From what I’ve heard so far and also the extra information that was added in at the last minute…
I think JO died after some sort of fight with someone in that house, and I think the dog was minimally involved. I think it was accidental not intentional. I do think this is some kind of coverup but I don’t think lots of people are involved, I think lots may have unwittingly followed, ie. Sloppy investigation. Eg. How could you take a blood ‘speck’ into consideration when a sample has been placed in plastic party cups stored in a shopping bag and photographed right near the rear of the car. They might as well of just poured it over her car. I would not be trusting over any of the physical evidence if that is considered acceptable. I think the actual police investigation is just awful in terms of biased connections and considering any other alternatives. That house should have been searched. I think even if KR is guilty that you couldn’t vote guilty given the poor investigation, the amount of witnesses that are incredibly unreliable. My background is in medicine (dr) and the autopsy does not fit, I really want to see an MRI though rather than just photos. I wonder if the pathologist wasn’t given the ‘scenario’ if she would have given a different impression?

Hello, welcome to the Brazilian Classics Rate! This rate covers five albums released between the years 1968 and 1974, exploring the likes of Tropicália, MPB, Samba, and more. We are excited to enjoy this music with both long time fans, and also welcome newcomers to experience these all-time favorites for the first time.
Note: I am not Brazilian and am not a Portuguese writer / speaker. My apologies if anything is lost in translation through this process.
Hold on: What’s a rate?
About once a month, this subreddit holds games called “rates” where a host selects a collection of songs and people score each song on a scale of 1-10 (with a single 11 & a 0 available as well). Ballots of these scores are submitted, and then over “reveal” weekend, the host takes the averages of the songs and eliminates them from worst to best, giving one song out of all the albums the top spot, the crown, & bragging rights forever.

Os Mutantes - Os Mutantes (1968)
Os Mutantes was made up of Rita Lee, and the brothers Arnaldo Baptista and Sérgio Dias. In 1968 Os Mutantes released their debut album, were featured on the Tropicália Ou Panis Et Circenses compilation, and performed as the backing band for Gilberto Gil's self-titled second album. The Tropicália movement embraced taking international ideas and re-interpreting them, combining them to create something Brazilian. Os Mutantes will likely be a favorite for those who love psychedelic rock.

Gal Costa - Gal Costa (1969)
Another featured artist from the Tropicália Ou Panis Et Circenses compilation, Gal Costa released her debut album in 1967, and her follow-up self titled album in 1969. Gal Costa was close friends with both Gilberto Gil and Caetano Veloso as well as their spouses, and Gal Costa's bossa nova debut Domingo was a close collaboration with Veloso. By the release of Gal Costa we hear more of the impact of Tropicália and psychedelia on her sound. This self titled album features more songs from writers besides Veloso, including songs written by Gilberto Gil, Rosil Cavalcanti, Tom Zé, Roberto Carlos, Erasmo Carlos, Jorge Ben, and Torquato Neto.

Clube Da Esquina - Clube Da Esquina (1972)
The Clube Da Esquina name (Corner Club) refers to a corner of the street where Lô Borges used to live, and Borges and Milton Nascimento played for fun in the 1960s.
“I hope our young people don’t allow themselves to be swept up in this dictatorship business, because they don’t understand what it was like,” said [Milton Nascimento] who was stalked by agents from the notorious department of political and social order as his career took off in the 1960s. “Whenever we were going to release a song we had to send it to them for them to censor.” Eventually, Nascimento’s manager rented an isolated beach house where the musicians were free to compose the record of their lives. “It was wonderful … just us and the waves rolling up to our front door,” said Borges. “We weren’t thinking about selling millions of records or being the next big summer hit. We just wanted to make art.” Nascimento smiled as he recalled how that legendary album was conceived half a century ago, far from the prying eyes of the dictatorship. “It was a record made just by friends … We’d spend all day composing, from the moment we awoke with the fishermen bringing in their nets to the moment we went to bed.”

Novos Baianos - Acabou Chorare (1972)
By popular demand, Novos Baianos has been added to the rate mix! As suggested by their name, Novos Baianos were founded in the state of Bahia in 1969. During the making of Acabou Chorare, they were mentored by the "Father of Bossa Nova", João Gilberto. The album's title (translated as No More Crying) also came from a story about Gilberto's daughter.
Note: the album has two versions of Preta Pretinha, track 2 which is the full version and track 10 which seems to have been a radio edit. We are only rating the full version of the song.

Jorge Ben Jor is the first recorded artist of the five here, but A Tábua De Esmeralda is chronologically our latest recorded album of the rate. This one is arguably a concept album; influenced by the Hermetic text "The Emerald Tablet" as well as Jorge's interest in alchemy, and features songs focused on Afro-Brazilian identity such as "Zumbi".

