This is my new machine. I'd like to use the Office 2007 license I bought a long time ago. My new laptop doesn't have a CD drive, so I can't run Office from the original CD. Instead, I need to download it and then use my activation key. Do you know of a place where I could get the full trial version of Office 2007 and then use my current license key to unlock it? 2024.05.21 06:20 evillittleweirdguy Content wishlist from HD1, what would you like to see in the game?

Leaving aside the contentious issue of weapon balancing, what additions would you like to see in HD2? Are there any QoL changes that you think would improve the game?
Just in case you've not played HD1, here's my wishlist of things that don't really have equivalents in HD2 (yet).

Missions

Mission Types

The regular mission objectives from HD1 have mostly returned in one form or another. Mission types we haven't seen yet:

Escort Convoy. Defend a train as it travels between two buildings. Honestly, this one seems unlikely to be added, since HD2 has scaled down the power a fair bit, and this mission type tended to require more cc/zone control than we currently have.
Defuse Unexploded Ordnance, enables a minesweeper stratagem. Unexploded ordnance must be detected and defused, either by directional inputs or by 'safely' detonating them. Expect accidentals.
Enemy Masters (Bosses). Pray.

Terrain Types

The only glaring omission currently is the urban environments seen in the HD1 defensive operations. These are relatively simple city grids with plenty of buildings and the occasional civic space (which may or may not contain artillery or anti-air emplacements).

Weapons (Primary/Secondary)

Every weapon in HD1 has a couple of upgrades that are purchased with samples. While HD2 doesn't follow up in the same way, there's definitely space to add in weapons that bring back those properties. Here's a few of the weapons and/or upgrades that we're currently missing out on (or at least, it feels like it)

Primary:

AR-20L 'Justice' features rounds that pass through light/medium enemies. The 'unstoppable' feature probably would not be as effective in a 3D environment, but would still be welcome on higher enemy count missions.
DBS-2 'Double Freedom', a one handed double barrel incendiary shotgun with a fast reload. This bad boy had a massive spread (90°+) that meant you could reliably take out scouting parties before they called in a breach.
RX-1 Railgun. My beloved. What have they done to you? Unstoppable rounds pass through everything but the heaviest armor, and each round also stuns for about a second, stopping chargers in their tracks. No charge time. Multiple rounds in each mag. Dealt less damage overall (2-shots for medium bugs), but the control is incredibly valuable for keeping big targets locked down.
M2016 'Constitution', a rounds-reload bayonet stick with decent damage. Mostly just fun memes.
LAS-13 Trident. Laser shotgun. A reliable staple of HD1 that can consistently deal with medium armoured enemies. You will see at least one in the majority of squads.
SMG-34 Ninja. Less common outside pre-made full stealth meme squads. One handed, silenced. Higher damage but lower mag than other SMGs. Does not have the ministun/stagger of other SMGs.

Secondary:

FLAM-24 'Pyro'. Not amazing, but workable in a pinch.
PLAS-3 'Singe'. Perhaps underwhelming, but I found it pretty fun to use every now and then.

Stratagems

Support Weapons and Backpacks

Most of the support weapons have resurfaced in the new galactic war, but there are a couple that are still collecting dust in the Super earth arsenal.

MGX-42 Machine Gun, the EAT-17 of machine guns. No reloads, but it has 400 bullets and has paid for express delivery. Very high rate of fire with good damage.
M-25 'Rumbler'. Do you enjoy mortar turrets? Do you want to be a mortar turret? Arguably the most deadly strategem in HD1. A bit of a pain to aim and fire, but the upgraded toxic shells obliterate pretty much everything.
TOX-13 'Avenger'. Toxic flamethrower. Not necessarily a huge standout, but the slow it applies is definitely a nice positive.
MLS-4X 'Commando'. Up to 8 homing Armor piercing missiles. Less punch than an RL-112, but made up for by good range and the higher total area each reload can cover. Does not require lock on, just fire in the general direction of the enemy.
REP-80. Healing beam/repair tool. Is extremely valuable in high level exterminates for keeping mechs and turrets alive. The bleedout mechanic in HD1 is definitely a big contributor to this support equipment's effectiveness.
REC-6 'Demolisher'. Remotely detonated anti-everything high explosive satchel charge. Very effective. Definitely a good option for high difficulty missions.
AD-289 'Angel'. It's a guard dog, but it shoots you. With healing bullets. Well, a healing laser. Not necessarily a widely used stratagem, but I could see it being useful in HD2.

