2024.05.01 09:07 helanmilos01 How to use a credit card when traveling to Europe?

Using a credit card while traveling to Europe can be convenient and secure. Here are some tips on how to effectively use your credit card during your European trip:
  1. Choose a Card with No Foreign Transaction Fees:
    - Look for a credit card that doesn't charge foreign transaction fees to avoid extra charges when making purchases abroad.
  2. Notify Your Credit Card Issuer:
    - Before traveling, inform your credit card issuer about your trip to Europe. This helps prevent your transactions from being flagged as suspicious activity and potentially declined.
  3. Use Chip-and-PIN Cards:
    - Europe predominantly uses chip-and-PIN technology for card transactions. Ensure your credit card has an embedded chip and set a PIN for it, which may be required for certain transactions.
  4. Keep Multiple Payment Options:
    - Carry multiple payment methods, including credit cards and some cash, to ensure you have backup options in case one method is not accepted.
  5. Monitor Exchange Rates:
    - Pay attention to exchange rates and currency conversion fees when using your credit card for purchases. Some credit cards offer competitive exchange rates, while others may charge additional fees.
  6. Use Contactless Payments:
    - Many places in Europe accept contactless payments, which can be more convenient for small transactions. If your credit card supports contactless payments (e.g., with NFC technology), take advantage of this feature.
  7. Keep Card Information Secure:
    - Be mindful of card security. Avoid sharing your card information with others, use secure ATMs for cash withdrawals, and monitor your card statements regularly for unauthorized transactions.
  8. Take Advantage of Travel Benefits:
    - Some travel credit cards offer benefits like travel insurance, airport lounge access, and purchase protections. Familiarize yourself with these perks and use them to enhance your travel experience.
  9. Use Credit Cards for Major Purchases:
    - Credit cards provide additional protection against fraud and offer benefits like extended warranty and purchase protection. Consider using your credit card for larger purchases during your trip.
By following these tips, you can make the most of your credit card while traveling in Europe, ensuring convenience, security, and cost-effectiveness during your trip abroad.

2024.05.01 09:07 nbapine Everyone asks which credit card they should get, so I built an app that tells you

Hi everyone,
A few months ago, I realized that a lot of people here ask the same question: "Which credit card should I get?"
I thought to myself that a better solution to this question must be available elsewhere, but sure enough I was wrong -- there are no viable resources outside of this sub when it comes to credit card recommendations.
The best you're going to get are some blogs and maybe some generic tools that really just push their own affiliate program.
That's why I decided to create Pointwise -- an app that tells you which credit cards to get over time by analyzing your spending patterns and long term goals.
Pointwise will ask you a couple of questions based on what you value, analyze your spending patterns (to ensure you hit neccesary sign-up bonuses and so the card actually makes sense), and recommend the exact credit card that's right for you in real time. Pointwise is constantly updating and will continue to recommend cards when you are ready for one (meaning it won't recommend a card when you don't need one, thereby ensuring you're truly optimizing your cards correctly).
One more thing: Pointwise is completely free! We're backed by Y Combinator and have partnered with Plaid to make this happen.
If you'd like to try it out, we'll be starting our alpha testing, sign up now here and we'll reach out!
Suggestions or thoughts are welcome if you have any!

2024.05.01 09:06 Adorable_Call_5339 I want to ruin my life.

I want to ruin my life so that I have no choice but to actually go through with it. 25f, I’ve been passively suicidal for over a decade. I’ve never attempted - though I regularly self harm, binge drink, reckless sex etc. I don’t care about my life. I’m so extremely apathetic yet deep down the apathy is veiled by pure anxiety. I’m anxious about everything constantly but at the same time I don’t care. The battle of caring too much and not caring at all.
I sabotage every single good thing I have ever gotten in my life and I don’t know how to stop. Every bad thing that’s ever happened to me is purely my fault. I’m damaged goods and I just have no more will inside of me to keep going, but it’s that small part that believes I’m salvageable , that there’s something worth fighting for. I’ve been feeling that way for 10+ years… I want to do something drastic that’ll force me to end it or at the very least motivate me to. Something as small of getting a giant stupid tattoo on my face or as big as maxing out all my credit cards and not paying any bills and just putting myself in the worst possible financial hole. I know people can’t give advice on such things but I’m not exactly sure what action to take .

2024.05.01 09:02 AutoModerator [META] Subreddit Rules Update 2024

/Warframe has updated the Subreddit Rules to accommodate for the growing size of the community in respect to the size and state of the current moderation team. This serves as a continuation from the previous year's Subreddit Rules Update, further removing rules that have not been utilized, are outdated or reactionary, and overall unnecessary nuance. As a result, this should improve rules understanding for everyone involved (including moderators) and be more intuitive to the average person that will not browse the rules page.
The following is a change log of the most recent changes.

General

  • Reordered the rules page.
  • Slightly changed the name of several rules, although they are still the same rule in essence.
  • Removed Reddit Site-wide rules from the rules page.
    • These are still enforced as usual, but the link to them is provided at the top and needs no reiteration.

Golden Rule & Excessive Trolling

  • Strikes are permanent instead of "expiring" after 3 months (which have been seldomly removed before).
    • Strikes previously were removed upon a request from the user after review or after noticing a change in a user's behavior (often this was noticed longer than the stated 3 months).
  • Clarified that unbanned users will be banned immediately upon obtaining another strike.
  • Removed the "Warning" stage from our strike process.
  • In turn, stages will no longer be skipped except in cases of an instantaneous ban.
To better illustrate, the process previously behaved like so:
  1. Warning (provided a reason and link to the relevant rules page).
  2. First Strike
  3. Second Strike
  4. Final Strike: Ban / Instant Ban
The moderation team - on numerous occasions - has skipped one or more these steps (primarily warnings) depending on the severity of the infraction. While these were not arbitrary, the threshold at which we determine severity has varied over time and between different moderators.
As such, the new process is simply as follows with no skipping except for our outlined cases for instant bans:
  1. First Strike
  2. Second Strike
  3. Final Strike: Ban / Instant Ban
While this new style is objectively harsher than it was before, we remain under the impression that our strike system is a far more lenient approach compared to other subreddits (which often ban outright).

Naming & Accusation

  • Submission of usernames not your own is once-more permitted, so as long as the circumstance is innocuous.
  • Usernames submitted as a result of a negative experience remain disallowed. The reasons why are explained in the rules page.

Relevance

  • Reworded description in regard to sound/look-a-likes and comparisons.
  • Clarified stance against AI-generated content.
  • In practice, this rule has not changed. It should just be easier to understand.

Memes & Fluff

  • Unchanged.

Trading & Recruitment

  • This has been active for months, but an exception has been opened for Recruitment on the subreddit specifically for Clans and Communities.
  • Otherwise unchanged from this revision.

