2024.05.14 18:23 Any_Frosting_4049 Seeking Legal Advice: Driving Lesson Course Refusal for Son with Mental Health Issues (Located in Wisconsin)

I'm reaching out seeking legal advice regarding a situation with a driving lesson course I purchased for my son back in December 2022. Unfortunately, my son, who is now 17, has been struggling with severe mental health issues, including depression and ADHD, which significantly impacted his ability to attend school, take care of basic daily needs, and engage with the world around him.
The contract I signed with the driving school stipulated that the course must be completed within a year. Due to my son's mental health struggles, he was unable to start the course within that timeframe. Now, after getting his medications adjusted and feeling more motivated, he is eager to learn how to drive.
I reached out to the driving school, explaining my son's documented disabilities and requesting an exception to the enrollment policy given the circumstances. However, they have refused to allow him to reenroll or issue any form of refund for the $700 paid.
I find it unjust that the driving school is unwilling to provide any service or refund, especially considering that no service was ever rendered. The course was entirely online and self-paced, so it's not as though they had incurred costs by having him attend classes with a reserved seat.
We are located in Wisconsin, and I'm seeking advice on whether there is any legal recourse available to us in this situation. It feels unfair that they should be able to retain the full payment without providing any service, particularly when my son's disabilities played a significant role in his inability to utilize the course within the specified timeframe.
Any guidance or suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

2024.05.14 18:19 InevitableWind7 Previous Employer Collecting Debt from Prepaid Commissions

I previously worked for a financial services company (first job out of college) from April 2020-June 2021 selling retirement plans and life insurance. I would make commission based on the expected first year payment from the client I signed up.
The last client I signed up would have been at the LATEST January 2021 as I took leave end of January until June at which point I resigned.
I have just received a letter from a debt collector saying I owe over $600. Here’s what they said:
“We have been retained by [Company] to recover unearned prepaid commissions from former agents. The above amount represents commissions that were advanced to you that became unearned because the policy holder, although encouraged to premium continue coverage, stopped making payments and allowed the policy to lapse, or adjusted the originally agreed upon payment schedule.”
I’m wondering if I truly owe this since it’s a debt collector and I never received an invoice from the company, if it is worth it to get a lawyer, if it’s possibly past the statute of limitations since it’s been over 3 years since my last commission payment (2 years since they would have completed their first year premiums). Any advice would be helpful. TIA!

2024.05.14 18:16 FennRyar Missing Page 599: Mistborn Final Empire

Hello, this is probably a wild attempt, but could anyone provide me with just page 599 of Mistborn: The Final Empire (my book just says Mistborn). I guess there was a printing error so page 621 was printed twice (once on page 599 and once where it is supposed to be).
Literally have like 35 pages left at this point so I don't want to spoil myself or just have to guess. It feels dumb to buy another copy/ebook version just for one page.
Also not sure if direct images of the book are allowed, but I cropped it a bit and also thought I should show proof
If PMing a single page or whatever isn't allowed, even just a rough description is better than nothing (though if you could spoiler-tag it in case someone else provides the page that would be awesome)
Even if you can't help, thanks for reading my request :D

2024.05.14 18:14 Classic_Brain_1487 Petition to Amend Marriage Certificate- Notes on how it went from a DIY applicant in PA

