I am looking for a mod like RandomArmorMobs for Forge Minecraft 1.20.1 as I am looking to allow normal armor and weapon wielding mobs have the possibilty to spawn with better gear when the game decides to spawn the creature not after it is in the world already (for example some of the modded gear if the chance rolls for it). If adding to an already existing entity I could do that with commands. I am looking for this to be set prior to making a world so that once in world all I have to think about is playing. Also configuring the worn gear drop chance would be beneficial.
I am rolling with a few mods and like the idea of a mob that would normally drown to get equipment to water breathe or swim fast (be a jarring surprise imo). This is also to possibly increase the threat level of the random mobs I meet. I know I could just forge a bit of gear to throw at them to wear but I am not looking to create a predictable arena (could do that in vanilla).
The biggest thing for me is I feel like each playthrough I am just asleep at the controls as I am not wary nor fear any random creature. This just might be the something to make me put more focus on playing. I am just not good at setting limitations for myself either (like only golden armor worn or something). I do excel at setting parameters before play that I have no choice but to follow.
I have searched in as many ways as I can find but the results do not align. Does such as my desires exist or am I doomed to repetitiveness?

Hello, I am a little desperate and annoyed since I can't get this to work.
I am playing Stoneblock 2 and it has Thaumcraft 6 (1.12.2-6 BETA26) in it. I am trying to make Crimson Rites and for that, I need Mundane Rings with Runic Shielding +3
Right now, I'm trying to create Runic Shielding +1, so I have a small altar, salis mundis on one side, amber on the other, normal mundane ring in the middle. Then I right click the Runix Matrix with my gauntlet and..... nothing. Jars of Essentia are very close to it:

my thoughts on this are the SMGs should be the floor of damage per round and everything else should do more damage. with Polar Patriates the concussive effect should be standardized -5 damage -45 fire rate. I don't think the damage should increase to much because that would make the enemy units to easy and that would be no fun.

My wife recently had her 2nd C-section due to pregnancy complications, and was discharged several days later. On top of being exhausted, she was still in considerable pain since they cut through scar tissue from her first c-section.
On the day of her discharge, my job as her husband seemed clear enough: safely get her to our car with minimal hassle so we can finally go home! So after wheeling my wife to the front hospital entrance, I quickly run to get my car, pull up to the patient pickup area, and throw on my hazard lights.
To get to my wife, though, I have to cross the valet lane on foot. As I'm doing that, my focus is interrupted by a JARRING car horn coming from a gigantic SUV less than one foot from my body. I glance to my side to see this rich older Karen and her baboon looking son wildly gesticulating at me with disgusted looks on their faces to move my car. It was the classic "who farted??" look that entitled white Karens give when something doesn't go their way.
Except... their car was parallel to mine, which made her demand that much more confusing.

1. Why was she in the valet lane, when she wasn't planning to use the valet? (Answer: she got in the wrong lane)
   
2. Why not throw the car in reverse since there was nobody behind them and could easily rectify her mistake in less than 10 seconds?
   
3. If option 2 is seemingly too complicated, then why not drink a nice tall glass of stfu and wait for the ONE CAR in front of you to finish their business and move?
   

Nope. She chose Option #4, ie the one that requires the least amount of effort: hold down her horn until other people solve her problems.
Now I'm known for being calm and diplomatic in both private and professional settings — but this tweaked a nerve deep down that is especially reserved for entitled Boomers who have zero regard for your personal circumstances.
So I gave her a "what's your deal?" look and she rolls down her window. I then proceed to directly (and very loudly) explain my family's situation and how it connects to me temporarily leaving my car. And what is her response? She plays it off with a "Why are you so mad?!" with a little laugh, right out of the Tucker Carlson School of obnoxious gaslighting.
Ofc I'm exasperated at this point, and my wife is still waiting. However, luckily one of the hospital workers saw the whole thing and wheeled my wife to my car. As this is happening, the car in front of Karen moves (~2 minutes later) and she drives off. What made me feel somewhat better was the hospital worker walks up to me as we're loading up and goes "I have a lot to say about that lady but it might get me fired!"
Stupidity followed by entitlement, followed by gaslighting. Does it get any more Boomer than this?