Disallowed Posts

This rule has shifted the most significantly, having lost many outdated/kneejerk/nuanced rules but having also gained parts of rules that have been axed.
No Longer Disallowed:
  • Extremely Common Bugs.
  • External Captures.
  • Posts focused on sexualized character features ("hornyposting").
  • Vandalized Wiki Article screenshots.
  • Search Engine results displaying Warframe-related content in unexpected articles.
  • Complaints about slow download speeds.
  • Tier Lists
  • Vor Speech and its parodies.
  • Submissions about Riven reroll help.
    • Riven trading and appraisals are still removed for Trading.
    • The Weekly Thread is once-more deprecated.
Added to Disallowed:
  • Account issues that have not provided proof of a response from Official Warframe Support (formerly from Help Desk Rule)
    • This has been altered from its previous iteration, where these would be removed even if proof of response was provided.
  • Submissions without sufficient context to engage with (formerly from Cleanliness Rule)
  • Art without the appropriate credit in the title (formerly from Creative Content Rule)
  • Begging for in-game items (formerly from Trading and Recruitment)

Spoilers

  • Clarified that our Spoiler Enforcement policy is only applicable to new Lore/Story spoilers within ten (10) days of release. Otherwise unchanged.
    • We have never spared any effort to enforce this outside of this band, except in cases of deliberate trolling.

Creative Content Rule

  • This rule has been removed.
    • Providing credit now falls under Disallowed Posts, as stated above.
  • This means we are no longer concerned for weekly limits or proportions of submitter's created content.
    • Excessive posting (such as several in a day) will be treated as spam, which gets removed.

Cleanliness Rule

  • This rule has been removed.
  • Submissions without sufficient context are now removed under Disallowed instead.
  • This primarily means we are not concerned with duplicate posts and submissions linking to the Warframe Forums.
  • While we are not "officially" removing expired events (as these tend to fall out of the feed by the time they do), we may prune these out if they happen to expire while still being Hot on the subreddit page.

Help Desk Rule

  • This rule has been removed.
  • A remnant of this rule now exists within Disallowed, but has been altered to be more lenient in regard to these posts instead of being strictly forbidden.

Going Foward

Several aspects of this revision are under review (notably what has been removed from Disallowed) and may change sometime in the future in response to the new feed we are allowing. We don't want to (re)introduce rules in a kneejerk fashion going forward, so we will see to letting fads pass instead of reacting to them suddenly.
This subreddit has previously been moderated in a curated manner when it was smaller, but with the subreddit's growth it has been clear that this approach is unsustainable, even after attempting to upscale the moderation team. As such, users are going to be more responsible than before to control what ends up on Hot and what dies in New. It is our hope that the quality of Hot remains roughly the same.

2024.05.01 09:02 OrionTheDuck AITA for breaking up w a guy because he was controlling?

Apologies in advance for the ranting chat.
I (F18) and my friend Rosie (F18) were both in the market and wanted boyfriends. I went out to the arcade with Rosie and we began to see girls with their boyfriends and I felt sad. So Rosie decided to set me up with Andrew (M19). I began texting him a lot. I see now it’s because he would never stop texting me. It was at the time of a level courses and he would get upset when I would not call him back because I was in class. I told him that he needed to be patient and that I would walk away if I felt he wasn’t respectful of me. He panicked and told me he would be more understanding. Keep in mind this is two days into talking to this guy (the Tuesday after the Sunday from which he got my number). On Wednesday I attended a talk about politics in Germany during the Weimar period and was excited to tell Andrew and Rosie about it. Rosie contributed a lot to the conversation but Andrew did not even know what the Weimar period was. When I explained the post war climate in Germany (a special interest) he told me to shut the fuck up because he did “not want to date a neek”. I thought this was ironic because he does musical theatre. On Thursday I asked him if he would be interested in setting Rosie up with someone which he agreed and found Dylan. Dylan was very sweet and nice to me and the four of us would often call. Dylan had a good understanding of history and so we got along well. He reminds me a lot of my older brother and me of his younger sister (who I have since met and she is exactly like me). Problems began to arise with Andrew. However. He asked me to block every man on my Snapchat and Instagram which I refused and told him that was unreasonable considering a lot of boys on my snap are old friends or relatives to which he said that “he wouldn’t put it above anyone to not date their cousin”. I refused and went to complain to rosie and Dylan who both agreed that that was strange.
When the four of us called next he began talking about sex a lot and began telling me that we should do it (almost 10 days after I’d met him, we weren’t even exclusive) I told him I had no interest in having sex as I felt I’d ought to wait till marriage. He blew up on me. Telling me that that’s not the custom in “this country” (I moved to the UK 5 years ago) and that “I’d ought to start following the customs of here instead of my “weird Indian customs”. Dylan pointed out that no decent man ANYWHERE would ever pressure a woman to do anything and Rosie agreed. When Andrew realised he was overpowered he dropped it. He asked me out on a date later then asked me what I wanted to do. I asked him that I was not sure and told him that I liked the arcade/ bowling to which he replied that it was not very romantic. I told him that was his opinion and suggested we bring along Rosie and Dylan. He asked why and I said that Dylan needs a reason to hang out with Rosie to push them together and arcades are good places to break awkwardness. He told me that first dates were “meant to be romantic” and that I “wouldn’t know romance if it punched me in the face because of my parent’s arranged marriage”. Despite this I went on a date with him. He was boring and seldom made conversation with me. When I asked Rosie to give me a pound to put in a game because it didn’t have a card slot he called me broke and laughed at me. Nobody laughed and it just passed.
After a little while Dylan and Rosie were getting McDonald’s (this is before the boycott) and Andrew pulled me into a disabled bathroom and began kissing me. I pushed him off saying A) I don’t want to kiss him B) I don’t want to kiss in a disabled bathroom as an actual disabled person may need it. He called me a “frigid bitch” and stormed out. After I joined Rosie and Dylan and we walked Rosie home and Dylan decided to walk me home. On the way we ran into my best friend James and the three of us decided to walk home. Andrew saw that and called me angrily saying that it’s not ok for a “goth mommy” like me to be walking around with two men after dark. Firstly I am not goth. I listen to the music but I dress more alternative than anything and they weren’t men they were good friends. He told me that I was trouble and I was playing hard to get by doing this. I yelled some more things at him explaining he was rude and ableist this whole evening.
We then didn’t speak for ages and Dylan removed him from the group chat. Afterwards he texted me a long apology explaining everything about how he was wrong to be rude about my culture and that he recognised what he did was wrong. He also said he hoped we could be friends and I said I was not comfortable being friends with him because he made me feel uncomfortable. He yelled some more and said I was one to talk and accused me of cheating with Dylan which I denied because Dylan is sweet but he is not my type. Plus nothing happened. He called me a cunt and blocked me. I’ve just been wondering if I did the right things?
Aita?

