Hell yeah, i was playing with a normal deck and been struggling every single game, its very challenging because you need to think, outplay your opponent, think again, make every perfect movement or you could lose the game. A lot of times even playing correctly can make you lose because there is people just spamming the cards with no gameplay.
I got in my max point of rage, loosing to some of this toxic decks that you just flood you cards repeatedly until you got your damage
Now i changed my side. Im doing that too, i just got tired of how clash became a non creative game with the same cards every single match.
I got a lavaloon deck with evo barbs and this stuff, i got 10 wins and 2 loses by now, the life here is colorful, its amazing, theres no rage anymore, no frustration, lavaloon is awesome!

So I ended up with a M1 macbook some years ago and never guessed I'd like taking a laptop with me so many places. After years of using 15-16 inch laptops that weighed 5-7LB and lasted an hour or two away from a outlet. I had no idea what a change it be to have something that weighed closer to 3LB and could easily last 10 hours without charging even with a bunch of tabs open.
I want to replace it because honestly I like windows better and unlike what apple fans claim 8GB of ram is too little. It frezzes, drops wifi or audio bugs often. For my use case 16GB should be good enough since that's what my gaming laptop has.

I considered the HP specture, but it's a bit more and I don't really know if that's worth the money considering this is more of a convenience laptop rather than the only computer I would have.

Just got done building in the Qube 500 Flatpack black edition, very pleasant experience.
Here is my review in bullet points. Then tips on building in the sucker as bullet points, and finally suggestions addressed to CoolerMaster (henceforth "CM") in, you guessed it, motherflippin' bulletpoints.

Review

1. Instructions: The written instructions were not great. Had that "draw the rest of the owl" energy to them. The order of the steps in the guide were all over the place for no reason. Please reassign the Extraterrestrial who writes your manuals to other projects. I feel this whole experience could be optimized and dialed in further. Maybe a number system or a colour code. Maybe CM can do a collab with Ikea and have their people help out. My body is ready for blue/yellow cases.
   
2. Flatpack concept: I really love the flatpack case concept; it's a few tweaks away from being great, and it has the potential to become the new standard for budget and mid-range cases. I really hope CM continues with this concept. Fundamentally, it's just 12 screws. 4 in the back, 4 in the front, 2 for the top and 2 for the bottom. All attached to the central Motherboard tray. Really hard to mess up.
   
3. Packaging: very high quality. The diagrams on the interior were not helpful. I think it was missing an overall diagram illustrating that this was packaged in layers, and you were expected to assemble layer by layer. I mean, I figured it out quickly, but a piece of paper at the top announcing what was going to be happening would have been great.
   
4. Case design elements: Lots of fluff text stamped everywhere on the case itself as well, text written about how each panel is steel, or that the glass is glass. We get it CM. The materials are made of materials
   
5. Cooling: It comes with 1 fan which, if that's all the cooling you use, is not going to be enough if its a gaming rig. I do wish an extra fan was included, I associate 1 case fans with budget cases, and this is definitely not budget feeling or priced. I added a few fans cannibalized from the old case, so no big deal.
   
6. Screws: I really appreciate that there was only one size of screws. That was a nice touch. Please only ever do this going forward for all the stuff you make. Give a raise to the person who came up with that idea. The inclusion of only silver coloured screws with the black case was dissapointing. What a weird corner to cut.
   
7. Extras: I really wish I could have bought extra accessories, attachments, panels or parts for the Qube when I ordered it. I understand from the promo materials that it's designed to play nice with 3D printing to some extent, but a modular design BEGS for a part catalogue for customization. The Macaron edition, with its extra cosmetic panels, is a good first step, but those should be available separately too. This case badly needed more options. This could be a flagship product for you guys, if the logistics can keep up with an initial marketing push.
   
8. Radiator Bracket: Without a mesh side panel for the left of the case I'm not sure I understand the point of the hinged radiator bracket. It's certainly not providing much in the way of sturctural integrity and without a flow through for air, why bother? Unless the case can be modded to switch the panels? I read nothing about that in the documentation provided and all the promo pics show it behind the glass panel. Weird. Thankfully it's removeable. If panels can be flipped and moved around, please indicate it more clearly. If they can't, well, why not?
   