NOTE: this Karen definitely was not there for some type of emergency because there's a separate hospital section for that. Likely she was leaving after picking up her son, or was there to visit someone.

Social Media and smartphones are warping how we see the real world and our reality is losing nuance rapidly.
Take the man or bear debate as a recent example. The whole premise is unhelpful and based on a glaring falsehood. It's like a 13-year-old's first essay on a topic they know next to nothing about. I'm pretty sure actual survivors of sexual abuse don't give a single damn about this "dilemma". They have real issues to deal with that those of us who are engaging in this discourse have the privilege of not having to deal with. All this fad is doing is spread the paranoid notion that there are male predators waiting around every other corner. How is that helping survivors of abuse with real trauma and fears that they carry with them in public places on a daily basis? It is absolutely not a show of solidarity to those who have actually suffered, yet people do genuinely believe they are "raising awareness", or "taking a stand".
I mean it's a far-less improbable yet ironic scenario to imagine someone walking the dim city streets at night alone with their necks bent square over their smartphones, going round corners oblivious to their surroundings while texting "I'll take the bear lol". Those same people will say they're afraid to walk alone at night and they yeard for the bear. I made that scenario up, but I've literally seen people bumping into walls and into other people in a smart phone-induced trance and just continuing like nothing happened and I've also seen people gleefully (not ruefully) opt for "the bear". What I mean is a lot of people are claiming to be terrified when they're not.
Like with the Tik-tok trend that's been dangerously telling people they have "high-functioning anxiety" without professional diagnoses, where if everyone is mentally ill then no one is mentally ill¹, it also stands to reason that if everyone is afraid, then no one is afraid. It's a dangerous way of "showing solidarity" to let pervade through society. I'm no Jordan Peterson fan, but this is a good example of the dangers of fake solidarity*. It's not just fake; it's damaging.
The whole bear vs man thing just seems to polarise people into two camps who perceive the other either as man-haters or rape-apologists. But you know what? it's not even close to being real and does absolutely nothing to bring people of differing views any closer to understanding each other. I also 100% guarantee you that those who "choose the bear" don't actually practise what they preach in their lives to even the slightest degree. One example I witnessed was at a recent social occasion where a female high school teacher whom I know quite well told her boyfriend and father to ask her if she was alone in the woods, what she would prefer... Before she even said the words "bear", or "man", I knew where where we were heading and intuitively knew what her answer was going to be.
It wasn't a debate from the very beginning. It was more like a joke - a weird joke about sexual assault told in the first person. Before she'd even got to her supposedly mind-blowing punchline (which was, in case you're a bit late to this party, "I'd choose the bear because the bear won't rape me!"), everyone seemed to know what it was going to be. Given the expectant grin on her face when she said these impactful words, It didn't turn out to be the “gotcha” she thought it was going to be. This was quite an awkward experience. I can only guess that the "gotcha" aimed at the men in the room was supposed to educate them to be ashamed to be male on the spot. It didn’t. I explained why I thought the whole thing was flawed and I was informed I needed to lighten up. I was definitely mistaken in thinking that it was a chance to talk philosophy (is it ever these days?), but perpetuating the idea that "male rapists are everywhere" while simultaneously trivialising real suffering of abuse goes completely unchecked because when we engage in this form of discourse we reduce ourselves to vacuous, infantile creatures who ironically think they're acting like fully-developed adults. Rape is light-hearted; yet - and this is where the cognitive disonance gets really odd - you're either standing up for it or you're standing up against it, but no matter what side you're on, it's funny. Instead of thinking, "why is she grinning?!", we're thinking, "what side am I on and how can I also somehow make it funny?". When in reality, it's surface-level shock-value statements with zero nuance that we allow to insincerely represent us (the wide-grinning rape denouncer doesn't practise what she preaches: she isn't a raging man-hater; she's a decent person, but for some reason, she's adopted an inane comic-strip view on something as serious as rape - and incredibly, it's all in the defence of victims!).
And this way of engaging in discourse is everywhere. On Reddit, Facebook, Twitter etc., the finger-pointing and artificial coralling of all of us into fake dualities of misogynist vs virgin-for-life simp, misandrist vs patriachy-enabler, racist vs communist and many others are rife and it's finding its way into real-life discourse at the dinner table, the classroom and the office.
If we artificially and insincerely self-separate into these 1s and 0s, are we making it easier for the A.I. on our devices to "understand" us, classify us, manipulate us and ultimately annihilate us?
OK, maybe I went too far there, but is this jarring lack of nuance really the only way we want to "talk about" serious topics now? Is it only going to get worse? I feel like it wasn't long ago you could have real discussions about issues, but this art is dying - and rapidly. You can probably sense my frustration at how society is organising itself right now and I'd love to know if anyone has any suggestions on what we can do to encourage healthy conversations and debate with each other. Maybe I'm the problem. I used to be surrounded by people who took part in stimulating, nuanced debate and now I'm not. We used to tolerate different viewpoints and we didn't confront and "block" each other on a hair-trigger. Maybe I'm old and the kids are actually all right. Let me know.