Vehicles

We're likely going to see some form of a few of these showing up in the future.

EXO-48 'Obsidian'. Mech with 2 dual autocannons. Some of you are already salivating at the thought of having 4 times the autocannon.
EXO-51 'Lumberer'. Mech with a flamethrower and a massive anti-tank cannon. Autocannons are 20mm. This monster is 90mm. If this mech shows up and doesn't blast charger heads off bodies, I'm rioting.
TD-110 'Bastion'. Main cannon size isn't listed, but it's in the range of "there is no charger, and no trace of the charger or any of its relatives ever existing". SEAF artillery on wheels.
MC-109 'Hammer' motorcycle. Cute thing with a sidecar. Kinda more memey than good, but fun to play with.

Defensive Stratagems

Distractor beacon. Enemy patrols prioritise this 'turret' over you, making stealth notably easier for a little while.
A/RX-34 Railcannon Turret. Honestly, this is quite similar to the current autocannon turret. Has unstoppable rounds, but does not share the stun of its primary counterpart.
'Humblebee' UAV drone. Basically just a radar station in stratagem form. I expect this one is unlikely to appear.
AT-47 Anti-Tank emplacement. Manned turret with a massive gun. Is either the 90mm cannon featured in other stratagems, or larger.
Anti-Personnnel Barrier. Low CD fast deploying barbed wire. Applies a massive slow to anything smaller than tanks/chargers.

Offensive

We've got almost all of the HD1 offensive stratagems in some form.

'Hellfire' Incendiary Bomb. The key difference from the existing Napalm Airstrike is the effectiveness of the lingering fire - Hellfire strikes last quite a while and would consistently be able to kill even large enemies with a bit of CC.
'Shredder' missile strike. 500kg eagle strikes are nice, but their use-case is as a dedicated anti-tank/anti-objective stratagem. When you really just need everything in a 100m radius to not be there anymore, this is the strategem for you. Features optional warning sirens.

Perks

Instead of boosters and armor traits, you selected perks in each mission. These perks applied only to yourself.

MD-99 Autoinjector. Boosts effectiveness of healing, makes recovering from being downed faster. A HD2 equivalent would probably be an armor that can automatically apply a stim when you would take lethal damage.
Stratagem Priority. All your stratagems cool down 40% faster. I could see this perk on technical special operations armor.
Displacement Field. Automatically teleports you out of danger upon taking lethal damage. No guarantees against the teleport destination involving more danger. Would also be a strong contender as an armor perk.
Precision Call-In. Reduce all call-ins by 1 second.
All-terrain boots. Negates all terrain movement penalties. Does not negate lava spurts, static fields, surface fires, or lethal drops.

I have two separate orders placed, a signed cd and one for the new crewneck. This is kinda odd but I have two separate tracking information for each order, one for UPS and FedEx. The tracking # on my actual orders on the website both takes me to UPS but I have automated notifications from FedEx if something ships from me, and it’s two orders from the TS store with different tracking numbers. I’m unable to find the new FedEx tracking numbers anywhere in my emails or confirmation emails.
I would normally email customer support but seeing the amount of people getting unreasonably banned, I’d rather not risk it. 2024.05.21 02:35 violent_luna123 I've finally found another hero that I like.. and its my main's lookalike (or her spanish cousin?)