Tips and tricks

My specific build was a "put lipstick on a pig" kind of project. Basically a case swap for an older system to make it re-sellable. The construction quality of this thing bumped a budget-looking system to premium-looking. Very happy with the result.

1. PSU positioning: My pig uses a non-modular ATX PSU. I was very apprehensive as the GPU option I wanted to put in, a 3070, was "too long" technically speaking and although I had a smaller PSU available, I did not want to swap it given the price point I'm going for with this build.
   Thankfully the GPU went in with room to spare. How? Turns out one of the pros of a fully non-modular PSU is all the cables come out in one area and so the spot where PSU connectors would normally interfere with a long GPU is totally clear and Cooler master had a channel just waiting there to route the PSU cables.    After testing, even if I would have placed the PSU in the lowest mounting bracket offered by the case (for water cooling), there would have been room for a longer GPU with this PSU configuration. Very cool!
   
2. Cable Management: Given that there is plenty of room behind the motherboard tray for cable management and plenty of tie-down points, the Qube turned out to be fantastic for cable management even with all the extra PSU cabling I had to deal with (my Pig also uss a 2.5 SSD drive too). Overall it looks much neater than I expected despite the unshrouded PSU situation. Honestly this might be the thing that surprised me the most about the case. It looks really clean. Granted I did a lot of the cable management as I went, BEFORE the step where CM suggests doing a bit of cable management (lol).
   I really disliked how unhelpful CM's instructions were in this regard. I did all of this out of experience, but I could see new builders getting frustrated. This case has plenty of room to cable manage when disassembled, and it in fact a pretty pleasant experience, but you really need to be diligent and ask yourself at every step what can you tidy up at that point.
   
3. Cooling: A Thermal Right Peerless Assassin 120 SE fits and has plenty of clearance even with the radiator bracket. Sucking in fresh air will be challenging however.
   I mounted fans to the panels as I installed them and spent a good amount of time routing motherboard cables prior to having the side panels locked in to help with airflow and clear obstructions. I used U cable adapters for the GPU's power connectors to keep them flat and out of the way and used black electrician tape to bundle and clean up hanging connectors here and there as much as possible.
   Ultimately, I placed the PSU in the highest bracket as I wanted space for a front fan and airflow. As a result of the PSU situation, I was able to fit a 140 mm fan in the front of the case with no obstruction, as well as another fan at the bottom close to the front's fan, creating a corner intake area. I added two top 140mm fans as well and kept the case's back 120 mm fan.
   
4. Future layout options: I could probably have 3 X 120 mm fans at the bottom of the case, although I'm leaning towards instead getting a PCIE riser cable to vertically mount the GPU. I think it will look nicer and give more room for the air to move diagonally. Based on my rough estimates it should not interfere with the bottom fan I already installed and CM includes an adapter to reorient the slots at the back. This layout possibility was unexpected (as I would have gotten a PCIE riser otherwise). This computer will look much nicer than I expected.
   
5. Power On: Don't forget to switch on the PSU before wrapping up. That said, two screws are between you and lifting the top panel if you did forget so don't worry too much about it.
   
6. Back Fan Cable: The included fan's connector cable position can interfere with the back panel's attachment (it gets squeezed in). I suggest fully routing the cable preemptively before screwing that in.
   
7. Hook up all the Mobo's connectors before screwing the panels together: I suggest routing and connecting anything and everything that latches on to the Motherboard as soon as you can. I'd route the PSU cables before actually attaching the PSU to the case as well, just in case you need to plug and unplug things for cable routing purposes. Once everything is in, especially with a chonky aircooler, it's incredibly difficult to access anything on the Motherboard. Very happy I'm selling this system rather than upgrading it, lol. Accessing the GPU release thingy is a nightmare on a cheaper motherboard. If you do need to do that, remove the bottom panel completely and slide a chopstick under there to press it.
   