A true sports parent dies twice. There’s the death that awaits us all at the end of a long or short life, the result of illness, misadventure, fire, falling object, hydroplaning car, or derailing train. But there is also the death that comes in the midst of life, the purgatorial purposelessness that follows the final season on the sidelines or in the bleachers, when your sports kid hangs up their skates, cleats, or spikes after that last game.
The passage of time is woeful, and, for a parent, living your dreams through the progress of your progeny is as inevitable as the turning of the Earth. But the sports parent lives the experience in concentrate—a more intense version of the common predicament. You must give up your vicarious hope of big-league glory and let it die. You must part from what, if your kid pursued his passion seriously, had become a routine of away games and early-morning practices, hours in the car, a hot cup of coffee in your cold hand as the sun rose above the Wonderland of Ice, in Bridgeport, Connecticut; the Ice Arena in Brewster, New York; the Ice Vault, in Wayne, New Jersey—home of the Hitmen, whose logo is a pin-striped gangster with a hockey stick. And you’ll suddenly find yourself watching the Stanley Cup playoffs not in the way of a civilian but with the chagrin of knowing that the game’s upper ranks will never include your kid.
One recent morning, courtesy of Facebook Memories, I came across an old picture of my son, a high-school junior who recently announced his decision to quit hockey—to retire! The photo was taken by teammates after a victory at Lake Placid, New York. Sweat-soaked, draped in the arms of friends, grinning like a thief, he looked no less ecstatic than Mike Eruzione after he and his team won Olympic gold in the same arena in 1980.
And me? I was this Eruzione’s old man, waiting with the other parents outside the locker room, experiencing a moment of satisfaction greater than any other I’d known, either as a player or as a fan. I was a car in park with the accelerator pressed to the floor. I was a wall bathed in sunlight. This win was better than the Illinois State Championship I won with the Deerfield Falcons, in 1977. It was better than the Bears’ 1986 Super Bowl victory.

The end began like this: One evening, after the last game of the high-school season, I asked my son if he’d be trying out for spring league. For a youth-hockey kid, playing spring league is the equivalent of a minor-league pitcher playing winter ball in Mexico—so necessary as a statement of intent and means of improvement that forgoing it is like giving up “the path.” Rather than a simple affirmative nod, as I’d expected, I got these words: “I’m going to think about it.” Think about it? For me, this was the same as a girlfriend saying, “We need to talk.”
Only later did I realize that those words were the first move in a careful choreography. My son wanted to quit, but in a way that would not break my heart. He also didn’t want me to rant and rave and try to talk him out of it.
We had reversed roles. He was the adult. I was the child.
He knew he would not be playing college hockey even if he could. With this in mind, he had decided to use his final year of high school to get to know people other than hockey players and spend time in places other than hockey rinks. In the way of a pro with iffy knees nearing the age of 35, he had decided to exit on his own terms. He was not worrying about losing his identity as a player or about missing the camaraderie of the locker room; he was worrying about me. Hockey had been an entire epoch of our father-son life. It had ushered me, the sports parent, out of my 30s, through my 40s, and into my 50s.
.... Because I am human, I tend to blame entities or systems or other people for things that strike me as unfair. As my son progressed, I caught a glimpse, for one fabulous, deluded moment, of the life that he (we, I) would never live: high-school athletic stardom followed by college triumph and possibly even a professional-hockey career. That I knew this was a fantasy—he was never that good—did not make it less powerful. Lost in it, I experienced my life as an NHL fan with new intensity. I was not just watching the Blackhawks; I was scouting, picking up tricks that I could pass to my glory-bound boy. This was a dream that I was too embarrassed to share with anyone, even my wife. I regarded it the way members of the Free French regarded the liberation of Paris: Think of it always; speak of it never. In short, I lost my way. Rather than letting him enjoy the moment and the fact that these seasons were his career, not a preparation or a path toward one, I was constantly scheming about his next move, his next opportunity, his next shot at the big time.
Here’s the worst part: I knew exactly what I was doing. I was attempting to replace my kid’s will with my own. I knew that it was wrong and, worse, counterproductive. The more I pressed, the less he enjoyed the game. The less he enjoyed the game, the worse he played. The worse he played, the more I pressed. Economists call this a negative feedback loop. I knew it but could not stop. It was psychosis.
Maybe the most notorious sports parents suffer from a shared psychological condition. LaVar Ball, Emmanuel Agassi, Earl Woods—those sports dads were all obsessed to the point of being abusive. I prefer to think that I am not; yet, for all the varying degrees of our kid’s success, our predicament is the same. At some point, even if it comes after 20 years in the pros, the set will be rolled away, revealing our true location. Rink parking lot. Beat-up vehicle. Alone. Even the child prodigies will retire.