I main Death Prophet and I was checking out various heroes, however I wasn't doing well with any other hero.. but somehow, I've started enjoying Muerta XD
I was looking for another hero to know and it had to be an int hero because I hate waiting so much time for items just to do any damage.
After some time of playing this game, I've learned to not play heroes like Bloodseeker who often even when incredibly fed, cannot even walk up to the enemy
That's why I started playing DP with a tanky build, it was the ultimate reverse-card, like someone wants to kill me? Nope, I kill you, eat my ulti and spells and my monsteous HP from items, giving me ofter incredible stats like 12/0 or later 18/3 etc. Like any "funny" heroes couldnt even hurt me at all XD Esp around mid-game
I also wanted to find something else for some variety:

I tried Out. Devourer for the tanky aspect but he was pretty hard to master and I didnt do well.
Well, my quilty pleasure was playing Silencer but I knew I had to find something else, my DPS was low.
Something like Dragon Knight or Skywrath Mage were too "default" for me
I tried P.Lancer but I didnt do well
I scked hard as Queen of Pain
Well, Doom appeared fun as he just ultied and nuked some hard carries without any effort but I just knew I would be that 0/10 Doom XD Its a hard game-style

So, I picked Muerta and went Off-Lane as I was just practicing and let someone else Mod, we fed Bloodseeker and Bountyhunter on top together with Witch Doctor, in general we were losing.
Early game I didnt do much except just standard harrasment, I just had a long-cd shot and a strange skill + passive so I couldnt do that much, I wasn't LHing much too, I was underfed.
But it appeared to me that her ulti is her main power... It appeared to me that this is basically a pretty big free damage so I just need to get Attack Speed to hit folks as much as I can during its timer and later it will have pretty low CD.
And we were losing, finally I had some baaasic AS and Bloodseeker ultied and ran towards me....
So I ultied aaand, he couldnt kill me when his HP bars dropped fast.
I thought to myself - this is it, this is the uno-reverse card. Even with shitty farm and no DMG, when I click this ulti and have enough AS, I can pop out some damage!
Then I got some gold from team-fights but for a quick power-up, I spammed all the cheap items AS-giving items XD
I mean the Invis Shadow-blade, Witch Blade, Mjolnjr and later with some gold, Moonshard XD
I had a triple kill 1vs3 kinda because some guys started running around me and didnt know what to do when I was shooting them lol.
Soo, I know I didnt go for Dragon Pike etc. but I just needed some quick power-ups because we were losing badly lol.
But I also knew that if I get attacked, I can pop my ulti or invis xD So that push-back from Pike in that particular game wasn't as needed.
And it was fun because later the ulti had pretty low CD so I was able to use it pretty often.
Soo, I also liked that against Illusions, I had the double-attack chance which is helpful because these illusion Heroes are scary AF.
The only sad thing was that the talent let you either have 2 Q stacks or bonus 20% double hit chance, I know propably in the late game the % is better against illusions and stuff but I still took double Q for fun. Too bad the double Q talent doesnt come on 15 lvl or in some other way to have both double attack and double Q ahh.
Soo, the enemy team had Axe and I was popping ulti to damage him and it was doing pretty nice dmg to him as it overcame his armor and I bought the Ahghanim Shard because I needed a quick Spell Lifesteal to heal myself from his Reflections during his ulti.
A fun game xD

Hello,
Let's say I have a Terraform module which creates the S3 bucket needed for a Lambda function as well at the Lambda function itself. I use GHA to deploy the updated Lambda function whenever changes are committed to master / a manual release is trigger.
You need to specify the S3 key of the Lambda function when you create the resource. But if you have just created the bucket, that key won't exist. If you try to create the Lambda function with it pointing to a non-existent key (e.g. the key your GHA workflow writes to), the apply will fail.
You could create a dummy S3 object and use that as a dependency when creating the Lambda function. But then if I'm not mistaken, that would overwrite the real Lambda function code on every subsequent apply.
For some context: we have a monorepo of modules and a separate TF consumer repo. I'd like to be able to tear-down and spin up certain environments on demand. I don't want TF to have to handle building the Lambda JAR, that doesn't feel right. I'd like to have a clean terraform apply in our CI/CD pipeline trigger the Lambda deployment.

