Hi everyone. From what i know, drug based meds, and nootropics are kinda hard to get in our country, not to mention mahal gile. Ive read a lot on here about ppl stacking supplement to manage those symptoms, but sad that most of it susah nak dapat kat malaysia.
So im considering natural compound yg boleh beli without prescription, also kalau boleh with harga yg not too expensive.
Its been a week that ive been digging the internet for info on which supplement should i start taking, but akhirnya got overwhelmed dgn overflowing maklumat, mind got paralyzed and still cant decide anything.
Main goal is nak manage executive dysfunction, brain fog, so i can bertahan lama with a job, kalau tak, mcm sbelum ni ive been job hopping since 2019. Xmampu bertahan lama sbb very poor work ethic, stress management ke laut, disorganize as hell, motivation no where to be found, unable to start a task or unable to complete task, no in between. Those times yg i manage to bulldoze through pun because i depended heavily on caffeine. But then at the end, the side effects taken toll on me.
Im thinking maybe max i can buy 3-4 types. But confuse to choose. Few to name yg available online like shopee etc,, lions mane, rhodiola rosea, l theanine, l tyrosine, l taurine, creatine, saffron, omega 3, samE, mucuna, st john wort, bacopa, ashwaganda, and so many more.
Will anybody share experiences on this? Since i will start working again in a month of two, I really need advice which to choose and start consume. I think preferably yang tak take too long to show effect.

Okay first of all, ini akan terkesan perhitungan banget atau jahat emang tergantung perspektif kalian terhadap keluarga. But hey this is real.
Bagi kalian yang umur 20an menjelang mandiri, dengan ortu yang masih support sibling lain. Gw sarankan jangan mau mandiri cepet2 dan tidak membebani ortu. Karna tidak ada garansi sibling kalian akan melakukan hal yang sama.
Apalagi kalau kalian younger sibling dan older sibling kalian belom mandiri, janganlah kalian mandiri duluan karna youre missing out and punishing yourself.
Menurut gw paling fair adalah younger sibling mengikuti umur mandiri si older sibling. Karna gini.
Misal ada 2 saudara, si anak pertama A dan anak kedua B
Si A managed to land a good job dan bisa mandiri di umur 25. Setelah umur 25 si A gak minta duit sepeserpun dari ortunya.
Di saat ini si B masih umur 20. Tetapi seiring waktu jalan, ternyata si B baru bisa mandiri di umur 32. Dimana berarti ada gap 7 tahun dimana duit ortu mengalir ke si B namun tidak ke si A.
7 years is a long time. Asumsi aja miara anak dewasa idup itu kalo middle class bisa 6 juta sebulan makan minum, sabun, bensin, kuota dll nya.
6 juta x 7 tahun = 504 juta!!!
Kalau warisan kalian nanti misal ada 2M, eh dibagi rata masing2 1M.
Padahal ternyata kalo diitung2 itu si B dapet 1.5M loh! Hanya karna si A cepet2 mandiri.
Ini secara gak langsung menghukum si A padahal si A yang perform better. Dan yang perform worse justru di reward dengan extra support tersebut.
Jadi menurut gw, kalo kalian anak pertama, diskusi dulu sama ortu dan sibling, tetapkan umur mandiri di umur berapa, dan terapkan harga mati umur sekian both of you harus mandiri.
Kalo kalian anak yang kecil, simply contek aja kakak kalian mandiri umur berapa supaya fair. Kalau salah satu ada kendala, harusnya di balancing pada aset warisan.
Itu 500jt aja masih ilustrasi, gw bahkan liat sendiri yg lebih parah wkwkw.

Aku mau cerita. Pertengahan tahun lalu mantanku waktu jaman bloon2 dulu tepatnya waktu kuliah inbox aku di fb. Aku kaget tapi seneng karena sebenernya aku juga pernah nyariin dia tapi karena dulu gak tau nama lengkapnya jadi gak pernah ketemu. Singkat cerita dulu aku ninggalin dia kalo gak salah krn kita beda agama. Eh skrg pas dia inbox ngabarin kl kita sdh seagama. Tapi dia sdh nikah. Aku juga.
Dari obrolan2 pendek aja aku ngerasa ada yg salah krn aku ngerasa sdg selingkuh walau pun kita gak ngomongin soal cinta2an. Walau perkawinanku sdg ada masalah dan perkawinannya juga ada masalah tapi aku ttp ngerasa salah. Aku seneng ketemu dia lagi tapi terus aku pamitan dan blokir dia di fb.
Sakit banget rasanya. Perkawinanku sdh di ujung tanduk. Aku sdh dapet pengacara buat ngurus semua. Aku mau berdiri sendiri krn cape punya pasangan yg tak seirama. Suatu waktu aku ingin main ke tempat mantanku itu krn dia tinggal di pulau yg indah. Tapi aku gak niat hubungin dia sih cuma kebetulan aku punya anak yg aku sponsorin juga disana. Aku mulai kerja supaya gak ngandelin suamiku. Tapi stlh kerja bbrpa bulan ternyata penyakitku makin kambuh. Aku gak bisa kerja lagi.
Aku gak mungkin berdiri sendiri lagi. Aku tergantung sama suami apalagi ada anak2. Tapi jauh didalam lubuk hatiku aku tersiksa hidup sama dia.
Anyway, Sepertinya Tuhan benar2 ngelarang aku bahkan untuk sekedar pergi ke tempat mantanku itu karena jalanku langsung diblokir lewat penyakitku. Satu hal yg aku syukuri dr bertemunya aku dgn dia lagi walau cuma di dumay yaitu aku jadi aktif bikin video di youtube. Dari Agustus smp skrg aku sdh bikin 113 video. Cuma video edit mengedit sedikit tapi itu cukup membuat kepalaku lega sedikit tiap melakukannya disamping melakukan pekerjaan rumah plus ngurus anak2.

