Issue #1: Player interaction with PLD lacks depthPlayers interact with PLD by playing the game and completing Operations. On paper this sounds wonderful, right? Player actions have a direct impact on the metagame every mission they complete! However, when not enough players join a Defend mission early on, we quickly run into the main limitation of PLD - Completing operations is the ONLY way players can influence a PLD result.Whenever bots have a huge advantage over players, there's no longer any point playing on that planet until the timer ends as the mission is effectively lost. Unless the entire player base converges on a single planet there's no realistic means of overcoming the deficit. Would you go out of your way to save a failing Defence mission, or just play what you find fun? Issue #2: Liberating and losing planets is inconsequentialRemember when the entire community came together to defeat the Bots for a grand total of 1 day? It would give endgame players a reason to keep grinding Requisitions/Samples/Medals and create a shared community goal other than completing the MO. So, nung nagsimula na ung time na palagi akong CWD, tinanong nya ano nangyayare kung may loan ba ko, baket lagi ako gipit, kasi di na ko nakakapag bigay ng share ko sa expenses. I lied. Told him na wala akong loan, na majority lang ng sahod ay napupunta sa family.

Then saturday came, naginuman sila buong team. Mga 2pm na siya nakauwi, out nya 5am. Lasing na lasing, di alam pano nakauwi. So, forda alaga ako. While he was sleeping, sunday morning, I had an urge to check his phone, nilagay ko daliri nya kasi tinanggal na nya fingerprint ko at iniba ung pin dahil sa instance ng pangungupit.
The guy messaged him, called him "daddy mwa" at "wag mo ipagkalat sa office kung gano ko kasarap humalik kasi di naman ako magpapagaw"

Now, we're taking a break. Physically, intimately, emotionally. Dun nya nabrought ung struggle namin financially na naging deciding factor para sakanya.
Monday, the day I packed my stuff (Di ko nakuha lahat kasi andami) We had a mature conversation before I left, na aayusin muna ang mga buhay buhay, lalo na ko since wala ko work at pera, ang hirap kumilos. Then kapag ok na lahat, maybe we can try again. Focus muna ako sa sarili at pamilya ko, kasi pati rent namin sa bahay where are father lives ay behind na, malapit na kami maapaalis.
So, yun ang usapan.

Obviously, both games were released as kind of a hot mess. Both companies have pledged to make their games better. CDPR has absolutely delivered on that, and Bethesda is trying to fix up Starfield, though given their general MO I’d imagine it’s not going to be very long before it’s basically abandoned.
Even so, Cyberpunk’s main issues seem to have been bugs (I only started playing recently), while Starfield has some brutal problems with the core of the game’s design. It’ll be a lot harder to fix that than it was for CDPR.
So what could Cyberpunk possibly have to learn from Starfield, of all games?
Simple.
If your protagonist is going to be exploring dark, atmospherically gritty environments, give them a flashlight.
Starfield’s flashlight isn’t great, guys. It’s weak and underpowered for the job it’s been asked to do. But it is there, and there are two missions in Cyberpunk, one in the main game and one in Phantom Liberty, where you get a diving suit with a flashlight that’s much, much better.
You can’t even use the excuse that Cyberpunk has a scanner that takes up a necessary button for the flashlight, because Starfield does that too. They just have the flashlight activate if you hold down the scanner button instead of pressing it.
Give me my goddamn flashlight. Some of us have weak eyes. Trying to navigate areas without power is freaking torture. And if you say “turn up your brightness setting,” then you get freaking blinded in the daytime. That’s not a proper solution.
2077 has everyone running around with optical implants. V canonically has optic implants that highlight cameras and shit, you’re telling me they don’t have a flashlight function?