8. Fan/RGB connectors: If you go with a Front-Bottom Pull to Top-Back Push airflow configuration, be mindful of the layout of the fan power connectors on your motherboard. You might need a fan controller. Same story with RGB connectors.
   

Suggestions for CM

1. Screw screws: Given the thickness of the panels, a snap system of some kind could have been used instead of screws altogether. A screwless flatpack case... maybe a collab with Lego instead? I'd love to connect the case panels lego style via overlapping panels touch points. If you added lego style texture to different parts of the case the amount of buzz you'd get on social media from people building little worlds in their case would absolutely be worth the hassle.
   
2. Side Panel Cowardice: Very disappointed that there is no left mesh side panel option and just glass. I feel the radiator bracket was included for that use case, but someone at CM chicken'ed out midway through production and here we are, with a useless bracket and a fragile glass panel.
   The glass panel stands out like a sore thumb considering the rest of the case is built like a Tank. Without that glass panel the amount of packaging and therefor the size of the flatpack itself could have been significantly shrunk down further which would have been fantastic. Really a missed opportunity here.
   
3. Give me diversity or documentation (ideally both): Although I appreciate all the different configurations you present outright (air, water, test bench), making side panels interchangeable (left/right) and allowing the front panel to be reversable (top/down) so that the IO is properly oriented for a side build (with feet that can be latched to the side panel), would have been better. Is it possible? I don't know! I did not see any mention of that in the confusing documentation you provided me. If these things ARE possible, then better documentation is necessary.
   
4. Simpler core design, more options: The interior motherboard tray is a bit overengineered. A simpler design could help lower the cost of the case and probably make it easier for you to make. CM could make fancy layouts still possible, by selling optional mobo trays, panels and parts that are compatible with a fundamentally simpler primary design. I think the "Qube 600 / Qube CM X Ikea / Qube CM X Lego / whatever the next iteration is going to be called" should have a much simpler design and instead feature a robust catalogue of optional panels and parts for customization.
   
5. Cable free cutouts: If you insist on overengineering your interior motherboard tray, then the Qube series would be a prime candidate for some of those new "cable-free motherboards" with the cables facing backward that require special cutouts.
   
6. Centre motherboard tray, flipped GPU, wait, did I just invent the Micro-Qube?: Alternatively, including a PCIE riser cable to allow the mounting of the GPU behind the motherboard tray would allow for a shorter tower and the now centred motherboard tray could provide more structural rigidity. "Bottom-Top" or "Side" airflow would be necessary but it would look killer. Maybe that could be the basis of a SFF "M-Qube" design?
   
7. Your hotdog moment: If you are going to include only 1 fan. Can it be nicer? This fan does not make me want to even bother looking at CM fans for the rest of the build. If you cut corners on your case with this fan, what corners are you cutting with your case fans? Think beyond the case for a moment. If you provide consumers with a super amazing fan or two in your cases, with a fairly unique design would that not lead to consumers buying more of the same fans to match? If it's only one fan, sure, swapping that out is doable, but if you include 2 or 3 of those with each case, then swapping all those out feels wasteful. Much easier to just add to them. Especially if they perform well.
   Consider this your Costco Hotdog. Include great fans. Hell, if you want to guarantee people pick your fans, use a bigger form factor (180 mm and 200 mm) If you design them unique enough, you are basically forcing people to buy into your fan ecosystem since there's almost no competition to begin with at those sizes.
   
8. Listen to the Bees: Why is the pattern of a case made by CM, a company with a hexagon as it's logo, circles rather than a grid of hexagons?
   Have you guys not received the memo? Hexagon is the bestagon.
   You need to leverage the competitive advantage you have in this area of geometry and leverage it hard. Across from me now sits the Lian Li 216. You know what I see at the back of it? Lots and lots of CM logos? Why? Because, they paid attention in geometry class and know it's the most efficient design to minimise waste in a pattern. Hexagons = better airflow. CM, wacha doin' baby. This should be YOUR thing.
   You could even integrate hexagons into your IO or better yet, integrate your IO into the hexagon design of your cases. Your case buttons are okay, but you need to do better. Go. Wild. With the motherboard cutouts of the motherboard tray, the screw heads, the included fan(s), if you can shape it like a hexagon, do it. OWN THAT SHAPE!
   I PROMISE you nobody will complain. This is a no-brainer. Come on guys...
   