🔗LaserLyte Steel Tyme 9mm Laser Trainer with 2 Targets - Indoor and Outdoor Use

https://preview.redd.it/k8kjj4lvirxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=57d41532185732df9e1f4430cafb98417a4074fc
When I first heard about the LaserLyte Steel Tyme Target-2 Pack, I thought it was an innovative way to boost my indoor shooting practice. What stood out to me is its versatility. It can be set up on any flat surface or hung on the wall, indoors or outdoors, and works with virtually any flat surface. Its convenient setup also caught my attention, allowing me to practice in the comfort of my own home, saving valuable time and money I'd typically spend at the range.
The laser trainer targets are perfect for youth shooters and offer a quick and easy setup with (3) AAA batteries that are included. As a plus, it allows for practice of fast shots, precise shots, and can even track groups when used with a laserlyte bullet, making it more helpful during training sessions.
The pack comes with (2) Steel Tyme Targets, each offering a challenge and reward when hit. The sound of hitting the target is muted by default, and only the LED lights will flash when it's hit. The laser cartridges are designed to be durable, making them ideal for hundreds of practice sessions without needing to be replaced.
One of the best features for me is that the virtual target does not need to be replaced, you only need to change the batteries, further making it environmentally friendly and cost-saving. The Steel Tyme Targets are reusable and can provide realistic training scenarios with ease.
However, like with most products, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. While I appreciate its versatility and convenience, the system can sometimes be a bit sensitive to the lighting conditions making it hard to use in bright daylight. But, that didn't stop me from enjoying my shooting practice at home in my air conditioned room.
In conclusion, the LaserLyte Steel Tyme Target-2 Pack offers a fun and effective way to improve your shooting skills without needing to step out of your home. Its ease of use and reusable targets make it a worthwhile investment. Sure, there might be instances where it doesn't live up to expectations, but overall, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.

The LaserLyte Steel Tyme Laser Trainer Kit is the ultimate solution for bringing the shooting range experience home. This innovative kit includes two Steel Tyme Laser Trainer Targets and an included Trigger Tyme Laser Compact Pistol.
Laserlyte has elevated the game of training at home with their new Steel Tyme Laser Trainer Kit, providing a safe, realistic, and effective alternative to live firearm training. The Trigger Tyme Laser Compact Pistol, which is designed to activate any of Laserlyte's Laser Trainer targets, is the perfect addition to training at home.
This compact pistol simulates a realistic training tool and will not accept live ammunition, making it the safest way to train at home. This innovative kit comes with two Steel Tyme Targets and a Trigger Tyme Laser Compact Pistol, offering shooters a more holistic training experience from the comfort of their own homes.

As a self-proclaimed gun enthusiast, I was skeptical about using this fancy laser-based dry fire training tool. But oh boy, was I in for a surprise. The Mantis Laser Academy Standard Training Kit 9mm turned out to be a game-changer in my gun practice sessions.
First off, the setup is a breeze. It uses my smartphone or tablet, and I can set it up anywhere - at home, in the backyard, or even at the shooting range. The smart targets interact with the Mantis Laser Academy App, and I've got a training facility right at my fingertips.
One of the standout features is the variety of drills and courses. From basic target shooting to single-shot scenarios, it keeps things fresh and engaging. It's not just about practicing - it feels like a game, which makes it a lot more enjoyable.
As for the laser training cartridge, it's a simple yet effective tool. It fits into any compatible firearm, and the laser shots are read by my phone or tablet for instant scoring. The setup is so flexible that I can practice anytime, anywhere.
However, there's a downside. The activation code that unlocks all the training modes isn't cheap. It costs an extra $40 for full access. But hey, if you're serious about improving your shooting skills, it's worth the investment.
Overall, the Mantis Laser Academy Standard Training Kit 9mm is a must-have for any gun enthusiast looking to up their game. It's portable, versatile, and most importantly, it works.

As a user of the BISKEE Red Laser Pointer, I found it to be a versatile and practical tool for various activities. The high-powered long-range pointer was highly effective, illuminating objects up to 500 meters away in the dark. The rechargeable USB feature was convenient and saved battery life, making it a great choice for outdoor enthusiasts or for those who wanted a long-lasting alternative to disposable batteries.
One of my favorite aspects of this laser pointer was its portable and sleek design. With its small size and lightweight build, it was perfect for carrying in pockets or in bags for easy access. This made it ideal for camping trips, hikes, fishing excursions, and runs.
However, there was also a negative side to the BISKEE Red Laser Pointer. The intense beam light was not suitable for young children, and should never be pointed directly at someone's eyes due to potential eye damage. Additionally, while the sturdy and durable metal housing provided a comfortable grip, it could sometimes be challenging to adjust the shape of the beam, especially when selecting specific patterns like the star pattern.
In conclusion, the BISKEE Red Laser Pointer was a useful and reliable device for outdoor activities and presentations. Its long-range capabilities, rechargeable USB feature, and portable design made it an appealing choice for avid adventurers and indoor teachers. However, users with children should be cautious, and those looking for an easy-to-adjust beam pattern may need to consider alternatives.

I recently gave the LaserLyte Laser Trainer 9mm Cartridge a spin, and I must say, it's a game-changer for handgun enthusiasts! The cartridge is specifically designed for different calibers, fitting seamlessly inside your pistol chamber and offering a firing-pin activated switch that indicates bullet impact with a bright red laser dot.
Setting up the cartridge was a breeze - it took just seconds to install, and I didn't have to worry about it sticking out or aligning with the barrel. The rubber plunger on the laser doubled as a snap cap, protecting the firing pin and ensuring a proper fit for accurate training.
The cartridge ran on three 377 batteries, good for around 3,000 shots. I appreciated that it was rimless, allowing me to safely practice tap, rack, bang, or malfunction drills without expelling the cartridge during dry fire. The Laser Trainer Cartridge truly revolutionized my training routine by providing a realistic and accessible way to practice just about anywhere.
While I had a positive experience with the Laser Trainer Cartridge, there were a couple of downsides. The cartridge required relatively frequent battery replacements, which could be a minor inconvenience for some. Additionally, the cartridge only worked for a limited number of calibers, so it might not be suitable for everyone.
Overall, the LaserLyte Laser Trainer 9mm Cartridge is an excellent addition to any handgun enthusiast's arsenal, offering a realistic and convenient way to practice tap, rack, bang, or malfunction drills. Despite the minor drawbacks, I wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone looking to take their handgun training to the next level.

🔗Score Tyme Laser Trainer Target: Ultimate Dry Fire Training System

https://preview.redd.it/t9b68amxirxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f691d23f2c34e3304333dd0fd4f0729479218120
I had the chance to try the LaserLyte Trainer Target Score Tyme, and boy, was it a fun experience! . This versatile target can be set up on any flat surface or hung on a wall, providing multiple training options. The brightness level is impressive, with up to 147 LED lights illuminating the exact group you fired.
However, I did encounter some minor issues. On occasion, the shots didn't register, and in a dimly lit basement, it didn't function as smoothly as I'd hoped. Though the price tag is a bit steep, I believe the value it brings to your shooting practice makes it worth the investment, especially when compared to the expense of range time and ammo.
Overall, this target is a great addition to any shooter's arsenal, providing a fun and convenient way to fine-tune your marksmen skills.