First off, I will recognize that many 90heads think it was G Rap who initiated the whole mafioso rap but I'd argue that gangsta rap is more correct term for what G Rap give a spark to. But it was Raekwon's mafioso attire that truly revised whole game. He took the game from "street, unadulterated, pure gangsta rap" to more sophisticated cristal-drinking mafioso rap. Rae and Ghost on OB4CL crafted the subgenre that changed whole NY rap scene and yielded

I think Biggie's RTD and LAD are biggest example of the difference between gangsta rap (rtd) and mafioso rap (lad). On latter, he isn't Biggie anymore, he is fuckin boss, Frank White. The Notorious B.I.G. revamped his image into that of a gun-toting, big-money making, mob-commanding kingpin, most notably on the songs "Niggas Bleed", "What's Beef", "My Downfall", and "I Love the Dough" featuring Jay-Z.
Jay-Z would later reference Cuban Linx in his 2009 song "A Star Is Born" by stating "Wu-Tang gangbanged it, Meth ate / Rae took on a date with the Purple Tape / passed it on to Ason, then Ghostface / they had a hell of a run, stand and ovate." Raekwon later commented in an interview "Jay was a student of our shit and what we accomplished in those days. He'll tell you that himself.
Hell yeah, even Pac from rival coast, as a known fan of the Wu, Tupac Shakur began to refer to himself as Makaveli and gave his Outlawz crew new names, albeit with a militaristic, dictatorial theme.
I mean, I think OB4CL is, top 3, if not the greatest album, of all time in and of itself but that's for another topic, here I am primarily talking about its legacy in a sense that it crafted totally different style, something totally new, something only Rae could as Meth states himself " Raekwon started that. Rae always had that mobster mentality, always liked to watch gangster movies and read mob books and stuff like that, you know? So he pretty much knew the names of the cats and what they was about. He polished his whole style like that."

i like Warhammer 40k, but 40k doesnt afford you the abilty to let you play your own custom character or faction if it isnt up to certain specs in tournaments(lore strict rules). and running an army battle in dungeons and dragons is overly complicated unless you ignore a bunch of rolls and rules.
i propose a blend of both. who's cannon takes place in the cosmos of perspective.

each unit type has user generated has one data sheet, each named character you have would have their own data sheet.
the models can be 3-D printed or kitbashed, but they must be at 1/36 scale. essentially one infantry= one of those cheap plastic army men standing at 5 cm tall.

A tabletop rpg for diy, model painting, kit bashing, 3-DPrinting, and plastic army battling enthusiasts.
all parts of this game are user generated, with the exception of the rules. Though u/Khorde__the__Husk sent this to a bunch of redditors for help in balancing the game and setting up basic play structure.
Things to note:
· You must have one “advisor” per two warlords in the session. Advisors, act as the game master to make sure no one is cheating. If there is confusion on what kind of weapon a unit has in their hands or equipped to their armor, the Advisor has final say. The advisor is supposed to keep the game fair.
· In theory you could have as many players as you want, but no more than four is recommended because turns consist of multiple phases that are meant to organize the battle strategy for each player.
· Players are encouraged to kit bash, 3-D print, or purchase traditional plastic army men. For the sake of scaling, follow the scaling of the image below. But you must have your own general. It is recommended that your general be unique, make it yours. Have fun.
· Players can make their own campaigns and lore. Such attempts are encouraged. For the purposes of release, you can follow the campaign I have written.
· For any session, you will need a handwritten or typed general’s reference stats Dossier, 1D20, tape measure, and an army of which you will fight with. (painted)
· When rolling on a check, higher is always better. 20 is always a success
· Your armies stats are fixed and defined in this document. Your general’s stats are dictated by the roll of a 1d20. These stats are:
o morale
o Movement speed
o Accuracy
o Health points
o Punch
· Turns are split into phases.
o bombardment
o Movement
o Attack/counter attack
· The different types of units are:
o Infantry
o Armor
o Airborne
o B.A.M.(BIG ASS MACHINES)

· We play at a 1/36 scale. All models are at that scale.