Conclusion

Anyway, I'll be waiting for your request to sign off to you all the rights to all the good ideas I've provided you today, accompanied by a fat check or a custom made system of equal value featuring lots of hexagons. 🐝

As the title reads. I've been slowing down my game time since I realized this game was just a time sink and taking time away from other things I enjoy. I'm a decent player but nothing crazy, not a skilled but I like to try to play like real life football, having fun with recreating Leverkusens or Arsenal this year. Div 1-2, WL 11-14.
Basically I skipped WL, wanna play some games and this is what happens: Play 3 games, win the 3 of them, get promoted to div 1 again after last seasons relegation. Two toxic messages from people saying pay to win etc etc (while I'm using an evo riquelme with 81 OVR that I'm working on, and a bunch of players from arsenal and atleti). 4th game, I'm like ok let's try to get to the 7 wins already, games tied, straight through in goal, tackled from behind he gets a red. I'm getting ready for the free kick, he quits. Then I'm like ok maybe it's div 1 toxicity let's go play some champs qualifiers. I'm winning 5-0 within 30 min, the guy rubber bands it instead of quitting, I proceeded to sit through it and waste my time too, only for at the end of the game when the coins reward show up to say "I disconnected". No win, and Ii actually get a loss, my evo objectives dont get recorded. I literally just logged on for a few games to have fun on a weekend afternoon and this is what I get. I realize I start getting angry with this BS so I stopped playing for the day.
My first fifa in like 5 years since I had more time in my hands and got a new ps5. Hadn't had one since fifa 19 I think. I'm older now, but pretty much played every title since fifa 02. I bought it on thanksgiving sale so I'm not as butthurt but man it's sad what trash this is. I'm obsessed with football and i just want a decent game to have fun with, but it really seems this game is designed to be as toxic and addictive as possible no matter the game mode

1. UT is super toxic but ok, it's a ranked competitive mode sure. The pull for me is being able to put together my dream team (which consists mostly of Arsenal and Atleti players)
2. It's a game we paid for, this company shouldn't rely on milking more money in every possible way. I blame the fact that it's a north American HQ company, with the mentality of obtaining the most profit today without regards to the future health of the company, that pervades most businesses in this side of the world nowadays.
3. How can ties be basically meaningless? Many titles in real life have been won with ties. It's such a characteristic thing in soccer that it's funny cuz Americans find so hard to believe ties are of any use cuz theyre not used to it. Again, I blame this on this is a game developed in NA, with crossover from all the other predominantly american sports in which ties are nonexistent.
4. Yeah I could find refuge on career mode, but not really, it is still full of glitches, old players become crap in 2 months, and the transfers etc etc is unrealistic, all without talking about how boring it is to play the AI even with custom sliders. This game mode hasn't changed (or actually gotten worse) since last time I played it in fifa 19.
5. Pro clubs might be the only salvation, but as an older player I don't have that group of friends that wd hang playing some fifa together anymore, dont see the appeal of playing drop ins with a bunch of randos that wont pass(maybe I'm the only lover still playing this game lol)
6. How can someone quit when tied and not get anything in return? Its so dumb, I don't think any other decent game in history is set up like this. Many games, the age of empires series, WoW, any game you name it would give you the win in a competitive game mode.
7. Community is toxic, you can't play a good amount of games without getting a million rage texts. I can only say a handful of times I've had pleasant interactions with randoms. I do think that all the other points above set up for a very toxic playing environment that promotes this kind of behavior.
8. I just want a decent football video game I can play every now and then, without getting bombarded with this daily log ins, rewards, set number of games that "you have to play", tons of meaningless packs trying to give u a dopamine rush, recycled players with 1+ or 2+ OVR to incrwase the feeling of FOMO, etc. And I try not to fall into that trap but literally if uve ever looked once EAFC in Twitter, reddit etc the algorithm keeps bombarding u with posts about this. I'm in the process of muting them.
9. It's concerning how this game can easily be a bridge for kids to gambling in real life casinos eventually as they age out. Like honestly if I had kids I wouldn't let them play UT.

