I had my baby on May 2nd. I spent the required 3 days in the hospital after my c-section. Less than 12 hours later my fiance checks my temperature, I’m at 101. He calls my mother she says call the doctor. Well since it’s 7am doctors don’t come in until 8am. He checks my temp at 8am and it’s 102.3, he FINALLY gets a call back at 8:30am and they ask to check my temp again. I’m at 105. This time my mother is here and she gives me Tylenol and ibuprofen. They told my fiance my temperature is too high and to come in. I don’t want to move and the hospital I prefer going to is 45mins away. I stayed in the hospital for an extra 4 days. A week total. I’ve been poked, proded, and just have SO MANY bruises from iv’s, blood draws, you name it. My mother who has been taking the day shift so I can get some sleep because I’m a SAHM, and my fiance works and just went back 2 days after I get released from the hospital (the second time). Last night I thought I overate and I wasn’t feeling good. My fiance who has to get up by 7am took the 2 late night feeds and I did the morning. My body HURT, like any touch hurts, I don’t feel good, all I want to do is nap and as soon as I take off my glasses little man is not happy because he needs to be held. My fiance comes home and tells me to sleep. I took a nap for about an hour and guess who wakes up with 101° fever. I’m over this. I hurt from my c-section, I’m over exhausted, I just wanted the joys that came with having a newborn.

Passive ability. Helping hand.
After getting a knock down, increase healing speed by 1.5x.
After getting a kill, increase healing speed for all teammates by 1.5x.
This effect is active until, the next healing item used, and has no time limit. So a knock at the start of the game activating this passive, will keep it active until the end of the game. However that probably won’t be happening.
The passive does not stack. So 1.5+1.5… every knock. It’s just You (The player) gets 1.5x healing speed on your next health item if you get a knock. Then if you get a kill that’s 1.5x healing speed for the whole team. This overrides the first healing buff, so everyone only gets 1.5x
The passive works with every healing item, Lifelines D.O.C, Wattson’s Ult recharging shields.
Full disclosure I have NO IDEA the 1.5x was literally just a random number I came up with that sounded like a nice little bump in speed. If that’s WAY too overpowered I’m very sorry I… I don’t know.
Tactical ability. Switching sides
Switch places with a teammate. I have two ideas on how this would work.
1, Holding down the tactical button, looking at a teammate for 3 seconds, will then activate the teleport, causing you to switch places with them… this seems like the fastest most dynamic way of going about it but also the most accedent prone, and it feels like the easiest to mess up.
2, Pressing the tactical button will bring up both your teammates, kinda like in a JRPG game like Final Fantasy, you then just need to pick one of them and in 3 seconds will switch places with them. This is obviously slower and not as mid combat safe, but a lot more accurate.
Regardless of the method tho. Switching places will create a 30 damage AOE explosion, that will cause knock back and shell shock, similar to a Bangalore Ult stun.
I’m not sure if I want it to do more like healing the teammate you switched with, or giving them passive health recovery like an Octane passive. It’s a Support move because it’s supposed to get your teammate out of a bad situation, like they’re stuck in the Zone, with no health items. There getting killed by gunfire. The point is to Teleport in, get your teammate out of there bad situation, but now your in that situation, so deal some damage, knock back, stun… to help keep you alive after switching places.
I don’t think adding a healing system to it is necessary not that kind of support move.
Ult Ability. Yin and Yang
The Ult dose 2 things that are similar, but keeps her relevant with and without teammates.
If you have teammates, Increase there Ult by 5%. What this means is anything that can be increased will be increased by 5%. This includes Ult time, Ult damage, Ult stun, Ult speed boost. If there is something that can be increased by 5% it will be. Only works for 1 teammate.
If you don’t have teammates. instantly cancel an enemy Ult, that is in its animation. Can’t cancel Ults that are already activated. But if you see a enemy in the Ult animation, pressing your Ult will instantly cancel there’s.