• TERRAIN AND COVER

make your own terrain and cover. kitbashing, 3-D printing encouraged. terrain is the battleground, the floor the pieces and obstacles stand on. obsticles can be anything. debris, nature, etc. obstacles are cover. if an attacking piece can see the defending piece in its entirety, the defending piece is in the open. if the defending piece is partially seen by the attacking
· Ability checks logic below:
20=crit hit/sucsess
1=jam(gun)/woopsie(melee)/crit fail
To succeed , a unit must roll their combined ability score. This is their base ability +general ability. Debuffs such as kickback only are applied to whatever you rolled when you roll for an ability check.
Regardless, the fundamental rules of this game will apply to your creations. these are an assortment of rules designed to keep the game fair and guard against unfair players(referred to as God-Emperors or God-empresses) and hopefully combat power creep.
Now lets expand upon these ideas so you can have fun kit-bashing and army smashing quicker.
GENERAL’S (named character) STAT DOSSIER
Your army’s stats are based on your general’s stat Dossier. The leader of a nation is oft a good indication of how high of a quality their army’s going to be.
The first thing you should write is your general’s name, then write their bio. Their bio includes their background, their homeland, what politics are involved (if any). It is not recommended that you write a novel, you have a game to play. What are the weapons that your general will have on their person? What are their character traits? How will those traits affect how the game is played?
The next thing to do is to make a picture of your General that resembles the piece you kit-bashed for your general to be. It can be menacing, wholesome, serious or whacky. As long as the design choices resemble what your army has for their design and your general’s character traits. It doesn’t have to be hand drawn. A photo of your piece will suffice. no general may have a skill number higher than 16.
ARMY STAT DOSSIER:
what good is a king without a kingdom?
terrible.
each type of unit gets one ARMY STAT DOSSIER. you can have as many scout infantry you want, but you need a dossier on how they are deployed, what weapons they use, and most importantly, THEIR STATS. make sure your unit type description is comprehensive including what styles of combat they are trained for. this could influence your decisions on how you play. give them lore for shits and giggles. no unit may have a skill number higher than 15.

this is the list of weapon types and their ability modifiers.
when attacking bare handed, you go by your unmodified stats.
STATS EXPLAINED AND BORING SHIT
Now comes the part with the dice. You only need 1d20. This is to reduce the confusion.
· Morale
Rolled by 1d20, checked by 1d20 per unit.
Morale is basically moral law. How far will your troops go to follow your orders? If your morale over a given unit is 1, the unit in question is shell shocked for one whole turn, to be marked with a yellow slip. If your unit is shell shocked, it is traumatized to where it cant follow any orders on the next turn. If for some reason the morale hits 0, that unit defects and must be marked with a red token. Units that defect are now under control of your enemy. If defected units hit 0 authority again, it simply dies. Suicide. Cowards way out.
The Morale that your general has over friendly units is base unit morale +the general’s modifier. Your general’s base Morale is the number you rolled the 1d20 for. If for any reason your general’s morale score goes below 0, the general must rally all nearby troops (within 30cm) to protect the general for one turn on the next turn. If your general’s morale hits zero, you get shell shocked, and your general cannot take action for one turn and if your general was within line of sight of any other allied unit, the observing unit cannot take action either.
· Movement Speed
Rolled by 1d20, measured by cm on a measuring tape or meter stick because inches suck.
Movement speed is how much ground a given unit can cover. Unless your object has a punch score higher than the hp of an obstacle, or can fly, you will have to go around the obstacle. There are exceptions. If the obstacle is below the knee of an infantry unit, the infantry or whatever can climb over at the cost of the individual unit climbing modifier.
The base movement speed of your general influences the movement speed of your troops. To find a troops total movement speed:
Your unit’s base movement speed + your general’s base movement speed = total troop movement speed. See army stat dossier or named character stat dossier.

· Accuracy
Rolled by a 1d20, checked by 1d20 per unit
Accuracy must be rolled every time a unit attacks an enemy unit.
Accuracy is basically the chance of your selected troop hitting their targets. Different weapons and vehicles have different accuracy modifiers(aka kickback or x-range), and different types of troops have different base accuracies. Accuracy can affect enemy/friendly Health points or morale. If a shot hits near enough to a troop, or makes a kill close enough to another troop, the troops affected must undergo a morale check with the exception to nearby friendlies of any troop who gets an enemy kill.
Explosives and artillery have an area of effect. any troop within the inner blast radius (with the exception of troops behind sufficient cover) is dead. Any in sufficient cover, or within the outer blast radius must make a morale check. Sufficient cover is a piece of the environment which has an assigned hp that is higher than the punch of an explosion.

Small arms fire requires line of sight for targeting. The path of bullets is a straight line, keep this in mind when deciding collateral damage. Friendly fire is a thing and it is a war-crime. If you want to play nightmare mode, your general gets summoned to a military court tribunal and executed if three friendly troops or more die as a result of friendly fire that occurred by your command.

Melee combat can only be conducted during movement phases. If its melee vs gun there is the variable of line of sight. If the melee unit is within line of sight, the gun unit has advantage. If the melee unit is outside of line of sight of the gun unit, the melee unit has advantage.
To find your troop’s accuracy:
general’s base accuracy+ troop base accuracy- kickback. The higher the accuracy the better.

