2024.05.01 10:32 Honeysyedseo Lessons in Brand Building from Ryan Reynolds' $350M Journey

Lessons in Brand Building from Ryan Reynolds' $350M Journey
This is Ryan Reynolds with a net worth exceeding $350 million.

Ryan Reynolds $350 Million
From minting millions with Aviation Gin to writing telecom narratives with Mint Mobile, he's not just playing roles; he's crafting empires.
Here are my core takeaways from his success:

Stay True to Your Personality!

Reynolds isn't just an actor; he's a storyteller at heart, whether on screen or in business.
His approach?
Bring the same signature style to his businesses as he does to acting.
Reynolds trademark wit helped Mint Mobile stand out in a crowded market.
He didn't just endorse the product; he became a partial owner and actively involved in its creative marketing campaigns.

https://reddit.com/link/1chh1id/video/7ib66mka0sxc1/player
The result?
Mint Mobile achieve nearly 50,000% revenue growth in about three years.
The lesson?
When you infuse your narrative into your work, the story sells itself.

Be Involved Not Just Invested!

For Reynolds, it's not about slapping your name on the product.
It’s about enhancing the product’s brand value through hands-on involvement and genuine passion.
This has been Reynolds philosophy for almost every brand he has bought or invested in.
Reynolds acquired an ownership stake in Aviation American Gin in 2018 after which he:
  • Appeared in it’s ads
  • Was actively involved in marketing campaigns and set their creative direction

Ryan Reynolds Aviation American Gin
The result?
In August 2020, Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol, acquired Aviation Gin LLC in a deal valued at up to $610 million.
The lesson?
Disrupt with charm, and always, always stay on brand—even if that brand is irreverently yourself.

Harness the hype because timings is everything!

Reynolds takes what happens in the news and immediately creates ads for his companies.
This in turn creates massive growth and builds billion-dollar brands.
For instance, in Dec 2019 controversial Peloton ad resulted in a negative public reaction.
Reynolds quickly tapped into the viral moment by featuring the same actress in an ad for his Aviation Gin brand.

https://reddit.com/link/1chh1id/video/o08s5k6yyrxc1/player
The result?
The ad boosted Aviation Gin's visibility and sales!
The lesson?
Follow trends and keep your businesses agile and adaptable to trends.
When AI and ChatGPT first hit the news, Reynolds created an ad for Mint Mobile where ChatGPT wrote the script for the ad.

https://reddit.com/link/1chh1id/video/unx7jqu5zrxc1/player
The result?
ChatGPT did not churn out pristine copy but the ad had 195000+ views on Youtube within 24 hours of being posted!
While AI wrote the script, Reynolds' delivery and comedic timing likely played a bigger role in the ad's success.
The lesson?
Take what is trending and channel the attention towards your company.

Leverage Humour as a Strategic Business Tool!

Reynolds witty, self-deprecating humour and charismatic persona have become a hallmark of his brand.
Remember the viral video where he jokingly apologised for Aviation Gin's overly elaborate production process?

https://reddit.com/link/1chh1id/video/0uq3ey9izrxc1/player
That was more than humour.
It was strategic, making the brand feel accessible and fun.
Reynolds and actor Hugh Jackman frequently trade barbs and mock insults.
This is usually centred around their businesses - Aviation Gin for Reynolds and Laughing Man Coffee for Jackman.

https://reddit.com/link/1chh1id/video/5rj731bqzrxc1/player
This ongoing banter is deeply entertaining for fans.
My biggest lessons from this:
  • Humour can be a powerful branding tool.
  • Humanise Your Brand to connect with Customers on a personal level.
  • Partner with another brand (ideally complementary) to create a buzz for both.
Reynolds often uses jokes about Mint Mobile's ads being low-budget.
But the core message for the audience is that the brand offers affordable mobile services.
He communicates the brand’s value proposition in a fun and engaging way.
https://twitter.com/VancityReynolds/status/1410567172900917256

Don’t make it all about the money

Ryan often blends philanthropy with brand promotion and uses his platforms for social causes.

https://preview.redd.it/pxakk25zzrxc1.jpg?width=1282&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=62d9e8385862202a350dc2220de8c9e5096e073c
He leveraged his ownership of Mint Mobile to provide free cell service to Americans during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lessons for me:
  • Align your business and social values.
  • Focus on the real impact of your contributions rather than just the publicity.
Building a business empire like Ryan Reynolds' takes hustle, humour, and heart.
It might not be a guaranteed knockout every time, but mastering those elements puts you in the championship ring.
Get in Touch with Us.
Let us help you realize your brand building dreams!

2024.05.01 10:20 DragonWolf5589 Any advice about upgrading?

Hi. Looking at buying advice. I can research myself but i need a starting point.
Long story short, had a yamaha - too old, has no hdmi. Last year got sony dnr1060 for £20 (bargain buy in pawn shop due to fm radio not working - didn't care about radio not working)
It blew my centre speaker in a few weeks so had to replace the speaker... Want to upgrade to a new reciever so my firecube works in 4k through the receiver (then i dont need my tv remote to keeo switching between firecube ans the amp for everything else, as it sends sound via arc due to firecube wont push past 1080p due to song dnr1060 being hdcp 1.4 not 2.2
Googled "best affordable av receivers 2024" posts about denon avr s660h and s770h came up as "most popular" according to youtube vidros... So i found a listing for both models (same product page) on amazon but it also lists s970h whats the difference?
Are ant of them suitable as the per watt channel seems low to my speakers? I don't want to blow up any again.
but.... Then a youtube video (and some forums online) say "in my advice never EVER buy the denon s series, only get x series i had both and all i can say is only get X series".. But refused to say WHY?
does anyone know why? X over s? Is it THAT different... (and what is different with AVC and AVR models other then price in S series) why do soke say not to buy s series? Are there issues?
if it helps for advice a suitable av reciever (any brand really) - i just want advice as a starting point to research properly
my fronts are 8ohm 20-20,000hz 180W sine 350w "music power" (500w peak) floor standing full range speakers
Surrounds: 25-50w 4-8 ohm bookshelf (matching set to fronts but confused why power rating so different)
Centre: 100-150w 6 ohms (non matching set - my sony 1060 blew up my old centre as it was only 25-50w rating so im guessing my amp too much power for the speaker)
Im.a noob about watts/ohms.. What av receiver brands are best and what POWER per channel shoukd i be looking at to not damage/blow up speakers again?

2024.05.01 07:10 Ok-Independence9933 Unveiling Patterns: Harnessing the Potential of Regression Analysis Across Industries

What is regression?

Regression models the relationship between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables. The main objective is to determine how independent variables affect the dependent variable. Regression predicts the dependent variable based on the independent factors. A mathematical equation describes the best-fitting line (or curve) through the data points to reflect the variables' relationship. Different forms of regression analysis fit different data and research goals.
Most often, linear regression assumes that the dependent variable varies proportionally to the independent variable. Polynomial regression allows curved relationships, logistic regression provides binary outcomes, and multivariate regression uses several independent variables. Economics, finance, social sciences, and healthcare use regression analysis. Regression analysis can help market researchers analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and market performance. Businesses can use historical data to find patterns and relationships to inform pricing, marketing, and product development decisions.

Fast Fact

Sir Francis Galton first developed regression analysis in the late 19th century to study the relationship between parents' and offspring's heights, laying the foundation for modern statistical modeling techniques.

What are the steps involved in conducting a regression?

Performing a regression analysis requires multiple stages to examine the relationship between variables accurately. First, define the research issue and choose the relationship to study. This entails identifying the dependent variable (the outcome of interest) and the independent variable(s) (the factors thought to affect it). After setting the study question, collect data on the variables of interest. Data must be accurate, dependable, and representative of the population or phenomenon being examined. This may require surveys, historical documents, or datasets. Data preprocessing involves screening for missing values, outliers, and data quality after data collection.
Next, choose a regression model based on the data and research question. Linear, logistic, and polynomial regression are common. After choosing a model, you estimate its parameters using statistical methods like OLS for linear regression. The model's quality of fit and independent variable statistical significance are assessed after estimation. Finally, you apply the research question to the results and form conclusions about the variables' relationships and consequences. Regression analysis assumptions and constraints must be considered, and results must be interpreted cautiously in the context of the research.

How can companies take advantage of regression?

Businesses can utilize regression analysis in numerous ways to improve decision-making and obtain a competitive advantage. Regression models enable organizations to forecast future outcomes by analyzing past data, thereby facilitating the application of predictive analytics to forecast customer behavior, demand patterns, and market trends. This facilitates the optimization of resource allocation, production planning, and inventory management.
Furthermore, regression analysis facilitates the enhancement of marketing strategies through the identification of the effects that different pricing strategies, promotional activities, and marketing channels have on sales performance. By allocating resources in accordance with the most effective marketing strategies determined by regression, businesses can maximize return on investment (ROI) and improve the overall effectiveness of their marketing efforts. In addition, by identifying factors that contribute to business risks and facilitating proactive mitigation strategies, regression analysis facilitates risk management. In general, organizations are able to mitigate risks, seize opportunities, and make data-driven decisions by utilizing regression analysis in a dynamic business environment.

What are the components involved in regression?

Regression analysis requires several key components for understanding and modeling variable relationships. Regression analysis uses one or more independent variables to predict or explain a dependent variable. Our analysis begins with the dependent variable, the outcome or variable we want to understand or predict. We refer to this variable as Y. However, independent variables, often called predictor variables, may affect or explain dependent variable changes.
A mathematical regression model shows the link between dependent and independent variables. The linear regression model, which assumes variables are linear, is the most frequent. Regression analysis also evaluates model goodness of fit, which measures how well it fits observed data. R-squared, adjusted R-squared, and residual analysis are evaluated. Residuals are the disparities between observed and anticipated dependent variable values and are used to evaluate model accuracy. The final interpretation of regression results involves understanding coefficient significance, assessing multicollinearity between independent variables, and drawing conclusions about the variables' relationship based on regression coefficients and statistical significance.

What value does conducting regression along with primary research bring to the table?

The integration of primary research and regression analysis provides substantial benefits to organizations through the enhancement of their comprehension of business dynamics. Primary research offers qualitative insights and contextual information, whereas regression analysis contributes statistical rigor and quantitative validation to the findings. By incorporating both methodologies, organizations acquire a more holistic understanding of the determinants that influence business results.
Primary research facilitates the identification of pertinent variables and potential associations. In contrast, regression analysis provides empirical evidence and insights into the magnitude and significance of each factor's impact by quantifying these relationships. This integrated methodology improves the process of making decisions by providing a more profound comprehension of market trends, customer inclinations, and competitive forces. Moreover, it empowers organizations to reveal concealed patterns, verify hypotheses, and enhance strategic endeavors by relying on substantial empirical data. In general, the incorporation of regression analysis alongside primary research serves to fortify the analytical underpinnings of business decisions, thereby promoting well-informed strategies and augmenting a competitive edge in ever-changing market landscapes.