Will there be a Free-For-All (FFA) competition at this event?	Yes! The event will feature a free-to-enter Halo Infinite FFA tournament, which will be open for up to 512 players and spectators. Best of luck to those competing for their share of $5,000! Must have a Spectator ticket to participate. Registration will take place on site!
I don't live in the UK. Can I still compete in this tournament?	To check your specific country’s eligibility, please see the list of eligible countries as listed in the Handbook here .
Is there a limit to the number of teams eligible to compete in this tournament?	Yes. The 4v4 tournament open bracket has a max capacity of 48 teams.
When do rosters lock?	For Pool Play and Travel Coverage teams: 6:00 PM EST on Monday, May 13th. If teams earned travel coverage via the Major #2 Online Qualifier they must retain that same roster. For all other teams, roster lock is Monday, May 27th at 10:00a EST / 3:00p BST.
What equipment should I bring if I'm competing?	All players competing must bring: - Your preferred wired peripheral (Xbox wired Controller or Mouse and Keyboard) - USB cord required for your preferred peripheral - Headset with no power outlet and a 3.5 mm plug - Wired Earbuds (needed for Feature Station and Main Stage play) - If you plan on competing with Keyboard & Mouse, you must submit your model number for each device to hcs@ee.gg ahead of the event. Mixamps will be provided. Bringing backup equipment is recommended.
Which monitors will be used for the tournament?	All tournament and warmup monitors will be the Zowie XL2540K model.
How do I earn travel coverage?	Lodging and travel coverage will be offered to 12 pool play teams based on previous Major placement, placement in the Major #2 Qualifier, and HCS Points. Additionally, 1 NA team& 1 EU team will be granted travel coverage based on aggregate points after the Major #2 Qualifier. 1 ANZ team & 1 MX team will be granted travel coverage based on placing 1st in their respective Open Championships. NA Players may qualify through: Top two (2) placement in the Major #2 Online Qualifier. Top two (2) in HCS points after the Major #2 Online Qualifier EU Players may qualify through: 1st place in the Major #2 Online Qualifier. Highest team aggregate HCS points after the Major #2 Online Qualifier MX Players may qualify through: 1st place in the Major #1 Open Championship. Ticket FAQ

What types of payment do you accept? Online and onsite?	All major credit cards are accepted. Cash payments will not be accepted at the event.
How will I get my tickets if I buy them online?	You will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with a QR code and printable tickets. Digital or print tickets will be accepted and scanned at the door at the event.
What if my tickets are lost or stolen?	Please contact events@quadrant.gg for more info.
Do you offer refunds?	We offer refunds up till 7 days before the event. Note: Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.
What if the event is cancelled?	If the event is cancelled all tickets purchased will be refunded in full.
Can I show my tickets on my phone at the door or do I need to have the physical tickets with me?	Digital or print tickets will be accepted and QR codes scanned upon entry. You must have all members of the parties accounted for with multiple tickets present to check in at the same time. Tickets are only scanned once. Fans will receive a wristband that corresponds with their ticket type.
Do you offer military or senior citizen discounts?	If you are purchasing a ticket online - please use the code MILITARY or SENIOR to receive 10% off your ticket. What does general admission mean?	General Admission (GA) refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved.

Is my multi-day ticket good for either or both days?	3 Day GA tickets are acceptable for all days of the event. You will receive a wristband or credentials that you must keep with you for all of the days to re-enter.

I am not interested in games I already have and all games I'm getting are for me and activated on my own account. Other than that feel free to offer your list of Steam games and something I may not have and fulfills my criteria I could/would be willing to trade for it/them.

To trade you must respond to this thread first, I will not respond or accept anyone outside of this thread, only exception are unless we've traded more than once before.
Only interested in trading for games on Steam.
I don't do Humble gifts whether receiving or giving, all my keys are in unrevealed form right after purchase.
No interest in any keys from an unofficial retailesource (aka grey market), curatoreviewer keys (aka beta/reviewebeta-testing/etc.), abandonware, keys for games that are already free on Steam itself, Steam profile-limited keys, and only slight interest in VR-titles and/or de-listed games (no banned games).
Anything marked as wishlist/paypal, it's self-explanatory and I won't look through lists.
All my keys are EU keys, if you are outside of EU, make sure you double check for any region locks for your country. For quite a few which I was aware of I already listed the region lock, however this is not my responsibility as I did specify the key's region.