· Punch
Punch is how much damage a unit causes to another unit or object should they pass their accuracy check. Different weapons pack a different punch. Remember to add their bonus to the punch check roll.
When attacking an obstacle or object, units must roll against the hp of the object. If the roll lands on a number that meets or beats the hp, the object or obstacle is destroyed.(marked with red sticky note and can be traversed as if the object was destroyed. Bullets pass thru within reasonable trajectories, no ricochet)
When attacking units, whatever is rolled is subtracted from the victim’s hp. The victim can only move at half of their normal movement speed afterward.(treaded, wheeled, and airborne vehicles excluded from the debuff even if they are hit. They are treated as obstacles with the addition of the passed accuracy check requirement.)
· Health points(hp)
Health points are what determines how close your units or general is to kicking the bucket. In any game mode, If your general kicks the bucket, you lose. If you have no units other than your general, you lose and your general must go into hiding. each unit and general may have no more than 10hp. powercreep is bad
UNIT CLASSES
Unit Classes are determined by how big the individual unit is, and how it traverses the battlefield. The smallest and most common all the way to the biggest and most intimidating of units are all fit into several categories by what they look like. To solve disagreements on what class your unit is, the advisor has final say. Disagreements should be easy to avoid if you design your units properly. It would be useful to stick to a theme. Candy punk, steampunk, horror, medieval, sci-fi, and historical designs are all fine, you could even come up with your own. A theme will be better for discerning friendlies from you enemies. At the same time, make your units discernable enough that players and especially advisors can easily determine what classes your units are.
· Your general/warlord, whatchacallit
Your general is the most valuable unit because it is what you have to control your forces. Without a wise and strategic leader, your forces will fall into disarray and you will lose the war. You can only have one general, and you made it yours. Kitbashing and 3D printing would likely be your most common means of gaining a general. They must take resemblance of the general on your general stat dossier they can swim in water terrain for two turns before they drown.
· Infantry
The easiest to acquire and kit bash. This allows for vast hordes of infantry, or small fireteams, or something in between. Find your play style. Your infantry should be as tall as the plastic green army men in the image below. These men and women are the bravest of them all.

Mainly made up of vehicles and smaller mechanical suits, must be land based. Expect tanks, jeeps ,Humvees, calvary mounted animals etc. here is an image I ripped for scale as to the largest example of armor you can have. Not my drawing. these machines will break down in water terrain.
· Airborne
Airborne units can only fly. They can drop bombs, airdrop armotroops, and attack up to one target per gun that the aircraft is equipped with(within range) as they move. Their biggest weakness is anti-aircraft weaponry and enemy aircraft weapons. How big can an aircraft be?
2.44 meters. X 2.44 meters by 0.60 meters is your maximum for all airborne units.
any airborne that fly like a plane have a +4 to their movement stat but can only bomb ground units 15 cm in front and attack any unit that is in front of it
anything that flies like a helicopter does not have this buff or debuff, they can shoot at any target, but can only use missiles for up to 15 cm on ground units.
NAVAL VEHICLES
Naval vehicles can be big or small, but they can only operate in the designated water terrain area. they can carry troops, they can fire artillery, depth charges, missiles, torpedoes, and submarines can hide below water for three turns before air runs out. but they can be spotted by sonar. if a submerged vessel is within 10 cm of an enemy surface or submarine vessel, the enemy vessel can act as if they know where the submerged vessel is even if the submerged vessel is still submerged.
· B.A.M. ‘s
Big Ass Machines are basically giant robots and massive land ships. These can be Game breaking depending on how you build them and how big you build them. They can fire upon one target per weapon. how big Can these be? They cannot be more than 1.5 meters tall or take up a ground area larger than 4 meters. Players are not allowed to use functioning motor vehicles including, but not limited to cars, trucks, busses, etc. rule of thumb, if you can ride it, you can’t play it. It might as well be just fan art. The maximum distance these can move at any time is 2000cm. to move these, they must make a special movement check. War machines of that size can get stuck easily, so subtract your general’s movement speed from your final roll on each check. If they are larger than the specified limits, you’ve built a giant immobilized obstacle for one turn.
Mobile terrain essentially is a whole battlefield or obstacle of its own. The biggest difference is that anything other than B.A.M. compatible units that are attached to the B.A.M'S can’t be removed from the B.A.M.'S. Artillery such as main guns can’t move, only rotate. same with S.A.M.S. , C.R.A.M.S., and anti aircraft weaponry.