Reading other ECV experiences was so helpful for me going into mine that I thought I would share!
TLDR: not as painful as I thought it could be, was not successful, no complications, would do it again/glad we tried.
This is my second baby. Footling breech and has been from at least 32 weeks when we discovered it at a growth ultrasound scheduled because we had COVID and they offered to me. We’re based in the US.
Scheduled ECV for 37w6d. The nurse called to tell me we were doing it a little later than they wanted because of scheduling at the hospital and it would be a mid-day slot instead of first thing in the morning. Because you prepare like a c-section this meant no watefood until the procedure and monitoring was done. Eek.
I was so nervous because I heard from the doctors, nurses, internet, and some friends that this is a really really painful procedure and the (rare) risks were scary (emergency c section, placental abruption, fetal distress). I wasn’t sure if this was selfish to try when there were so many potential risks to the baby just because I was trying to avoid a c-section. I felt a little better after reading about the (more uncommon) risks to a c-section the night before when I was almost ready to call the whole thing off. That made me feel a little more justified in the decision.
Day of: drove separately from my husband with the plan to try to do this without an epidural or spinal. Got there 1.5 hours before and everyone was delighted we arrived so early (I thought we were late!) I wasn’t as hungry/thirsty as I thought I would be, completely doable. Got set up in a room with a hospital gown but kept bra/underwear on which was great because you’re pretty exposed during all of this. The wrist IV was a little more painful than I wanted but it was great to have some fluids finally. Got the shot to relax my uterus and it was a teeny prick, super minimal. 15 minutes later we were ready to go. I didn’t have the heart racing experience from the uterus relaxing shot I had read about.
Procedure: 2 doctors, 1 PA and 1 nurse were helping me. 1 doctor was doing the ultrasound and helping to position while my primary doctor called the shots and directed everyone/did most of the maneuvering. It was strong pushing on my stomach at first with some more intense pushes. I wouldn’t call this pain, just heavy pressure. The hardest part was that I was tensing up and bracing myself a lot against the hospital bed and they were asking me to try to relax. I’m not sure if did take the epidural or spinal if it would have been easier for them because I would have been less tense. They didn’t seem to think so but you only get so many tries to turn the baby before they don’t want to do more and risk overdoing it and causing risks. My doctor said it’s normally 3 tries and we did 4-5 tries over 15 minutes with 2 breaks.
So unsuccessful but glad we did it. They told me we could try again right before the scheduled c section when I’ve had a spinal and see if that would work. Also sometimes babies still turn!
I could drive myself home after this and feel some soreness like a bruise but nothing major. They told me to watch out for bleeding, contractions, signs of labor or loss of movement for baby. Right now baby is super active and no signs of any issues. If you’re thinking about it I would recommend even though mine didn’t work! It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be and I’m glad we tried.

I am posting about my friend and I; she is aware of this post. We just want to know who is correct in this situation. Let’s call me A(female), my friend will be B(female), and third-party C(female). I am not a fan of C; my friend wanted me to mention this. Ok, I dislike C, lol.
So, I have limited time due to finals/summer school/work, etc. I made plans with B two weeks ahead of time, it was dinner plans and some shopping. I did mention that this would be in the evening/afternoon, and we agreed.
A few days before the day; B calls me telling me to change plans from afternoon to morning. I let B know that I couldn’t, I had group work to do in the morning. B made plans with C; we had already agreed on a day, and it was understood that we would hang afternoon/evening.
I got mad at B because I asked B not to make plans that day since we were going out. B thinks I am a hypocrite for asking her not to make plans, but I had to work myself. I told B that she could have hung out with C in the morning. I told her that it was rude to ask me to change times a few days before our outing. We had plans before she made plans with C. We had agreed on a day and time weeks before the outing, I told her that it is rude to plan something with C during our planned time.
I also want to add something, B did not ask me if we could change the times. I was not asked if I was ok with this. B came out telling me, “Hey let's hang in the morning, I am doing something with C tonight.”
My friend B does not think that she did anything wrong. B thinks that I was hypocritical since I planned work in the morning. B argues that I asked her not to plan something that day, and I made work plans. I have tried to explain the issue is that she is taking over our planned time. B could have seen C in the morning, why am I expected to change the time to make C happy?
I want an apology; these work plans were made during a time that would not affect our plans at all. C thinks that I am wrong, and what is the big deal. B is offended that I said Hell no at agreeing to a time change.
So, who is the asshole?
A(me) or B and tell us why, please. Either, I or B are blind and don’t see it.
I was also asked to share that I got so angry that I canceled the outing altogether.