Anyways, long rant, all to say, I gave this game a chance again after not playing it for like 5 years, only to remind myself why I stopped playing. EVOs and my PnP were the lifeline for me but I don't think it's enough anymore. Any suggestions? This will likely be my last fifa for a while again hopefully, trying to beat the addictive mindset it puts on you

I get my fill of the "real racing against real people" experience from ACC online, but I primarily race offline with RF2 because I like to make my own tracks. Unfortunately, the car content stream for RF2 has kinda dried up and LMU and ACC are un-moddable. So, I'm wondering if I should look into AC1 so I can try to find all the modern car representation I'm looking for while still being able to make my own tracks. I bought AC1 back when it launched and then never really played it as I preferred RF1 at the time, so since it's been a gorillion years I'm wondering how much has changed.

• Is there good quality third party content for all of the modern GT3 cars and WEC / IMSA Hypercars? I don't even necessarily care if I have to pay for it, so long as it's not shovel-ware and everything performs consistently with each other.
• How is the racing against AI? AC1 never really struck me as an actual racing sim but more of a driving sim (at least, that's the impression I got back in 2012 or whatever). Do the AI pit when appropriate in 1+ hour long races and what not? Is there for a full day night cycle with time acceleration for fake 12 / 24 hour races?

I also realize that one of the answers to this might be "wait for AC2 / Evo", which I suppose is a valid answer, but if there's content for AC1 today that satisfies what I'm looking for I find that better than waiting for the launch of AC2 and then waiting for third parties to make or port their stuff over to it (assuming it's even going to be moddable).

My mother, who owned an NES as a kid, and occasionally played NSMBW and Mario Kart Wii on the Wii when my brother and I were kids, has recently bought a Nintendo Switch. She is having trouble getting used to the more modern controller layout that the Switch Joycons offer compared to the simplicity of a Wii Remote or the classic NES controller. She has tried playing Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Super Mario Odyssey, and a little bit of Mario Kart, but she fumbled around with the controller a lot while trying to figure out how to play these games. Do you have any tips or insight on how I could help her warm up to modern controllers? It would be nice if this Switch purchase didn't go to waste, so I'd like to get her familiar enough with the console's controls so that she can easily play the games that she bought.
Edit: She doesn't really have interest in playing any games that aren't Mario or Zelda related, so I've got her started on Princess Peach: Showtime, which should be a nice and easy start. She has tried Mario Odyssey, but some of the sections that are intuitive to modern gamers tended to confuse her since she's never played an open world in her life. Mario Wonder also seemed overwhelming for her in terms of needing reaction speed and dexterity with a controller, so Princess Peach: Showtime was the best option I could come up with. I'll try to get her to play it often enough to get used to the controls.
I also got her Stardew Valley, which I'm hoping will be fun for he, since she loves Farmville. She hasn't played it yet, but I hope it'll help her learn controls.

It’s almost a consensus for the community that the damage and offense in this game is too strong. This problem is not inhered from heat system or chip damage but the balance and scaling of the game. The damage problem is everywhere such as Leroy perfect parry, King’s Smash, Law ws4 CH, the damage problem is not tie to specific factor. Chip damage until you one hit away from death. Heat burst being free preasure button with no skill expression.
These are Tekken 8 aspect. And they are what make this is T8 not T7.5 while I am agree with the problem however I oppose when someone say “Just remove chip damage” “remove heat system” and etc. So let fix it, my take will focusing on “Tekken 8” things.
I am not game dev or Evo champion, so these are just player opinion and players discussions.