Then there came a time na I had a problem financially during the rel. Nag offer kasi si bank ng loan, I took it. We spent it mostly, going out of town, cebu, tagaytay, galera etc, and magbili bili ng gamit sa apartment na nirerent nya. So basically, we were building our life together.
So, nung nagsimula na ung time na palagi akong CWD, tinanong nya ano nangyayare kung may loan ba ko, baket lagi ako gipit, kasi di na ko nakakapag bigay ng share ko sa expenses. I lied. Told him na wala akong loan, na majority lang ng sahod ay napupunta sa family.
This kept going on for months, ramdam ko ung stress nya sa pera dahil napapaheram na din siya sa family nya, feeling nya wala siya katulong, based don sa kwento nya sa mga friends namin, di nya masabi saken kasi nga mahal nya ko at ayaw nya ako pauwiin/paalisin.

Umalis ako at nagpahinga with my final pay as my only source, dun pa din sa apartment. Then, malapit na maubos funds ko saka lang ako nag apply apply, nahirapan ako, up to now naghihintay pa din ako ng final interview.
Siya naman, nakapag start na ulet mag work. Bumalik sa dati ang sitwasyon. Pinapasan nya ulit lahat, waiting for me na makabangon. Kaya lang di na nya nahintay.
He told me na napagod na siya maghintay makabangon ako, pinilit naman nya. Kasi ung pinangsimula nya, sa family nya siya umasa eh. So yun ang binubuno nya hulugan ngayon. Sabe nya saken, somehow nagsisi siya at nalungkot makita na nalugmok ako. Hindi ako nakakapag pagupit, sobrang pumayat ako, bumagsak katawan ko, bigat na bigat ako sa sarili ko.
Then sa office nila, may umaaligid saknya na guy. Nagpaparamdam. Before he started working, he gave me a headsup na hindi nya ipapaalam na Bi siya na may partner siya. I said ok, kasi discreet din kami nung una then eventually nalaman din kasi dahil saken din, I was just proud na kami, we're together.

Then saturday came, naginuman sila buong team. Mga 2pm na siya nakauwi, out nya 5am. Lasing na lasing, di alam pano nakauwi. So, forda alaga ako. While he was sleeping, sunday morning, I had an urge to check his phone, nilagay ko daliri nya kasi tinanggal na nya fingerprint ko at iniba ung pin dahil sa instance ng pangungupit.
The guy messaged him, called him "daddy mwa" at "wag mo ipagkalat sa office kung gano ko kasarap humalik kasi di naman ako magpapagaw"

Kahit tulog pa siya, talagang sumigaw ako. Sabe ako ano ibig sabihin neto at pano nya nagawa saken to. Nung sinagot nya ko siya ba nag sabe na "wag mo akong lolokohin" And then this??!!!
He said, hindi nya alam, wala siya matandaan, lasing siya. Typical reasoning.
Sobrang nagiinit ang emosyon ko, sabe ko papuntahin nya ung guy or tawagan at mag uusap kaming tatlo. Ang tinawagan nya, ung straight friend na offcmate nya to ask if nakita nya siya naghalikan, sabe non hindi nya alam, hindi nya matandaan.
Now, we're taking a break. Physically, intimately, emotionally. Dun nya nabrought ung struggle namin financially na naging deciding factor para sakanya.
Monday, the day I packed my stuff (Di ko nakuha lahat kasi andami) We had a mature conversation before I left, na aayusin muna ang mga buhay buhay, lalo na ko since wala ko work at pera, ang hirap kumilos. Then there came a time na I had a problem financially during the rel. Nag offer kasi si bank ng loan, I took it. We spent it mostly, going out of town, cebu, tagaytay, galera etc, and magbili bili ng gamit sa apartment na nirerent nya. So basically, we were building our life together.
So, nung nagsimula na ung time na palagi akong CWD, tinanong nya ano nangyayare kung may loan ba ko, baket lagi ako gipit, kasi di na ko nakakapag bigay ng share ko sa expenses. I lied. Told him na wala akong loan, na majority lang ng sahod ay napupunta sa family.
This kept going on for months, ramdam ko ung stress nya sa pera dahil napapaheram na din siya sa family nya, feeling nya wala siya katulong, based don sa kwento nya sa mga friends namin, di nya masabi saken kasi nga mahal nya ko at ayaw nya ako pauwiin/paalisin.