How can regression with secondary market research correlate?

By quantitatively analyzing and interpreting secondary market research data, regression analysis can improve its value. Historical data, industry studies, and market trends provide essential market dynamics insights in secondary market research. Regression analysis quantifies variables, validates trends, and reveals data patterns. Companies can identify patterns, evaluate their relevance, and predict market behavior using regression algorithms on secondary data.
Regression analysis can quantify the strength of a correlation between advertising expenditure and sales performance in the industry, estimate the impact of advertising on sales, and evaluate marketing strategies. Regression can also discover market demand, pricing elasticity, and customer preferences by studying historical market variables. This quantitative method improves analysis rigor and depth, helping firms gain actionable insights and make data-driven decisions. The association between regression analysis and secondary market research enhances analytical understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic growth prospects.

22-minute read to cover the latest developments in Armenia beyond headlines.

Azeri public continues to discuss the possible return or exchange of Armenian exclave Artsvashen currently under Azerbaijani control

Context in Monday news digest. A ranking member of Azerbaijani parliament suggested returning Artsvashen to Armenia in exchange for the Azeri exclaves, or swapping them so each side can keep what it currently controls. An Azeri analyst called it dangerous to allow Armenians to return to Artsvashen because he believes it would make the entire territory of Azerbaijan "up to Ganja" vulnerable.
AZERI JOURNALIST (Fatima Movlamli): There are currently [Azeri] military positions near the entrance of the village [Artsvashen]. Although the local population is not strictly checked upon entry and exit, some control appears to be in place. The army checks "strangers". The village is also observed from far away. All the houses are empty; they are crumbling. There is no one around. The only people you see are nearby villagers who take their cattle to [Artsvashen's] pasture.
NEARBY AZERI VILLAGER: I visit the [Armenian] village to feed my cattle and my family. If they give it to Armenians, it will be my end. This is our source of bread, and these areas will no longer be safe for us. Many of us rely on these territories for a living. There is total unemployment and none of us have other jobs. We will have to emigrate if they give this village.
NATIN JAFARLI (ReAl party): There are two reasons why the village was not populated [by Azeris, after the capture in 1992]. The first is for legal reasons because Armenia could claim it's their land and demand compensation. There are also socio-economic components that have forced the population to migrate to Baku over the past 30 years. If there was a normal socio-economic policy, there would be no migration. It's not easy to create social infrastructure in Bashkend [Artsvashen] for natural reasons. If we decide to swap the enclaves, then referendums must be held in both countries. Can you imagine the Armenian police or army marching 30 kilometers deep into Azerbaijan? It doesn't sound realistic. The same about Azeris entering the exclaves inside Armenia. How will you guarantee the population's food, banking, communication, gas, etc.? It doesn't seem realistic.
ELKHAN SHAHINOGLU (Atlas research center): Even if Armenians return our 4 villages [presumably within Azeri exclaves], it will be difficult for Azeris to live in them because we will be forced to reach the villages through Armenia. The same is true if we transfer [Artsvashen] to Armenia. Therefore, I believe this issue can be resolved if the lands are exchanged.
AZERI RESIDENT: I used to work as a nurse in [Artsvashen]. I remember how I attempted to save the lives of the soldiers who captured it. I don't want it to be returned to Armenia because I'm concerned that the same events will repeat. Nothing good will happen if Armenians return here. This place connects Shinikhi to the entire Ganja region. Should we allow Armenians to stand between the two? I'm 65 so the future generations will have to live here but no one will dare to come if they hear about the presence of Armenians.

Azerbaijan is still reluctant to include the Almaty Declaration in the final peace agreement despite the April 19 separate agreement to use it for border demarcation

FM MIRZOYAN: Recently we agreed that the demarcation should take place on the basis of the Almaty Declaration and the Regulations of the border commissions should also refer to the Almaty. This is one of the principles, and if we manage to include Almaty in the peace agreement, then we will get very close to a final resolution. Our neighbor is still reluctant to make a clear reference to the Almaty Declaration in the peace treaty, which is a more comprehensive document.
The second issue is with the unblocking of communication routes. Armenia is ready to become a part of the international transit route. The Crossroads of Peace will benefit Armenia and the entire region. Turkey and Azerbaijan would also benefit by connecting East and West. If this is implemented, it will be another interesting way to connect the Persian Gulf countries with the Black Sea economic region.
QUESTION: You froze your participation in CSTO. Do you plan to join NATO?
MIRZOYAN: We do not want to be part of a dysfunctional mechanism [CSTO]. But we are still a CSTO member so it's necessary to take steps to make it function; we are discussing the issues on the AM-RU agenda. Simultaneously we have launched a process to strengthen AM-West relations and to diversify Armenia's economy.
source, video,

interview with Azeri opposition activist-in-exile Arif Yunusov

REPORTER: Azerbaijan had long refused to use 1991 Almaty for delimitation but on April 19 they agreed to launch the process based on Almaty. Why did they change their position?
YUNUSOV: Because of the problems Aliyev developed with the West. When Blinken makes a phone call, that means extensive work was done prior to the call. The issue of sanctions raised earlier this year was also raised after months of work. The collective West is pressuring Azerbaijan. We have entered the decisive phase of the West-Russia confrontation. The physical fights are taking place in Ukraine, while diplomatic wars rage in the South Caucasus.
Russia attempted on several occasions to destabilize Armenia's internal stability by using Azerbaijan but their efforts have failed and there hasn't been any serious escalation on the AM-AZ border. Pashinyan was not exaggerating the possibility of a war in Tavush a few months ago; there was indeed a real threat. However, the likelihood is much lower now and Azerbaijan has given its approval to launch the delimitation process. The ongoing delimitation process is part of the effort to regulate AM-AZ relations and push Russia out of the region.
REPORTER: Blinken spoke on Sunday with Aliyev and Pashinyan. I'm under the impression that this AM-AZ delimitation, despite being called "bilateral", is actually being moderated by the US.
YUNUSOV: Absolutely agree. Aliyev has a lengthy history of rejecting many Western efforts and being close with Putin, so the fact that he didn't reject it this time indicates serious pressure from the West. By the way, Aliyev became president in February but Biden hasn't congratulated him yet. For Aliyev, it's very important to receive a congratulation personally from Biden.
The US is moderating this process step-by-step. This process began in 2022 when Pashinyan recognized Nagorno-Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan; that was part of the US plan to normalize AM-AZ relations. Under this plan, Azerbaijan announced the formation of a commission to "integrate" Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians. Obviously, it all changed later and the US officials began to raise the issue of Aliyev being too close to Russia and about a need to pull him away from Putin. It appears the US is gradually getting what it wants because the US's role in this demarcation process is huge.
REPORTER: Is this also why Azerbaijan asked Russia to withdraw its military base from Nagorno-Karabakh? Was it under the US pressure?
YUNUSOV: I'm not entirely sure about the full details behind their withdrawal. I don't even know if they are truly being withdrawn because there is a motive to calm the Azerbaijani public that's anti-Russian.
There is also the fact that Russia was unable to deploy those peacekeepers on the AM-AZ border and push out the EU border monitoring mission from Armenia. Russia attempted to achieve this in December 2023 during a meeting in St. Petersburg but Pashinyan rejected Putin's efforts. Moreover, Pashinyan said that Armenia is no longer interested in the fate of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh and that this topic must be resolved between Russia and Azerbaijan. This was followed by Pashinyan's order to remove Russian agents from Yerevan's airport by August 2024. So Russia's effort to pressure Armenia with the hands of Azerbaijan has totally failed.
It's a strange situation, the withdrawal of peacekeepers. We don't know how many were removed and how many remain. I do not have information that the US pressured Azerbaijan to remove the Russian peacekeepers. [audio cuts off] The US is only strong when there is Armenia, during meetings, and we tend to receive information whenever Armenia is part of a negotiation process, whereas Azerbaijan-Russia talks are more secretive.
It appears Russia is withdrawing the equipment first because they need it ahead of the May offensive in Ukraine, before possibly a wider withdrawal by September.
Regarding the demarcation of the AM-AZ border, Russia understands that if the parties reach an agreement, that could mean the end of Russian presence in the South Caucasus. The AM-AZ border is a geopolitical issue. Russia will publicly formally welcome the delimitation efforts but it's not in their interest.
REPORTER: Why is France silent about the April 19 delimitation agreement?
YUNUSOV: France has adopted the correct position. First of all, Western states coordinate their policies [including on delimitation], but in each region, each Western state takes up a different position. For example, on the Ukraine issue, France provides support to Ukraine but the main locomotive is the US. In the South Caucasus, it's the opposite: the US provides the moderation efforts while the main locomotive - in this case, support for Armenia - is France. There is a crisis in FR-AZ relations. So France doesn't want to hinder the delimitation effort by intervening; they let the US handle it. There is currently an anti-French hysteria in Azerbaijan. The French endorsement of the AM-AZ delimitation agreement would be a big blow to the process.

ruling party rejects opposition's motion to conduct the AM-AZ border delimitation based on 1993 "de facto" borders instead of 1991 Almaty borders

Context and debates in April 23 news digest. The opposition is against delimiting borders with the 1991 Almaty maps.
The opposition accuses the ruling party of serving Turkey's interests while the ruling party accuses the opposition of attempting to derail the 1991 delimitation process so they can drag Armenia into a new conflict before bringing the Russian "empire" as a savior to establish their rule in Armenia.
One thing that struck the ruling party's nerves was the opposition's narrative that "Armenia ends where the Armenian soldier stands". The ruling party believes that this principle is both dangerously expansionist [in the case of 2.5 Azeri villages] and would also endanger the fate of occupied Armenian lands. "We have a clear border with Azerbaijan, and it must be reproduced on the ground," said a ranking ruling party MP. Yesterday the government said over 50% of the task was done on a section of the Tavush-Gazakh border.
In response to the opposition's accusations that the ruling party serving the interests of Azerbaijan by "surrendering lands", a ruling MP accused the opposition of pressuring the government to surrender a corridor to Russia and Azerbaijan.
RULING MP: Mr. Sharmazanov [ex-president Serj's party] routinely says the quiet part out loud. At first, he spoke about the need to give a corridor [to Azerbaijan and Russia, via Syunik], and more recently he made another fantastic statement. Sharmazanov said "a homeland is eternal while a state is variable. The state's borders can expand or shrink." This stems from their mentality that today they are MPs of the Armenian parliament but tomorrow they could just as easily be Russian Duma MPs, representing the Armyanski Oblast. This is the clash of values: a stable state with borders vs. a "homeland" with variable borders. For us, the Republic of Armenia is irreplaceable and the independence of Armenia is non-negotiable. //

the independent TV & radio regulator was summoned to parliament to report the 2023 activities

