How The Chart Works:

These charts are created based on how frequently each song appears in the top 10 songs/albums for all of the users signed up for the chart. If the song or album occupies that user's #1 spot in their individual chart, it receives 15 points, then 14 points for #2, so on and so forth until 6 points for #10. If there is a tie, which is a common occurrence, then the number of points is averaged across those positions, e.g. if two songs are tied for #1, both will receive 14.5 points. Oftentimes there will be multiple songs tied for the last place, in which case the number of points each song receives decreases until it bottoms out at 1 point each.

Son 8.5 M, 45 lbs has abdominal pain since February. He doesn't go to school and stays in bed most of the time. It happened before but not as severe and went away after a month or so. We realize we need to wait longer for Amitripltyne to work but we are concened that he has rear good days (hours) and in bed most of the time. Normally he is a bright, fun and social boy and now doesn't leave his bed. Could this be something not tested for?
Current Outpatient Medications
famotidine 40 MG/5ML Recon susp - Take 2 mL (16 mg) by mouth at bedtime
gabapentin (Neurontin) 250 MG/5ML Solution Take 3 mL (150 mg) by mouth twice a day

hyoscyamine 0.125 MG Tab - does not help

amitriptyline 10 mg Tab - full dosage started May 2nd, makes him agressive

Medical History Summary:
8.5 years old has been constipating for many years. He has been diagnosed with encopresis in 2021. Ever since he was diagnosed with encopresis He was on MiraLAX .5 to .75 cup twice a day. This helped him to control his constipation. During all this time except for approximately a few weeks he was soiling his pants almost daily. He was also frequently complaining about abdominal pain. Per doctor’s recommendation we were reminding him to sit on the toilet after each meal. Feeding him with homemade meals and we try to limit processed food. We did physical therapy and psychologist therapy. He has a toilet foot stool and seat.
About 1 year ago (January 2023), a bowel cleanup was performed per Max’s pediatrician recommendations. One cupful of MiraLAX was given every 3 hours. (No fasting or clear food diet was recommended)
During that time evacuated lots of poops with diarrhea content. We did not achieve the yellow fluid and stopped after a couple of days. Since this cleanup Max experienced severe abdominal pain for about a month.
Per GI doctor recommendation, we were no longer doing cleanup to avoid severe abdominal pain. Instead, Max was back on his MiraLAX dose .75 cup twice a day with fiber gummies 4mg a day.
He has good apetite most of the time, except after a dose of Exlax. His stool was always help soft over these years.
Notes from GI visit April 22nd - Today he has more guarding, mild distension and tenderness. I can't tell if he has a surgical abdomen (ie volvulus, appendicitis) but it is not associated with vomiting or eating. His most likely diagnosis is abdominal migraines (abdominal pain and headaches) and anxiety at this point, but the pattern has been consistent without as much good days. Activity makes him worse, and we have considered ACNES as well. He has had multiple cleanouts, and the periodic soiling could be from inattentiveness. Perhaps this is from constipation, but should rule out surgical abdomen at this time. We had a long conversation today about abdominal migraines, but upon repeat exam, it is still quite guarded. Pain is daily / off and on. Has had 2 good days in last 3 weeks Appetite is good except when pain is high. No vomiting. Stooling daily with miralax. Sleeping well.
UPPER Endoscopy Diagnosis
A. Duodenum, mucosal biopsy:- Duodenal mucosa with no pathologic change. B. Duodenum, bulb, mucosal biopsy:- Duodenal mucosa with a small lamina propria lymphoid aggregate. C. Stomach, antrum/body, mucosal biopsy: - Antral-and oxyntic-type gastric mucosa with focal features of mild reactive (chemical) gastropathy. D. Esophagus, distal, mucosal biopsy: - Squamous epithelium with rare intraepithelial eosinophils (up to 2 per high-power field). E. Esophagus, proximal, mucosal biopsy:- Squamous epithelium with rare intraepithelial eosinophils (up to 1 per high-power field).
The overall findings are nonspecific. The esophageal findings do not meet threshold numerical criteria for a diagnosis of eosinophilic esophagitis. Reflux related changes are favored. Clinical correlation is recommended.