So first things first, I know it's a skill issue - I just want to rant. I'm playing through as Yuito and there's a certain fight in Phase 6 that is just making me lose my mind. Spoilers ahead for anything in phase 6 and prior.
I think this game is horribly balanced for the OSF vs OSF fights. I said it was a skill issue above, but I still feel that all of the OSF vs OSF fights are terribly unfair. I hate boss fights that you're supposed to lose, and the beginning of this game has a number of them. But more than that, I always feel outgunned when fighting Kasane and her team It's like they have preternatural dodge abilities, have AOE powers that injure or disable you for just standing too freaking close, and to top it all off, every single one of them has a ranged attack that will stagger you and stop your PK attack - the only ranged attack I have. I just feel like I constantly get kited until Shiden paralyzes me and kills my twitching body or Kasane tears me apart with her PK daggers or whatever I think I only have 1 death to others, and the rest come in the OSF fights. I'm on attempt number 5 right now and I'm just getting pissed off.
The other thing is that I think I'm sort of overlevelled, but this is still giving me so much trouble. I'm level 32 with a sword that does 41 damage, and my party both have weapons that do 34. There's no doubt in my mind that I'm bad at this game, but it just seems so jarring that I rarely feel pressured against others, but _every single time_ I fight OSF, I get destroyed. Maybe the answer is that my bond levels aren't high enough yet and I should be investing more in presents, but somehow I doubt that's the issue.
tl;dr I'm bad at games, and the OSF fights beat the hell out of me, and I'm wondering if I should give up or if there's something I'm missing

for background, i kept all my savings in a big jar in my room. i work a minimum wage job & my saving consist entirely of what little cash tips i’m given. regardless i saved about 2.8K & i was planning on using all of it to buy my first car.
when i finally decided to put all the cash into stacks 2.8K suddenly turned into 1.1K. i’m not the best at math but i’m not THAT bad & for obvious reasons i was suspicious.
i stuck the stacks of cash in one of those big yellow envelopes with the clasps on it and set the clasp in a specific position so i could see if someone opened it. shocker: someone opened it. another shocker: 100$ went missing.
my brother is one of those guys that’s somehow always in debt. he asks me for money constantly & over the years i’ve given him over 4K. apparently that wasn’t enough. he took 100$ from the envelope for gas money & admitted to taking“30 or 40 here and there” from the jar mentioned earlier. the worst part is that he won’t even talk to me in person, can’t even look me in the eyes.