REGULATOR: Last year the broadcasters under our watch operated freely, without government intervention. The TV outlets stated that they were not pressured or obstructed by any branch of the government to limit their freedom of expression.
The issue persists with misinformation and hate speech, but our 3-year-long monitoring reveals that this negative content has been significantly reduced in public multiplex. This positive trend has multiple reasons, including our Committee's fight against the abuse of "freedom of speech". This type of negative content has, by in large, moved from television to the internet and social media.
We are strongly against the government's electoral code amendment that required private media outlets to allocate a limited number of free hours to candidates during electoral campaigns. How is this different from requiring gas stations to provide free gas to candidates? The media outlets are deprived of hours that they could use to generate income.
We've been calling for reforms in the law regulating the media. The 2020 law on liberalizing media regulations is a welcoming change. The field is free, with minimal intervention from the Committee (regulator) or the government.
However, this liberalization also endangers Armenia's media security. For example, foreign channels broadcasted over Armenia's public multiplex and cable often spread content illegal under Armenian law and against the Republic of Armenia's interests. The law does not grant the Committee enough powers to curtail this. At the moment, the Committee has jurisdiction over public multiplex TV and licensed radio channels only. This creates an uneven competition field with channels broadcasted over the net, which do not have to follow the same rules. Under European directives, a minimal level of regulation of internet content has become a requirement for European countries. We advise the government to follow European practices.
The public often wonders what share of cable TV content is in Armenian or made in Armenia. Our research reveals the content based on the country of origin: Armenian 71 (vs 68 last year), Russian 174 (vs 167), European 75, American 38, Other 15. As you can see, relevant parties should take steps to increase the share of Armenian content.
We have very important progress in another metric: Armenian-language programs aired over Armenian channels, nationwide or in Yerevan. The Armenian-language programs accounted for 95% of the air. This includes foreign content translated into Armenian or with Armenian subtitles.
2018: <60%
2020: 79%
2021: 81%
2023: 95%
We have progress in another important area. Over the last 3-4 years, on the public multiplex, the share of partisan ideological content has been gradually replaced by content more beneficial to the general public. For example, (1) we now have a sports program that promotes the development of local sports and provides coverage of local events. (2) We have a family channel called Noor available in Yerevan. Despite some challenges and flaws, they are doing their best to establish themselves as a family channel. (3) We have an educational channel Bun. (4) We have a music channel Dar21.
By in large, the public multiplex still falls short of delivering what we envisage. We believe the time has come to adopt a new state strategy on media to prevent a crisis. We could have a crisis because the state has too many regulations and not enough incentives to allow channels to use their slots to generate income and produce quality content.
We fear that during the next auction for slots in 2027, several slots could be left uncontested, which could pave the way for the entry of propagandistic channels or clearly weak channels unable to deliver quality content. If the channels fail to generate income, they could also be sold to foreign buyers. Therefore, some channels could begin to serve the interests of foreign states and serve foreign propaganda to Armenian citizens.
We advise the government to...
(1) reduce the number of channels on public multiplex. It's an unreasonably high number for a country size of Armenia. Fewer public multiplex channels means each channel would receive more ad dollars, which would raise the quality of content.
(2) establish a media assistance fund to incentivize quality content over the public multiplex.
How do we monitor media channels for compliance? The monitoring phase lasts 2 months per year. In Lithuania and Georgia, it's 1 month. The rest of the time the monitoring is done by NGOs, the public, and other institutions.
We penalized 34 companies for broadcasting pirated content. This is a shamefully high number. There are unfortunately companies that do not respect intellectual property. The only option left is to ramp up the enforcement. The atmosphere of impunity among channels is driven by the fact that the size of the penalty is only $130, which is a lot less than what they'd spend on obtaining the rights to the content.
We've been enforcing rules more vigorously, and in 2023 alone there were 64 administrative proceedings. In comparison, between 2011-2018 there were a total of 17 such proceedings.
2011-2018: 17
2021: 84
2023: 64
Reasons for administrative proceedings: copyright violation, illegal ads, content harmful to children, gore & violence, cussing on air, failure to meet the minimum threshold of 20% for certain types of content, etc.
In December we made a decision to suspend the re-broadcasting of [Russian] Sputnik Radio for a month. We were accused of violating their free speech [by Armenia's opposition factions], however, the radio's leadership visited Armenia, apologized for their content, and agreed to exclude the violating show [Kremlin propagandist Tigran Keosayan] from their programming aired in Armenia. We lifted the suspension.
Once again, the Committee reminds that it will suspend any foreign outlet that broadcasts content that spreads hatred towards the Republic of Armenia or its people, interferes with Armenia's internal affairs, questions Armenia's sovereignty, or engages in provocative actions.
Along with increased enforcement, we also have more complaints filed against our decisions in courts, which shows that the enforcement & appeals process is functioning freely. Sometimes we lose these trials. We learn and gain experience.
We recently signed the first-ever agreement with a country outside Eurasia. The agreement with friendly Argentina's state media agency will allow Armenia's public channel to film a big սերիալ.
The Committee is cooperating with the high-tech ministry to use AI in our work to save resources and raise efficiency.
ASSYRIAN-ARMENIAN MP: The law requires television to provide content in the Assyrian language. Similar programs exist for Yezidis but not Assyrians.
REGULATOR: The law requires the content to be either in Assyrian language or about Assyrian culture. The latter requirement was met.
ASSYRIAN-ARMENIAN MP: But we would like to hear content, speech, in Assyrian language.
REGULATOR: We want to do that by requiring local television channels [presumably where Assyrians mostly live] to provide content in Assyrian language, rather than requiring the public channel to broadcast that content nationwide, because the vast majority of nationwide consumers would not be able to consume content in a language they do not speak. It should be more targeted. Assyrian subtitles on public nationwide channels are also an option so submit your suggestion and we'll negotiate with H1.
RULING MP: I welcome your decision to take action against [Kremlin's] Solovyov and Keosayan for their anti-Armenian and anti-Armenian Republic content, but people wonder why you don't take similar measures against others, like [Kremlin's] Kisilyov. What have you done in this regard and what suggestions have you sent to the high-tech ministry?
REGULATOR: Our Committee has the authority to suspend re-broadcasted radio channels, as in the case of Sputnik, but we cannot suspend television channels. We can only send complaints to the high-tech ministry so they can take action against TV channels based on the AM-RU interstate agreement. We have been frequently sending reports to our high-tech ministry, and after 3 years of inaction, they finally decided to take steps recently. You already know about their actions against Solovyov's content. The ministry is working with Russia to replace the [empty] Solovyov timeslot with other cultural or entertainment content. You can forget about Solovyov. As a reminder, this program was banned in Armenia not for being "anti-Armenian", which is a vague term, but for violating specific laws of Armenia. They often call for violence, incite steps to launch a war, etc. Even Armenian channels are not allowed to broadcast such content. We need to revise the AM-RU interstate agreement to grant the Committee more powers to regulate foreign channels as well. In the future, we should entirely ban all foreign channels on Armenia's public multiplex.
RULING MP: What is Shoghakat TV, who owns it, and does its content meet the requirements? [It's the channel operated by the church]
REGULATOR: Shoghakat was formerly called a religious-cultural channel. Under the new law, it must broadcast cultural-educational content; its genre legally is not religious-cultural. A recent study shows that the share of religious content is too high and it must be reduced by raising the share of cultural-educational programs to meet the requirements. The channel is receiving funds from the state and must therefore meet the cultural-educational programming requirements.
RULING MP: In other words, Shoghakat is a public channel, at least in part financed by the taxpayers, and does not provide the content it is legally required to? Religious content is not a bad thing but we must be mindful of the state resources.
REGULATOR: It's co-financed by the church and state. Shoghakat is also operating from a building owned by the church, and not the public TV.
OPPO MP: Isn't it time to also regulate the TV channels' social media accounts on Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok? They get more views than the content aired over the public multiplex. Children consume dangerous content on YouTube and TikTok. There are countries that are attempting to regulate it. Can Armenia do this? There are also unlicensed channels on the internet that spread whatever they want. How do we regulate all of this?
REGULATOR: This morning the EU's Ursula von der Leyen announced the possibility of banning TikTok in the EU. The same about the US. Even the most democratic states restrict platforms that pose a danger to their societies. It will be expensive to technologically restrict these platforms in Armenia but we must consider any measure that would protect the Armenian society. Armenia is falling behind the EU directives in terms of content restrictions.
OPPO MP: Today a 9-year-old boy sees as many naked girls in one day as the world's richest sultan throughout his whole life. This is going to have a negative impact on children. The same about narcotics. When are we going to amend the law to regulate this?
REGULATOR: In the case of the 9 y/o boy, the most important institutions are the school, parents, and the surrounding environment. As for regulating the media field, I've been saying this for 4 years and this appears to be a bipartisan issue so let's get together and decide how to regulate it.
RULING MP: Under the existing media regulation law, foreign companies are not allowed to operate a cable service in Armenia. Why is Rostelecom able to operate? Should we lift the ban on all foreign firms or should we ban Rostelecom?
REGULATOR: I believe they meet the requirement by not owning over 49% of the company shares. I believe 51% of their shares belong to an Armenian resident company. In their defense, Rostelecom has voluntarily banned Solovyov's show in Armenia.

