So as teh title say, and for those that dont know the new version of the game coming out inifinty is gonna be a hard reset meaning lvl 1 restart the story, NSoD refarm, as well as all it variants including Hollowborn and Underworld.
Nice to know lvl cap is gonna increase though which is a plus, but sadly your probably gonna have to refarm VHL, LR, VDK, and more.
So with that knowledge how do you all feel and do you think they should compensate us, give us the resources or give us a badge that allow people transfering form aqw to aqi a means to instantly unlock it after reaching a certain point in the game or what? Hey, I’m thinking about returning to AQW, AQ3D and DragonFable. I’ve been looking at the badges and the in-game unlocks that I’ve gotten through my years playing AQW back in the day and looked around the Heromart. Then, I realized that there are resellers for these codes for the in-game rewards. However, they’re much more expensive than the real thing.
The calendars sell for $20 but these resellers sell the codes for $30. Wouldn’t it be cheaper to just buy the real thing get the in-game rewards and get the physical thing we bought? Or am I missing something here?

Hey guys so I returned back to aqw after years of on and off and usually use to get on for special events. I started farming for things I’ve wanted for a while or considered “end-game” item.
I’m catching up on a lot of things as the game has changed quite a bit.
I got my NsoD a while back with an ioda I got for buying acs… I know I know pretty useless use of an ioda but im super lazy lol but now that’ve recently gotten LR and BLoD im kind of digging the grind…
Do you guys recommend for me to farm the regular version of the NSoD ? Or what do you guys recommend should be next ? Preferably an item that gives a Character page badge.
PSA: I like collecting badges and classes which is why Im considering it but then again I feel like im going to grind to get an item I already have so its not going to be as exciting.

Hey guys i returned to aqw for a couple of weeks now
I actually saw a lot of returning players throughout the weeks.
And most of them seemed pretty lost on what to do. (I was also very lost)
So i thought i might write down some stuff for these players.
​
First of all i think you need to check your storyline status.
For me, i actually didn't finish the chaos saga, and had to continue it.
I recommend finishing AT LEAST the 13 lord of chaos saga to the 7 deadly dragons story.
You can easily check you status on MAP -> STORY.
​
The second thing you should check out is getting ready to farm, solo, party
Check out classes for each use and check items that will help you on rep, xp, cp, gold farming.
Also it's crucial to search for boosted weapons that can be easily obtained.
​
Most returning players should have the 7 years played badge.
You can buy the mage sets that gives you 25% on rep, xp, cp, gold farming
from Book of Lore -> Badges -> Achievement Badges -> 7 years anniversary -> shop
If you played for 11years, then you can also get 25% All monster dmg boost items the same way.
​
Now for classes.
There are a lot of classes that are considered endgame.
I think the reference point of being an endgame class is being top-tier in it's faction
OR used in ultra fights (Ultra bosses will come up later)
​
In these terms, endgame classes are

1. Farming class

F2P : Archmage, Legion revenant
P2W : Necronomancer (Calendar class)

1. Soloing class

F2P : Yami no ronin (dodge solo class), Void Highlord (tanky solo class), Dragon of time
P2W : Mostly any calendar class (I won't go over calendar tier because it's controversial)

1. Tank class

F2P : Chaos Avenger (Tanky DPS), VHL (Tanky DPS), Archpaladin (Tanky Heal)
P2W : Chrono Commandant (Tanky DPS calendar class), Paladin Chronomancer (Tanky Heal)

1. Support class

F2P : Stonecrusher (Buff), Lord of order (Buff)
P2W : Quantum chronomancer (Buff), Infinity Titan (P2W version of Stonecrusher)

I suggest getting at least 1 of each faction.
The easiest and mostly used is Lord of Order (Takes 10 days of dailyquests in /battleoff after finishing the mirror realm questline)
and Archpaladin (Artix quests in /darkthronehub, The quest is MUCH easier if you are member)
lastly Stonecrusher (rep 10 Brightoak & rep 10 Arcangrove & rep 10 Mythsong)
All three classes are easier to get than other endgame classes, so i recommend getting these first.
​
In the case of Farming class you can actually use any multi-hitting class without mana issues. ​ If you do not have a decent farming class at all, then i recommned farming for Scarlet Sorceress. ​ You can get the tier 1 version of Scarlet sorceress, the Blood sorceress as a drop in /towerofmirrors from Scarletta(Boss). Then you can upgrade it to Scarlet sorceress after completing the /towerofmirrors questline.
But, i highly recommend getting Legion revenant even after you get a dece'nt farming class. Because LR is not only a top-tier farming class, it is also a nice sub-dps and support in many ultra fight comps.
​
After obtaining some endgame classes, you can try farming for endgame items.
Endgame items are items with huge boosts (Gold / XP / CP / REP / Damage to all / Damage to tagged).
MOST endgame boosting items are locked behind weeks of Ultra fights.
Some endgame items are behind huge amounts of farming quests. ​
The most recommended farm is the Blade, Armor, Cape, Helm of Awe in /museum. ​
Talk to Valencia in the /museum and go to the crossroads to start your farm. ​
The crossroads are in /museum, NOT /crossroads. ​
Obtaining the Blade of Awe is the first step. ​
BoA unlocks, Awe enhancements. Awe enhancements are the same as the ordinary (fighter, luck, wizard, healer etc.) enhancements PLUS SPECIAL SKILLS that happens randomly on Auto Attack. ​
There are 5 types of Awe enhancements. ​