i’m usually extremely polite. borderline pushover. i’m quiet as to not bother other people, i always use headphones just in case my music bothers people, i make sure my dog is quiet when we play, i never even use the living room tv so my shows don’t bother my family. not anymore.
now i play my music on a speaker i didn’t even know i had before this. now i watch shows on the tv with the volume as loud as possible. now i spend all night teaching my dog how to howl & not trimming her nails so they clank in the floor as loud as possible. & if i’m not with the dog i’m loudly talking to myself.
if i’m upset because he took my money i cry loud and unapologetic, if i’m in a good mood i’ll let out a full belly laugh. when our mom & i talk about the situation ill shout about how much i despise him.
as long as my parents aren’t home or are downstairs unable to hear i can and will be the bane of his existence until he gives me every penny back. he doesn’t deserve the nice version of me, he took advantage of that version of me. fuck you have fun not sleeping.

Hello,
I can not figure out why
docker ps
would not deliver the currently runinng container(s).
Before I would do
docker run -d -p 8080:8080 breadapp
and get a long sequence of characters. Then I would openanother powershell terminal in the same folder (where also the Dockerfile is located) and type in docker ps. I don't get any output Depite I keep checking in my powsershell with admin access if the docker is running

So I would be very grateful if anyone could provide help here as I tried so much already.

I've been running a Big Chad Guys server for a few weeks now, and wanted to update Create and it's addons to get the latest features. I've got the modpack itself working now, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to update the version of Fabric that the server uses. I downloaded the executable jar (fabric-server-mc.1.20.1-loader.0.15.11-launcher.1.0.1.jar) into the existing server folder (after backing it up), and changed the start.bat file to point to it, but it keeps crashing. I tried deleting the server.jar and the fabric-server-launch.jar since I read somewhere that I had to delete them and let the executable jar I downloaded create them when I ran it, but that didn't happen. Can someone please give me some assistance updating this server?
EDIT: I used the manual installer program which generated a new server.jar and fabric-server-launch.jar, so I deleted/replaced the files and re-ran the start.bat file, and now it just doesn't do anything.

Sam Cooke- Live at the Harlem Square Club. VG+/VG. Original release. Record plays great, very few faint scuffs. Jacket in great shape with light wear. Great copy of one the greatest live albums of all time. $36
Prince- Controversy. VG/VG. Original '81 pressing. The wax is really clean with a few light marks. There's a small pen mark scribble on side 1 label which is the main reason a graded vg. Jacket has some wear to the spine. This is a nice copy. $19
Eugene Record- The Eugene Record. VG+/VG. Record is super clean, jacket in great shape, legible spine and no tears. Great copy of a nice soul album I don't see a lot. $18
The Modulations- It's Rough out here. VG+/VG-. Original press, the vinyl is clean, light hairline towards the end of very last track that causes a few ticks. Cover has wear on edges, light ring wear and 2" splitting top right corner at opening. Super hard to find soul record that is pretty clean. $28
Grace Jones- Nightclubbing. VG+/VG+. Original press on blue island label. Super clean wax. Bottom of front jacket has light ring wear. Such a well produced, fun album and man does it sound amazing on wax. Excellent copy. $18
Mutiny- Funk Plus the One. VG+/VG+. Original white label promo. Clean vinyl free of scratches, nice jacket. $15
Eddie Kendricks- Boogie Down. VG+/VG. Clean vinyl, jacket has edge wear. $3
Sounds of blackness- evolution of gospel. VG/VG+. Original us press. There's groove wear 30 seconds into the intro song" chains" that causes a a very quick jump. Rest of the album plays fantastic. Hype sticker on cover. I currently don't see any copies of this in the states for a reasonable price. $21
Anderson.Paak- Malibu. Mint/sealed. This is the original 2016 Europe 180 gram press with turquoise hype sticker. "SW234223" on the spine. My personal copy of this sounds great. Jacket has light corner creasing the top left corner. Note: my personal copy also initially had a corner crease and I imagine most will, two heavy 180 housed in a single pocket jacket will do that. There should be a poster in there when you open the shrink. I will bubble wrap this so the mailer is tight and the record is not moving around. $24
Donny Hathaway- The Best of Donny Hathaway. VG+/VG+. $12
Common- Be. VG+/VG+. Original 2005 pressing with STERLING in the dead wax. This is not the 2023 reissue from Canada. Both discs are in fantastic shape, jacket in great shape. $60
Clarence Smith- Whatever Happened to Love.VG+/VG. Original promo. Vinyl is clean, jacket has edge wear no seanl splits. For as long as Ive known this record it ha always been hard to find. Really nice funk, soul, gospel album. $30
Charles Lloyd- Moonman. VG+/VG+. This is the 1970 repress that came out the same year as original release with the red kapp label. Plays nicely. This is just a different album but different in a good way in my opinion. Just check it out, if you like buy it lol. 7 bucks.
Robert palmer- Pressure Drop. VG/VG. $5
Pat Lundy- Loving You-The funkiest feeling. VG+/G+. Record is clean. Jacket has splitting at the top and slight ring wear. This one is kinda rare. $8
James Brown- Live at home with his bad self. VG+/VG+. I played this one once. $15
Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack. VG+/VG. Discs are a Vg+ cover is a strong VG. $7