Sharing in case this helps anyone because I could not find much when I searched. I filed for an amendment to my grandparents' marriage certificate/license because both of their surnames were significantly misspelled.
MASSIVE DISCLAIMER: This is my experience only and any advice given is entirely subjective. The experience will, no doubt, vary wildly court-to-court and beyond that, judge-to-judge. My case was in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
  1. The forms the court provided were designed for the original applicants themselves and left no room for a third party (a great-granddaughter in my case). I had to decide whether to fill out the form as written and add a page with an addendum letter explaining or to essentially make myself applicant "a" in place of my great grandmother and note "on behalf of [insert grandmother's name]". I chose the latter and there was a moment of confusion when the judge pulled up the documents, but ultimately he said that was fine and the best way it could have been done.
  2. I included a lot of documentation and that wasn't as helpful as expected. I included birth/marriage certificates to establish lineage and since I don't have my great-grandparents' social security cards and drivers licenses and such, I even added census data, their children's death certificates and phone directory listings. In my case, the judge didn't even glance at it. The only negative there is that ALL of that is now forever bound to the decree amending the license, so now it's a big fat stack that appears more convoluted than a simple decree. I still think I did the right thing, but if I had clairvoyance, a simple decree would probably make more sense in the Italian courts. (PS I could have been ANYONE and completely changed the marriage certificate of some random people who had their names spelled correctly for all the judge looked at it, which was not at all.)
  3. Men in power are used to being men in power. The judge we saw, no doubt thinks he is the funniest and most charming, but he delighted in making me uncomfortable and watching me flounder for polite responses. Example: When I answered sincerely to "Why do you want to change this document?", he responded-deadpan- with, "So you want to sneak around like a thief in the night and change some paperwork and manipulate the process to go join another country then?" (Of course he knows you can't laugh in response and must remain respectful, so what's right answer to that one?) He continued along those lines, but ultimately, there was no actual resistance to getting the decree. If you have the money, get a lawyer. (The judge also sarcastically commented on me trying to represent myself and the court clerk was unhelpful and lost the original filing.)
  4. Bring someone with you. If you are not incredibly comfortable with legal proceedings, ridiculously organized, and dripping confidence, bring someone with you. It's not that big of a deal, but I genuinely think having my sweet teenage daughter there made the judge more cooperative even though I brought her to include her in the process for her own benefit. (She also handed me pens and held folders and such, which was more helpful than one would think.) If repairing your grandparents' records and obtaining dual citizenship is personally meaningful to you, it can be of value to have a loved one bear witness as well.
  5. Duh, but bring a copy of EVERYTHING including the filing that got you the summons and the summons itself, because apparently, you can be summoned based on that paperwork and they still may not have any idea where it went when you arrive.
  6. Expect confusion from clerks. While this is becoming more common, changing certificates of deceased individuals isn't done every day in every court. I had to have the filing ratified in the clerk's office after court and she was convinced I had swiped the original hard copy from the court and she tried to send me back. Another clerk intervened, but apparently, in most cases, the judge does not hand you the original file and tell you to carry it to the clerk's office. (In my case, a block away.)
I also tried to email and call the judge's personal clerk to ask if there were particular documents required as proof and she simply said, "I'm not your lawyer" and got off the phone. Fair enough, lol.
The clerks also had no idea how I should fill out the aforementioned forms which weren't designed with third party applicants in mind. (I brought three copies, each filled out differently, when I initially filed. The office clerks were incredibly sweet and helpful, but they just had no idea what to do and tried to reassure it was probably fine.)

2024.05.14 18:11 wentyl Property insurance re-build amount advice

I got my home property insurance renewal documents and noticed my re-build amount is around $800K . The house is worth about $900K- 1M based on what they sell for in the area. I know rebuild does not factor land value, but I am just curious based on experience someone who went through rebuild process due to fire if the amount is sufficient based on the current rates and conditions? Any tips they can share what to look for in terms of adjusting the policy, etc. would me much appreciated!

2024.05.14 18:09 the1whowalks Looking for feedback on my reels/auditions? Will pay or reciprocate!

Hi,
I am a newbie and looking to improve. My problem seems to be that I have moderate success in securing requests to audition but have not booked yet (have gotten the role in some student films but timing with crazy number of weddings this spring ruined those plans).
Acknowledging that it is both a numbers game and can take time, I am hoping to improve my craft where I can to give myself the best chances possible. And right now that is definitely in my self-taping. I am enrolled in a few upcoming classes, but requests are still rolling in to self-tape and I want to be putting my best foot forward!
Would anyone be willing to review some of my auditions and provide constructive feedback? Also would be a huge help to review my Actors Access profile to see if I am putting my best foot forward there, given my reels.
Please DM if so. I would be willing to venmo a modest amount and/or return the favor for what might be working/not on yours.
If it's a good fit, I'll send you copies of the script and my readings.

2024.05.14 18:05 evasive-manuever Dr Office Won't Update Codes because "Fraud" - ???