Moreover, nung nag stay temporarily ung isang friend namin sa apt (kasi walang wala din yon) nalaman namin na pwede pala unahan si bank sa pagkaltas, so gagawin hintayin macredit sahod then bibilisan ang transfer sa ewallet para di madeduct sa loan, don ko na lang nashare na may loan din ako, not directly to him, nabrought lang yung convo kaya nasabi ko na din.

Umalis ako at nagpahinga with my final pay as my only source, dun pa din sa apartment. Then, malapit na maubos funds ko saka lang ako nag apply apply, nahirapan ako, up to now naghihintay pa din ako ng final interview.
Siya naman, nakapag start na ulet mag work. Bumalik sa dati ang sitwasyon. Pinapasan nya ulit lahat, waiting for me na makabangon. Kaya lang di na nya nahintay.

Then sa office nila, may umaaligid saknya na guy. Nagpaparamdam. Before he started working, he gave me a headsup na hindi nya ipapaalam na Bi siya na may partner siya. Then saturday came, naginuman sila buong team. Mga 2pm na siya nakauwi, out nya 5am. Lasing na lasing, di alam pano nakauwi. So, forda alaga ako. While he was sleeping, sunday morning, I had an urge to check his phone, nilagay ko daliri nya kasi tinanggal na nya fingerprint ko at iniba ung pin dahil sa instance ng pangungupit.
The guy messaged him, called him "daddy mwa" at "wag mo ipagkalat sa office kung gano ko kasarap humalik kasi di naman ako magpapagaw"

Kahit tulog pa siya, talagang sumigaw ako. Sabe ako ano ibig sabihin neto at pano nya nagawa saken to. Nung sinagot nya ko siya ba nag sabe na "wag mo akong lolokohin" And then this??!!!
He said, hindi nya alam, wala siya matandaan, lasing siya. Typical reasoning.
Sobrang nagiinit ang emosyon ko, sabe ko papuntahin nya ung guy or tawagan at mag uusap kaming tatlo. Ang tinawagan nya, ung straight friend na offcmate nya to ask if nakita nya siya naghalikan, sabe non hindi nya alam, hindi nya matandaan.
Now, we're taking a break. Physically, intimately, emotionally. Dun nya nabrought ung struggle namin financially na naging deciding factor para sakanya.
Monday, the day I packed my stuff (Di ko nakuha lahat kasi andami) We had a mature conversation before I left, na aayusin muna ang mga buhay buhay, lalo na ko since wala ko work at pera, ang hirap kumilos. Then kapag ok na lahat, maybe we can try again. Focus muna ako sa sarili at pamilya ko, kasi pati rent namin sa bahay where are father lives ay behind na, malapit na kami maapaalis.
So, yun ang usapan.
The next day, siguro tinadhana na din na mahanap ko ung acct ni guy. Matagal ko na kasi talagang hinanap. Di ko napigilan at minessage ko, di ko inaway or minura. I kept it professional.
Told the guy na nababasa ko lahat ng chat nya lalo na ung inuman scene, told him na may partner is not available, not single kaya please pakitigil.
Sinend nya ung message ko na yun sa partner ko with a message "hindi ka pala single, gago ka" He said sorry to the guy.
Inabisuhan ko naman partner ko na nahanap ko ung acct, sinend ko din ung sinabi ko to prove na di ko inaway. Asked him what he feels, he said na di nya alam, na sana hinayaan ko na siya na magsabi. Sabe ko naman, kung matagal mo na sinabi, hindi aabot sa ganto.
Right now, nag uusap pa din kami. Minsan sobrang nakukulitan din ako sa sarili ko kasi nag usap na kami na time and space nga pero madalas ko pa din siya chinecheck. Now, Im back home, pinipigil tanggalin siya sa sistema ko muna. Masyado ko kasi pinaikot mundo ko sakanya, kaya napabaayan ko na sarili ko. Katapos lang namin mag chat over IG pero hindi kami ok. Kulit ko din kasi talaga. Baka sa kakulitan ko eh icut na nya comms ng tuluyan para don talaga sa time and space. Kaya tumigil na ko, pipigilan ko hanggat maaari.