1. Awe Blast ​

Special skill on autoattack: 100% Hybrid damage, -15% enemy crit rate and defense for 10s, 30% chance ​
Awe Blast is the most used enhancements in a team fight. ​

1. Health Vamp ​

Special skill on autoattack: 80% True Hybrid damage, heal for 125% base damage dealt, 50% chance ​
Health Vamp is used on certain classes, or on certain bosses (usually on bosses that neglects your heal) ​
It's used on classes that have high damage BUT low HP sustain. ​

1. Mana Vamp ​

Special skill on autoattack: 50% True Hybrid damage, recover 10 mana, 80% chance ​
Mana Vamp is used on classes with low mana sustain. ​

1. Powerword Die ​

Special skill on autoattack: Deal 999,999 True damage, 0.3% chance ​
Powerword Die isn't meta, but if you are soloing high HP bosses with classes with fast attacks, it might be useful. ​
But i don't recommend using it at all. ​

1. Spiral Carve ​

Special skill on autoattack: 200% Hybrid damage, +25% crit rate for 10s, 15% chance ​
Spiral Carve is used on two cases. ​

1. Farming Classes with HP & mana sustain ​

To upgrade farming performance, farming classes that has enough sustain use Spiral Carve. ​
Spiral Carve has low probability (only 15%) so it's good on multi hitting farming classes. ​

1. Solo Classes that need the extra crit chance ​

Spiral Carve has 25% crit chance, so dps classes that need the extra crit chance also use Spiral Carve. ​
There are a few shortcuts in unlocking BoA (like Guardian membership) so make sure you check it out before trying to farm BoA. ​
After BoA you need to farm the other equipments of Awe. ​
Helm, Cape, Armor provides boosts and also are used in other endgame quests, so make sure to get it. ​
​
Next topic : Boosts ​
First you need to know the mechanics on boosts.
All ITEM boosts are NOT stackable.
If you are equipping a 50% gold boost cape, 25% gold boost helm
Then the higher boost (In this case 50%) is applied.
The same is for damage boost.
Using a 51% boost weapon and 25% boost cape is not stackable, and you will only have the 51% boost.
HOWEVER, Damage to ALL and Damage to TAGGED is a DIFFERENT type of boost.
If you are equipping a 51% to all weapon and 30% to tagged (tagged means race faction like Elemental, Dragon, Human, Undead, Chaos) then you can stack the boosts.
​
Most popular damage boost stacking is either
51% weapon all boost + 50% armor tagged boost
(The 50% tagged is a VERY VERY HARD GRIND, so many people use 30% tagged boost. The easiest 30% tagged boost is TLAPD items that come around aqw every september. Be sure to get it if you don't have 30% tagged boost)
75% weapon tagged boost + 35% armor all boost

The 75% + 35% is stronger against factioned monsters, but weaker than 51% + 50% to non-factioned monsters. Also there is no 75% ALL tagged boost, so you need 1 of each 5 faction 75% weapons to use it. So enhancements are stressful.
There are pros and cons on both boost stacking, but i personally advise going for 51% + 30%.
And upgrading it to 51% + 50% afterwards.

Speaking of 51% weapons, Necrotic Sword of Doom is the only 51% weapon that is not locked behind Ultra fights, so i advise you farm for it. After you farm NSoD, you can get Legion, Nation, Blazing, Dragonfable, Hollowborn etc. multiple varients of NSoD easier.
You need 8 - 15 51% weapons for each enhancements later on, and getting NSoD is the easiest way to get 7 51% weapons.

