Lamictal 450 mg

I can’t tell if this is anxiety hives I get when really anxious (had a stressful weekend) or the rash related to lamictal. I just started about 2 weeks ago on 25 mg it showed up a few days ago. (Ignore the bruise)

8 weeks - first trt bloodwork

• 43 year old male
• attached is my 8 week bloodwork
• 120 mgs weekly / 3 injections MWF

I’ve always maintained a healthy lifestyle, no drugs, no alcohol, no smoking etc. my total T over the last few years has floated in the low to mid 400’s & consistently & clinically low Free testosterone. After really optimizing sleep, supplements, workouts, etc. I got my total T into the 500’s; however my free test stays low & I didn’t notice any difference in how I was feeling. My major issues were fatigue, zero morning erections, decreased sex drive, and fat gain despite living a very healthy lifestyle
Enter ….TRT (clinic near me) - no negative side effects - almost immediately I got much better pumps in the gym - and after about two weeks daily morning erections which had disappeared for years. - improvement in daily energy (nothing spectacular…but I can notice a difference)….however the energy has been a bit inconsistent - in the gym, I can go for significantly longer ….prior I was dragging & really had to push myself to get through ….now I go for an hour & still feel good & not totally wiped out. - an unexpected benefit is that I wake up & don’t feel so achy - before trt it had gotten to a point where I’d get up after sitting & would need a few seconds to get moving because I was so stiff. - slight improvement in sexual desire …but nothing crazy
*** I have my follow up on Thursday with my doc.
Thoughts on my bloodwork?? I feel like I can still dial in more to have better energy. It’s only been 8 weeks - and I’m in it for the long haul …so no major physical transformation just yet

These are the labs from my er visit the other day. i need help trying to understand what this means or might be? the er told me to take vitamins and that the cause for my anemia is unknown . i honestly feel bad sometimes and good other times. Thanks!

Hello! I'm a 30yo F. I recently got blood work done at my doctor's office. For months/years l've been struggling with extreme fatigue, breathlessness and increased heart rate while doing simple tasks like walking short distances, headaches, ice cravings, brain fog, etc. I didn't think these were symptoms that health professionals would take seriously, and assumed they would just tell me to exercise more/eat healthy, etc. but I have an amazing doctor who has been taking me seriously. I got these test results back but am waiting to hear back from my doctor. Could this be anemia/the cause of my symptoms?

Let me preface this by saying that I am not seeking medical advice per say, however, I am worried about my lab results and will be going to a doctor when my insurance kicks in(I just started a new job).
Last year, I noticed that I was having back pain all the time, losing hair, and feeling tired. I have been going through a lot of stressful changes in my life in the last year. In December of 2022, I finally finished my undergrad and I was looking for a job in another city to be with my boyfriend and close to my family. Finding jobs was getting very stressful, and having the extra “tough love” support from my mom finding me jobs and being very aggressive about it. I was living at home at the time, and my parents fight a lot. My mom is very toxic and we have a very complicated relationship, and which also always makes me anxious and stressed out. One of my cats passed away in a very unforeseen tragic way, and that hit me very hard for many months. Everybody said that those different factors are what was causing my hair loss, but I went to Hers and was prescribed Minoxidil. I started around May/June. I noticed the normal extra shedding and then I started to see less and less. I was excited that I was not losing hair. Come early 2024, I noticed I was losing some hair again. Early April it was more and more so I decided to go to LabCorp and get a women’s health test to check many different factors. I was starting to get suspicious if it was my thyroid but I needed to interpret my results. Before I could make an appointment, I got a job interview and about a month later, they offered the job and I put my two weeks in. With the move I had to cancel and now with my new job I have to wait for benefits to kick in. I just need to know what people think of these results. I am getting very anxious and stressed again thinking about those results. I’m hoping maybe it is the stress of the past year and moving that was causing this hair loss but who knows. Pretty much everything was good but my EOS was 0.5 and it said out of range and high. My thyroid comprehension test was 1.190. The range is 0.4-4.50. I know it’s within range but reading about having a higher EOS and a lower thyroid value can be an indicator for hypothyroidism.
What do you guys think?