EQUIPMENT AND ARMAMENT
Guns and RE’S(ranged explosives)Require a reload period(one full turn) every so often. Dual wield is an ability that is only applicable to infantry equipment . dual wield only applies when two identical weapons are in both hands of a single unit. Range is how far a weapon can fire before a debuff is added to your accuracy roll. For every 10 cm beyond the stated range, an x-range debuff of -1 is added.
Overheat can only occur on weapons that are labeled with overheat. Every time a gun with overheat is about to fire , a coin must be tossed. If the coin lands on heads, the gun overheats. Overheating will cause the unit to explode. The explosion will deal 1d20 damage to anyone/anything within a 6 cm radius. You only need to roll once.
Cone is a special debuff. Weapons with cone Can only fire at sequential targets within 25 degrees of original target.
im having trouble with deciding the individual weapon stats. so ive decided that i am going to leave those up to you. (the moment i hear people are getting into fights IRL, i will be putting in an elaboration which will settle all disputes regarding equipment and artillery... and i wont be happy about it.)
players are encouraged to record their battles in battle reports and post it online in their relevant subreddits. if they win/lose, then the player is encouraged to come up with a lore reason for any change in tactics, named characters(generals), or stats.
an army is considered overpowered if they can take out all opponents in as little as 10 turns. they must be nerfed if this happens. dont forget to add a lore reason for this occurrence in the battle report.

write the name of the weapon, the type of weapon.(melee or gun) and its accuracy and punch modifiers.(bare hands is melee and equal to. magic is gun)
spells must be vetted in good faith by advisors prior to the game to prevent game breakage. spells may not kill units or generals in one blow. spells effects can only last one turn unless its a healing spell. healing spells cannot heal more than 5 health points at a time per unit. write out the spells you have for your units and have them vetted by an advisor, advisor will determine gamebreakability of the spell. if spell is determined to be game breaking, mid game, the advisor will have the offending spell removed and the turn undone. at wich point the offending player effectively must alter their strategy in the spirit of good sportsmanship.) There are three approved arcane focuses, wands, staves, and hand casting, (one must not make them look like the caster is going to punch something, have them hold an orb or something.)
(the moment i hear that people get into IRL fights over spells, i will make a list of approved spells and a LONG LIST of forbidden spells. and no one will be happy. )

I'll be giving my current laptop to my dad! I'm mostly happy with it, but I want to upgrade to a PC after using laptops for over a decade lol.
One issue I have currently: Regardless if I stream online or record offline, sometimes the audio is distorted for a few seconds (however, there are no issues with hearing my microphone nor frame dropping). I've never encountered this issue with my older PC (~2015) or when I was using my previous mic (now broken).
I suspect my issues stem from a combination of stream bitrate, too many active USB ports/externals, microphone, or just plain user error. I don't think the issue is related to AMD or sound bitrate necessarily, since the laptop had no issues with streaming in the first few years. But honestly, I don't know, my friends don't know either, and I'm too afraid to change anything more lmao.
I have plans to replace my keyboard, don't worry 🥲 I've gotten many recommendations lmao.

Victim 1 is the owner of the hotel,victim 2 is the rival of the doctor and victim 3 is the mafia leader's rival
In day 1,the case seems impossible,the room was covered with blood that had the first defendant's name written on it,the room was also locked and the defendant was inside it,not only that,but the weapon also belonged to the first defendant
Meanwhile,the second defendant has a strange situation,since the body was found in the middle of the garden,with no blood,with only the second defendant's fingerprints being found in the victim
But then,athena realizes something while analyzing the photo took in a closet inside the room of the first victim,there is a blood stain in the top of the closet,and then she realizes,there is a secret passage in the top of the rooms that leads to a secret room in the floor above,she then requests one more day to investigate the new-found discovery,and then the lights go out for 10 minutes
When the lights come back on,the second defendant is missing,they then start a search for her,they find her in the basement of the resort,tied and with ammenesia,but while searching for her,two witnesses go missing
Pearl fey and trucy join you in your investigations this day
In the day 2 investigation,you discover that the victim was killed in the second floor secret room
Day 2 has you try to discover who kidnapped the second defendant and the two witnesses,who killed the first victim,and who killed the second victim
Through hints,evidence,witnesses and clues you discover that only three people could have killed the first victim,the butler,the maid and the guard
Its revealed tho,that the second victim was killed in the second floor secret room by being stabbed,and then cleaned before being dropped from the second floor into the garden,the culprit then killed the first victim when they came into the room,before dropping them into the first floor,the culprit then made it so that it looked like the victim was killed in the second floor,but then the defendant entered,due to him losing his sleeping pills,he then knocked him out and made him look like the culprit,but paranoid that they would discover the second floor,he cleaned the blood from the second victim and then replaced it with the blood from the first victim,he then cleaned the blood from the second victim
They then discover that the maid saw something unexpected in the hall,a man standing there in the hallway,but while checking the basement where defendant 2 was kept,they found a trace of a mannequin,and then while checking the locks of the emergency basement exit,they find oil,and then they realize,the doctor was the murderer
His reasoning for murder is that victim 2 ruined his life by revealing his big secret,that he had to secretly work as a mafia doctor so that he could cure his daughter,victim 1 just entered the room by accident
Day 3 then has something crazy happen,a third body was found,three days old,and the doctor is blamed for it due to the victim being a mafia leader who was blackmailing the doctor for money
The doctor is innocent tho,even through he did admit he planned to kill the third victim
So,now you must defend the doctor from this one crime
Meanwhile,a radio appears in the courtroom,and in it the two kidnapped witnesses can talk,but limited
Its then revealed that in the night,while everybody was in the front of the hotel,partying,the third culprit was commiting a super complicated and complex murder
The two witnesses saw the presence of a strange figure who seems to be the doctor,but then,while looking through the photos taken in the party by lotta hart who was there to report it,trucy notices something,a figure in one of the windows,said figure is the journalist who reported cases 1 and 3
He is called out to court,he then discovers that he was caught,so he calls his workers and force everyone to let him get away free,athena calls for a investigation of a past trial that caused the murders in case 3,4 and 5,where its revealed that he was the culprit,he the says congratulations to athena for figuring it out,before attempting to kill her,but then a big twist happens
His man were actually,the 5 culprits of case 3,the attempted murder victim of case 3,the witnesses of case 4,and half of the characters in case 5,who were all victims of this past case
He then has a breakdown before being taken out of court and then shot by them all(only sounds)