Farming endgame items are a pain, but most endgame farming has daily shortcuts.
Checkout the dailys on the items you are farming and make a list to not forget about them
EX)

1. Daily elder's blood (for VHL or Nation NSoD)
2. Daily Lord of Order quest (for Lord of order)
3. Daily void aura (for NSoD)
4. Daily dage scroll fragments (for Drakath armor)

After you farmed for non-Ultra endgame classes and boost items, you can now try to farm Ultra items. ​
There are a lot of ultra fights currently in AQW. ​
There are a few differences between Ultra bosses and non-Ultra bosses. ​

1. Ultra boss maps have 4 people cap

​
Because of the 4 people cap, the comps are usually ​
1 tank + heal, 1 dps, 1 buff + heal, 1 buff + dps
​

1. Ultra bosses have certain gimmicks to make the fight harder ​

Due to these gimmicks, you need to utilize your comp with certain classes and pots to defeat Ultras. ​
Also to prevent the gimmicks from happening AT ALL, SCROLLS OF ENRAGE are almost crucial to every Ultra fights in this game. ​
Make sure you have plenty of Scrolls of enrage in your inventory to taunt the boss and prevent you and your team from being wiped out.
​

1. Ultra bosses have damage intake cap ​

Due to the cap, using calendar classes to nuke is almost impossible. ​
Most Ultra bosses have 100k intake cap. ​
Damage above 100k is reduced exponentially but doesn't go below 100k.
​

For returning players i recommend 4 ultras to start off from.

1. Exaltia ​

Exaltia Ultras are the ones in /timeinn ​
In /timeinn do the questline from sir cole to unlock the three Ultra battles. Ultra Engineer, Ultra Ezrajal, Ultra Warden. ​
These three are the basic Ultras. Since they are basic, the difficulty itself is NOT that hard. ​
But since it is the BASIC Ultra, many that come to farm will not be that helpful. ​
The three ultra bosses are daily ultras. ​
If you kill all three ultra bosses for 21 days, and do some extra mob farming you can get the Exalted Apothesis (51% STATIC weapon). ​
A long time ago, Nulgath items were THE MOST preferred items due to being the MOST UNSTABLE (0 - 60 weapon range). Using Nulgath weapons was the only way to see 10k+ nukes. ​
But nowadays, STATIC (30 - 30 weapon range) are THE BEST weapons. ​
Mathematically, DPS of static and unstable weapons are the same. ​
BUT the problem with unstable weapons is that your heal is also unstable, which might annihilate your entire team in an ultra fight. ​
Due to stability issues, static boosted weapons are currently considered the best type of boost weapon

1. Champion drakath ​

Champion Drakath is a weekly ultra boss in /championdrakath. ​
The main two items you can get from this boss is 1. Empowered Blade of Chaos (75% chaos-tagged damage weapon) 2. Chaos Avenger class (Endgame Tanky dps class used in ultras) ​
In my opinion the best comp for Champion Drakath is ​
Archpaladin / Stonecrusher / Legion Revenant / Lord of Order ​
AP can be replaced by Paladin Chronomancer, and PCM is actually better in Champion Drakath. ​
The main job of AP is to keep the whole team alive, ESPECIALLY the TAUNTER. ​
I've heard SC is replacable, but it never worked for me. So i recommend your team to use SC. ​
As Drakath's damage scales the more he loses HP, SC's defense buff is very crucial to the team. ​
SC can be the taunter. Never tried Taunting as SC myself, but i've seen it work multiple times. ​
LR is the dps in this Comp. LR can also be the taunter. ​
I taunt as LR when other taunters can't seem to time it right, and with AP keeping me alive, it actually works pretty well. ​
Because LR is dps & support, LR can be replaced with Void Highlord and Chaos Avenger, BUT since VHL mains aren't that reliable, ask your DPS to LR or CAv. ​
LoO is the buffer and sub-healer of this comp. ​
I've heard that Quantum Chronomancer can replace LoO, but don't replace LoO with QCM if your tanker is not PCM. ​
AP cannot keep the whole team alive without sub-heal from LoO. As i've tried it, only PCM can keep the team alive without pots. ​
If you kill Champion Drakakth 4 times, you can get the Chaos Avenger class. Good luck :) ​