Lasers can make even the mundane feel exciting, and the LaserLyte Trainer Target Quick Tyme is no exception. This handy device, which measures up to 9.5 x 1.25 x 6.5 inches and comes in a single Crimson Trace-branded package, serves up both fun and practicality for those who enjoy shooting.
The Quick Tyme Target can make even the most seasoned shooter feel like a rookie with each shot. It's versatile enough to work on any flat surface, or it can be hung on a wall with a hole at the back for added flexibility. Its compatibility with all LaserLyte Laser Trainers makes it a must-have for enthusiasts.
In use, the target can provide valuable feedback to the user. It records each shot in the order they were fired and displays it with the help of its 62 LEDs. The shot timer, meanwhile, adds an element of realism to your training sessions. It allows you to concentrate on your aim, not worrying about the mechanics.
However, as with any product, there are pros and cons. While the Quick Tyme Target can provide a comprehensive and immersive shooting experience, its reset function can be a bit cumbersome. Users have to manually reset the target after each shot by hitting the reset spots, which can be time-consuming.
Despite this minor inconvenience, the Quick Tyme Target is highly praised by users for its ease of use, versatility, and the ability to provide immediate feedback on your shooting performance. It's a valuable tool for both beginners and experts, and it's great for those who can't make it to a range regularly or want to practice indoors.
In conclusion, if you're looking to spice up your shooting hobby or enhance your accuracy and speed, the LaserLyte Trainer Target Quick Tyme is a great addition to your arsenal. Just remember to be patient with the target reset function and you'll be able to get the most out of this innovative device.

🔗Bright 9mm Laser Training Cartridge for Compatible Target Systems

https://preview.redd.it/4cnjc8iyirxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=79a55a3adb8831d29e4625ef60ee9a2be256b26a
This Pink Rhino Laser Training Cartridge brought a new level to my dry-fire practice sessions. As a beginner, I found it challenging to improve my aim and accuracy with just imaginary shots, but this laser training cartridge made things much more realistic. The bright red Class 3A laser with 3 LR626 alkaline batteries (included) provided a visible target for me to practice on.
One of the unique features of this cartridge is that it activates upon the fall of the hammer or striker, making it compatible with both single and double-action 9mm pistols. This versatility meant that I could practice with most of my collection of firearms.
However, there were some challenges I faced during my time using this product. For example, I found the setup to be quite tricky, and the cartridge sometimes took multiple attempts to recognize the laser hits. At times, the device would not recognize the hits even with fresh batteries. This led to a frustrating experience as I couldn't determine if my shots were hitting the target or not.
Moreover, I noticed that it is not compatible with Hi-Point pistols. The manufacturer's website explicitly states this fact, which may disappoint some users who possess Hi-Point firearms.
On the bright side, I appreciate the convenience of the phone app. It's free and offers several programs with targets that you can print. The app allows users to keep track of their shooting history, providing valuable insights into their improvement over time. I also enjoyed the clear and stop/start functions that I could activate with the laser, so I didn't need to continually press buttons on my phone.
Overall, the Pink Rhino Laser Training Cartridge is a useful tool for those looking to improve their aim and accuracy in a controlled environment. While it may not be without its flaws, it has undeniably helped me grow as a shooter.

It reads the laser shots through the smart targets, allowing me to track my progress and work on specific aspects of my shooting technique. While the system is compatible with many pistol types, it's not suitable for Ruger SR series or Hi Point pistols.
Overall, the Mantis Laser Academy Standard Training Kit has been a game-changer in my dry fire training routine. As a lover of DIY projects, I recently had the chance to try out the Sculpfun S9 Laser Engraver in my workshop. This machine came with high expectations, and I was impressed by its ability to provide precision cuts and engravings. One standout feature was the ultra-fine laser beam, which offered an incredible 0.06mm engraving accuracy – perfect for intricate designs on materials like acrylic and plywood.
However, it's not all smooth sailing. For starters, I encountered some challenges with the provided documentation, which I found lacking in detail and clarity, making it difficult to troubleshoot any issues that arose. Additionally, I noticed that the machine wasn't as precise as I hoped when it came to micro-sized engravings, which was a bit disappointing considering its high-precision capabilities.
Despite these drawbacks, the Sculpfun S9 stood tall in terms of overall safety features, such as the laser filter cover that effectively blocked 98% of UV light, preventing the need for eye protection goggles. The machine's expandable engraving area further added to its versatility, which was a definite plus in my book.
In conclusion, the Sculpfun S9 Laser Engraver delivered on its promise of high-precision engravings and cuts, offering value for hobbyists. However, it falls short in terms of documentation and accuracy for certain miniature jobs, requiring some fine-tuning to achieve the desired results.

One aspect that really stands out is the use of the laser training cartridge. This clever innovation provides accurate results each time you shoot, whether it's at the range or at home, and has made dry-fire training an enjoyable part of my routine. The kit is also convenient to set up, with no complex steps to follow, and the included smart targets make it easy to get started straight away.
There were a few minor drawbacks during my experience with the Mantis Laser Academy Portable Training Kit. Although the battery life was decent, it would have been nice if it lasted even longer. Additionally, some users might find the kit a bit pricey compared to similar alternatives on the market. However, when you consider the accuracy, convenience, and variety offered, I believe the value is well worth the investment.
Overall, if you're looking for a unique and effective tool to elevate your shooting skills, the Mantis Laser Academy Portable Training Kit 9mm is a fantastic option to consider. It has truly transformed my dry-fire training routine and made it easier than ever to improve my accuracy and discipline from the comfort of my own home.

2024.05.01 08:54 Opening_Sense_2963 Should I file chpt 7?

Hey sorry if I'm in the wrong place as I suppose I'm looking for slightly extra advice, primarily regarding chapter 7 and wage garnishment.
I have about $14k in debt, from trusting the wrong people, to supporting family who I don't consider family anymore, to workman's comp not comping for medical, and lastly, 2 credit cards I had to use (about 2500 due to COVID downfalls in 2020).
I'm debating filing chapter 7, yesterday my employer told me I was getting my wages garnished by 25% from a collector who bought a debt I didn't even know existed. I recognize the property name, and the last time I was there was when I had switched my lease over to someone else, so I have no real idea of why I'm being hunted by this collections company for $2600. I'm not entirely sure if it's relevant but I know that person died running from the police a few years ago, and maybe they couldn't collect from him so they are going after the previous renter or they didn't take my name off that lease? I'm terrified to even try to contact them and ask for info.
They are demanding 25% of my wages, I currently have filed for disability and am barely managing up to 13 hours a week which is incredibly difficult, I earn anywhere from $12-250 a week, just enough to pay off cc debts, eat with the help of food stamps, buy replacement clothes for my job, feed my assistance animal and if I'm lucky, save up over a few months to buy a game on sale or something nice for $20-50 or take myself or join someone out to eat.
I feel so lost and hopeless, I'm considering chapter 7 as my only hope at this point just to be able to feed myself and more importantly, my support animal. Am I crazy for considering or possibly even filing? I don't know what else to do, 25% of the little I can work now will basically be a death sentence, making me fall behind further on cc payments or not being able to support my animal, or not being able to eat myself.
Sorry if I'm in the wrong area, I've not been able to sleep and couldn't find a wage garnishment sub to separate things. Thanks for any thoughts or advice on the matter.