անախորժ միջադեպ պառլամենտի բակում

The bodyguard of Armenia/ARF MP Levon Kocharyan, the son of ex-president Robert Kocharyan, is accused of punching and knocking down a journalist in the backyard of the parliament building after the outlet's criticism of opposition churchman and his portrayal as a corrupt agent of Russia.
REPORTER (Davit Levonyan, civic.am, affiliated with ruling party): After finishing an interview with a ruling party MP, I noticed that Levon Kocharyan's assistant/bodyguard Arthur Sukoyan was waiting nearby. He approached me and asked to speak for 2 minutes. I asked my operator to stand a bit further from us so we could talk. The bodyguard attempted to provoke a fight. He was unhappy about my opinion about churchman Bagrat [the co-organizer of the opposition's road closures in Tavush] and he said my actions were blasphemy. I said dear Arthur I have the right to free speech and I don't force my opinion on others, and that he can express his own opinion and that I don't really care about his opinion. He went on to escalate it into a physical fight in a way to present it as "two boys fighting" rather than hooliganism. He began to cuss at me. I said, "If you think I'm that type of person then I can say the same about you". I never punched him, knowing well that it was a provocation. He punched me and knocked me to the ground. I got up and cussed at him but chose not to fight. I told him that "you and the likes of you will answer for this". I wanted to verify whose assistant he was so he said Kocharyan's, and he invited me to his office to "settle the dispute". I told him to get the hell out of here and that he will answer later pa lyubomu.
QUESTION: Were there witnesses and is there a video recording?
REPORTER: My operator witnessed it and it was in front of the parliament building's security cameras. //
The alleged suspect, Arthur Sukoyan, is the son of Judge Alexei Sukoyan whose duties as a judge were terminated by SJC last year for "severe violations".
OPPO MP (Mher Sahakyan): That guy has no right to be called a journalist because I've seen his video [about the opposition churchman] and as a Christian Armenian, it's prosto unacceptable for me. Are you telling me you can describe a representative of a church any way you like and not answer for it? //
MP Mher Sahakyan himself was arrested last year after punching a ruling party MP and forcing him to get stitches.
What was the outlet's report that angered Kocharyan's bodyguard? The outlet accused the churchman of serving Russian interests and owning a meat production business in Tavush. A fact-checker has found that the churchman is indeed reported as a 25% shareholder of the company but the company says the churchman hasn't received profits. The ruling faction accuses the church of unethically using the church's media resources to advertise the "churchman's meat business".

Hungary is blocking the €10 million military assistance to Armenia

Context in April 17 news digest. Hungary is so far preventing the transfer of European Peace Facility resources to provide Armenia with a mobile field camp capability for a battalion-size unit, including a medical treatment facility as well as relevant services and facilities
Armenia submitted the application for funding in 2023. Georgia had earlier received €30 million in assistance as part of the same fund. They received equipment for controlling artillery divisions and engineering equipment.
Hungary, led by Turkish-Azeri-Russian ally Orban, demands that Azerbaijan receive assistance with demining activities in exchange for authorizing the transfer to Armenia. However, since Azerbaijan has not formally requested assistance with demining, it's possible the process could reach a dead end. The internal negotiations continue.

2024.05.01 00:20 Lazy-Succotash-2754 "TWITCH STREAMERS ARE ISIS" by a LeafyIsHere Clone Youtuber

Here is a photoshop mockup of how I remember the thumbnail looking like
I'm looking for a YouTube ad video made around 2016 that was advertised on gaming channels.
The video was a meme about someone equating Twitch streamers to being members of the terrorist organization, ISIS.
It had a similar voiceover and video structure to a leafy video (like this) made during that time. The voice was not too dissimilar, maybe deeper, it was just a joke rant about how Twitch streamers were all a part of ISIS.
I've searched on Internet Archive and I couldn't find anything on Youtube from 2016.
The only mention of it on the internet that I can find is this Reddit post from 2 years ago, which I commented on already. FYI: The title is not cap spam, that is exactly how it was titled in the ad and YouTube video.

2024.04.30 18:41 JustACanadianEh44 Permanent Outdoor Pixels - Digquad/WS2811 12V Regulated Bullet LEDs

Hoping to get some advice on power. I have been reading up on this tech all winter and excited to get rolling with my own setup, but my knowledge of power is limited. I have a DigQuad controller and measured out my runs. I plan doing the roof line to start this year, and possibly expand the project by adding more around windows/doors next season.
To start...
ROOFLINE: 157 feet, 4inches = 1,888 inches (630 pixels @ 3" spacing on centre)
Future Expansion...
WINDOWS/DOOR: ~183 feet = 2,196 inches (732 pixels @ 3" spacing on centre)
The specific pixel strings I plan on using are these ones, suggested by QuinLED:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003623381496.html?aff_fcid=dd14fb8c77a04dfb834a2e490944e092-1714490196873-03834-_De5hdnh&tt=CPS_NORMAL&aff_fsk=_De5hdnh&aff_platform=portals-tool&sk=_De5hdnh&aff_trace_key=dd14fb8c77a04dfb834a2e490944e092-1714490196873-03834-_De5hdnh&terminal_id=76eeea3e68e64f789944265f4357ab44&afSmartRedirect=y
  1. What power supply should I go with? QuinLED's site advises a 350w/29Amps power supply for up to 1000 pixels, which is fine for phase 1 (630 pixels for the roofline), but what if I want to add my 732 pixels for windows/doors later which would bring me to a total of 1,362 pixels? Is there any benefit to going with a 600w/50Amp power supply, or is that a bad idea?
  2. I realize I will need to inject power every ~200 pixels. Is 18AWG suitable for this? Also, will I require any power injection blocks to go with those injections?
  3. The roofline is basically one big rectangle. I plan on running all wiring within the same channeling (either J-trim or custom aluminum flashing (I know a guy). Is there any issue with the length of runs for power injection? I'm a bit worried about all those wires getting crowded in the channeling and not having enough room in there, especially if I need injection blocks in there too.
Thanks in advance, everyone!

2024.04.30 17:51 Apprehensive_Army_29 [Kids Website][2009-2012] I remember playing about 4 games in this website back in my childhood.

Platform(s):

Desktop PC, specifically on Windows XP computer.

Genre:

All games have different view-points. But all games were Single-player.

Estimated year of release:

between 2009 and 2012. It was in the era of Windows XP games.

Graphics/art style:

All of the games were cartoony style, with solid colors in them. Although, all the games down below were like games from Boowa & Kwala. This playlist have the games that seems very fimiliar to me, Although I could not find the games I was looking for.

Notable characters:

(multiple as in Games), I remember that there was a bar above a gameplay screen (white rectangle, where you play the game like flash games in Friv.com) This bar had these circles with TV main cartoon characters on them, I'm not sure if Mickey Mouse, Spongebob and Ben 10 were in these circles or not.

Notable gameplay mechanics: (multiple)

There were four games:
1️⃣ F1 formula game:
The formula car had solid red color for it's base. Top-Down view. It was driving on curvy road with trees along the side. Game Mechanies: You use Arrow keys. I remember that if you hit near a wall, a popup shows with text "game over" or something.
2️⃣ Insect race:
The Insects were racing on a paved dirt plane with rocks (in dot pattern . . . ) lining and spacing like 3 racers. The insects had this sneaking cartoon tipping sounds, but with different variant sounds.
3️⃣ Snakes and Ladders - Pirate edition
View was on screen, like buttons and texts. Sandy background. There was a ladder game-board and a red dice wirh white dots (I forgot which was at right or left). The dice had about three modes: I call it the Idle, Action and Result. 1. Idle: I think there was rectangle button, which then you click on it. 2. Action: after clicking the button, the Dice spins with style of faded-motion, but the motion had delay like 5 frames per sec, with this spinning sound. 3. Result: After dice stopped spinning, it showed random side (Flat), and it sounded similiar to this iMessage's receive sound < (*The second segment of the video)
4️⃣ Insect Maze
Background was maybe solid white, or grassy hill. There was a ladybug inside centre of circular maze. You guide the ladybug by using arrow keys on keyboard or dragging mose to help her get out of the circular maze.
Other details: I think that the website might be related to United Kingdom, since my uncle showed me the website.

2024.04.30 16:12 cliff704 Anthropomorphism Pt. 3

The Humans Call It “Anthropomorphism” Part 1, Part 2
This next part of the story takes a step back to cover the interactions a human squad has with their combat drone which led to the events of Part 1.
Main Hangar of the UNS Isoroku Yamamoto Outer Fringes, Terran Space Start of the H-CD trial period
The unloading bays of UNS Yamamoto's hangar were a hive of activity. Alien technicians from Iydine Defence Systems scurried about their shuttle, unloading coffin-sized containers. One such container stood near the main hangar entrance, the lid removed, revealing the figure standing within. Two of the aliens worked on it, one checking a panel built into the torso while the other consulted the drone's analytics on a handheld computer.
In the midst of the organised chaos, two UN marines stood watching these new arrivals being unloaded and checked.
"What in the name of God is this?" asked Sergeant Foster Harvey, gesturing at the nearest drone.
"That," replied Lieutenant Crosby, "is a combat drone. Human-pattern Combat Drone, serial number 1095. Your section's combat drone, actually."
"We're getting a good few, then, sir?"
"The entire company is getting one per section. The UN Security Council wants us to field test these - they're some new toys from Iydine Defence Systems. The brass reckons it's better one of them get shot up than one of us, huh?"
Harvey looked at the cold, imposing drone. It was humanoid in appearance, made of some darkened metal. Its head was a clear, featureless dome, almost like a blank visor instead of a face. And yet, it managed to give off the distinct impression it was watching you. He shuddered.
"Well, what can I say, sir?" he turned back to the officer, but could still feel the drone's non-existent eyes on his back. "I finally agree with the brass on something."
Infantry Quarters, UNS Isoroku Yamamoto Outer Fringes, Terran Space Two days into the trial period
2 Section filed into the briefing room, with apprehensive looks at the ominous presence at the back of the room. H-CD-1095 stood immobile, seemingly oblivious to the attention it was receiving.
“Gives me the bloody creeps,” muttered Marcus Wyatt to Brennen Vance as they walked past the drone. “Do you think it can hear us?”
“I imagine so,” replied Vance drily. “A deaf combat drone isn’t going to be much use, is it?”
Wyatt looked again at the drone and said nothing, but a worried expression crossed his face.
At the front of the room, Harvey and Lieutenant Crosby exchanged quiet words.
“So then. Where are you going to put it?” Crosby asked.
“Why do you ask, sir?”
“Well, you’re not going to put it at the rear, now are you? If it opens up on a target it could hit all of you – then hit the target.”
“I can hardly send it out first, can I, though? We’re peacekeepers, first and foremost. We need a human face for people to trust. What the hell kind of peace is that thing supposed to signify?”
“So, I ask again,” smiled Crosby. “Where will you put it?”
Harvey looked behind him. The drone stood alone at the back of the room. the section all sitting as far from it as possible. That damn blank visor was still giving him the creeps. He still had that ominous feeling of it staring at him.
“Sir, between you and me, I’d just as soon leave the damned thing here.”
Crosby laughed.
Pirate Vessel, ITS Tusab Outer Fringes, Terran Space Five days into the trial period
Shots tore down the corridor, and the men and women of Section 2 hugged the meagre cover of the alcoves and shipping containers even tighter.
"Where the hell are they?" screamed Jayda Kane into her mic, and Harvey winced at the volume.
"Where? They're bloody everywhere!" replied Connor Baxter, ducking as a fresh hail of rounds tore at the wall over his head.
The pirates had them caught in the perfect kill-box. They had laid a trap, let Harvey and his squad walk in, and sprung it at just the right moment. No clear line towards the enemy, no way forward, no way back. Either stand up and die, or stay hidden and live a few moments longer before one of the scum had the bright idea to start chucking grenades into the killzone.
+HOSTILE TARGETS IDENTIFIED+ grated a rough mechanical voice, cutting across the open radio channel. +CURRENT RULES OF ENGAGEMENT: WEAPONS TIGHT. ENGAGING IMMEDIATE THREATS+
Behind Harvey, one of the squad stood up. The eerie, blank-faced drone, clad in a plain green jumpsuit with a UNMC plate carrier on its torso. In its hands it held a standard issue Sig Mk12 carbine. It began to fire, rapidly shifting aim between each shot.
The rifle roared.
Four shots.
Four accompanying thuds came from unseen positions down the corridor. The combat drone advanced down the centre, seemingly oblivious to the stunned soldiers watching it from either side. Its voice sounded again, not on the radio but blaring through speakers mounted under its blank faceplate.
+UNITED NATIONS MARINE CORPS. SURRENDER IMMEDIATELY. THIS UNIT IS AUTHORISED TO USE LETHAL FORCE+
A single grenade came through the doorway down the corridor, looping almost lazily as it soared through the air. Time seemed to slow down as Harvey watched the deadly munition arc towards his squad. He screamed a warning, knowing there was nowhere to hide, but throwing himself towards the ground all the same.
In a fluid motion that belied its earlier stiffness, the combat drone deftly switched its hands around the rifle, grasping it by the barrel. It swung the rifle like a bat, expertly rebounding the grenade towards its point of origin. There was a pause, a scream of surprise, and a deafening explosion. The drone switched its rifle back to the standard grip and looked around.
+NO OTHER LIFE SIGNS DETECTED. THIS AREA IS SECURE+
Several seconds passed. Slowly, the members of 2 Section rose from their cover, rifles held ready for the slightest movement. There was none. H-CD-1095's scan was correct.
Harvey shook his head in bewilderment as he began to take charge of the section, ordering some to secure the location, some to check the dead, and everyone else to prepare to advance.
He could still feel that blasted eyeless stare from the drone, but somehow it didn't feel so bad now.
To be continued...

