I hope some one has them both, or at least you have both K2 and Capita boards.
My first powder board is Jones Hovercraft, I have to say it's a great board, floats really well, but it's way to hard, I can not twist it for turn and it's very hard to ollie. And official site says the flex of this board is 7 ...
My second powder board is Korua Dart, great board too, flex is pretty soft and I like it, I can twist my board for small turns, and it can hold me when I was carving. But the down side is, I still can't ollie on it because it basically has no tail. And because of the tail, it's little hard to ride straight on groomer, when I was trying to hit a jump.
I think I started with Hovercraft was a right choice, because I was new to powder, and I don't wanna get stucked in the deep powder. But after few years I think I can ride pretty fast and jump off some small cliffs, so I wanna buy a new board that can ride deep powder and also can do some ollies and jumps in the park.
Had a good time last season in Furano Japan with Dart, the only thing I feel bad is, I can not feel the pop of the tail when I was dropping off some small cliff or jumping from pillow to pillow. So I browse a lot, and I narrow it down to K2-Instrument and Capita-Aeronaut.
The only thing Im afraid of is, Instrument's flex is 7, I know flex scale is different between brands, but I don't wanna get another Hovercraft. So if anyone can tell me, what is K2's 7 equals to Capita's scale, will be great. because I have a capita Scott Stevens Pro, which is flex 5, so I'll have some idea about the flex.
And the only thing Im afraid of Aeronaut is, maybe it's not float enough for deep powder, I know pros ride park board in powder, but I'm not that good. good thing is, this board's flex is 6, compare to my Scott Stevens Pro, I Think I can handle it.

I had no idea that another me was a molecular physicist chemical engineer professor until some of their students got in trouble, I think along with them, for drawing nuclear bombs that I suppose they intended to use on the school. I found Ted’s complaints site off Reddit. You can usually find stuff like this quicker on Reddit than anywhere else off the net. Nice one for that, Reddit 👍 I mailed Ted and within minutes I got semi-automatic shitty responses from Jill and Pradat and John asking for my Ted booking number, well duh, there’s no fucking Ted booking number that’s why I’m belling you guys. I got off the iPad, pulled a hundred grand out from the nearest atm and cancelled my credit card. it started raining hard ( yesterday ) grim cold May rain. I called up SMBC, my bank. they said a new card wouldn’t be sent automatically to my address after I cancelled which is contrary to what they said on the internet when I did it. I really need a card asap. so I went to nara SMBC branch in the pissing rain. a middle-aged broad at the door, with a mask on and eyes that communicated she’d dealt with too much of life’s shit already said credit cards and cc fraud weren’t their problem. I went back to the business hotel with no separate shower toilet and called SMBC again, spoke to a helpful lady, then went back to nara SMBC at her instruction in the pissing rain. I have been working part time as a personal trainer for nearly 4 years. The people I work for in that time and that own the business have been some of the nastiest, verbally abusive, and petty people I have ever known. They lie to clients, steal money, and are just down right scum. The only reason I have stayed is because I love my clients. They make the awfulness better and I have personally become friends outside of this job with many of them. But recently the owners went on a business trip and asked me to be on site for over a week (no extra compensation mind you) and make sure there were no issues, and to watch the small retail shop where they sell supplements and other things.
Well they just got back this weekend and since they have been back I have been bombarded with the nastiest messages about stupid things (like there was a spider in the window and someone left a waterbottle in the bathroom. One such message was a threat about inventory because "the stock of supplements better add up or else.") This is just how they are...
So I'm deciding to quit and move on. I have an opportunity to continue my work at my home (it is small and I don't have all the equipment I need, but it would work.) Or our biggest competitor down the street has asked for me to join them for years but I refused because "it would really anger my current employer."
Either way I'm leaving, but I want to have my bases covered. In my time working here I have been the longest tenured employee. I have seen about nine trainers leave (most of them have been rage quitting over the owners and the way they were treated.) But every single one of them has cautioned me that when I leave the owners will try to ruin me. One trainer was accused of stealing and had a police report filed, and they didn't steal anything. The other was threatened that if they did not delete all their clients off of Facebook there would be consequences. These people are sue happy and have about six active lawsuits over the smallest thing while I've been here. Not to mention the say derogatory stuff and spread rumors about the trainers that left with current clients.
I know me leaving will push clients to leave also. Most no doubt will follow me to wherever I end up. And I'm expecting my employers to come after me big time since I've been here so long and have made a big impact on generating business. I have never signed anything for them, no non compete, no paperwork, nothing. But I fear they may try to spin it and forge my signature or say I stole equipment. It is just a mess, but I am done being bullied by them because I very much cared for this business at first and made every effort for them to be successful, but it's time to leave.
What should I do before I quit? Should I have a lawyer on standby? What legally can they do to me? They have nothing from what I can see. All the other former employees got out of the business because they were so scared of them and what they could do.

I am using Firefox over a decade for my browsing work.
Currently I am using Firefox 125.0.3 [ 64 Bit ] on Debian Linux. [ I am using only one plugin that is uBlock Origin ]
As I remember well since version 100 onwards I am facing issues in simple copy and paste operations. On most of the sites, when I select text, copy button is always grayed out. With Chromium browser, that is not the case. Surprisingly the copy button becomes selectable when I click Inspect(Q) button and cancel inspect function. Is this workaround or a feature or a bug. I am fade up with Firefox with this small quick.
As a part of my work, I need to browse many sites every day and select the required text from those sites and paste it to my application.

I tried searching reddit first for any old posts and found this one that might help but, unfortunately it didn't. The issue here is that i cannot seem to access eorzea collection (i did not post this in the ec subreddit because this is not glam/screenshot related).
I only get the below wall of texts when trying to go to EC

Has anyone experienced this and was able to fix it? If it helps, my DNS right now is 1.1.1.1. I even tried 8.8.8.8 but still doesn't work(PC, Laptop, Work Laptop (lol), Phone).

A long time ago I used to use Teamviewer to manage mine and my family's PC.
With the pandemic there followed remote work where I left my laptop there and remoted in to use.... just as Teamviewer were clamping down on business use. Which is fine, but their customer support were dire, so I tried Anydesk and was very happy with them and paid for a commercial licence ever since. Well worth it not to have to carry my laptop on the commute (old back injury).
I still am a fan of Anydesk, but recent security tightening at work led to the Anydesk ports being locked down. At first it was at our client site where I work, but I could still remote connect if my work VPN was on. Then my work also locked down the ports.
So I've been looking for alternatives and wondered if anyone had any suggestions? We have the usual homelab setup here with reverse proxy, proxmox, NAS, docker etc, so I have a lot of my home tools available to me at work through the proxy and I'm happy to self host, but it has to be secure if my work's laptop is connecting.
I had been looking at RustDesk which feels very similar to Anydesk and I think I might be able to use with NProxyManager(?), but from what I've seen in this reddit they may also have questionable ownership originating from CN.
Any recommendations welcome

Hey guys! I'm planning on moving down to Hobart soon and wondering how someone would usually go about getting Labour work down there? I have a white card and not a lot of experience.
There doesn't seem to be much work advertised on the typical job sites or any Facebook groups specific for these jobs in Hobart, wondering if there's any recruitment agencies I should check out?