2024.05.01 08:44 wasabisteve College Board prevented me from graduating

I am beyond frustrated with this mother licking organization. I am returning to college after travelling and working for the last 8 years and am going to a new school that didn't have my AP Scores. Back in the day, I was an AP Scholar with Distinction (fuckin nerd), but I'm like, way out of high school. I'm only a few credits out from graduating which I am doing this quarter, and my AP scores fill out my pre-reqs. The way the College Board's system works is you download the Archived Request Form, either mail or fax it in, and your scores are supposed to be sent within 15 business days to the school of your choice. I was told multiple times, in writing and over the phone that the only way to process archived scores is via mail. The following is the timeline of my ridiculous encounter with incompetence.
March 18: Faxed Archive Request Form—no confirmation received.
March 27: Called and was told no form had been received and to send another
March 28: Faxed duplicate request after being told the original might not have been received.
April 10: Received a letter stating my credit card details were incorrect, but they were correct on my form and in my account. The issue was a misspelling of my name on the letterhead and billing information (my last name is commonly misspelled).
April 11: Faxed back the billing letter with different payment information, but no confirmation or charge on my card. Called again and after calling received an email saying my request had been received on March 22 (yea I figured that after they sent the billing letter).
April 18: After calling again to check on the billing letter, I received an email saying my billing letter had been received, but it could take 15 more days to process.
April 23: I was told there was confirmation my designated school had received my scores on April 22nd, but my school had no record of them.
April 23: After emailing, I was told there was a mistake, and the scores were actually sent, not received, via first-class mail on the 22nd.
April 26: Deadline to apply for graduation. Deadline missed.
April 29: School has still not received my scores, I called again and was told that the information that was emailed to me was a mistake (two-fold!) and my scores were mailed on the 24th of April, not the 22nd, and would take 7-10 days to reach my school.
April 29: Emailed CEO John Springer ([jspring@collegeboard.org](mailto:jspring@collegeboard.org)) and received no response.
April 30: Received an email from a "Customer Care Specialist" asking for "the contact information for the admissions office or representative that you would like the AP scores sent to?" meaning my scores actually hadn't been mailed out yet?? I emailed her back with the information, and asked when my case was escalated and by whom? She responded she would get back to me after sending my archived scores.
April 30: Received an email thread with my advisor and Customer Care Specialist saying that my scores were attached to that email and a password would be sent to view them. VIA EMAIL. THIS WHOLE TIME THEY COULD HAVE JUST EMAILED THEM.
So now, 44 days later, past the deadline for graduation, the school has my score. I wasn't planning on going back to school this quarter but some things fell into place and here we are. Maybe it's on me for thinking 40 days would be enough time to get scores processed, but man, I feel for anyone going through this, especially because it is already hard work to go back to school after a hiatus. It is insane how archaic this system is, and I'm glad my scores are finally where they should be, but man, fuck the college board and everything it encompasses. 1.3 billion dollar company and you can't get this right? I'm also still travelling, so the literal hours of time I've spent on the phone with them have been international rates (over $60 of charges lol).
Good luck out there and stay strong, keep fighting this system and maybe it'll change..

2024.05.01 08:43 matt_not_mat What a journey. Weirdest work around ever to avoid 404 error right before deadline.

I started yesterday in chat with studentaid.gov chat help. I have FFELP loans with Naviant. Been paying since 2003 so of course I was to consolidate by the deadline. No problem, right? Wrong. Studentaid.gov only shows one of my loans and it has the wrong account number. Someone hasn’t been updating the NLSDS! (Looking at you Naviant). No problem, because in the loan won’t consolidation form you can enter loans manually, right? Wrong. Well, you can, but continuing with the application consistently errors out at the select repayment type screen. Every. Time. It was suggest I do the paper version and mail it to get the postmark of 4/30 for credit. So today I log back on and chart person says “whoa … no, postal mail won’t work. Takes 60-90 days.” Ok, so I call NSLDS. Mary Anne there said I needed to talk with service provider. So I call navient, they laughed said it would take 30-60 days (to get my loans listed correctly on the website to get past that error).
It’s now 430 and I’m panicking. Chat dude says to try different browsers, nothing works. I can get through the form using the one loan they have, and not selecting any manual ones. I can save my progress. Then it occurred to me. What if I get to the end in one browser, and get to the select repayment screen before the error and then Save Progress? If I do that, then in the other browser, already past that error, I can reload and see the loans I entered. Worth a shot! I click the reload button and BOOM there they were! Submitted consolidation application just in time!

2024.05.01 08:30 iqyao Worth it to Move to Save ~$400 a month?

Hi all,
My current lease is set to end at the beginning of August and I'm a bit on the fence about moving. I have the option to either stay and renew my lease, or try and find a new place for a bit cheaper, but would like to have some outside perspective. Some more info:
Monthly Take Home pay: ~$4300
Current Apartment: This apartment is actually quite nice as it was recently built, and has everything that I would want in an apartment, gym, garage, stainless steel appliances, central AC, in unit laundry, quiet atmosphere, not a single problem with management, bugs, maintenance. I would classify this as a "Luxury" apartment.
Current Rent: $1701
Current SQFT: 605
Parking $125 (assigned spot in heated garage, no other option for parking and I need car for work)
Utilities: $95 package all inclusive
Time to work: ~15-20 mins
Total: $1921 (~45% of take home)

I actually moved into this apartment to "scratch the itch" that I wanted and experience what a really nice apartment would be like for a year, as I previously had a terrible apartment experience and wanted to see if the grass was really greener. However, now that the "itch" has been scratched, I would be open to moving and personally would like to try and save a bit more, however I'm starting to have some attachment to the apartment, and am growing a bit weary of lesser quality apartments that I would get with the smaller price tag. I understand that there is some lifestyle creep at play here, but again I'm here for opinions. Most of the options I would be looking fall in this range:
Fears/drawbacks of New Apartment: (bed) bug issues, worse insulation, lesser quality appliances and build, small/no gym, loud/dirty atmosphere, bad management, window box AC.
Estimated New Rent: ~$1300 (really around the lowest in my area that's reasonably close to work)
Estimated New SQFT: 650-700
Estimated New Parking: $100-150 (again, in my area the only real guaranteed parking spots are in garages, and it is a "must for me")
Estimated New Utilities: $100-150 (accounting for poor insulation)
Time to work: ~20 mins
Total: ~$1500-1600.

Looking for opinions here, is this just a no brainer move and I'm just being delusional in hesitating on moving? Or is there some merit on some of my fears? Would you stay or move? is the ~$400 something that you would be willing to spend on the nicer features of an apartment?

2024.05.01 08:19 UniqueHovercraft7840 An impression that killed

I have started doing between 5/6 hours over time most days to help out with “our” credit card. After 13 hours at work I came home to nothing on the table , this isn’t a big deal because we don’t usually eat together but after another long day it would of been nice, anyway I went and chucked a frozen pizza in the oven. THE FREEZER DOOR DIDNT CLOSE ☠️☠️☠️☠️ literally because that day I’d filled it with food because I do the food shopping.
The wife then showed to me how she see’s me, she did a bumbling idiot style voice with me as a big clown bumping around saying “everyone laugh at me for doing stupid stuff again”.
I am gutted that’s how she see’s me.
I’m no “Jerry”
Something changed in my heart last night.
I’m leaving.

