Recently started eating right and i’m no professional but I feel like I am doing really good. Anything i’m missing or doing too much of based off these meals? I try and do one of these everyday but the days I work I do eat a little breakfast at work and then make something up at home like the big bowl of rice and tuna you see in some of these pictures. I work at Chick Fil-A for opening shifts so I get the breakfast bowl with just grilled chicken, eggs, and cheese and a fruit cup. I also have a couple cups of coffee from there.