No pleural effusion noted. There is no cardiomegaly or pericardialeffusion.LIVER: The liver has a homogeneous density. No focal masses noted. There is no intrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation.GALLBLADDER AND BILIARY TREE: No calcified gallstones. No gallbladder distension or wall edema. No intra- or extrahepaticbiliary ductal dilation.PANCREAS: No focal cystic or solid mass. There is no pancreatic ductal dilatation or peripancreatic fluid.SPLEEN: Normal size without focal cystic or solid mass.ADRENAL GLANDS: Normal.KIDNEYS AND URETERS: Both kidneys have a normal enhancement without hydronephrosis, renal cysts, masses or perinephric fluid.There is no hydroureter.PERITONEUM: No ascites or free air. No other fluid collection.BOWEL: No abnormal dilatation of the bowel loops is noted. Contrast is noted in several nondilated small bowel loops and in thecolon up to the splenic flexure. Moderate stool noted in the colon, including the rectum. Terminal ileum is visualized andappears normal. A normal caliber partially contrast filled appendix is seen in the right lower quadrant. A few scattered foci ofair also noted in the appendix. No adjacent inflammatory changes are seen. The appendix is best visualized on axial series #2,images 58-69/139.LYMPH NODES: No enlarged mesenteric or retroperitoneal lymph nodes.VESSELS: Vasculature appears normal. Bonjour, j’ai une question, est ce que vous pourriez-vous m’éclairer. Suite à des problèmes que j’avais eu avec ma gestion immobilière j’ai décider de mettre fin à mon bail. Quand je les avait appeler, il m’avait dit que je devais les prévenir 1 mois avant mon départ afin qu’ils puissent trouver quelqu’un. ( je tiens à préciser qu’il ne réponde pas du tout vite au mail, et qu’on a pas de landlord à qui s’adresser quand il y a un problème) Chose faite, un mois avant mon départ, je leur envoie un mail dans lequel je précise la date à laquelle je veux partir. Ils me disent que je dois donc trouver des candidats pour faire une cessation de bail. J’ai trouvé des candidats, et ils ont suivi les procédures que la gestion a dit de faire. Je vous passe la durée, 3 semaines plus tard, à la veille de mon départ la gestion décide de répondre au candidat en demandant si maintenant c’est possible de faire une enquête de crédit. De mon côté, ils m’écrivent et me disent qu’ils ne peuvent pas accepter la cessation du bail parce que les candidats n’auraient pas envoyé tous les documents nécessaires. ( choses complètement fausses, j’ai été mise en cc dans les mails et les candidats on bel et bien envoyé tous les documents nécessaires). Après ceux là un candidat à décider de se désister et une a décider de poursuivre les démarches. Le jour de mon départ, ils renvoient un mail à la candidate qui a décider de poursuivre mais c’était déjà trop tard. Comme je l’avais prévenu, j’ai quand même quitté les lieux à la date indiqué. Maintenant, j’ai proposé une solution, comme j’ai vais vu sur le TAL, c’est possible de faire une résiliation avec ou sans dédommagement ( sachant que je ne vois pas pourquoi je suis en tord et pourquoi je devrais et payer) mais il refuse et menace de porter l’affaire devant le TAL ou de me faire payer 3 mois de loyer en plus. J’ai toutes les preuves qui indiquent que j’ai suivi les procédures et que la gestion n’a pas répondu à temps. J’avais des candidats pour ma date de départ, mais c’est eux qui ont fait que ces candidats ce sont désistés. Qu’est ce que je dois faire dans ce cas ci? Est ce que je dois payer les 3 mois ? Chercher encore une personne pour la maison ? Ou simplement porter l’affaire au TAL ? Merci d’avance.

Ma fille devait rentrer en maternelle en septembre 2024. Etant née en janvier et de surcroit étant assez mature pour son âge, elle est très impatiente de commencer. Pour l’instant elle est élevée à la maison par ma conjointe (et moi évidemment lorsque je ne travaille pas), mais fait une journée par semaine chez une assmat. Je viens de décrocher un travail à l’étranger dans un pays anglophone où elle n’irait pas à l’école avant ses 6 ans (pas de problème pour nous, même si on vise de lui faire faire 2 jours par semaine de l’équivalent de la maternelle là-bas une fois qu’on se sera bien installé). La date de départ de France devrait être entre août et octobre. Dernière précision : ma fille est billingue, un peu plus avancée en anglais qu’en français et n’aura pas besoin de s’adapter à la langue.
Notre problème : Nous n’avons pas envie de lui faire vivre un ascenseur émotionnel où elle fait sa première rentrée puis part dans un autre pays après moins de 2 mois et passe ensuite plusieurs mois avant de retrouver une école qui n’aura même pas la même forme qu’en France. On préfère qu’elle me fasse pas sa rentrée en France du tout. Mais l’instruction étant obligatoire pour elle dès septembre, je me demande quelle est la meilleure marche à suivre pour faire ça le plus intelligemment possible. Ne pas l’inscrire du tout ? En parler à l’école ? Faire un dossier d’instruction à la maison ?
Je suis intéressé par vos avis éclairés ou retours d’expériences similaires :)