2024.05.01 08:15 HazelHoney975 Elderly scams / phishing credit card information :(

Hoping others here could understand the struggle. My dad is so gullible to scammers. For example he will believe websites are selling a nice tool set (or anything he's shopping for) he wants with unbelievably cheap prices which is obviously fake but for an older person they just see a good deal and enter the credit card. Obviously the websites are set up to get money from people. He will also click on things on the computer thinking it's real and got his computer locked up by a scammer and it told him to call a number to help him fix it. The scammer on the phone asked him for his credit card to pay the fee for getting it fixed. Luckily I stepped in as he was getting his wallet out. For peace of mind I found this scam investigator where elderly can call it and they thoroughly search it to tell them if it's safe or not. Fingers crossed this helps. He's already called it twice and it stopped him from getting scammed.

2024.05.01 08:09 SalonDiabetic Incident escalated at work

I (F25) joined a group of coworkers from my new job at a hair salon for a board game brunch a couple of days ago. It's hard for me to join people outside our usual environments because I also have anxiety. The key players are me, Fran, and Fran's boyfriend Stan. The brunch was nice, I got to connect with some coworkers and it was a nice way to get acquainted with a richer part of the new city. But during scrabble Stan made a sly comment of me not using my brain when i was checking in on my glucose. I showed him my glucose monitor and he balked because he realized that I was diabetic.
To his credit, after the game, while we were setting up for a new one, he apologized for accusing me for cheating in that way. I said it was fine, I make comments like that sometimes and I know how bad they come off, and I accepted his apology. He said he felt bad for not realizing I was checking in on somethign else far more important and I told him it was truly alright, and he felt remorseful. Turns out that he and I both played board games competitively when we were younger so that's why he kind of took it more personally.
The next day was a work day with Fran and as Fran left she said Stan was there and she could make Stan apologize to me in public. But before I could tell her that it was fine she went off with her boyfriend in their car. Today, Fran gave me a card that Stan made (with her approval) with a Kroger gift card and she said in the front of the house that Stan wanted to apologize for mistreating me with my diabetes.
That was so humiliating. I told Fran that Stan already apologized to me and that she didn't need to take it further. I told Fran to forget about me going with her and the other coworkers to a round of karaoke after work. Now, Fran got called in by the supervisor and from what I hear Fran is trying to apologize. I feel very vulnerable because I feel like Fran exposed a part of me that didn't need to be told in front of the customers and other workers. I feel like crawling in a cave now.

2024.05.01 08:03 Bakubaby_ AITAH For ending my friendship with my best friend and getting into an argument over a credit card?

I 20f and my now ex best friend 21f ended our friendship. I had ended it with her for many reasons. Some of them were: irresponsible, put me in bad situations, was a bad influence for me, treated me as a friend of convenience, her use of drugs and so on. I could go on a rant of all the things that have happened in our friendship.
We were friends since high school. We used to do everything together. It honestly still hurts but I ended it for the reasons I listed above. I had sent her a long text explaining why I no longer wanted to be friends with her after her ditching me again. It was heartfelt and I explained everything. I got no response in return.
Now I want to say that I’m not a saint. I’ve done some things that weren’t cool in our friendship too. Not to the extent of what she did but I’m not innocent either.
We shared a phone contact and credit card (dumb idea I know). I had let her on my credit card because she begged me to be on it because her mom ruined her credit and she wanted to rebuild it. At the time I added her I was at $850 on it. I had paid it off to $200 within a month. (I used it like a debit card and paid it all back) Everything I spent I paid.
For awhile I went into a financial hole and built up a bit of debt that I paid off when I could. She also used to card a lot and hardly paid it off. I had stopped using it after I paid off a majority of what I spent and she continued to use it. For about a year I rarely used it and in return I rarely paid it off. Almost everything I had spent I paid off.
After our friendship ended I closed the card and we were going to split the remaining balance. I had paid of more than half in one go and as a thank you for the year I had not used it and not paid for it. I also am in a better financial position than she is and responsible with my money. I tried my best to be nice as possible about the whole thing yet I received hurtful response.
I kept bugging her about how she was going to pay it off. I never asked her to pay it in one go as I did. I just wanted her to avoid any interest and to have it affect our credit in the least way possible. However she would keep throwing it in my face how she paid it by herself for almost a year alone. (Even tho didn’t even use it) so it became an argument. I even tried to offer help on making a payment plan to make it easier for her to pay for it.
Eventually I let my emotions get the best of me and called her out for not being able to pay for it due to her drug addiction and lack of financial responsibility. It wasn’t cool of me and I feel awful about it.
So am I the asshole?

2024.05.01 08:02 LoganBass Wondering if i should cut my losses.

Hey all,
Currently going for my PPL, and i am probably a week or two away from being able to get my solo, but I just don't know if i can afford it financially anymore and I am unsure of what to do. The last two years ive worked to save up to try and just have a part time job and fly about 2-3 days a week (even moved back home with my parents in this time) . I am currently 25 years of age, and I managed to save about 11~ grand to get it going. My initial plan was to try and finish up my privates and then either get a personal loan and slowly pay it off while working and flying for the rest up to my CFI (Not all at once ofcourse). Ive come to the point where i am so close to being solo rated, but i am down to the last grand or two that I have available.
I went to the bank to get a personal loan but got denied (10k) , not because of my credit score (which is in mid 700's) but because I didn't have enough credit history for them to be able to give me a loan. I have already scratched off ATP as an option just because of all the horrible things I have seen people say on here and I just don't want to get trapped in that. I just genuinely have no idea what avenue I can go down to afford it, but Ive come to realize that THIS IS the thing I want to do. I just feel like if I were to work any other job without it being a stepping stone to fly i just wouldn't be happy anymore. I just am genuinely at a standstill and feel super unmotivated that any more money i pump into it at this point is just going to be a lost cause, for the fact that I feel like the rest of the finances I would need to finish it just seems out of grasp and not even a reality.
Maybe I have just been thinking about it too much today after I got denied for a loan. But i just feel really down now that the one thing I want to do is seems unobtainable and I just wanted to post and ask if anyone had any suggestions of what I can do to get through. I have been so positive about this journey all the way up until the last week or so and it has just felt so terrible for me today, and i just feel lost about what to do. If anyone has any serious suggestions please let me know.

As a fan of versatile and durable holsters, I recently gave the Alien Gear Holsters Photon P320/M17 a try. This modern holster boasts an impressive range of features, including ambidextrous design and compatibility for both OWB and IWB use. Its lightweight and compact construction make it an excellent choice for concealed carry, with the option to customize your setup further with the included appendix carry wing and sidecar mag carrier.
One of the key advantages of the Photon is its compatibility with light-bearing pistols, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer a well-illuminated sight picture. Additionally, the holster's optic cut accommodates a variety of scopes and optics, ensuring a snug and secure fit. With a lifetime warranty and a proudly made in the USA label, the Photon offers peace of mind and excellent value for money.
While the Photon P320/M17 wLight Holster has its share of positives, it's not without its drawbacks. Some users have reported missing or incomplete components, while others have encountered tightness and stiffness in the holster's construction. Nonetheless, if you can get past these minor flaws, the Alien Gear Holsters Photon P320/M17 wLight Holster is a solid choice for any modern shooter seeking a versatile and capable holster.