I recently found a new doctor's office in my small town (NH). They are a family care office that is attached and affiliated with the local hospital. I have a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). As part of the onboarding process as a new patient, they required me to have a establishing care visit where I provided information about medical history medical concerns, etc. I have already paid the ~$150 office visit fee for this appointment as I understand it doesn't count as preventative care.
During the visit, the nurse practitioner said she wanted to do blood work for the annual physical that she had scheduled (less than two months away). The blood work she ordered seemed routine like a lipid pane, testosterone level check, STD testing, and vitamin D levels. I went to laboratory services within the hospital that same day to have blood drawn.
A little over a month after that initial establishing care visit, I received a bill in the mail for the amount of >$1700 with a contracted insurance discount of ~$500. Resulting in a balance of over $1200. I called my insurance company to see why the claim was denied and $0 was paid as I was told this was bloodwork that would be reviewed at my upcoming physical. My insurance company told me that the claim was submitted with the primary billing code of 'illness' and that if any routine blood work was submitted with the routine charge code, that it would be 100% covered with my insurance as it's considered 'preventative care'.
I have spent almost two months going back and forth with the hospital billing, medical records, and family care office. Getting the runaround about codes being submitted and other possible delays between the family office and medical records, billing not having any updates for me, etc.
As of yesterday I finally heard back from the family care practice manager. She told me that all of the codes were submitted properly and that going back and changing the codes to then submit a Correct Claim to my insurance company would be considered fraud. She told me that she had spoken to the billing department and they had said they were unwilling to write off any of the charges as they were not going to be covered by insurance even if they had been charged differently. I told her I spoke with my insurance and that information was not correct. I told her that the only test I had requested that day was the STD testing and the other tests were the primary care nurse practioner's 'standard' testing for annual physicals. The Practice Manager said she would talk with billing again and get back to me.
This afternoon, I received a "Past Due" notice for the bill and it says that if I do not pay within 7 days, it will be sent for a credit review. I work as a contractor for a company that services the federal government and hold an active security clearance. I cannot be seen to be a financial risk with something like collections on my credit history. I have the funds available to pay the ~$1200 bill in my HSA, but I can't help but feel this is wrong and incorrectly billed.
What (if any) recourse do I have for this? Should I just eat the $1200 and not have any blood work performed unless it's at an annual physical in the future (even in my primary care NP wants it done before the physical so we can review the results then)? Am I misunderstanding the HDHP 'preventative care' coverage?
Lastly, if I'm not misunderstanding all of this, is there some government agency to report this to? I have been calling, leaving voicemails, and getting the runaround between different departments for months with 0 progress.

2024.05.14 18:05 fizer5clones Car accident - would accepting a 50/50 decision with their liability insurance open me up to a counterclaim?

My wife was in a parking lot fender bender. She had backed into the middle, stopped, and about to shift into drive when she noticed another car backing up. She honked, but the other driver continued to back into her bumper. We have no comprehensive policy so are working directly with the counter party’s insurance to make a claim.
Because there’s no evidence beyond the accounts of the two drivers , they have made a 50/50 liability decision. The other driver has not made a claim against our liability insurance
Would accepting this claim open us up to a counter claim? Their car is much newer and nicer than ours so we’d be inclined not to take the settlement if it opened us up to having to pay 50% of their damages too