2024.04.30 16:04 SuperGoody 30+ Comps to Play with the NEW Artifacts

Hello! It's Goody and I'm finally back with some fun comps to play!
All of these comps are based and centred around the 20 New Artefacts coming next patch! (Here's the Full List)
This is part of a collaboration I did with other TFT Creators called the Composition Competition. So big shout out to Rapid, Alan and Nomsy Diff for their contributions, I think we really cooked with this one! Please go show your support!
In total, there's around 30 comps I'll cover. Some of which you'll have never seen before but others are just slight variations of existing comps.
That is due to some Artifacts not being unique enough to build entire comps around them
However, most Artifacts are awesome! And I can't wait to show you the comps around them!
I will try include as much footage as possible in each section as well!
TLDR;
Forbidden Idol -> Kench
Silvermere Dawn -> Kha'zix/Wukong
Talisman of Ascension -> Sylas
Corrupt Vampiric Sceptre -> Gnar
Seeker's Armguard -> Malphite/Sylas
Mittens -> Any Melee Carry (E: Lee Sin)
RFC -> Qiyana
Prowler's Claw -> Kayn
Spectral Cutlass -> Qiyana/Lee Sin
Luden's Tempest -> Caitlyn
Suspicious Trench Coat -> Ornn/Udyr
Innervating Locket -> Any Tank (I like Yorick)
Horizon Focus -> Lux/Nautilus
Lightshield Crest -> Thresh/Galio
Unending Despair -> AP Kench?
Fishbones -> Ashe
Blighting Jewel -> Teemo/Morgana
Cursed Blade -> Irelia
Lich Bane -> Teemo/Syndra
Wit's End -> Bard/Lux or UdyLiss
Also, due to delays, I haven't been able to make the video for this just yet but I'll update the post as soon as I can.
Disclaimer: I tested these on the PBE and I have not played them in ranked. For transparency, here is my lolchess

There may have been changes during PBE to Live

There have been many patches during the PBE cycle, during which Riot may have removed an interaction. If anything didn't work, let me know! (It's difficult to test because the Artefacts aren't common)
But let's get started!

Inspiring Idol (Forbidden Idol)

As a brief history lesson, I made a discovery about Forbidden Idol, Kench and the Inspiring Epitaph and I had a Kench 2 reach 80k HP which I posted to Reddit
(My VOD of this is here)
And then Perfect-Tangerine638 completely dwarfed this by making his Kench hit 2.2 MILLION HP! What a chad!
So what's going on here? How is Kench reaching such absurd HP numbers?
Well that's because Kench's shield scales of his max HP and Forbidden Idol converts that shield into more max HP and so Kench will rapidly increase his max HP due to this loop. The only other unit that has a max HP shield is Ornn but Kench's HP ratio is higher.
I'm not sure what Tangerine did to reach such an insane number but I can tell you what I did.
I noticed that Forbidden Idol also worked on shields granted at the start of combat as well as from Augments
A great example of this is Inspiring Epitaph.
Any time a unit near Kench dies, Kench instantly gained 12.5% max HP and so he could start to snowball far faster.
However did you know that Azir's soldiers also proc Inspiring Epitaph?
So if you keep Azir summoning soldiers near Kench, Kench will snowball out of control as each of the soldiers perish and increase Kench's HP by 12.5% each!
An that's another reason why Ornn and Kench are the best users of Forbidden Idol, as they both can easily field Azir and Invokers.

And so this is what your Inspiring Idol board would look like

Where you can give the Idol to Kench or Ornn and you have 4 Invoker active to keep Azir casting.
In my opinion, Kench 2 is stronger than Ornn 2 with Idol as Kench has higher HP ratios on his shield, he has HP multipliers through Mythic and Bruiser and you can hit Kench far sooner than Ornn.
Just be wary of Lissandra because even a 80k HP Kench will lose to Liss (i got 3rd) due to her insane CC that will displace Kench and stop him from casting.

AD Thresh (Silvermere Dawn, Talisman of Ascension, Corrupt Vampiric Sceptre)

This idea was invented by Alan and tweaked by me.

AD Thresh board

[VOD] AD Thresh in action

Now the reason why AD Thresh is possible is due to his insanely high base AD (Thresh almost has the highest) and 3 of the incoming new Artefacts
Specifically, there's Silvermere Dawn, Talisman of Ascension, and Corrupt Vampiric Sceptre.
Silvermere Dawn will give Thresh a huge amount of AD, Armour and MR whilst also not debuffing Thresh that much since his base Attack Speed is 0.5 anyway.
But there's also Corrupt Vampiric Sceptre that will get rid of that annoying ability and keep Thresh autoing and sustained.
And Talisman is generally the most reliable choice since Thresh is 2 range and so can sit behind your tanks and stall those 18 seconds, after which he'll just clean up.
So AD Thresh is incredibly flexible due to what items he can take but also due to Fated.
You can select whichever Fated Bonus to make up for what Thresh is lacking.
For example, you can link Syndra and Sett is Thresh is lacking Omnivamp and a Damage Amplifier. Or Aphelios and Thresh if he's lacking AD and Tankiness and so on.
Just bear in mind that Thresh can auto as little as once every 2 seconds, so you need him to hit as hard as possible. So I love items like Infinity Edge and Last Whisper but you also can't go wrong with DB. Just make sure you have reliable Sunder as Aphelios may not be enough.
Admittedly, while I have loved playing this comp (I even played it during Mortdog's Artifact Tournament), I have struggled due to how contested Thresh can be.
And while Thresh is a really fun user of these Artefacts, there are better (more meta) users of them

Corrupt Vampiric Sceptre Gnar board

CVS is insane on Gnar as Gnar's passive will continue to stack, which will then get further increased by CVS and in turn, give Gnar a ton of healing.
So this board isn't anything new but Gnar's itemisation will. Ideally you want to give Gnar Double Titan's + CVS so he can get as much AD as possible, deal as much damage as possible, and heal for as much as possible.
With Dryad, Warden and Double Titan's, Gnar will be considerably tanky and dish out a ton of damage.

Talisman of Ascension Sylas/Riven

Riven Comp Guide

(Play a similar board for Sylas)

Riven and Sylas are probably the best users of Talisman for a few reasons. Firstly, vertical Bruiser is a ton of HP to get through which will stall for enough time especially since Riven and Sylas innately have healing in their abilities.
But if you're worried about the holder dying in combat, you can just trap then in a corner with ranged carries. And it doesn't matter if you're entire board is dead as your last unit will easily be able to wipe the enemy board with double the HP and a massive damage boost (except against Lissandra)
But there's also a bug with this Artifact where Bruisers can double dip into the HP gain.
Have a look at these images of Sylas (VOD HERE)
Before combat he has 5k HP but once Ascension procs, he shoots all the way up to 14k HP.
What's happening here is that Bruiser gives Sylas all the HP before combat, but then during combat Bruiser is also affecting Talisman's bonus HP and increasing it by an additional 80%. (5x2.8 =14)
So due to this bug, Bruisers are disproportionately broken with Talisman thus you should always give it to them.