🔗Slim, Tuckable Kydex Holster for Truck Gun

https://preview.redd.it/c2qmrdbf9rxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b50c944a7b318d0d29eb182c398a1a8f9b4639b7
The Desantis Slim-Tuk Holster has become an essential part of my daily life. This slim, rugged holster is made from durable Kydex and adds no unnecessary bulk to your outfit. Its completely ambidextrous design allows me to wear it comfortably on either side, and the tuckable 360 clip offers unlimited mounting options for convenience.
While I appreciate the holster's ease of use, I sometimes find the hardware a bit challenging to reverse, and it would be great if it were more intuitive. Overall, the Slim-Tuk provides a reliable and stylish way to carry my firearm, and I've been consistently impressed with its performance.

🔗Mission First Tactical MFT Appendix Holster for S&W M&P Shield EZ 9mm Ambi Black - Concealed Carry Holster

https://preview.redd.it/ehpv12rf9rxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4010e3a8300e6950d63ce7796963a3471b2784d7
In the course of my daily routine, I've had the pleasure of using Mission First Tactical's Minimalist Holster for my trusty Smith & Wesson M&P Shield EZ 9mm. This holster is the epitome of low-profile designs, while maintaining the robust performance associated with more conventional holsters.
During my testing phase, I have come to appreciate the holster's ambidextrous nature. Switching between right and left-hand positioning proved a breeze, a testament to its versatility. However, I must admit that the claw mechanism, which keeps the holster pressed into my side, might not be for everyone - especially left-handed shooters.
The audible click combined with side retention was truly the cherry on top. Each draw was smooth and secure, almost instinctual - an ideal fit for my concealed carry needs. The belt clip was a convenient addition, but I found the static-line option even more practical, especially when the holster was tucked away in less conventional spaces like briefcases or nightstands.
My only gripe would be the initial struggle to fit my firearm snugly, but after some tweaking with the adjustment screw, we were a perfect match. It's my go-to choice when it comes to concealed carry - reliable, comfortable, and built to last.

🔗Fobus Extraction IWB-OWB Holster for Taurus GX4: Precision-Fitted, Lightweight, and Versatile

https://preview.redd.it/13dn4x8g9rxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2f15ca40028f77d9432f4f639075a34d96caa663
As a gun enthusiast, I recently had the opportunity to try out the Fobus Holster Extraction IWB - OWB Taurus GX4 9mm RH. With its versatile paddle and belt clip mounting options, this holster allowed me to carry my Taurus GX4 with ease, whether inside or outside my waistband. The passive retention and adjustable holster cant provided a smooth and efficient draw in various CCW positions, ensuring that I was always prepared for any situation.
One of the most impressive aspects of this holster was the use of Boltaron, a lightweight aerospace thermoplastic, which provided great resilience and exceptional comfort. Unlike other holsters, Boltaron was more durable and offered better resistance to extreme temperatures, ensuring that my gun would remain safe in any weather. The fully tuckable design of the Extraction Series holster minimized printing and concealed my weapon effectively.
While the Fobus Holster Extraction series was made with veterans and law enforcement in mind, its quality was evident in its design and functionality. Crafted with precision to fit the Taurus GX4 perfectly, this holster proved to be a reliable and durable option for anyone looking to carry their 9mm with confidence.

🔗Lightweight, Durable Shoulder Holster for 9mm Handguns

https://preview.redd.it/junkr8mg9rxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=48e1ecc0aee9590f9160d421e3613857851d5b23
This Safariland shoulder holster quickly became my go-to for concealed carry. The proprietary SafariSeven material adds excellent durability and weather-resistance, while the Automatic Locking System ensures that my weapon is secure once holstered. The system allows for a fast, smooth draw without any snags, making it the perfect option for quick access when needed. I'm particularly fond of the lightweight, adjustable elastic harness, which provides stability and comfort in a variety of situations.
One downside I experienced was the holster's tendency to slide around a bit, especially when walking or moving quickly. This can be slightly annoying and requires adjusting the harness for optimal positioning. However, overall, I found this shoulder holster to be a reliable and stylish option for concealed carry enthusiasts seeking a comfortable and straightforward design.

🔗High-quality 1/4 in. Drive Metric 9mm Socket with Chrome Finish

https://preview.redd.it/8g2ujqyg9rxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d7a1ce2be852146fc710d54b3adab501d83739e1
Milwaukee's 1/4 in. Drive 9mm Metric Socket had been a trusty companion during my latest DIY project. The four flat sides with stamped sizes provided me with the right visibility even in dim lighting, and the optimized geometry prevented my bolts from getting round or stripped.
However, I had a bit of trouble with its weight and found it a bit challenging to hold onto at times. Nonetheless, the lifetime guarantee backed by Milwaukee made me feel confident using their sockets.
I appreciate the versatility of this socket family, but it has room to improve in terms of ergonomics.

🔗High-Quality 9mm Socket for Durable Fastening

https://preview.redd.it/bjh803ch9rxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7762351c6cd97fa709bde5b8c2299e934c67f19a
Introducing the GearWrench 80806, a game-changer in my everyday toolkit. This 9mm 1/2" Drive 12 Point Socket has been a lifesaver during my daily mechanic work. The Surface Drive Technology reduces fastener rounding, making it a reliable and efficient tool. Its chamfered opening guides the fastener into the socket, providing precision and ease of use.
The large, hard-stamped size identification makes it easy for me to quickly find and use the right socket. The clear double line (SAE) and knurled (Metric) ring helps differentiate standard vs. metric sockets at a glance. The full-polish chrome finish cleans easily and resists corrosion, ensuring the longevity of this socket.
While the GearWrench 80806 has been a fantastic addition to my toolbox, it comes without a case or any extensions. Perhaps these could have been convenient additions considering its otherwise excellent features. Overall, I highly recommend this socket for anyone in need of a reliable and user-friendly mechanic tool.

Buyer's Guide

When it comes to firearms, the 9mm is a popular and versatile caliber. It's widely used by law enforcement agencies and civilians alike due to its stopping power, accuracy, and relatively low recoil. To enhance their efficiency and performance, many people turn to 9mm accessories. In this guide, we'll discuss some of the most important features to consider when shopping for 9mm accessories.

Material Quality

https://preview.redd.it/7c11nqqh9rxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=723f759c4d89d3d7a1aa7ccaa544b02bcfffe4a6

The materials used in constructing 9mm accessories play a significant role in their durability and performance. Common materials include steel, aluminum, and polymer. Steel and aluminum are strong and durable but tend to be heavier, which can affect the gun's balance and handling. Polymer materials are lightweight and versatile but may not always be as strong or resilient as other materials. Look for high-quality materials when choosing your accessories to ensure they will withstand regular use and provide consistent performance.

Customization Options

Different 9mm accessories cater to various user preferences and needs. Consider factors such as barrel length, sight options, and grip styles. Some users may prefer a longer barrel for increased accuracy, while others may prioritize a shorter barrel for easier handling. Similarly, some shooters prefer iron sights, while others prefer optic sights for their enhanced precision. The grip style, be it a standard grip, an over-grip, or even a compensator, can significantly affect the shooter's control and comfort. Take time to explore the different customization options, and choose the accessories that best suit your individual preferences and shooting style.

