeon and a resident of another surgeon.) say it’s highly unlikely my neck is causing these symptoms. My neurologist has stated to me that there is nothing else it really could be outside of blood issues.
I’ve gone down the als rabbit hole and am stuck in it, I’m trying to get out. I forgot to mention I have twitches too on top of it all.
Help me friends
EDIT: I also have balance issues and weakness in my right leg that’s more attributable to my disc herniation in my low back. I had the weakness before all this became so crazy. Also brain mri is literally completely unremarkable.

 | Hi all, I recently bought my dream car - 94 C4, manual transmission, 81k mi - was driving today, stopped for gas and when I turned the car back on the “passive keyless entry” light was illuminated on the dash. I do not have a key fob, only the ignition and door lock keys. Drove a couple of miles down the road with the light on and suddenly the rear hatch pops open while driving and the release keeps clicking to release again and again. I pull over, turn the car off, reach for the manual, and it stops clicking. I get out and shut the hatch, get back in, drive a few more miles.. light comes back on.. a few more miles.. hatch pops and click click click.. repeat 3 more times over the next 20 miles or so home. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a loose wire or sensor? Did the previous owner have keyless entry and lose a fob under the seat? It's EXTREMELY rare to have a mild curve like man, yet experience symptomatic disc herniations and mild thoracic canal stenosis. submitted by White-Rabbit-5895 to ThoracicHerniatedDisc [link] [comments] Also, I'm not looking for comments on the mildness of my curve - I'm grateful that I don't have the obvious cosmetic deformity that can occur with this issue, but I'm in severe pain. I have chest wall and abdominal pain (chronic spasms and burning) and now I've developed unpleasant sensations and spasticity in my extremities below and sometimes in my upper extremities. I had to remove my 12th ribs because they were catching on the L1 transverse processes and causing extreme pain in the lumbar and along those dermatomes. This was also caused by my Scheuermann's kyphosis. The more I tried correcting my hyperlordosis, the closer my ribs got to the L1 transverse processes. Now that they are removed, I can do my Schroth PT effectively for my hyperlordosis because my pelvis can remain more neutral and that pain has subsided altogether. My lumbar and hips are feeling mostly good these days (albeit some weird sensations below), but the Schroth PT has done absolutely nothing for my other pain. 4 years of regular PT and then another year of Schroth PT. I am not sedentary and have a good diet, however my quality of life from all this is quite low. Lumbar and cervical MRI's showed no issues and are in great shape. My new MRI shows small posterior disc bulges at T7-T8 and T8-T9 (present on MRI from 2019, too) and prominent dorsal extradural fat, which results in "mild spinal canal stenosis." Upon googling this, I learned that prominent dorsal extradural fat is rare and that it's called epidural lipomatosis. It is more common in patients with Scheuermann's kyphosis. The downside to having this finding is that it means that steroids (epidurals included) are not recommended because it can increase the fat in this area. Research is mixed on whether or not one epidural can cause issues, but I don't want to take a chance at all. I can't imagine this getting worse. I don't use corticosteroids and I don't have excess cortisol or diabetes. I'm also not overweight, so I'm not sure what to do anymore. Conservative therapy has been a fail. I will be doing an image review with Dr. Lloyd Hey in Raleigh on June 6th, so I will see what he says. He specializes in scoliosis and Scheuermann's kyphosis. I met with him a year ago and tried Schroth PT. They told me to come back and they'd order a MRI, but instead I went back to my rheumatologist to rule out autoimmune connective tissue disease since it's been three years since I had testing. I'm still waiting on my rheumatologist to comment on these images and see what she recommends, but she ordered it because she said everything matched up with my spine. Does anyone have any insights? What else can I do? Most comments I receive is that no one will operate on such a mild curve, but what do they do for the epidural lipomatosis and the thoracic herniations that are symptomatic? 2024.05.15 22:44 FreddZeppelin LG C4 42 - Initial Impressions
So I replaced my C2 42 with a C4 42. (No need to debate the wisdom of the change. Don’t worry, the C2 is going to a loving home.)
Main use is PC gaming on a 4090. Some initial impressions:
The C4 is noticeably brighter. Not dramatically so, but it is noticeable side by side and in real-world usage. I didn’t make any measurements, but the reports from Rtings and others that the C4 is brighter are accurate. The difference probably is not enough to justify an upgrade on its own, but it is real.
I see no noticeable drop in brightness in Game Optimizer mode - it looks great. And one difference from the C2 is a Personalized Picture Wizard - added, I think, with the C3 - which actually does a pretty good job of setting a default calibration that looks really good, even in games. It’s not precise - you select from various pictures to get the look you prefer - but I was surprised at how good the result looks. I used it for some games and didn’t experience any input lag, etc. Might depend on the game - and I’m sure its offends purists to even think of using it - but it does offer an easy alternative to Game Optimizer. (And, honestly, I've never worried too much about "creator intent" when it comes to games. The eyes of the guy who paid for the TV take priority.)
I don’t see any off-angle tint, as mentioned in the Rtings review. At an extreme angle - almost full side on - there is some dimming, but nothing like the green tint at lesser angles that is noticeable in the Rtings review. Perhaps an artifact of the larger panels?
The 144Hz mode seems to be a bit broken, at least on my panel. It works in the sense that you can enable it and it appears to do what it promises. But it is finicky - I’ve had numerous black screens in 144Hz mode when I change other settings (VRR, DTM, etc.). The only solution is to unplug the panel - sometimes 2-3 times - to get the panel to reset. Once you get out of the black screen, the new settings are preserved and it seems to work fine in 144Hz mode - so long as you don’t change anything. At 120Hz, I’ve had no problems. Several other folks here have reported the same issue, so I suspect it’s not a panel defect but rather a software problem or perhaps a conflict with certain PC settings.
Overall, I was very happy with my C2 and I like the C4 even better. I needed to replace my C2, and the new features in the C4 are worth the money to me. But it’s not a huge upgrade - no reason to rush out and replace your C2, but the C4 is definitely a nice upgrade when that time comes.