Heavenly Dawn (Heavenly + Silvermere Dawn)

But let's get back to the fun stuff! Here's Heavenly Dawn from Alan

Heavenly Dawn Board

(Enable whoever your carry is)
As Alan mentions here, Silvermere Dawn is best on AD casters who have powerful ults and can use the tank stats well like Sett or Wukong.
However, Wukong is the better choice here as he can easily heal for his insane damage through Sage and due to Kha'zix and Malphite also being great users of the item.
(Here's Silvermere Dawn Wukong in action)
Like Wukong, Kha'zix is an AD caster but Kha'zix jumps about and one shots whatever he ults. And the tank stats are great for Kha'zix as it makes up for his squishyness.
(Silvermere Kha'zix in action)
Alternatively, you also have Malphite. He doesn't use the AD well but he is the most effective with the CC as any units hit but Malphite's ult cone, will also get stunned.
Unfortunately, Malphite and Kha'zix can fall off late game mostly due to them being 1 cost units.
But, the next Artefact stops Malphite from falling off and that's Seeker's Armguard

MalFIGHT (Malphite Reroll + Seeker's Armguard)

I gotta give full credit to Rapid for this one. This comp is so insanely fun to watch just because of how hard Malphite can clap.
(Seeker's Malphite Footage Here!)
And as Rapid says here, since Malphite’s auto are AOE, he gets takedown credit incredibly easily and so he can snowball very quickly as he converts both the bonus Armour and AP into more damage.
But even though his base AS is pretty low, you still want to give him Rageblade so his can auto more during his ult duration.
So Malphite's main items are Rageblade + Seeker's then you can give him whatever you want.
You can't go wrong with more omnivamp (Like BT), but what could be hilarous is Jewelled Gauntlet.
So your comp will look something like this

Seeker's Malphite Reroll

Bear in mind that both Heavenly and Behemoth are incredibly flexible and so this board can wildly vary. So just play around what you get.
But Malphite does love the AP from Soraka, the HP from Neeko, the Attack Speed from Wukong and the omnivamp if you get a spatula.
And if Malphite has crit, then you can play Kha'zix to increase his crit chance.
Ghostly is also nice here to stop Malphite getting stuck on mega tanks and Sage will give him more sustain.
Your level 9 can be Rakan, Lissandra, Udyr or Azir.
But Malphite is not the only great user of Seeker's

Mageseeker Sylas

Now, I'm sure many of you have already thought about Sylas being the best user of Seekers due to him being a Melee AP Bruiser carry who can use all of these stats well.
So let me add a bit of extra flavour here by combining Seeker's with Ionic Spark

Here's the board I play

This combination is phenomenal for Sylas as he can dash toward the enemy backline so they're in range of his Spark and so proc the damage on frontliners as well as backliners.
Now this is amazing as Sylas will now scale incredibly quickly with Seeker's as he will gain the takedown credit for any unit that Ionic Spark procc'ed on. And so this combo makes up for Sylas' single target weakness and let's him turbo scale
Eventually, Sylas will have so many stacks that backline carries and Mages just can't do anything to him and Sylas will just one shot them. Hence Mageseeker Sylas (is this lore accurate?)
Now ideally, you combine Sylas with Alune as her backline damage is great and can execute especially if she has anti-heal (Morello/Red Buff).
But Seeker's plus Ionic isn't exclusive to Sylas, and you can give these items to another melee AP carry or even a tank.
Seeker's is incredibly flexible like the next Artefact.

Mittens

Now this Artefact is perhaps the most flexible out of the new and existing Artefacts, as any unit in the game can use Attack Speed, Damage Reduction and movement speed well.
But it will be better on melee carries as they tend to be a tad squishy.
Edit 1: Thanks to ContaneShoko for the insight
Mittens is really good on Lee Sin as he uses the Attack Speed well with both of his traits
With Mittens, Lee Sin refuses to die while also slapping everyone and everything.
Lee is so absurdly tanky and the immunity to Chill is huge to keep his damage up
However, those stats don't really matter. The only thing I care about is the reduced unit size
I mean just look at how small this Teemo is with Trench Coat and Tiny but Deadly
[Full video Here!)
IT'S SO CUTE
So here's my request to you guys
Please please please show me screenshots of you stacking Mittens, Mittens + Trench Coat, or Mittens + Tiny But Deadly.
Can it get any smaller and cuter?

RFC Qiyana

But let's talk about something that isn't small, which is the range you can gain from the return of RFC.
Now what's interesting about this Artifact is that not many abilities scale with range. In fact, some units like Kayn and Wukong actually have negative range scaling as their damage is dealt in a 1 hex radius around the unit themselves and not the target.
So you want to give RFC to units that aren't impeded by range, the best of which is Qiyana.
[VOD] Footage here
Regardless of range, Qiyana's ult will always hit her primary target and any units 2 hexes behind her target.
And Qiyana will try to reposition to hit as many units as possible with her ult which allows her to farm that extra range very quickly.

I covered Qiyana Reroll in depth in this video

But here's the comp you play around Heavenly and here's the comp you play around Duelist.
(The Heavenly version is stronger imo)
But generally, RFC is best on units like Qiyana who have secondary damage that can farm range and not on units like Kayn who have terrible range scaling.
But the opposite of this is true for the next Artifact

Prowler's Claw Kayn

The big issue and limitation with Prowler's Claw is that the holder can still take aggro from enemy carries. So if the holder doesn't have enough tankiness or sustain, then they can just get obliterated and do nothing.
The holder of this item needs to be able to tank damage, have incredible sustain, while also being able to get away with building survivability items.
Most AD carries, like Qiyana, can't do this, but of course, Kayn can!
Kayn gets loads of damage from Reaper and his transformation. So with HoJ, BT and Prowler's on Kayn, he meets all the conditions perfectly. [VOD] Footage here And Prowler's will allow Kayn to cleanse any anti heal on him.
From what I've played no one felt nearly as good as Kayn but I think an OK secondary option is Lee Sin as he's kinda similar to Kayn in terms of tankiness but Lee won't be dealing nearly as much damage.
So out of all the AD carries, I just think this item is specifically amazing on Kayn.
But there is an Artefact that most AD melee carries will love which is Spectral Cutlass

Spectral Cutlass Duelists

This item gives AD stats, so it'll best on an AD carry and since the holder needs to be able to sustain damage from the enemy carry, it's best on an AD melee carry.
With this item, you can snipe the enemy carry before they get the chance to do anything
Now Kayn can waste the 6 seconds as he needs to transform so this item is ideal for those who can quickly cast their abilities like Lee Sin and Qiyana (VOD of this here) And what's great with Lee and Qiyana is that they scale quickly with Duelist and their abilties can multiple units and once, and so you can nuke the backline within those 6 seconds.
So you should place your Spectral holder in your centremost rearmost hex so they can target left or right and hit as many enemy carries as possible.
But as this point, I'm sick of AD Artefacts, so let's move on to an AP one!

Heavenly Caitlyn (Luden's Tempest)

Now Caitlyn loves this item as she tends to overkill a lot
And the Luden’s damage can proc Luden’s again if they overkill which is common since the Ghostly Spectres transfer before the Luden’s damage will hit
So of course, any Caitlynn Reroll comp is great but here's also a new variant from Nomsy Diff which is

Heavenly Caitlyn

Through Heavenly, you give Caitlyn as many raw stats as possible so her first ult completely nukes, procs Luden's and proceeds to wipe the board
But is there another Luden's user?

Lucky Luden's (Luden's Tempest)

This was shown to me by Rapid and I mean just watch this clip.
[More Footage Here]
Kobuko just completely nukes the entire board with a single cast because he has scaled so much and how much damage amp he has. And the subsequent Luden's procs are just mental.
Now a lot of the power here is behind those Talismans of Ascension that Kobuko has.
So how do we even mimic a fraction of this power?
Well we need a Talisman for ourselves or Kobuko's Lucky Paws Hero Augment. Either of these give Kobuko a insane damage boost with Ludens
But one of these conditions must be met for this to work but ideally you have both :)
Anyway, Luden's is great for Kobuko as that is the only damage item you need on him as Kobuko's damage scales with max HP. Kobuko gains more HP through his passive and you can play more Bruisers to increase his damage, which means that your item options on Kobuko are extremely flexible.
I'd recommend tank or sustain items but again, you have a lot of options.
And Lucky Luden's Kobuko makes me curious how Ethereal Blades Shen would perform with this Artefact.
But I will say that the setup for Kobuko is far more difficult than Caitlyn's, so if you want a safe Luden's user, then go for Cait.

Piñata Party (Suspicious Trench Coat)

Here's another one from Alan
With Trench Coat, the effects of the holder's items can proc again on the clones. And that includes the effect of the new Support item Unstable Treasure Chest.
Even just 1 Trench Coat and 1 Treasure Chest will result in 9 bonus items for your team, which is insane!
But what if you don't get Treasure Chest?
Well, you can also Trench Coat Ornn so each of the little Ornns can ult and farm items for your team.
And there's also other crazy combinations where you combine Trench Coat with Diamond Hands.
(VOD OF THIS HERE)
Diamond Hands will proc on the initial unit and then proc each time on each of the clones. So per combat, you can proc it up to 4 times!

Trench Coat Teemo (Suspicious Trench Coat)

But are there any carries that can use Trench Coat well?
Well, Alan also came up with Trench Coat Teemo
As Alan mentions here, each unique Teemo can stack their DOT on the same unit.
But this is risky because Teemo needs to be in range of damage so he can proc Trench Coat.
So you can give Teemo Edge of Night as each of the clones will be able to proc the item as well.
This is similar to Udyr who has in built aggro shed through Spirit Walker, that each of this clones will also benefit from.
So your safest bet for a Trench Coat carry will likely be Udyr.
Alan also cooked up Tattoo of Force, Trench Coat and Horizon Focus on this Rek'sai which just perma knocked up everything and dealt a ton of damage.
However, this combination will be incredibly rare
! But be careful, the Coat Clones can drop items if they're ulted by Lissandra. !

Innervating Locket Yorick

Next up, we have Innervating Locket which is huge for any tank that have ults that increase their tankiness, particularly if they increase their max HP.
For example, Diana, Ornn, Garen with his Hero Augment or Yorick with or without his.
My favourite is easily Yorick because he can scale so rapidly with the Locket mana generation. Amumu is also a great option as he'll just keep casting, healing and getting damage reduction from Porcelain.
But the next Artefact is a tank's worst nightmare

Horizon Focus Lux/Naut

This Artefact is super scary for any unit as now the holder's CC will now deal a ton of damage alongside it
So the 2 units with the most CC output are Lux and Nautilus, both of which you play on

4 Porcelain 4 Warden

Lux is your safe backline option but Nautilus is your option if you want him to nuke the enemy backline as soon as possible.
So you can give Horizon Focus to Lux until you find Naut 2
And what's insane with this item is that the damage from it can crit with the Jewelled Lotus Augment (but not Jewelled Gauntlet) (Footage of this Here) And if you combine this Artefact with Silvermere Dawn, then you'll proc the effect of Horizon on every auto!
However, this Artifact is hard countered by CC immunity because the holder can't stun whoever is CC immune and so can't proc the effect of Horizon Focus

Lightshield Crest Thresh/Galio

Now this item is similar to Innervating Locket where it's just generally good on a tank but I think Lightshield is better for your secondary tank as you get a lot of value when the holder dies.
So Thresh is likely the best user as he gains resistances from Fated and Behemoth and his ult also provides shields alongside resistances. So Lightshield Thresh makes your board considerably more tanky.
Alternatively, Galio can give big shields during his ult as he gains Armour and MR based on his current Armour and MR. And if he dies during his ult, then that's a massive shield for your board.