I’m 40 years old and was 82kg (180lbs) after having my 5th baby and a knee injury when he was 5 months old. My diet was pretty bad, I ate too much chocolate and my cholesterol was high. I was not happy with my body, didn’t even want any photos taken with my baby 😭 I was always slim before but started slowly gaining weight after my newborn daughter died of a heart condition 7 years ago. I had it semi under control until Covid lockdowns. I had honestly started to give up on ever being fit and healthy again, I thought it was all over for me at 40.
I lost 4kg very slowly (probably muscle loss from resting my knee) started training but stopped when I started MJ 2.5mg on New Year’s Eve (yeah big mistake, I was so ill I couldn’t go out).
I have stayed on 2.5 the entire time, in the beginning it was because of shortages and then it was a conscious decision because once I had less fat I felt my hunger actually decreased, fat cries when you don’t feed it, less fat meant less cravings (for me anyway). I’ve never had food addiction before but painkillers gave me serious cravings! I also liked that once my body got used to that dose I had more energy, the hardest part of MJ initially was definitely the tiredness, so using my new found energy and seeing the results has kept me motivated with only a small plateau.
Found out in February that my husband had been extremely unfaithful for a period of 2 years leading up to and including my pregnancy. So this is actually my revenge body and I couldn’t be happier. We are basically separated now (he is trying to get me back) and I get asked out by really nice men at least once a week, I’m not interested in dating but it’s nice to know I’m desirable again.
Today I finally reached 59kg (130lbs), which was my goal weight. I have lost a lot of muscle, especially around my butt and thighs, so now I’m training hard in gym to get my curves back. I just need to replace 3kg of fat with muscle and I will have my goal body. I am still losing weight just from being active and lifting weights now and even forget to take my MJ once a fortnight. I finally trust that I won’t need it to maintain. I will post updates when I get there 💃😅

After the first decade or so, time starts being more amorphous and operating on some cross between a timeline that develops and a stationary Simpsons-like timeline where time doesn't really move. Some things progress, some things don't, everything is kept vague, and characters don't notice or call attention to this. Essentially, large amounts of time are zipped into small amounts of time, and both the longer and shorter time intervals between events are "correct" depending on how much we're zooming in on the timeline. For example, Kyle Rayner had a good number of years as a solo Green Lantern and Tim Drake was Robin for a solid amount of time before Hal Jordan returned and Damian Wayne showed up, but somehow, superheroes in general have only been operating for about 10 to 15 years, max. This is really the only way you can keep Batman perpetually in his 30s or 40s without having weird consequences like each Robin only holding the title for a year before he gets a new one.
So after this, I stop having specific "years" and it becomes more like "periods of time in which certain things co-occur." So there might be considerable time intervals between events, yet those events might also paradoxically be squished into some 10-15-year timeline.

There are things I'm on the fence on, such as whether the Golden Age heroes are part of this timeline. On the one hand, I like the idea of Superman being the world's very first superhero and the public never having had encountered anything fantastical until his debut. If the JSA existed before him, then his debut would be met with "hey look, I guess flying men are back" instead of "can you BELIEVE a man can fly?!" Batman's debut also seems more striking if Gotham was never patrolled by a Green Lantern (that guy probably would have single-handedly demolished Gotham's mob in the '40s instead of letting it grow to the size it would later become).
On the other hand, I wouldn't want to jettison the cool relationships that exist between the Golden Age and later characters, like Kyle Rayner knowing Jade. I think I lean toward "keep them on Earth-2, but allow them to have regular meetings and friendships with the Earth-0 guys." But if the walls between universes are that porous, that just raises the question of why Power Girl got stuck on Earth-0 when the rest of the Earth-2 people can go home whenever they want.