Several other folks here have reported the same issue, so I suspect it’s not a panel defect but rather a software problem or perhaps a conflict with certain PC settings.
Overall, I was very happy with my C2 and I like the C4 even better. I needed to replace my C2, and the new features in the C4 are worth the money to me. But it’s not a huge upgrade - no reason to rush out and replace your C2, but the C4 is definitely a nice upgrade when that time comes.

My U3 seems to have gotten a bit louder over the past couple of years. It's been tuned regularly since I bought it 6 years ago, and has had a Dampp Chaser system installed. It's seen a lot of use in that period.
There are 4" GIK bass traps behind the instrument, which is up against an interior drywall. The room is fairly well damped, though ceilings are only 8 ft. I have experimented with piano placement in the room, and intend to add more acoustic treatment.
Certain notes do seem to be picking up room modes (F5 - 84 dBA when played mezzo forte without pedal), but the notes from C4 on up are still ~ 78-79 dBA. The room is pretty quiet, ~40 dBA.
Anyhow, this volume is a bit fatiguing so I end up playing with the practice rail almost exclusively. Should the piano be voiced for the room? The room can be deadened quite a bit more, but I'm also considering upgrading to a European upright (grand won't fit here sadly). Yamaha pianos have always struck me as loud and bright for my ear.

As mentioned by other people other klowns have been seen using weapons that others were noted to have, I am not sure why they can use these weapons as they should be class specific, I believe it is either from levelling up a specific klown that lets them be used by others or they are base klown weapons. Either way here are some of them.
Pizza Box - transform into a pizza box that can attack nearby humans.
Mallet - swing a mallet that can easily stun humans
Pies - can be thrown at humans, pies will slow humans, however if more pies are thrown the pies can kill humans.