Hello! I am getting married in almost exactly a year. My FMIL recently moved from my fiancé and I’s home state to the state right next to us. When she moved she dumped her BF of almost 10 years. We were planning on having her ex at the wedding, since they had been together for so long. She recently started dating her current boyfriend, after only being in her new state for a month. She now thinks he has an invite to the wedding as her plus one. My fiancé broke the news to her, last night, that she will not be getting a plus one for her new boyfriend. She did NOT take it well. We don’t know him at all and are planning on doing a family style meal for our wedding. The tables are long tables and we will be sitting with our guests instead of doing a head table. I am planning on sitting next to my mom and my fiancé will sit next to his dad. My MIL will sit across from us with my fiancés brother and my dad across from my mom or I. If he comes, he will be in all those photos and I just really want my photos to be full of family. I don’t have a problem with him, he seems very nice, but our wedding is made up of people we are very very close with. We know everyone very personally at our wedding, except for 8 of my FMIL’s friends she insisted be there or she would not pay for her portion she promised to help us with. I feel I have made a compromise with inviting all her friends and she is notorious for inviting her boyfriend into photos that were specifically for family so I am confident she will drag him into family photos at my wedding. I could put him at a seat not near family but that feels even more rude and she would still make sure he was included in family photos. Am I wrong for excluding him? Any advice on how to navigate getting my decisions respected and understood would be greatly appreciated!

And in part 5, they introduce us to the automatic post-mortem activated stand N-B.I.G. who starts consuming mass and kinetic energy to grow.
Well big not only has some level of sentience being able to demonstrate emotions against its former host/user carne but also can absorb stand energy.
So, my questions are: 1. Can anubis be absorbed by big? If yes then he just gets absorbed. If no, then-

1. Could anubis possess B.I.G. since not only does it possess technically living mass, but also conscience.
   
2. What could a possible result of 2 be?
   

The Spring of 1997 to roughly the Summer of 1998 was the most defining period of the Modern 1990s (or at least the purest portion of it), representing that cultural era the most. The period after the death of the Notorious B.I.G. but before the launch of Google, paving the way for the technological interaction of the new millennium.
I would personally consider this to be the last period of the Core 1990s because the 1990s zeitgeist was still totally felt in the overall sphere of culture, whether it was geopolitics, the economy, television, music, etc., plus this was right before the trends of the Millennium era really kicked off (i.e. Rush Hour, Pokémon, TRL, Britney Spears, etc.). However, this was when the transition from the Classic 1990s was finished after winter 1997 but before the Classic 2000s emerged in late 1998.
This was pretty much also the first period that really had any tangible pop cultural ties to the 2000s in the form of entertainment, the economy, and technology. Any 00s influence before this period was extremely minimal.
What I'm trying to ask is if you think it's closer to the classic 1990s or the classic 2000s?
P.S., for anyone out of the loop on what I mean by "classic", on this sub, the "classic" portion of a decade is merely just the first phase of that decade's culture.
Here's reasons for both with each year.

