2024.06.08 18:21 RVA-Shaggy Weird situation with labs

(TLDR: After 2+ years of 150mg cyp. IM, with all other routine 6 month testing showing totals from 800s to low 1000s, suddenly total came back as >1500.)
I've been on 160mg x week cypionate IM for a couple years now. My labs have always been around high 800s to low 1000s on total, but free, except when I first started TRT at a dose of 100mg cyp x week, has always been abnormally low. For example, bloodwork 6 months ago showed total as 1074 (doc is ok with the occasional low 1000s total), and free as 3.8. My doctor is great, me and him collaborate and share ideas, it's not him dictating every single thing. DHEA-S tested at 3 back in January. SHBG was well within proper levels. Total estrogens were 81. I started a 50mg x day DHEA supplement after those shitty test results. After almost 6 months of DHEA supplementation my level as of 5-28-24 was still abnormal, 38. However, all of a sudden, my routine 6 month testing showed total as over 1500 (Labcorp) and free T as 20.8, normal range. As far as nutrient and micronutrient levels, Vitamin D, after 6 months of 20,000 IU D3 daily with a level of 36 before starting supplementation, finally reached 3 digits (102). He also ran, at my suggestion, blood levels of basically everything in a all in one multivitamin pill, plus another 9 other micronutrients. Cost me over $1500 at Labcorp for 29 separate nutritional tests, but it was well worth it. As far as low level results B-12 was 242 Vitamin C was 0.2, selenium was 69, and Vitamin E-Alpha was on the low side but still ok (8.8). Everything else (copper, gluthinione, B6, beta carotene, et al, were fully OK to low normal to high normal.)
Anyway, my doctor emailed me yesterday about the latest test results. He didn't say anything about the >1500 total test except that he thinks I should consider dialing the dose back a bit. Also called in a script for cyanocobalamin (B-12) 4 vials, 1000 mcg IM weekly for 4 weeks, then retest levels, and said to start Vit C high dose supplements ASAP, and selenium 250 mcg daily.
So, I replied to his email with my thoughts. I said the best thing I felt was to completely stop the T for 45-55 days, enough time for it to go through all its half-life cycles. Then, when I see him later next month, perhaps we could get fresh baselines on not only test, but DHEA-S, SHBG, estradiol, CBC, CMP too, along with anything else he could think of.
So, have any of you guys experienced anything like this? I want to post a bunch of Labcorp results but just need to redact personal information first. It's worth mentioning that I've been on methadone maintenance for a while now, however my test levels were already abnormal low before my opiate addiction and meth maintenance. The opiates and opioids simply decreased my already very low total by nearly 75%. There actually are methadone clinics that include testosterone testing in men's bloodwork, and offer Androgel topical scripts for people with fatigue and low libido, or even if they're simply abnormally low sometimes. My clinic does not do testosterone. Another thing worth mentioning is that my PCP is taking care of the testosterone issue, not an endocrinologist.

Bom, a dúvida é basicamente a do post. Trabalho numa empresa a 3 anos já. Porém, sem carteira assinada nem contrato PJ. Pago o DAS e tal, e só isso. Continuo aqui porque apesar de não ter vínculo, recebo 13o, alguns bônus, plano de saúde, home office e um salário bom pra minha situação atual.
Mas queria sair dessa. Não tenho mais como “crescer” nela. Talvez até consiga conciliar esse trampo atual com outro, pois sou bem amigo do dono.
Enfim, minhas funções são todo o departamento de TI rs. Configuro os acessos da rede, administro o servidor, administro o software de gestão da empresa, resolvo qualquer b.o relacionado a área, cuido das planilhas pois tenho conhecimento em Excel avançado (ferramentas Power), faço scripts em batch/python pra automações da rotina de alguns funcionários, debugo o software terceirizado que tá numa stack que não aprendi (Java). Tentei propor soluções mais sofisticadas pra empresa, tipo um servidor na AWS, mas não foi pra frente por causa de verba. Idem pra configurar um chat bot no WhatsApp, aqui tive que resolver com selenium e Python.
Fora do meu trampo, sei o básico de frontend/backend em Node/React e com as libs de python, Django/Flask/FastAPI.
Qual seria o melhor caminho pra procurar outro trampo? Aplicar pra suporte? Meu foco era desenvolvimento, de preferência em Backend.

Alert: In the website we have alerts on UI that are Java script alerts not an HTML.
How we can handle them in selenium? We can handle them using the alert() method in the selenium. First we need to switch them to alerts using SwitchTo() method and then we can accept or dismiss those alerts.
We usually get two types of popups on websites one for yes or ok another is no or cancel so when we want accept those alerts we can use alert(). accept ()
When we want to reject those alerts we can use alert().dismiss()