1. Nerf the overall damage or buff the HP. (Huge Nerf) > 80-100hp combo damage is too common and too easy. You can die from one combo and one Oki. I can rarely see a round that has more than one wall combo in this game. The damage nerf is apply all over from Combo, Heat smash, to knockdown follow up

• Increase durability or decrease damage by around 20%

1. Rage changes. Buff Rage BUT nerf Rage Art > After we nerf enough damage, now we have more room to buff this comeback mechanic, currently the damage boost is just 10%. If you do 80 damage combo currently, during “Rage” the whole combo gets 8 damage more. (understandable given current game damage). Which is barely a “boost”. Also the introduction of chip damage is killing the purpose of Rage as comeback mechanic for losing player. Since they are already so low that few more chip damage can put them in 1 HP. For “Rage Art” deep inhale yes, give something for the leading player to think twice is not a bad idea, but the damage is wayy too high, and the scaling is kind of punishing winning player too much (lower HP, higher damage) by Nerfing RA damage and change how it scaling and buffing Rage damage boost, these changes will greatly increase the opportunity cost of Rage Art.

• Increase damage boost from 10% to 20% (10% more, 80 Damage combo become 96 in Rage)

• Rage state now gain new effect “while in Rage, immune to chip damage”

1. Heat burst adjustment > purpose of Heat burst is to be an defensive tool in the oppressive and highly aggressive game. But the property of the move also give it benefits of using as offensive tool to get free pressure without any skill required. The change should increase the move effectiveness on good Defensive use and reduce it from offensive use.

These are changes that I personally would like to see, and wish them to lead the game by create healthier interaction using dame special mechanics and reduce overall damage dealt while give Rage state little more privilege to compensate and provide comeback opportunity on more durable game.

Absolutely loving the game but... I do have a few things I think wound be very helpful and great QoL wise to be added (If possible and if the creator agrees).
1 ) "Lock" members of your team.
-For context I had an endless run going (Around 2,000 in) which was great! I zoned out as it was late and ended up accidently trading in a new Pokemon I caught for my main Pokemon I was using. This lead to my run ending a few encounters later. Would be really great if we could "lock" some pokemon kind of like how in Pokemon Go you can star Pokemon to avoid accidently transfering them.
2 ) Allow evo stones to be given to Pokemon who cannot use them so you can transfer them to the Pokemon when the time of day you want to use them at comes.
-Example you want to get a Hisuian Form Lilligant but you find the stone during the day. So, you have to wait until night... And one doesn't show up until day again making it so you cannot evolve it at all.
3 ) Mass item transfer.
-Sometimes when you catch a Pokemon it has a ton of stuff on it in the late game in endless and you want to take most of the items. It would be awesome if we had a mass transfer option.
4 ) You get the items from Pokemon you catch even if you do not add them to your party.
-If you have a Pokemon with pickup and you catch a mon with an item you want you are forced to swap out one of your own just to get it, or to faint the Pokemon. Had this happen earlier with a shiny zigzagoon. (My whole team is like luck 2+ shinies but I wanted to egg and scarf it had)
5 ) Let us check the summary of our team when in the reward page.
-I played Pokemon a lot as a kid but a ton of the Pkmn now a days I know hardly anything about. From special attackers or attackers I don't know what Pkmn wants to use what moves. Allowing us to see the summary of our team (Like we can in battle) would be helpful so if I get (For instance) a surf tm I can know that it won't be that great on my Swampert.
6 ) Multihit in Endless speedup...
-Anyone who has used a skill link multihit attack will know what I am talking about. When they survive all 40 hits from Population Bomb it takes forever waiting for the survive text to appear over and over and over again.
Just a few suggestions. Loving the game still :)