I think the EU needs to grow a pair of balls and lift the sanction. Let the US play at peacemakecareful positioning. Even if the UK/EU can't produce as much as the US< being able to focus US fully on defense would free up enough for over the border strikes. I can see the benefit of careful limits I think what the EU doesn't want is to see the leopards driving across into Russia. that strikes me as a big step. Arguably, russian tanks already took that step, but still. I can see why they are concerned about that. But as long as boots and wheels stay on Ukraine's side of the border, I think it's perfectly reasonable that anything else is free game.

The tempo of Russian offensive operations in northern Kharkiv Oblast continues to decrease after Russian forces initially seized areas that Ukrainian officials have now confirmed were less defendedbasically, as we stated in a previous summary, Russia will park its artillery close over the Ukrainian border, but not too close that it becomes a target. Ballpark figure, lets syay within 10 KM. Then from there it can, without problem, bombard everything and anything it sees fit without the worry of western weapons striking back. Russian forces advance,, but the artillery does not. And suddenly you're in a sticky situation. A big push doesn't happen because the big guns can't reach and Russia is back to meat wave tactics against 13km and 20km of fortifications.
The US Helsinki Commission stated that the US should allow Ukraine to conduct strikes against military targets in Russia's border areas amid an ongoing Russian offensive operation into Kharkiv Oblast from Russia, although US officials continue to express unwillingness to support such strikesHence this is why the US needs to lift this silly sanction. If Ukrainian can strike, lets say 20 KM from its border, that'll deal with the building up of troops, the over the border artillery and what not.

Russian President Vladimir Putin continues to publicly prioritize the further mobilization of the Russian defense industrial base (DIB) while also attempting to assuage possible domestic fears about the negative effects of increased Russian defense spending.He's juggling realism with politics. Realisticly, the DIB needs to pull its finger out because Russia is facing huge shortages, bigger than the shortages of the toilet paper and pasta in Covid times. But to do that he'd have to go onto a war footing (ISW thinks this would not even be enough) but he also knows that Russian's don't want that. At all.
Putin stated that "whoever masters the latest means of armed struggle faster, wins" and called for the Russian defense industry to "double, triple" production and create more effective, accurate, and powerful weapons in order to decrease Russian losses.He can call for it, doesn't mean it's ever going to happen. I calll for a million pound every day. Still hasn't happened and I honestly think I'm more likely to get that million pounds than the Russian DIB is to triple its production.
Putin specifically noted that the Russian DIB must increase the quality of Russian weapons.I'd love to see some statistics: Launches :: num of exploded on launch :: num of hit on target. Russian weapons miss a lot, blow up in the wrong place a lot, and explode with less boom a lot. Still a complete and utter pain in the ass, especially for Ukraine, but a reassurance for NATO in so far as NATO can shoot better, more accurately and with bigger boomage.

We will be bringing our kids (11 / 7) to NYC for the first time to celebrate my son and wife's birthday later this month. Son requested to see the Statue of Liberty and Starry Night (he has Lego sets of both.) We generally try to limit to one “major” activity a day as that is what works best for our kids. Kids are very into Lego and reading so we will plan to hit the Lego store on 5th and multiple bookstores. I’m 22M and she’s 26F but has 2 at-fault accidents. I have a perfect driving record and have never filed a claim.
How can I possibly be quoted this much higher?