Spring-Fall 1997

Why it's closer to the Classic 1990s:

• Alternative rock was still popular.
• Bill Clinton was still President of the United States, now in his second term.
• The Post-Cold War atmosphere was at its absolute peak.
• Michael Jordan was still running the NBA with his Chicago Bulls dynasty.
• The WWF was still mostly in the New Generation era and its rival companies ECW and WCW were at their peaks.
• Princess Diana was still alive (for a good portion of the year).
• Classic 90s Eurodance was still alive but on life support.
• Shows like Home Improvement, Seinfeld, Family Matters, Beverly Hills 90210, Boy Meets World, and Step By Step were still airing new episodes, The Simpsons was still in its golden age, and so was Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network was still in its classic 'Checkerboard' era.
• Titanic released this year.
• This was the last year that 4th Gen consoles were somewhat popular or relevant.
• This was the last year before HDTVs hit the market.
• Windows 95 was still the dominant OS.
• The last of the Memphis aesthetic is around.
• Musically, it was more Core 90s.

Why it's closer to the Classic 2000s:

• Grunge and gangsta rap are basically dead, paving the way for nu-metal and bling rap to take over (post-grunge was already popular at this point).
• The WWF was transitioning into the Attitude era.
• NBA stars like Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Allen Iverson, Tim Duncan, Steve Nash, Ray Allen, etc., were already in the league, and Kobe & Shaq were already a duo in Los Angeles.
• DVDs were now available as an alternative to VHS, despite being very expensive.
• Shows like Ally McBeal, 7th Heaven, Daria, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Sabrina The Teenage Witch, King of the Hill, Oz, Friends, 3rd Rock From The Sun, Moesha, etc., were now on television.
• Disney Channel is now available on regular cable and the first DCOMs appear on the network.
• This year saw the birth of the 80s revival.
• Tony Blair would become Prime Minister of the UK.
• Netflix was now available as a subscription service.
• 5th Gen consoles were fully established as the "new kids on the block", taking over gaming with their 3D graphics, modern FPS games all started with GoldenEye 007, and modern gaming franchises like GTA and technically Gran Turismo (for Japan) would begin this year.
• Teen pop was now popular (although one could argue that the teen pop boy bands of the late 90s were actually closer to the more R&B-based boy bands of the early-mid 90s compared to the urban boy bands/male groups of the early-mid 2000s).
• The Y2K aesthetic was heavily present this year (although sort of overlapping with Gen X Soft Club's popularity during this time).

Early-Mid 1998

Why it's closer to the Classic 1990s:

• Alternative rock was still popular.
• Bill Clinton was still President of the United States, now in his second term.
  • The Monica Lewinsky scandal was very "90s"
• The Post-Cold War atmosphere was at its peak.
• Michael Jordan was still running the NBA with his Chicago Bulls dynasty.
• ECW and WCW were still in their primes.
• Shows like Home Improvement, Seinfeld, Family Matters, Boy Meets World, and Step By Step were still airing new episodes, The Simpsons was arguably still in its golden age (albeit post-Principal Skinner episode), and arguably so was Nickelodeon (kind of a 50/50 year since some would consider '98 more of a silver age year for Nick).
• Titanic was popular early on in the year.
• 4th Gen consoles still released new games.
• Windows 95 was still the dominant OS.

Why it's closer to the Classic 2000s:

• HDTVs would officially hit the market.
• The WWF was officially in the Attitude era.
• NBA stars like Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Allen Iverson, Tim Duncan, Steve Nash, Ray Allen, etc., were already in the league, and Kobe & Shaq were already a duo in Los Angeles.
• DVDs were now available as an alternative to VHS, despite being very expensive.
• Shows like Ally McBeal, 7th Heaven, Daria, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Dawson's Creek, King of the Hill, Oz, Friends, 3rd Rock From The Sun, Moesha, etc., were now on television.
• Cartoon Network was now in its Powerhouse era, Nickelodeon was arguably in its silver age, and Disney Channel's Zoog era would begin this year, along with Toon Disney.
• The Siemens S10 released this year and was the first cell phone to feature a color screen.
• The US embassy bombings would take place.
• Tony Blair was Prime Minister of the UK.
• Netflix was now available as a subscription service.
• 5th Gen consoles were in their prime, taking over gaming with their 3D graphics.
• Teen pop was dominant (although one could argue that the teen pop boy bands of the late 90s were actually closer to the more R&B-based boy bands of the early-mid 90s compared to the urban boy bands/male groups of the early-mid 2000s).
• The Y2K aesthetic was dominant (although sort of overlapping with Gen X Soft Club's popularity during this time).
• Musically, it was a bit more Y2K (50/50 at best, very "Live 97").

I know I listed a lot of reasons, but there's just a lot of reasons to list for each.
If I had to personally choose, I'd split it like this:
Spring to Fall '97 was more Classic 1990s while Winter '97/'98 to Summer '98 was more Classic 2000s.