2024.05.14 17:54 SliceTyphoon CFT watches me more than my leads do

Hello, it's the guy who made a post about curbside changes back again with how that's worked out for me in practice over the course of several months. I've worked as a shopper for years so I find this predicament absurd.
Now I'm going to preface that I believe this is a misunderstanding and a lack of communication.
It used to be that I'd scan my surroundings for a patrolling lead or specialist to return back on task, but more often than not I just see a CFT member looking at me.
This wasn't always the case though, but I'll provide a predisposition as to how that may have occurred while keeping them anonymous by alphabetically naming some of them. ( I'm also not actually familiar with the names of people A-C.)
Coworkers A, B, C, D, E.
A - I used to be fond of A's company since they reminded me of a friend I knew. Me and A would exchange a bunch of different faces, though most of them were happy in passing. I felt A had a unique way of copying me. We would also talk on occasion and I even told them once that "It was always good to see them." And I think they liked that remark. But maybe this was all for the sake of friendliness.
When they really began to enforce the "No-talking" policy I was given scowls by management for even smiling at someone so I decided to keep my gaze brief to save both our skins. After all, I have to focus on the job. I couldn't see her anymore if this affected my performance.
Though I feel this impacted her negatively. So much so that I think she spoke with Coworker C over something. Coworker A would kind of hide away from me going forward, I wasn't sure if I caused her distress or if she was just shy. I wouldn't pursue her from that point onward.
One day me and A were working within proximity of each other and she came down the aisle to meet my eyes. I was tired but also under the previous assumption. I gave her a blank look because I wasn't sure how to address her, I didn't even say hello because I was worried about how she would take it. Needless to say, at the end of that day she gave one back to me.
B - Coworker B I know very little about besides the fact they seem to be in good standing with coworker A. A used to walk around with various other members of CFT but lately I see them walk more with B.
To be honest I think it's within good reason that A be walking alongside someone because we've had a few stalker incidents in our store
Though ever since Coworker A talked with Coworker C, she's also talked with B. B has had his sights on me for a while now though I'm not really sure why.
C - Coworker C is also someone I know very little about but they seem to be very timid. I didn't really get acquainted with them until after A and C talked.
One day I figured since they were in the back with the stockers I'd ask them where I could get some assistance from someone in grocery. Their eyes averted mine nervously a bit and they redirected me to someone. I wondered if it was over something coworker A said.
I kind of spooked them the next day by helping them move a cart because it was an automatic response of mine to help. Then upon asking them were Drugstore might be they kept answering "No" and clammed up a bit, which kind of freaked me out. This also affirmed that maybe I did cause coworker A some distress.
Coworker C has started monitoring me as well.
So I believed following this event that when coworker A was around, maybe I wouldn't look at them at all to save us all the distress of meeting each other's eyes. Just to let myself be looked at because I know after years of doing this, when people are watching me.
D, E - Coworkers D and E used to be apart of my department so I can talk to them about problems they were once familiar with. Sometimes the rest of the CFT cast will overhear too.
Coworker A used to be happy whenever she knew I was in a talkative mood. But due to the complexities of timing and my job I've over-thought the ability to communicate with them much anymore.
Coworker D is a nice guy who mostly keeps to himself but will say hello to me on occasion.
Coworker E is an interesting fella and is always willing to talk and clown around a bit.
I've considered playing telephone with them to understand how the rest of CFT is doing without speaking to them on the floor. But maybe it's in vain.
There was an instance way before all this started that I was able to speak to coworker A openly in the breakroom, but I've since not been able to see them there. At least, not since last Sunday.
I'd like to be able to apologize to coworker A though maybe also disregard some of the policies just once for a window of conversation to open. I already disregard the talking policy sometimes just because this job makes me feel pretty damn robotic at times.

2024.05.14 17:53 babyluv26 Seepage and roof damage

We had a huge hail/ wind storm in Texas that caused significant roof damage, causing a roof leak into the interior. The insurance company replaced our roof and fixed fence, but has denied the interior damage of $16k saying that it was caused by seepage. I have been going back and forth with them because the “seepage” was caused by the wind and hail storm. Of course our policy has a seepage exclusion. Any help or advice on how to handle this and have our interior damage covered is appreciated. I’m so beat down and stressed, our house is a wreck, walls and flooring have been pulled out.

Return Being Reviewed But Didn't Get Any Letter From IRS
So I'm not a US citizen. This is the first time I actually filed for a tax return and not a credit towards next years tax return.
This is what I see when I check my refund status. I don't know where to go from here. I've already called the helpline number but they've not been of much help regarding my situation.
I've uploaded my verification documents on the verify your identity and tax return information link but it asks me for a letter from the IRS which I haven't received! I already have manually requested another letter multiple times and it's been more than 6 weeks since I filed my return.
Any help would be appreciated!

2024.05.14 17:48 scarlet_Zealot06 Another guide to Istio Authorization Policies and Request Authentication, but combined with IAM automation

When speaking to folks who have deployed Istio in production, I'm always surprised that only a few utilize anything more than mTLS. Sometimes they're not even aware that if they don't change the namespace defaults, they end up with the default service account attached to every pod, which means a single certificate is used for workload authentication—kind of defeating the purpose!
Anyway, this is my attempt at demystifying Authorization Policies, Request Authentication, and OIDC/JWT user authentication workflows. Additionally, what if you could automatically generate Authorization Policies by letting a Network Mapper analyze your actual application traffic and pull metrics from Envoy directly? This is a very cool open-source project. Check out the details in the guide:

2024.05.14 17:48 OhanaSlime Cost Vent/Rant

Cost Vent/Rant
Ok so I have a feeling this is going to be a bit of an unpopular post, but I'd have to say something. As someone who buys slimes for reviews, and someone who owns a slime shop, I know how much it sucks that prices are going up everywhere. I get how much it sucks that the cost for a premade jar of slime is going up, shipping prices are going up, it sucks. Occasionally, I see pet peeves regarding slime proof labels and borax not being automatically included, dome lids, etc. or just prices of slime going up in general... It's nice to have slime proof labels and dome jars to get that extra ounce or so of space. Believe me, I get it. But those all cost extra! Occasionally I go over the average price of certain items required to run a slime shop as a business or even just as a side hustle. Well my friends, I wanted to show something to back up my words. Parkway Plastics is a jar company used by SEVERAL slime shops of all different sizes. Last time I ordered, shipping was $50 as a "quote" (meaning your shipping price could go up) and that was for a jumbo case for a 6oz cap and lid combo and 50 8oz jar and lid combos. Usually, for that they'd hit me up for an extra $25 for shipping so that ups it to $75ish. This last order was for 1 case of jars only, no lids (typically you have to buy lids separately because they charge different prices for different style of lids). Now shipping is $100?! And I've seen a handful of posts regarding the sudden increase in glue prices, and you'd be shocked if y'all knew how often that BS happens. Now, I'm nowhere close to being a big shop. I don't have daily orders which is fine, totally not my point (just using my shop as an example). In the last year, the profit I made from my shop, was an average of only $667 per month. That doesnt include the cost of hours of labor. Now like I said, I'm just using my shop as an example. My website isn't great, we are nowhere near perfect, in fact we are WAAAAY far from perfect 😅. But y'all, $667 per month. That's not even enough to pay half of the rent for a shabby 2 bedroom apartment.
I guess what I'm trying to say is yes, shops are increasing their prices. But it's not because we want to. Most shops aren't big enough to get glue or jars and those super low wholesale bulk prices. Most of us get glue at Walmart, Michael's, Target, Amazon, etc just like everyone else. I personally have cut back costs by printing out my own labels (even then slime proof labels cost a lot more), borax is not automatically included because 9/10 times, it's just tossed. Please know that I'm not trying to come across as mean or hateful or disrespectful. Remember I also buy slime, and I'm also on disability so besides that measly $667, I only get about $1000 each month for my son and I to live off of. I physically cringe when I buy slime because they are expensive. And shipping costs just make it even worse. Believe me, we hear you. We feel your pain. But just please, keep in mind that we're not some twisted shady gas company or insurance company. We're not upping prices just so we can blow our noses with $100. We have to increase prices to keep our shops going. 98% of us don't have warehouses or staff, and we are not Amazon. Most of us have a kitchen, slime room, occasional help from family (if any at all), and if we're lucky, a nice commercial grade mixer or at least a decent kitchen aid (I'm lucky I have a basic kitchen aid mixer). The majority of shop owners do this while holding a full time job and raising a family (I tip my hat to them I honestly don't know how they do it). I want to say that I'm not speaking for any other shops... everyone has their own opinions. But just seeing posts that complain about the little things (which like I said, I do understand) but also get upset that prices are going up (I'm not singling out any particular post) it's like, what do you expect from us? It can get really discouraging. It can hurt. We are people with feelings just like everyone else. We don't make and sell slime for the money because it's oh so glamorous. We do it because it's what we love, and we love bringing joy and (hopefully) relaxation and smiles to our customers. I guess, in the end, I just humbly request to please keep that in mind.
Now as I've said, I know this post is going to be unpopular. Please please PLEASE know that I in no way mean any disrespect to anyone and I'm definitely not trying to single anyone out nor am I speaking up for any other specific shop. I know I say "we" often, but this is my personal opinion and not necessarily the opinion of any other shop. If someone wants to make their own slime to save money, go for it! If you want to start your own shop, go for it! I honestly mean that and dont mean it in a condescending way. I mainly wrote this in hope that there would be a bit more understanding. That's all. I'm happy to reply to any comments that have sincere questions, but I will not be replying to anyone who wishes to instigate. If I have in any way hurt someone's feelings, or made someone feel disrespected, or hostile in anyway, I'm so sorry. It is not my intention to do that. I hope everyone has a great rest of the day. 🥰

2024.05.14 17:47 Seth-Gecko-FDTD Anyone know where this policy is?

Was told today by my People Lead that according to policy that my hourly full time associates must use PTO to request off (if available) and cannot use Unpaid Time Off.
Have never heard of this and I asked where the policy shows this and can’t get a straight answer.
Anyone know if this is factual and if so where to find it?