AP Kench (Unending Despair)

OK so I'm not going to lie, this Artefact is probably the least interesting out of the bunch, and I wouldn't really recommend you take it over the other ones.
This Artifact should be better in conjunction with other Artefacts like Forbidden Idol but it's rare for you to get multiple Artifacts in a single game
However having said that, I do think there is potential with units that love Idol like Kench and Ornn.
Especially if you play AP Kench which was posted to Twitter by Tex Summers
Kench should get massive shields on this board and so should maximise the value from Despair. If this board doesn't use it well, i don't know what else can.

Fishbones Snipers/Tristana/Malphite/Azir

So of course with Fishbones, Snipers will love this item as they'll use the extra range extremely well and deal more damage with it, particularly if you give them Fishbones alongside Runaan's or Red Buff.

(Fishbones Ashe is very flexible)

But let's talk about something more fun and that's Fishbones Tristana.
With Fishbones, Tristana can cross map ult and nuke backlines. This is especially hilarious with her buff in 14.9 and IE + DB. However it is inconsistent because there tend to be more frontliners than backliners
(Fishbones Tristana VOD Here)
And funnily enough, Rapid showed in this video that Fishbones Malphite isn't that bad either because he won't get stuck on a single unit and can deal loads of damage all over the place.
Lastly, Fishbones isn't that bad on Azir because he'll spawn the dummy where he ults, which could just be near the enemy backlines. So Azir's soldiers can find themselves in interesting places.

Foamy Teemo (Blighting Jewel)

Now Blighting Jewel is a very narrow Artefact wherein only Teemo and Morgana use it well and that's it.
The MR reduction applies per tick of their DOT abilities so they reduce MR rapidly and start generation mana very quickly.
I've tried this item on other AP carries like Alune, but it never performed as well as Teemo/Morgana
So you should just aim to play around them with this Artefact.

Bruiser Kai'sa For Teemo

(Here's footage of Foamy Teemo from Rapid)

And I like Sage Sylas for Morgana

Cursed Blade

Now last time I checked, this item was godlike on Irelia and subpar on everyone else but that may have changed with one of the numerous patches since.
For most units, 13 stacks is pretty hard to get. And with the effects of this item being hard countered by Edge of Night, I honestly don't think this item is that great.

Lich Bane

Nothing special here, just goes on units that like Blue Buff and Nashors like Teemo and Syndra

Wit's End

Lastly, we have Wit's End
I generally think that you put Wits on a backline carry with a lot of attack speed like Lux or Bard and you give them Rageblade. Or you put this item on a melee AP carry with high base Attack speed like Lissandra or Udyr as they'll use the resistances from the item well.
But luckily Rapid is here to save the day with Rageblade Rageblade Wit's End Malphite which hits really hard and heals for a ton. If you want to try something unique, definitely try that out!

Fin.

Ok that was extremely long but I think that's everything?
I may add more as I play more but I'm very exhausted so bear with me :)
Again, huge shoutout to Rapid, Alan and Nomsy Diff for participating in the Composition Competition!
Please let us know which of these comps are your favourite!
And if there's anything I missed, any questions you have or any silly typos, let me know! I'll address them as soon as possible
These Artefacts are very fun and I hope you guys enjoy playing with them!
Thank you for reading <3

Ltd ("Finco") closed its first tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing through the issuance of an aggregate of 3,575,901 subscription receipts of Finco (each, a "Finco Subscription Receipt") at a price of $0.51 per Subscription Receipt for gross proceeds of $1,823,709.51 (the "Finco Financing", together with the ONGold Financing, the "Financings").
Today, ONGold and the Company are further pleased to announce that Finco has closed its final three tranches of Finco Financing through the issuance of an aggregate of 650,586 Finco Subscription Receipts for gross proceeds of $331,798.86. Together with the subscription funds representing the proceeds of the first tranche of the Finco Financing and interest thereon, ONGold received aggregate gross proceeds of $2,157,543.10 from the Finco Financing.
The Finco Subscription Receipts issued pursuant to the Offering automatically converted, without payment of any additional consideration or further action on the part of the holder thereof, into one common share in the capital of Finco (each, a "Finco Share"), as the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent have been met. The Finco Subscription Receipts were created and issued pursuant to, and are governed by, the terms and conditions of a subscription receipt agreement dated March 1, 2024 (the "Subscription Receipt Agreement") between ONGold, Finco and Endeavor Trust Corporation, in its capacity as subscription receipt agent and escrow agent.
The net proceeds derived from the Financings will be used by ONGold to fund exploration and development of ONGold's mineral properties, as well as for working capital requirements and other general corporate purposes. ONGold paid certain eligible persons (each, a "Finder") a finder's fee of $25,160.94 in cash, and 43,382 warrants payable upon closing of the Financings. Each finder's warrant is exercisable for one Common Share at $0.51 for 2 years following the Trading Date.
The securities distributed pursuant to the Offering have not and will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 or any U.S. state securities laws and may not be offered or sold in the United States unless the securities have been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and any applicable state securities laws, or in compliance with the requirements of an exemption therefrom.
The Transaction
In connection with the Transaction, ONGold has changed its name from "1348515 B.C. Ltd." to "ONGold Resources Inc." (the "Name Change").
Following the closing of the Offering and issuance of the Finco Shares, ONGold, Finco and 1477825 B.C. Ltd. ("BC Subco"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ONGold, completed a three-cornered amalgamation under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, pursuant to which Finco shareholders (including former holders of the Subscription Receipts) received one Common Share in exchange for each Finco Share held, and Finco and BC Subco amalgamated (the "Amalgamation"). Immediately following the Amalgamation, the resulting entity, 1478091 B.C. Ltd. ("Amalco") became a wholly owned subsidiary of ONGold.

The TPK Project
The TPK Project is a gold-silver-copper mineral exploration property, located in northwestern Ontario. The TPK Project is comprised of 2,431 post-conversion cell claims covering an area 47,796 hectares within a highly favourable geological setting. The TPK Project hosts two large independent mineralized systems and is situated in Nibinamik First Nation and Neskantaga First Nation traditional territories.

The first gold-bearing area is contained within the Big Dam and New Growth areas of the property and is a laterally extensive mineralized shear system stretching 35 km across the southern portion of the property. Several phases of exploration have seen a property-wide airborne magnetometer survey completed, extensive surface till sampling and boulder tracing, prospecting, limited induced polarization (IP) and diamond drilling of 29,577 metres in 139 shallow holes.

  • Discovery and definition of the gold grain-in-till dispersal apron: defined as 6 km wide by 11.5 km long, with gold grain-in-till anomalies up to 1263 grains per 10 kilogram till sample (see Northern Superior Resources press release, May 15, 2019). The size and scope of this dispersal train (one of the largest in North America) suggests multiple bedrock sources.
  • Discovery of several gold-bearing boulder dispersal trains returning gold assay values of up to 94.21 g/t Au.
  • Discovery of significant gold-bearing mineralization:
    • Drill hole TPK-10-004 returned 25.9 g/t Au over 13.5 m, including 46.0 g/t Au over 0.5 m, 139.4 g/t Au over 1.7 m, 749.0 g/t Au over 0.3 m and 127.0 g/t Au over 0.7 m (see Northern Superior Resources press release, February 27, 2018)
    • Drill hole TPK-11-013 returned 4.74 g/t Au over 6.8m, including 15.52g/t Au over 1.50m and 33.90g/t Au over 0.50m (see Northern Superior press release, April 13, 2011)
    • Drill hole TPK-13-030 intersected 59.60g/t Au, 92.30g/t Ag and 3.19% Cu over 0.50m
  • Discovery of eight gold-bearing sheaalteration zones, hosting up to 20 m wide intervals of anomalous gold values within envelopes of alteration and/or shearing within the Freure Lake Batholith (see Northern Superior Resources press release, May 15, 2019).
Annex Area
The second gold-bearing system is contained within the Annex area of the property. This system is defined by a gold grain-in-till dispersal corridor. As with the Big Dam dispersal train, the size of the anomaly and the distribution of pristine grains suggests multiple bedrock sources.