Aku gak mungkin berdiri sendiri lagi. Aku tergantung sama suami apalagi ada anak2. Tapi jauh didalam lubuk hatiku aku tersiksa hidup sama dia.
Anyway, Sepertinya Tuhan benar2 ngelarang aku bahkan untuk sekedar pergi ke tempat mantanku itu karena jalanku langsung diblokir lewat penyakitku. Satu hal yg aku syukuri dr bertemunya aku dgn dia lagi walau cuma di dumay yaitu aku jadi aktif bikin video di youtube. Dari Agustus smp skrg aku sdh bikin 113 video. Cuma video edit mengedit sedikit tapi itu cukup membuat kepalaku lega sedikit tiap melakukannya disamping melakukan pekerjaan rumah plus ngurus anak2.

 | Most of us DTV F2P type players have beat 1-5 and have been stuck on 1-6 for a while. A lot of us haven’t even been attempting it due to the boss smacking us around when we did try it. SDE is a great option on DTV accounts cause we have her already, and she does some energy drain with her death skill. I’d say the other most optimal suicide would be an FQV, but I don’t have her cause she’s just not that meta anymore. So I used SQH since she can give her buff at beginning of the battle then die. Setup: Speed DTV -> HHA -> DGN -> MFF. Order doesn’t matter much as long as DTV goes first. He needs to go first because he runs BS and needs to heal up from r1 damage before taking counterattacks from your team going. Otherwise he’ll likely just die r1. DTV: 22221 enables, 2/2/3 DT skills, DBlock/CD void enables, Antlers. DGN/MFF/HHA: defensive enables and stones (mostly Hp/block) and crowns. I forgot I had my glittery ALC on HHA and that’s what he used for this win, so that’s a viable option too. DGN’s core was activated. DGN was 2/2 for DT skills. Strategy: the basics was DTV going fastest, and HHA stunning 2-3 minions per round to both limit their incoming damage and to prevent them feeding energy to the boss. DTV needs to be taunted so he focuses damage on the boss. I killed the boss in r6 and won in r9. You will have attempts where you just get wiped out r1. Just keep trying, once the front 2 die and your main lives past the first round then everything should start to line up for a good attempt. |

Hello everyone,
I know there is a lot of similar posts in Frankfurt subreddit, and i read many of them, but still wanted to take some fresh recommendations.
Between 15-16th of march, I will be in Frankfurt with my brother. We want to try some traditional food (or non traditional if its hamburger), and some drinks. We do not think to visit any museums, since it should took couple of hours, and not that cost efficient for short visits.
We love just walking and observing the cities, so probably we would like to do same thing in Frankfurt. At one of the posts i found this video, "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgn\_l2e\_Jww", and we will definitely go to RömeDom and main river. Are there any places or route recommendations you can give us?
In addition, I personally like thrift shops, retro shops, or whatever its called. I would really like to see some old tech shops. I also interested in street bazaars, which people sell their second hand goods. Since such bazaars not very well advertised and common if you know any, i would be happy to learn.
Other than that, we will spend some brother time, so if you have any thing to add, please do.

Basically everything has been upgraded, tuners, new nut, 57/62 fender pickups, DGN blaster with toggle switch, new pots, new wiring, bass kit from mrmachinest1. Cwinnstrings on instagram did the conversion work for me and I absolutely love it. The blaster is on for this video, I’m playing through my dynacomp and blues driver with my JC22 amp. I relic’d the body and neck myself, mainly because I accidentally got some deep scratches on the body and thought “let’s see if I can make that better”. Now the body and the back of the neck has been sanded all the way up to 3000 grit. Hope everyone is doing well out there, happy playing today 🤙🏼 |

I don't think it will be optimal but I'd like to try add DTV in my lineup and see where can i get, this is my current lineup: I'm thinking replacing BQA qith vulcan and get DGN as next trans (1M away), and idk maybe swap lofa for vulcan, give him all the subs and bring back lofa to t5 with minimal subs, then work on dtv cores to transition him. I run SSM, SQH, TBB, MFF, PDE, HHA. I saw some post saying that DGN is great to support your main, plus, good to help void bosses. What I don't know is who I should take out.
SSM is 4-4-4-3 sublime the rest nothing because I don't know what to sublime on those heroes or in DGN if I use her.
I'm f2p and for the last year or so I was on autopilot with SWJ and FQV, so now I'm completely lost in who to build and what to sublime on which. I'm trying to learn reading pifle213, Andrew, etc but is hard. I will make a bigger post some other day with all I have, because I could build DTV or LoFA instead of SSM if they are better. But, for now, resolving the above question is enough.