NOTE: These are my first impressions. I'll be doing a full review and comparison with the Hesh ANC once I get to test them alongside my friend's pair, so my thoughts and feelings about these could change.
After going through two pairs of Hesh ANCs and having both die in the same way, I found a renewed Hesh Evo for $40. My reasoning for me getting this is because while yes, they clamp tight and their earpads can get uncomfortable, and they're not as refined as my other headphones in terms of sound quality, they have been some of the most stable headphones I've ever used, and I need something that's stable for my workouts. I also got these over the Hesh ANC because according to rtings, their battery test result ended up being 44 hours, which is more than what they tested the Crusher Evo for (36 hours). Also, I wasn't willing to risk having a third pair of Hesh ANCs die the same way yet again.
What I expected from these was a sound quality similar to that of the Hesh ANC with noise cancelling off, and a better battery life. Boy was I wrong. These do not sound like how I remember my Hesh ANCs sounding. I'm not gonna make a full review on these until I actually use these side by side with my friend's Hesh ANC, but from my listening, these definitely do not have as much bass as I remember the Hesh ANC having, and they certainly don't extend as deep. The bass is there, but its mostly in the high bass, and it unfortunately bleeds into the midrange pretty badly. People are also not lying when they say they aren't loud. Out of the bluetooth headphones I purchased that still work (Crusher Evo, Crusher ANC 2, Soundcore Life Q35, and now the Hesh Evo), this Hesh Evo definitely has the weakest volume.
The overall sound is still very v-shaped with these, but it seems to be leaning towards the treble more with these. The mids unfortunately sound pretty weak compared to everything else, which I think is part of what makes them feel quieter. That said, they actually don't suffer from a veiling in the 2-4khz region like I expected them too. However, they have the opposite problem. This region is a tad bit too bright, which can make instruments sound a bit harsh sometimes. Lowering the 4khz bar by 3 decibles makes them sound more natural, as well as turning down the 8khz region by 10 decibles. As for the bass, I ended up turning the high bass down by 10 decibles, and to further prevent the low mid bleed, I turned the 250hz frequencies down by about 5 decibles. With those tweaks, they actually don't sound too bad, but again, they aren't loud.
The bass response unfortunately couldn't quite be fixed with the EQ. I've done sinewave tests on these, and the bass response unfortunately isn't very good on these. The 40-50hz region sounds a bit muddy and lacks a texture. Not just that, but the bass seems to lack a strong attack in this region. Strangely enough, it starts to sound better in tonality and responsiveness when it gets lower. However, there is one big problem with the bass on these: buzz. The main drivers on both the Crusher Evo and Crusher Wireless have this same problem. Whenever a low bass frequency plays with these, there's a slight high pitched buzz to it, which makes it sound off. The Hesh ANCs I have used never seemed to have had this problem, and my Crusher ANC 2 (After the firmware update I did) & Soundcore Life Q35 have no such buzzing in the low bass. So, yeah. The bass response on these was actually surprisingly poor. The Crusher Evo could make up for it because the bass with the slider down isn't as prominant, making the buzz less noticeable, and the haptic bass on them is so distracting that you don't really notice it as much. But with this Hesh Evo, the poor bass quality is pretty noticeable, and quite disappointing.
One thing I will say though is that the passive isolation of these is surprisingly good. It actually passively isolates more than my other headphones do. Its very similar to that of the Crusher Wireless, which despite my qualms with them, had very good passive isolation. I don't know if its because of the fabric lining on the inside of the earcups, but they definitely do a better job of blocking out noise compared to my Crusher Evo. It might be better at passive isolation compared to the Hesh ANC too, but again, I'll need to test them alongside my friend's pair to make a proper conclusion. Of course, it definitely doesn't do as much as my noise cancelling headphones do in terms of getting rid of the noise, but with their noise cancelling turned off, the Hesh Evo actually beats them in passive isolation.

it's ONLY rust my performance everywhere else is where it should be but for some reason rust specifically has high fps 80-140 but stutters uncontrollably, I mean it stutters every 2 or 3 seconds and when turning my mouse this stutters is several times PER second
I have tried 1080p and 1440p on both my monitors with a variety of different settings but I really cannot find a fix no matter how hard I try, my FPS does not drop during this stutters it's somewhat stable (by rust standards anyway still 50fps in outpost lmao)
I have tried enabling and disabling gsync, capping fps and all sorts of other shit and it does not help in the slightest

Here's my current build. I built a machine back in 2015 with the following, but with an NZXT H440 case and an R9 390. The H440 case got swapped into a Plex server because of it's drive bays and I got this vary old very large Phantom case instead. But it's probably too big and it's missing all it's drive bay components - so maybe an mATX would suit my new build better. I could be convinced to replace the PSU if people think mine is too old. I'm good for peripherals, OS etc. I used to contribute a lot to this sub back in 2016 but I'm so long out of building PCs I've no idea whether I should go with amd or Intel, or what's worth the money nowadays.