  • Mineralized boulders returned assay values of up to 727 g/t gold, 111 g/t silver, 4.1% copper (see Northern Superior Resources press release, June 25, 2012).
  • Drill hole NG-12-003C returned grades of up to 4.62 g/t gold over 5.5 m, including 20.8 g/t Au over 1.0m (see Northern Superior Resources press releases, June 25 and 26, 2012).
  • Drill hole NG-12-005C intersected 13.40 g/t Au over 1.90m (see Northern Superior Resources press releases, June 25 and 26, 2012).
The October Gold Project
The October Gold Project is a district scale property consisting of 1,281 claims covering an area of 265km2 located in northeastern Ontario, 105 km southwest of Timmins and within the Swayze Greenstone Belt. The property is accessible via an all-season highway and network of forestry roads. This property is situated approximately 35km northwest of IAMGold's Côté Lake project and approximately 50 km southeast of Newmont's Borden Lake mine.
The October Gold Project is in the traditional territory of the Flying Post and the Chapleau Cree First Nations. The October Gold property is thought to occur on a western extension of the Cadillac-Larder Lake break, straddling an approximate 15 km portion of the Ridout Deformation zone. Aside from a favorable structural association for gold mineralization and close proximity to an operating gold mine and a second in development, evidence for economic gold potential associated with the property includes widespread anomalous gold values from surface sampling (up to 11.50 g/t, obtained by NSR) and previous diamond drilling and two strong gold soil gas hydrocarbon anomalies (1.5 km x 3.0 km and 2.0 by 2.0 km).
In October 2021, a multifaceted exploration program was undertaken to define drill targets including: i) initial geological mapping; ii) prospecting; iii) rock sampling and channel sampling program; iv) property wide LiDAR survey; v) surficial (Quaternary) geological mapping; vi) orientation biogeochemical and geochemical survey; and vii) a detailed property wide helicopter magnetic survey.
From August to October 2022, reconnaissance geological mapping and prospecting were carried out by NSR. Anomalous gold values up to 0.65 g/t were found in three new areas and the historic Woman River Showing was located and sampled, yielding assays up to 11.50 g/t Au. Also, grab samples from the southwestern part of the property assayed up to 0.55 g/t Au, 1650ppm Cu and 4100ppm Zn, in separate samples. These results suggest the property is prospective for both gold and base metal deposits. Consequently, ground magnetometer surveys were completed in two areas: the South Benton grid for 176.45 line km and the Mallard West grid, for 132.55 line km. In addition, 4 diamond drill holes were drilled, for a total of 853m to better understand the geology around the Ridout Deformation Zone. Although intervals of sericite and silica alteration and pyrite mineralization were encountered, no significant gold assays were returned.
Option to Evolution Mining
On November 6, 2023, Northern Superior announced that it had granted Evolution Mining Limited an option to acquire a 75% undivided interest in the Company's October Gold Project (the "Option") by incurring an aggregate of $7 million in expenditures and making cash payments totaling $1.1 million. From the date herein, the payments related to the Option will be made to ONGold. Specific conditions are as follows:
https://preview.redd.it/438av7fc0mxc1.png?width=720&format=png&auto=webp&s=d1621d50e1f9fac5eb81d339c31908b7d2c8a16a
In the event that Evolution completes the Option and acquires a 75% undivided interest in the October Gold Project, a joint venture shall be formed in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Other Properties
ONGold holds a 100% interest in additional Properties in northwestern Ontario, known as Rapson Bay, Thorne-Ellard and Meston Lake. Together, these comprise 2,334 cell claims, covering 43,791 ha.
Work on these properties by Northern Superior in 2011/2012 consisted of an airborne magnetometer survey, till sampling, geology, prospecting, limited induced polarization (IP) surveys and diamond drilling. This work was highlighted by the intersection of 0.83 g/t Au, 3.07 g/t Ag, 0.55% Cu and 0.028% Mo over a core length of 52.5 metres, including 1.83 g/t Au, 6.65 g/t Ag, 1.08% Cu and 0.059% Mo over 18.0 metres in hole WB-11-008C on the Rapson Bay Property (Norther Superior news release, Jan. 11, 2012). The property has lain idle since that time.

2024.04.30 07:57 arena-nikita What Makes ICICI Personal Loan Stand Out: Key Features Unveiled

In today's fast-paced world, unexpected expenses can arise anytime. Whether it's a medical emergency, a dream vacation, or a home renovation, a personal loan can be a lifesaver. When it comes to personal loans in India, ICICI Bank stands out as a trusted and convenient option. But what exactly makes ICICI Personal Loan so attractive? Let's delve into the key features that set them apart:
  1. Competitive Interest Rates:
ICICI Bank offers competitive interest rates on personal loans compared to other lenders. These rates are determined by your creditworthiness, loan amount, and repayment tenure. However, ICICI Bank is known for its transparency and strives to provide attractive rates to its customers. This translates to lower EMIs (Equated Monthly Instalments) and significant savings over the loan term.
  1. Flexible Loan Amounts and Repayment Tenures:
ICICI Personal Loans cater to a wide range of financial needs. Loan amounts can vary significantly, allowing you to borrow exactly what you require. This avoids unnecessary borrowing and keeps your interest costs down. Additionally, ICICI offers flexible repayment tenures, ranging from a few months to several years. You can choose a repayment plan that aligns with your income and financial commitments, ensuring comfortable EMIs.
  1. Minimal Documentation and Quick Processing:
ICICI Bank understands that time is of the essence when facing a financial need. Their personal loan application process is designed to be quick and hassle-free. The documentation required is minimal, typically consisting of identity proof, address proof, income proof, and bank statements. With online applications and minimal physical paperwork, ICICI can process your loan application swiftly. This allows you to access the funds you need promptly.
  1. Convenient Online Management:
ICICI Bank provides a user-friendly online platform for managing your personal loan. You can track your loan balance, view upcoming EMI dues, and even make prepayments online at your convenience. This eliminates the need to visit a branch and saves valuable time. Additionally, ICICI offers mobile banking options, allowing you to manage your loan on the go.
  1. Prepayment Benefits:
ICICI Personal Loans come with the advantage of prepayment without any penalty charges. This means you can close your loan before the scheduled tenure if you have surplus funds. This can significantly reduce your overall interest cost and helps you become debt-free sooner.
  1. Special Features for Salaried Individuals:
Salaried individuals can enjoy additional benefits with ICICI Personal Loan. Special interest rates and faster processing times are often available to salaried applicants. In some cases, depending on your employer and relationship with ICICI Bank, your loan approval might be simplified further.
  1. Wide Network of Branches:
While the online application process is convenient, ICICI Bank also boasts an extensive network of branches across India. This allows you to visit a branch and speak to a customer service representative if you have any questions or require assistance with the application process.
  1. Excellent Customer Service:
ICICI Bank is known for its commitment to customer service. They offer multiple channels for you to reach them, including phone banking, email support, and branch visits. Their customer service representatives are knowledgeable and can address your queries and concerns efficiently.
Conclusion
ICICI Personal Loans offer a compelling combination of competitive rates, flexible repayment options, and convenient online management tools. With minimal documentation, quick processing, and prepayment benefits, ICICI makes it easy to access the funds you need. Whether you're a salaried individual or a self-employed professional, ICICI Personal Loans can be a valuable financial tool to meet your unexpected needs or even plan for anticipated expenses.
Remember: Before finalizing any loan, it's crucial to compare interest rates and terms offered by different lenders. Use online resources or visit other banks to ensure you're getting the best deal for your situation.

2024.04.29 23:01 Little-Ninja185 Career is sucking the life force from me

I’m pretty new to all of this so please excuse me if I am not expressing myself in terms that fit/work. I am a 5/1 Manifestor with defined Ajna, throat, and solar plexus. I have 23-43 and 12-22 channels.
I am currently working as a high school teacher within a district with a lot of trauma. Quite literally everyone comes to me for advice/support. I am well loved by the students and respected by my peers, but it’s so absolutely draining on me. I also have a second job working mentorship 1:1 which is very manageable.
I am wondering what career will actually suit my design. I just don’t believe that teaching 100+ students a semester with so many varying needs is sustainable for me. (Is this also due to the 6 open centres?)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

2024.04.29 21:57 Skullsnax Revisiting Old Videos

Revisiting Old Videos
Anybody else go back and watch videos from seasons past?
I went on a bit of a binge, going through old interviews Paddock did with Carl Anka (I love a bit of Carl Anka), and it’s wild listening to the kind of foreshadowing that happens in those videos.
But today I binged a load of videos from last season, not just from Paddock and Howson but channels like Tifo, about “how Ten Hag fixed United”, and something in one of the videos really caught my attention.
This video explains how Ten Hag improved United’s ability to keep possession, create chances, improved the press, but also how United can flick a switch and go direct to break down teams that low block them. It also discussed the difficulty of getting a team that Solskjaer built for counter attacks and low blocks to play elite football.
And there’s this bit at around 13:00 where he’s talking about the problems when United go direct and leave just the centre backs, a full back and Casemiro, how this was exploited by teams like West Ham. But United still have work to do, and Ten Hag is fixing problems but then you find another set of problems, and you fix those and find another set of problems.
That was October 2022…
So as early as 2 months into his first season, the counter attack/rest defence issue was being signalled.
Also, the amount of times you hear Jay, Joe, Ste talk about how United are a striker away from challenging, and you occasionally hear one of them go “yea, but who other than Bruno is making chances for a striker”. Almost like they’ve watched these players not give strikers service for years before we bought a striker.

2024.04.29 21:16 Awesomeuser90 It's easy to forget how dangerous humans are as a predatorial species, but we are

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OcPqk-O-fD4&t=208s&ab_channel=TomScott

I accidentally stepped on my cat's paw a few minutes ago, and while nothing seemed broken at least, it reminded me just how big humans really are. I would be something like 15-25 times her mass. Things that are 15-25 times more massive than me would be something like a pickup truck, or several adult male polar bears.
Even relatively average humans can run a marathon if they train for it, and a Roman soldier in the distant past could quite regularly walk from Yorkshire to Rome, crossing the Alps, and fight several battles on the way, carry a full load of armour, building tools, food and water, plus a giant round shield, and humans had hundreds of thousands of such soldiers like that at that time in that one empire. The very fact that humans sweat so much lets us do things like that.
A human who is average can ride a bike from Moscow to Paris in three weeks at no extraordinary speed. Humans can tolerate temperature differentials from -70 Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius in a couple hours if you fly from a place like Yakutsk to Timbuktu, which is a weather range more like the Martian equator. Humans could survive quite easily relative to the radiation on Callisto, which is a moon of the planet with the single strongest magnetic field in the solar system. And individuals have survived being twice exposed to nuclear weapon attacks, and lived to the age of 93. And even in the distant past, people could live to ages like that, even while exposed to hardships.
Humans can come up with means to corral and hunt packs of thousands of bison, like, and I am not kidding here, Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump, in Alberta, used for a period longer than the Pyramids have stood. Not to mention the Pyramids themselves which humans built with only some of the most basic tools and raw labour, and yet they rise higher than many skyscrapers. Humans with just labour have turned St Petersburg into a place that isn't a swamp and created agricultural islands in Lake Mexico.
Humans eat a ridiculously wide variety of food and can stomach a surprisingly large amount of alcohol without dying either, and humans can find things to eat out of almost anything, and figured out how to eat one of the most toxic fish in the ocean, pufferfish, and even deliberately leave some of the toxin there just to amuse ourselves. We can store meat and other food for periods of time that would be absurd. Humans can eat 160 year old hardtack if they want to (Steve1989). We live in the deserts of Mecca to some of the most frozen land in the world like in Nunavut, the jungles of the Amazon to tundral plains of Mongolia and to the deserts near Mecca, and live in the hypooxygenated mountains of the tallest ranges on the planet (measured by reference to sea level) like the Andes and close to Everest.
Humans have the ability to conjure up plots that would take thousands of years to realize to fruition, and even organize systems that would cause those plots to happen. We came back from a narrow pool of ancestors after Mount Toba cooled the world like a nuclear winter. Humans can organize systems to cause two individuals across the largest terrestrial planet in the solar system to commit to a common goal, and this was even possible thousands of years ago. We can figure out how old the universe is, only two generations after we even learned that the Milky Way is one of many galaxies, and only six generations after we found all the planets in our own solar system in 1846, and only about fifteen generations after we built a telescope and learned the Earth isn't the centre of everything as we thought because our eyes themselves can't resolve anything further on their own.
