2023.10.29 04:58 n_mcrae_1982 Hosts who were underage at the time

Not surprisingly, there haven't been many people who hosted SNL before they were legally an adult, but there have been a few. I think I got the complete list:
-Drew Barrymore was 7 when she first hosted in 1982.
-Fred Savage was 13 when he hosted in 1990.
-Macaulay Culkin was 11 when he hosted in 1991.
-Lindsay Lohan was 17 when she first hosted in 2004
-Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were also 17 when they hosted in 2004.
(I remember because the Olsens ended the show with one of them saying "we're legal in 2 weeks!" And i think someone said something similar with Lohan. Yeesh!)

I think that's all of them. Not sure if there are any minors since then who'd really be famous enough to host. Anna Paquin and Haley Joel Osmont were both Oscar noms back in the 90's, so they could've hosted. Natalie Portman and Elijah Wood were both child actors, but I think they were both 18 by the time their biggest roles were released. Maybe Dakota Fanning or one of the "Stranger Things" kids, but they're all grown up. Maybe McKenna Grace after "Ghostbusters: Afterlife".