2024.05.14 17:47 ikusababy I Got Disability!!!

i received shocking news on mother's day- i won my disability case! on the first hearing! i remember coming to this sub searching for advice when i first applied. it seemed mostly just others asking the same questions i had or talking about being denied, so i figured i'd post about my rare case that got approved (in the US.) i can't give legal advice of course, just share my experience and hope it helps someone.
my migraines became chronic october 2020. i quit my job after being denied fmla leave. i had only worked on the record for 3 years at minimum wage jobs. the income was just enough so my husband (bf at the time) and i never really had to worry about bills. i first applied for ssdi in november 2022 (i wish i had applied sooner, i just was so stressed and didn't think i had a chance anyway.) got my first denial letter i think in april 2023. my MIL gave me the info of a few good local lawyers from her local MS facebook support group. i googled some of the names, checking reviews of some of them. called the first one on my list, was told they wouldn't represent me since i'm under 60 (or maybe 50? point being: 26 is a bit younger.) fair enough, so i called the next on my list. answered some basic screening questions and got a phone appointment set up.
i applied for migraines but also listed my mental health diagnoses. usually my mental health is manageable, but with the migraines it started to decline. i had the feeling this lawyer thought i was more likely to get ssdi for my mental health rather than migraines. but i maybe i was reading that wrong and he had to ask more about the mental health since it's a bit more complex to understand than migraines for some people idk. regardless i was honest and he agreed to represent me and was really upfront about how the process works. he told me i'd likely lose the first and maybe 2nd case, but he thought i had a shot. that gave me some hope since he had a lot of positive reviews and i'm sure wouldn't take me if he thought it was hopeless!
still, i stressed a lot because i struggled to find a doctor willing to make a disability statement. it was mostly an issue for me because i had just been forced to switch insurance (turned 27 yay) which made me have to find new providers that don't know me well. luckily my psychologist said he was willing and gave a letter of support! and so timeskip after some more denials, i'm set for a hearing over the phone. my lawyer called me the day before to go over everything; checking that i'm not exaggerating answers, pointing out possible things they could ask about, stuff like that. (not like coaching, moreso just checking that i can give clear answers and not panic lol.) he said he knew the judge and thought she was very fair.
i was super nervous but the hearing seemed to go well from what i could tell! it was so gratifying to hear the job expert say exactly what i've been saying; that i only have experience in low-med labor jobs and those jobs won't hire someone who must be absent multiple days a month. the judge mentioned possibly asking a doctor about applying a special rule they use for seizures to my migraines that would classify me as disabled. the judge was very nice and at the end gave me a "sorry you have to go through this" that felt very genuine tho idk if that's something all judges say. my lawyer called afterwards to say he thought it went really well, i answered things well, and the job expert seemed to agree with us. things seem like they could go either way, but my lawyer sounds more hopeful now too so i'm cautiously excited.
so then mother's day i get a call from my lawyer. i rush to pick up because my social security online account status updated to final review 2 days prior so i knew a decision was coming. and my lawyer tells me, "congratulations, you won" !!!! I contain a scream and say in disbelief, "oh my god, i didn't expect to win my 1st at all!" he explained that actually the judge had written to the doctor about my migraines and the doctor disagreed. my lawyer wrote to the judge that he disagreed with the doctor's descision as he was off about some facts in his report, and the judge agreed with my lawyer!!! so i won for the migraines! he told me about how much i can be expecting and that i'll have to switch my primary insurance to medicare soon.
so i think the moral is: roll a nat20 on lawyer and judge selection and you're good! jk. kinda. i know i'm incredibly lucky to have gotten approved and i know there's so many of you out there that absolutely deserve it but have to fight til the end of the legal system. i mean even my dad was told by his doctor to stop working after a heart attack, but he had to go to the final hearing (in which that judge apologized to him that he wasn't approved earlier.) but if you're considering applying or going thru it and are scared now, just know it's not impossible! i was an anxiety-ridden mess right before my trial and even had a mild migraine during the whole thing, but it went really well! and soon i'll be able to pay off my debts and once again contribute financially!!

2024.05.14 17:46 25shmeckles_ Ex Spouse needs me to sign something for him to cash out a life insurance policy?

We got divorced 5 years ago, but the other day he asked if I could meet him with a notary to sign something so he could cash out one of his life insurance policies. Is there a reason that he would need that?