1. Ultra Nulgath ​

Ultra nulgath is in /Ultranulgath. Click on nulgath to join the fight. ​
There are three reasons to kill Ultra Nulgath. ​
First, you can obtain the STATIC 51% weapon Sin of the Abyss after 5 weeks of killing Ultra Nulgath. You also need extra Nulgath farms to merge the sword. ​
Second, if you have some special items of Nulgath (Bloodletters, Overfiend Blade of Nulgath, Ungodly reavers etc.) you can empower them to 51% weapons. ​
I actually do not encourage empowering EXCEPT Dual Taro's Manslayers, because most Nulgath items are UNSTABLE and the empowered results are also unstable. ​
Empowered Dual Taro's Manslayers are STATIC. If you are looking for an empowered Nulgath weapon, I highly recommend the Dual Taro's Manslayers. ​
Third, getting Void Highlord is MUCH easier with Ultra Nulgath. You can get 2 roentgeniums every week of Ultra Nulgath. ​
Nulgath hits very hard on players, so Nulgath needs to be constantly taunted by TWO players with Scroll of enrage. ​
If there is only one taunter, taunt on Nulgath is not looped, so squishier players (LoO & dps class) are killed during battle. ​
The most used comp is ​
Archpaladin / Legion Revenant / Lord of Order / any ENDGAME dps ​
The first three is similar to Champion drakath ​
AP is tank and heal and 1st taunter. ​
Legion Revenant is sub-tank and buffer. As LR is the sub-tank it is the 2nd taunter. ​
LoO is the buffer. ​
The last person is the dps class. ​ Yes you can use ANY ENDGAME dps. BUT due to surviability and consistancy, recommended classes are Chaos Avenger, Dragon of Time. ​
Void Highlord can also be used, but is not recommended because as said above, most VHL players are unreliable. ​
The dps class focuses on killing Nulgath's sword in 45 seconds. ​
Fail to do that will result Nulgath to wipe your team out. ​
So everybody except your dps will focus on Nulgath, while your dps will focus on the sword. ​
After killing the sword, dps focuses on Nulgath, and returns to killing the sword when it respawns. ​

1. Ultra Dage ​

There is a questline behind this, so join /ultradage and do the questline first. ​
You also need to join the legion to access Ultra Dage. ​
Almost identical to Ultra Nulgath, you can empower special legion items to 51% weapons with 7 weeks of Ultra Dage. ​
Similarly i do not encourage empowering if you do not have the static weapon for empowerment. ​
Also killing Ultra Dage results to shortening of Legion Revenant farm. ​
Ultra Dage have three gimmicks.
First, like Ledgermayne you need to go into either one of the circles in the fight under certain circumstances. ​
This occurs after every three boss paterns. ​
Second, Dage can heal himself. So you need LR to cast decay on time, OR you can spam skills with Legion Doomknight to loop decay. ​
Third, Dage can invert heals and HoTs. Which means, you can wipe your whole team out with team heal. To prevent this from happening, you can either use heal only when Dage isn't inverting heal, or you can use a brain-dead comp. ​
The most used comp is ​
Archpaladin / Legion Doomknight / Chaos Avenger / Lord of Order ​
AP and LoO doesn't use heal, only sustain by Awe enhancement - Health Vamp ​
CAv and LDK doesn't have heal, they use health leach as sustain. ​
Health leach isn't inverted so CAv and LDK are important in Ultra Dage.

Hi, I'm kinda new here at AQW, I've been playing for 4 months now. And I'm currently trying to finish all the storylines available in the game menu. I just want to ask you guys if you can recommend me must visit/old maps and storylines (preferably non-mem and if possible with badge) that I can enjoy farming with.

So back then when I didn't quit playin think aqw release weekly rare package set + rare badge but now we have package set that we can redeem in acc management but it's not rare and the badge too. And now I think they only release seasonal package set? What happen? Do they still release rare packages or only when there is a special event?

HI GUYS I can't log in my or connect my AQW AND FB to battlegems and I can't get my badge and package set to my aqw because of it, I already sent an email to AE support but still no reply I'm afraid that I can't refund my payment after 24hours if they won't reply.

Drakath: (No Gift has given me anything except losing hearts, however talking will give you 1/4 Heart, so it’d be a 24 Day Grind to do it that way) *However I would assume Chaos Diemond would do the job, just I’m not Level 80 on this account yet to check that theory.
Linus: A Fish (It’ll give you 1/4 Heart, anything else will remove 1/4 Heart. So Max Friendship & Badge = 24 Days).
Lord Brentan: (1/2 Heart for Talking, -1/2 Heart for Wrong Gift).
Maya: Chrysanthemums (Will give you 1 & 1/2 Hearts, so only a 4 Day Grind).
Mi: ?
Sally: Emeralds? (Gives 1/4 Heart on top of 1/4 Heart from talking).
Smoglin: Turquoise (Will give you 6 Hearts, so instant Max Friendship).
Twig: ?
Twilly: Apples (Will give you 3 Hearts, so Max Friendship in 2 Days).
Warlic: Orchids? (Gives 1/4 Heart on top of 1/4 Heart from talking).
Xang: ?
Xing: ?
Yulgar: Melons? (Gives 1/2 Heart on top of 1/4 Heart from talking).
Zorbak: Grapes? (Gives 1/2 Heart on top of 1/4 Heart from talking. So probably not the best, but he doesn’t reject it either).