I was able to pick up my new glasses today and I have a few questions that I'll 100% bring up to my optometrist but they're closed tomorrow so I figured I'd ask here and see if anyone else has some answers.

1. I'm unable to see clearly anything on my computer screen, as in its very blurry and I can read text far better with my glasses off & the screen itself has this warping affect from the glasses that makes me horribly nauseous, I'm not sure how to accurately describe that via text. I'm not sure if that's an issue with my prescription itself or if that's something that will go away with time, I need to be able to use my computer to work so hopefully that's an easy fix.
2. Walking around and looking around is incredibly disorientating, everything warps and bends as I look around and move, I really don't think that's normal but I don't know anyone else with prism glasses to ask about that. If it's something that I'll get used to I can probably deal with it but I cannot stress enough that this is very hard to maneuver life with these glasses.
3. Are there alternatives to prism glasses? Contacts are out of the question but I'm not sure if I could just get normal glasses and they'd work fine?

Apologies if any of these questions seem like common knowledge, my optometrist didn't really give me a heads up on just how jarring wearing these would be.

• [UPDATE] Citicore Renewable IPO pushed back to June 7... Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation [CREC 3.88 pre-IPO] [link] pushed its IPO back one week to June 7, with a revised offer period between May 27 and May 31. This is the second time that CREC’s IPO has been rescheduled. CREC was originally intended to list in March, but the listing was pushed back to the end of May after sticky inflation prevented central banks from lowering rates. CREC raised ₱5 billion from its sale shares in its subsidiary, Citicore Renewable Energy REIT [CREIT 2.85 ▲0.7%; 107% avgVol], to SM Investments [SM 887.00 ▲0.2%; 163% avgVol] back on March 31. The offer is 1.786 billion common primary shares at a maximum price of ₱3.88/share. Together with the overallotment option, the total IPO is worth up to ₱7.97 billion.
  
  • MB: I don’t have any insider information about why the IPO was delayed a second time. I know that the PSE is usually hesitant to schedule IPOs too closely together for fears of oversaturating the market with new equity issuances, and given how heavy the OceanaGold PH [OGP 12.36 ▼1.1%; 31% avgVol] listing has been so far, perhaps the PSE and CREC together decided that it might be worth it to get a little (more) space between OGP and CREC’s listing just to be sure. Edgar Saavedra’s group has been clear the whole time of its intent to list CREC in Q2, so a reschedule by one week to June 7 doesn’t seem like anything other than a bit of fine-tuning. Not sure how deeply we can read into anything. Just excited to get a look at a new IPO.
• [NEWS] MREIT to acquire ₱13.15-B worth of office buildings through share swap... MREIT [MREIT 12.80 ▼1.2%; 380% avgVol] [link] announced that it has applied to the SEC to approve a property-for-share swap transaction with its parent company, Megaworld [MEG 1.79 ▲0.6%; 136% avgVol], where MREIT will acquire six “Grade A buildings” from MEG in exchange for 926,162,000 primary MREIT shares. The transaction is valued at ₱13.15 billion (~₱14.20/share). The properties that MEG will inject into MREIT are One Fintech Place and Two Fintech Place in Iloilo Business Park, Davao Finance Center in Davao Park District, and Two West Campus, Ten West Campus, and One Le Grand in Fort Bonifacio. The transaction will increase MREIT’s gross leasable area (GLA) by 48% to 482,000 square meters.
  