Is my GPU sufficient for a few more years? I don't really do any AAA gaming or have the need for crazy fps, 4k, eetc.But if anyone has any input on this point go for it. I may go ahead after this upgrade and make a handmedown general purpose PC out of the removed parts for my wife. She has a laptop but has always been jealous of my battle station - even just for general browsing she likes the idea. So I may end up just Frankensteining a third machine into the mix once I upgrade.

Ive been playing trophy road for a bit trying to get to 9k and i keep going from 8770 to 8600 all the way back to 8770. Ill take a break for a few hours and then for some reason ill get opponents that dont have cringe playstyles but then if i win too many games ill get opponents with cringe playstyles or opponents thatll spam all game. It just turns into a toxic cycle that isnt fun alot of it is due to supercell having these toxic metas because they dont know how to balance their game(and then they add an op void spell while the meta isnt fun). I remember a while ago they implemented something where u dont lose as many trophies every loss and i think they need to bring that back.
The expensive offers in the shop dont help either. Im not spending 8 dollars on an evo. Ill spend maybe 4 dollars but not 8.

2023 and 2024 Calendar

Hello, first post on here, I use an HTC Vive Cosmos Elite headset, and in the past, when I played games like VR Hands or VR Islands, or any game with that kind of VR Engine/Mechanic, it worked completely fine, however I took a long break from vr and then a few weeks ago got back on. I tried to play these games again, but when I get on the game, absolutely every single player, asset, item, and other vr users, are completely invisible. The only things I can see are the sky box, usernames, and chat bubbles. I can move around and other players see me, so it is not like I just "didn't make it into the game" like how some people have said. So is this a problem on my end? Or did Roblox make an update I was unaware of? Any help or info is highly appreciated thank you!! (Also, side note: Games like Crazy Steps, Noodle Arms, and FPE:S (Fundamental Paper Education: Survival) their VR modes work 100% correctly and nothing is invisible)

i’d like to note i haven’t been playing for too long. around a year, give or take. when i started playing, people were playing fun things, that weren’t ‘broken’ but you could definitely win your games if you actually thought about how you play. i felt like it was moderately pay to win back then, but nothing too extreme, right? the more i’ve played, the more new cards and metas that came out, the more mind-numbingly boring the game became. cards like galactus, knull, high evo hulks, tribunal etc. are incredibly boring. i feel like all i played against for a month was iron man, mystique, onslaught, tribunal. absolute fucking brain rot. you don’t need to think about anything, you just whack down those 4 cards and that’s pretty much game over. destroy decks too! what can you do against a free 12 cost, a fat deadpool and knull? i know there is counter-play to all of these, but i just want to be able to play my silly little fun decks without everyone resorting to cheap wins, and without me HAVING to play something to get anywhere. another issue i’ve been having, is matchmaking. when i throw in the towel and play anything that counters something, i conveniently don’t see any of them until i change decks. this has happened with my boyfriend and sister too. i used to think it was a coincidence, but 5 times max is coincidence, not 90% of games i play with certain decks to counter these. another example, i have a hazmat deck. before i made this deck, i never saw a single luke cage. my deck worked well for several days, then suddenly everyone i versed had luke cage. i know i won’t win every game, and i know i will come across people who have counters to my plays, but it feels like a kick in the gut when i get matched against my direct counters over half of the games i play. i also had an issue with conquest this season, which resulted in me being fully unable to play it. every time i queued, it would find an opponent, but would get stuck on the loading screen, before it auto-conceded me. i contacted support and explained, and i was told to make sure my phone and game were up to date update wise. they are. i got no compensation for the issue and am feeling very frustrated with snap rn. is anyone else having the same thoughts? sorry for the rant. been a long time coming.