It's been a while since my season 3 post cuz I've been busy with studying and work but I'll just cut to the chase.
4.01 "The Beginning of the End" - she was so thrown off by the Hugo chase scene and immediately was trying to guess the rest of the Oceanic 6. She was heartbroken when he told Claire about Charlie and so shocked when ghost Charlie showed up. She also loved Ben's line, "Jack, with your permission, I'd like to go with John, ha ha, she still hates him but likes the snark
4.03 "The Economist" - she was happy Sayid made it off the Island, and she really dug the flow he was rocking, but felt so sad for him because he's such a romantic and had to kill Elsa. And she was so pissed when they showed he was working for Ben at the end
4.04 "Eggtown" - at this point, she's just tired of Kate going back and forth between Jack and Sawyer and completely agreed with what Sawyer said.
4.05 "The Constant" - she just had no idea what to make of what was happening to Desmond, it was really funny, but she was so happy and relieved when the phone call finally went through.
4.06 "The Other Woman" - by now, she was fully pro Juliet so that was nice, but she hated Ben even more after seeing how terrible he was to her.
4.07 "Ji Yeon" - she was absolutely ecstatic that Sun got off the Island and she was equally excited when they showed Jin off the Island as well and subsequently devastated when they revealed it was a flashback and Sun and Hugo went to his grave. She loved the on island stuff too with Jin wanting to pick baby names too. When they showed Michael at the end, she said "Damn, that guy kinda looks like Michael." I damn near pissed myself
4.08 "Meet Kevin Johnson" - she felt bad for the way Michael and Walt turned out after they left the Island, and she thought Ben was absolutely diabolical for saying he was Walt to get Michael on the phone. She was so mad when Danielle got shot as well.
4.09 "The Shape of Things to Come" - she loved the scene of Sawyer, Hugo, and Locke playing Risk and when Sawyer was so protective of Hugo at the end. She finally started to not completely hate Ben and actually felt a little bad for him when Alex got killed, and she got so worried when he said he was gonna kill Penny.
4.11 "Cabin Fever" - she continued to hate how depressing Locke's story is, and she really just wanted to know what's up with Richard looking the same 50 years ago. She thought the scenes of the trio bickering about not knowing where they're going and with Hugo and Ben sharing the candy bar were hilarious, and ghost Christian showing up was like the biggest curveball ever for her.
4.12-4.14 "There's No Place Like Home" - when they revealed the C4 on the boat, she let out the biggest gasp ha ha and was just as worried when Ben said "So" after stabbing Keamy. She was utterly devastated when the boat blew up and Jin "died." She liked seeing Sun girlboss in the flashforwards and seeing Walt again and laughed about how big he is now. She thought the moment of Ben saying goodbye to John was so oddly heartwarming and he jaw just about hit the floor when they showed Locke in the coffin. She was not happy about it lmao

How this last video was allowed to go public is currently unknown. Slovaks are asking why the SIS (Slovakia's intelligence agency) didn't catch this in time. The man in the video, alleged to be the shooter, says he is angry with the current political direction of the country. He then implies he is upset about the destruction of RTVS, the Slovak national public broadcaster, as well as the expulsion of Judicial Council president Ján Mazák last month over ostensibly having other judges investigated. Mazák was not allowed to defend himself and claimed it was within his authority to do so.

Why is all this relevant?Slovakia used to be part of Czechoslovakia. Hitler occupied the Sudetenland region of Czechoslovakia in 1938 after France and the U.K. ceded control. After WWII, Czechoslovakia became a communist state under de facto Soviet tyranny via the Warsaw Pact. Four Warsaw Pact countries invaded Czechoslovakia in 1968 in response to the Prague Spring. In 1989, when the USSR started collapsing, the Velvet Revolution restored democracy. Czechoslovakia dissolved in 1992 into the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Robert Fico, Slovakia’s prime minister, was shot today in the town of Handlová, where he had been meeting supporters, and taken to hospital.
Born into a working-class family on 15 September 1964, Fico – a lawyer by profession – began his political career with the Communist party shortly before the 1989 Velvet Revolution that led to the breakup of former Czechoslovakia.
He set up his centre-left Smer-SD party in 1999 after being turned down for a ministerial post by the Democratic Left, the Communists’ political heirs.
Embroiled in allegations of corruption he has always denied, Fico is brash and outspoken, with a penchant for bodybuilding, football and fast cars.
Fico admires both Vladimir Putin, saying he would not permit the Russian president’s arrest under an international warrant if he came to Slovakia, and Hungary’s illiberal leader, Viktor Orbán, “who defends the interests of his country and his people”.
The Smer leader is also a tactician: in a three-decade career, he has navigated successfully between mainstream, pro-EU positions and a fiercely nationalist, anti-western rhetoric destined mainly for domestic consumption, proving more than willing to change tack depending on public opinion or political reality.
What is also notable is that on February 21st, 2018, young investigative reporter Ján Kuciak and his fiancée Martina Kušnírová were murdered in their home in the village of Veľká Mača in south-west Slovakia. Ján had discovered that 'Ndrangheta member Antonino Vadala from the Vadala clan in the south of Italy had ties to two senior government advisers working for Robert Fico. The subsequent widespread protests brought down the Fico government.