  • MB: This property-for-share swap structure is how the framers of the REIT Law imagined REITs would grow. I’ve seen some comments talking about how the issuance of primary shares by MREIT to MEG dilutes MREIT shareholders; this is true from a voting perspective, but not from a dividend or yield perspective. Starting from the point when the SEC approves the transaction, MREIT will begin generating revenue from these properties, and that revenue will flow into the dividends that MREIT will declare in future quarters. According to my calculations with the PSE’s data, this swap would push MREIT’s public float below the REIT Law’s one-third minimum public ownership threshold to 32.29%, so perhaps MEG will look to sell a small batch of shares in a private placement to prevent the possibility of suspension. Who knows when the SEC will approve the transaction? All I know is that it’s not a good look to get caught flat-footed by a surprise approval, like what happened to Leandro Leviste back when he still owned SP New Energy [SPNEC 1.13 ▼0.9%; 45% avgVol]. I’m interested to see how MREIT will react to the shifting fundamentals of the office market. Anyone here tried GPT-4o? Things are changing at a rapid pace. A year ago we were laughing at having text translated into Jar-Jar speak. Today, I had a full 10-minute conversation with GPT-4o (“Sky”) about how to use Google Looker to produce a financial dashboard using my Google Sheets data.
• [NEWS] Vista Land board approves ₱5-B preferred shares offer... Vista Land [VLL 1.50 ▲2.0%; 0% avgVol] [link] disclosed that its board has approved a ₱5 billion preferred shares offering, consisting of 50,000,000 Series 2 Preferred Shares priced at ₱100/share. VLL said that China Bank Capital and SB Capital will be joint lead underwriters on the deal. The company did not provide any information about the potential dividend or the timeline for the offer period and listing of the shares.
  
  • MB: This prefs sale comes after VLL had to kill its disastrous attempt to sell $700 million in US Dollar-denominated bonds back in late January. Back then, VLL’s bonds were simply not shiny enough to compete with the yields of other (better) issuers. When it pulled the bonds there was an expectation that VLL would try again once rates had come down a bit, and while rates have not gone down, perhaps this smaller offering is intended to deal with whatever short-term needs the company has while it waits to make a bond offering at some future time when rates are lower.

Minha namorada e eu já brigamos algumas vezes sobre um cara que ela jurava que só respondia por não ser grossa.
Ele já tinha dado em cima dela algumas vezes enquanto nós já namorávamos e eu falei pra ela bloquear ele, mas ela se recusou (comecei a acreditar que ele era um dick-in-the-jar) até nós discutirmos e, depois de muito chororô, ela finalmente bloquear.
Domingo, fui no pagode com ela em uma casa de show (odeio esse ambiente mas fui pra fazer uma média)
Quando esse cara aparece lá (ela estava no balcão, pegando bebidas), chega abraçando ela pela cintura, ela o comprimenta com um sorriso no rosto e os dois se beijam na bochecha, falam um no ouvido do outro e mantém uma distância corporal de intimidade.
Quando vi, fiquei absolutamente puto e no dia seguinte (ontem) terminei com ela, pq já tinha falado que se houvesse reincidência, terminaria.
Hoje, ela visualizou um story meu e, por acaso eu resolvi ver uma coisa. Ela o desbloqueou e os dois estão se seguindo