Compatibility

Ensure that the accessories you are considering are compatible with your specific 9mm firearm model. Inaccuracies in the fit can lead to decreased performance, user discomfort, or even safety issues. Most manufacturers will list the compatible firearm models on their product pages, but it's always a good idea to double-check dimensions and specifications before making a purchase.

https://preview.redd.it/rrg588ai9rxc1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=93c3cb4451a8085ca01bf6dcd5c0c02df28cbfb1

Price and Value

While it's true that you often get what you pay for in the world of accessories, remember that the most expensive option isn't always the best choice. Consider the features, performance, and durability of the accessories you are interested in, as well as any warranties or customer support they offer. Balancing price and value can help you get the most bang for your buck.

Brand Reputation and Customer Reviews

Do your research when it comes to the brand and reputation of the accessories you're considering. Look for customer reviews and testimonials to gauge the overall satisfaction with the product's performance, durability, and customer support. This information can help you make an informed decision and ensure that you're getting a high-quality accessory that will meet your needs.
9mm accessories offer numerous benefits for enhancing the efficiency and performance of this popular caliber. When shopping for accessories, consider the material quality, customization options, compatibility, price, and brand reputation. With these factors in mind, you can find the perfect accessories to complement your 9mm firearm.

2024.05.01 08:00 SubstantialPlum1748 Anyone waiting for their Money Network card to arrive from EDD ... please read ...

I have been jumping through hoops to get money stolen from my brand new Money Network card that I hadn't even received yet.
Please, heed my advice. If you've been waiting more than 4 days for your card, call Money Network ASAP to request a new card to be sent via Fed Ex with tracking. They will charge your card balance $8.00, but it's so worth the price for peace of mind. I received my new card in 1 day as it was shipped priority overnight. Money Network reps do not offer this so you have to ask them. .... back story, my original card was sent by mail, stolen, activated and drained at a Wells Fargo ATM at 3150 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles. I had to call in since I hadn't received my card and was told there was activity on the card, that I did not perform. I've been waiting for my funds to be reversed back to me. However, it's been a circus trying to get it back. Provisional credits should be given any time there is a fraud alert. I've had to wait for paperwork from them via snail mail, which I finally received and emailed back. At least they accept emails back. Once your card arrives, download the mobile app, create your account, activate, and then lock the card. You can access this feature anytime on the app and I do it whenever I'm at the atm I'm about to withdraw from, then once I get money, I lock it again. No one can use the card once locked. Transactions will not go through. A safety feature I highly recommend. I'm reading a lot of theft with this company so their debit card process is anything but safe. How EDD is still using them is beyond me.

Imagine yourself as one of the characters in the show. Think about the important moments of the show and consider what you would do or how you would react if you were in their shoes. You could also create your characters and explore how they would fit into the story.
(You can stop reading from here the rest down is what I would have done)
I’ll be honest I would be the worst😂 I’m team Black so I would be Rhaenyra If my friend dated my dad after my mom had died I didn’t know she was making the moves on him. I would be mad I wouldn’t want to be in the same room. I wouldn’t want to talk to you. I wouldn’t want to do anything that we have done before that friendship we had is no longer there, and from the point of view of Alicent she has the right to want a friendship but she doesn’t have the right to think that everything is OK and that nothing seriously has changed changed
If I had my first time experiencing what it’s like to be a commoner instead of a royal person, and I saw what she had seen - those people talking about how she could never rule properly and making fun of her because she was a girl - I probably would’ve said the same thing. It doesn’t matter what they think; who cares what they think? I probably would’ve been very selfish. Especially if their opinions were only based on the fact that I’m a girl, it doesn’t make sense. ’t matter what you think doesn’t matter what you want just be happy that you’re getting someone to rule
When Alicent questioned Rhaenyra about whether she had slept with Damon, I would have said the same thing Rhaenyra had said, which is 'No, I swear on my mother's grave I didn't do anything that you're accusing me of with that man'. I only say that because if you give me the ability without technically lying, I will. So if you ask me, 'Did you see that boulder fall down the cliff?' I'd say, 'Yeah, I saw the boulder.' Then you later found out that someone pushed the boulder and then you ask, 'Hey, do you know anyone that pushed the boulder or did you push the boulder?' Yeah, I did push it because I'm only answering what you directly ask me. To me, it doesn't matter whether or not I knew what the person was implying because if I wanted to go into more detail, I would have. Given who Rhaenyra was with that night, yeah, I would have lied too because I'm also a guilty person. I don't like it when other people get in trouble for me and my choices, so yeah, I would have kept that quiet because I wouldn't want him getting in trouble.
When Aemond got his eye cut for this one I will be Alicent because I could see from both sides honestly but if I was Alicent , I would have never tried to go after a child its very immature very dumb of me I would have went after the parent obviously I will go after your parenting skills it doesn’t matter if your a good parent or if I think you are a good parent you don’t have to know what I think but I would have went after the parent and not the child. From similar experiences I never got cut, but I was hit in the face with a weight pipe in the eye. I did need stitches. I could not see because of how the bandage was. My mom never went after the child that had did that she had went after the mother not the child so that’s what I would have. As Rhaenyra I would have again been the same way you’re not cutting my kids eye out just because my child got into a fight at most have him pick up dragon shit for three months but you’re not cutting my kids eye out, especially because he was the youngest there, so yeah, have him pick up dragon shit have him be your kids maid until his wound heals, but you’re not gonna make his eye out because if you do cut my kids eye out, then I have to cut both of your eyes out and that’s not gonna be fun.
I do believe her sons are bastards. I mean, it’s obvious. But I would have done the same thing. With the idea that I'm going to be the queen and the first queen, I still have my role of giving birth and giving an heir. And if the man that I was with, within the circumstances that they were in, couldn't conceive, having a... child, then I would've done the same thing. Because either way, it probably would've ended in someone having to do something. Also, on a side note, how was divorce back then? Could they get divorced? And if a man couldn't have a child, would it be blamed on the woman or could they investigate that?
I'll give credit while I'm probably being biased, but it doesn't matter because there's a fake scenario and I'm putting myself in there and just seeing what happens to that. I would do the same things as her. It's not up for debate. This purely is just for interest in what other people think and what you would have done whether or not it lines up with what the character is doing or you will cause chaos of your own.
I would have sat Allison down at some point when I realized that she was getting more aggressive with her moves. I'm not gonna lie, I would've felt threatened by certain things that she was doing, and I think Rhaenyra realized that. I wouldn't have gotten up and walked across the whole castle just to show this girl my baby. I would have said, 'Tell her to bring her butt down here.'
I’m not walking I don’t care if you’re the queen or not. I don’t care if you’re the queen or not but I did see somewhere that explained why Allison had asked to see the baby we all know why, but it talked about how within the castle there must be some hidden secret passage, so Renero walking out openly free without using those passages. She was kind of showing people what Allison was having her do. but besides that, I would have asked Allison to sit down because I feel like I would have noticed things were getting too severe at that point I just have to ask questions. Like why are you doing all of this?
Why do you hate me? Why are you causing these issues? And what can I do to just get you to ignore me? You live your life and I live mine. Because I am the way I am. If she had said the truth and admitted that she knows I am going to get rid of her kids once I come into power, even though her kids are crazy besides Helena, when have I ever been mean to them? would’ve said what proof do you have that I have ever been mean to your kids? Even though your kids are crazy besides Helena, when have I ever been mean to them?