Voici ma situation :
Locataire d’un appartement pendant plus de 4 ans, j’ai donné mon préavis qui a pris fin le 3 mai (date de réception du recommandé le 3 février).
Ma propriétaire est une femme très âgée presqu’aveugle et qui n’est plus autonome. Cela complique nos échanges qui sont uniquement oraux et sans trace écrite.
Je n’avais pas de nouvelles de sa part alors une semaine avant la fin de mon préavis je l’ai recontactée afin de convenir d’une date pour l’état des lieux de sortie. Elle m’explique qu’elle a besoin de trouver quelqu’un pour l’accompagner car elle ne voit plus rien, ce que je comprends parfaitement. Le problème c’est que c’est toujours moi qui la rappelle et qui dois sans cesse lui redonner mes disponibilités, comme si elle se souvenait à peine de nos échanges précédents. Elle dit qu’elle va me recontacter, ce qu’elle ne fait pas et ça se répète chaque semaine.
À ce jour aucune date n’a encore été fixée pour l’état des lieux de sortie et je perds patience. Quels sont mes recours ? Ça va faire 3 semaines que l’appartement est vide et j’aimerais passer à autre chose.
Autre point noir : le logement a été loué non meublé mais lors de mon arrivée il y avait un meuble tv et une table qu’elle avait achetés à l’ancien locataire mais je n’en avais pas besoin. Au moment de les remplacer elle m’a donné son accord pour que je les revende et que je garde l’argent. Comme elle est âgée elle ne voulait pas s’embêter avec le fait de récupérer des meubles. Je l’ai remerciée chaleureusement pour ce geste. Je précise que ces meubles n’apparaissent ni sur le bail ni sur l’état des lieux d’entrée. Le problème c’est qu’à chaque conversation elle semble avoir oublié qu’elle m’avait autorisé à les revendre, elle s’en étonne et me contredit comme quoi elle n’aurait jamais fait ça. Ça me gêne énormément car j’ai l’impression de passer pour une menteuse qui essaie de l’abuser, surtout qu’il n’y a forcément aucune trace écrite de cet échange qui remonte à plus de 3 ans. Serait elle en droit de vouloir conserver un bout de ma caution à cause de ça ?

Oh, hello! I didn’t see you there! Well, to be fair, you're behind a screen reading this right now, possibly thousands of miles (or kilometers) away from me. How would I have seen you? Okay, now that I got that stupid and cringy introduction out of the way, I can get to the heart of things.
I’m a 27-year-old medical student from the USA with aspirations of becoming a psychiatrist one day—though neurology is pretty cool too. I’ll try my best to give a brief synopsis about myself. I’m 6’2” (188 cm). Actually, I’m technically 6’1-⅞”. If you’re going to bust my chops over ⅛” (0.32 cm), be my guest. Personality-wise, I’m definitely more on the introverted side. I’d describe myself as a fairly typical dorky White guy. Like most guys my age, I like to play video games—I’ve been playing the semi-recently released Helldivers II. If you have Helldivers II, we could play together sometime! I love silly things; if you think this video is funny, I think we’d get along. I also have a deep fascination with psychology, especially abnormal psychology and evolutionary psychology. I actually majored in psychology back in college (university), and my interest in psychology is what propelled me into pursuing psychiatry as a career. I’m not interested in casual flings and want something serious. I’m totally open to a LDR if we can eventually work to close the gap. I've only ever had one (now ex-) girlfriend in my entire life, so I'm really not super experienced in the realm of dating.
Here are a few fun facts about me:

• I love spicy foods — I’ve had people from Sichuan (province in China known for its ridiculously spicy cuisine) tell me I have a high spice tolerance
• I can speak German decently well — Zugegeben, mein Deutsch ist ziemlich eingerostet :P
• I can touch the tip of my nose with my tongue — This was a big deal l back when I was like 7 years old, okay?
• Even though I have green eyes, I’m slightly red-green colorblind — Histology is the bane of my existence!
• I’m actually pretty good at cooking — I made some ayam masak merah (Malaysian/Singaporean spicy tomato chicken dish) yesterday. Not to toot my own horn, but it was pretty tasty.
• I don’t like coffee — I seriously don’t get all the hype surrounding coffee. People lose their minds over a drink that tastes like fancy, artisanal dirt. There’s also a plethora of other (oftentimes cheaper) ways to get caffeine, just sayin’ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
• The smallest country I’ve visited is Liechtenstein — It’s ˢᵒ ˢᵐᵃˡˡ

This is what I’m looking for:

• Someone who speaks English fluently or near-fluently — It doesn’t bother me at all if English isn’t your native language, as long as you speak it well. I actually think most non-native accents are cute.
• Someone who doesn’t have kids — I’m childfree and want someone who’s also childfree, though I'm open to having kids in the future.
• Someone who’s younger than or the same age as me — I’m open to 18-27, but I’d prefer someone who’s 20-25.
• Someone who doesn’t drink alcohol or do drugs — I don’t drink alcohol nor do drugs (including marijuana) and want somebody who doesn’t either. I suppose I’d be fine with someone who drinks occasionally/socially, but drugs are a dealbreaker for me.
• Someone who has a similar sense of humor — I’m pretty sarcastic and the kind of person who likes to tease people I’m close with. I also like it when people bust my chops (I can take it just as well as I dish it out). I just love good banter! All in good fun, of course.
