This won't be long, just venting. I started working when I was extremely young, specifically around 13, transporting hundreds of kilos of vegetables and fruits on foot every day.
After two years of this, I started working in a warehouse. It was fucking terrible, 7 days a week, no off days, with barely any actual compensation, felt like absolute slavery. Our break room, I remember, smelled like sewage water.
After a year of warehouse work, I moved on to being a waiter and then transitioned to being a bartender. A lot of things happened in between. Currently, I've been working in B2B digital marketing sales for more than a year now, as that's what my experience has been building up to. I am currently 20.
I am tired. I am really fucking tired. I live alone and have been living alone for years. I have expensive rent and bills to pay, which I've had for a long time. This year, I started saving some money on the side to go to therapy, and I've been prescribed Zoloft. Over the years, I've developed severe anxiety after being abused by many of my ex-managers and current ones. I can't even count how many jobs I've had anymore. I've developed multiple addictions and chain-smoke most of the time. I am burnt out and haven't had one full week to myself in seven years. I am suffocated. I can't even sleep anymore and I barely have energy for anything. I haven't had the chance to pause work for so long because of the risk of going homeless since I was extremely young.
I am really depressed and this has taken a toll on me in every way possible. I've made it a long way, but the way I've been treated my entire life like fucking garbage by toxic workplaces has genuinely fucked me up. My most recent position is okay, but I am genuinely simply too exhausted to handle it anymore.
I've been considering applying to copywriting positions. That is what I've excelled at so far. Yet I cannot get myself to do it. I am scared of any new workplace. I've had so many changes and I do not have the energy for anything anymore..
Forgive me for this post. I am just not someone that talks about these things as I always pretend to be grateful. I cannot, however, for the love of fucking god stand this economic system anymore. I've reached my breaking point a while ago and I feel like I've completely fucking shutdown. Saving money is not even an option with all the expenses that I have. How the fuck will I get a break at this rate? I cannot last for much longer and depression has been eating me alive.

Hey there, I own an ecommerce store that is currently shipping directly to our US customers from Shenzhen. Sales have been steady but shipping times have been a bit unreliable. I (20F) have been looking for a job as an MA for the longest but nobody wants to hire somebody with little to no experience so I thought I’d give reddit a shot. I have years of experience with kids, Phlebotomy, EKG, Customer Service, Sales and Doctors office settings. I’m always on time and very hardworking, I love to learn and love a challenge. I am a beginner when it comes to using SAGE X3, but have a lot of experience using/configuring other ERP systems in the logistics/warehousing space.
A team I am working with has a customer who places multiple sales orders in a single week for each of their ship-to locations, and in many instances they are ordering the same product on different orders.
Our warehouse team has requested the ability to basically combine the requirements from different sales orders and create one picking ticket to reduce travel time and simplify picking for the floor staff.
In other systems I’ve used this would typically be done by creating a wave/bulk pick. Does something like this exist in SAGE? Can I take multiple sales orders and “merge” their requirements to create one pick ticket?

• QMK/VIA keyboards must include the MCU used as well as the amount of RAM on the MCU. This must also include the number of layers available
• Newly released keyboards must ship in a FIFO order. People receiving units they just purchased, while people who pre-ordered keyboards are still waiting for their shipment is not acceptable. All orders must include a "ship by" date, with a window of delivery time based on region
• NuPhy needs to provide a US/EU warehouse for returns; shipping back to China is not an acceptable practice
• NuPhy needs to institute a working and visible ticket system for orders, products, pre and post sales support; Discord is not meant to replace a ticketing system, it is meant to be a community discussion platform
• New keyboards must include dates when they will be available in regional marketplaces like Amazon. Many people would rather order from a trusted vendor
• NuPhy must publish layouts with each keyboard; which keycap sets will fit, any extra or non-standard keys that will be needed
• NuPhy must provide a list of compatible switches, especially when listing low profile keyboards
• NuPhy must be swift to respond to firmware issues; provide triage, and an ETA of when issues will be repaired, i.e. double input issues
• NuPhy needs to provide a clearly written and legally binding warranty. Too many customers are being turned down when their keyboard either arrives DOA or stops working after a few days. This warranty must be clear as to what is covered by NuPhy and what is required by customers in order to make a warranty claim that does not get lost in a black hole

Creators are complaining that NuPhy will not work with creators who have even a single negative thing to say. People want honest reviews, not just commercials that paint their products in only good light
• NuPhy needs to list and link alternative QMK/VIA firmware files by community members
• NuPhy needs to abide by QMK's MIT, BSD, Apache, and GNU GPL as well as register their keyboards with VIA's database to avoid the need for VIA JSON files - If NuPhy refuses to do this, then they cannot list their keyboards as QMK/VIA products

Things I’m bad at:

• Sales
• Presenting in front of large crowds
• Dealing with rude people
• Math

Things I’m genuinely just not interested in whatsoever:

• Sales
• Most trade jobs like where you work 8-12 hour shifts
• Warehouse jobs (unless it’s something not physical like receiving)

Basically, since I can’t do music I just want a job that I’ll actually be passionate about and not something where I “just do it to get by”
What would be the best fit?

I genuinely am not sure if this is the right sub but I'm at my wits end with this and I am seeking help.
I have a job where I do the ecommerce for a small chain of clothing boutiques in Florida. This is not a field I know a ton about and the job kind of happened to me on accident. The owner hires sales associates, then if they are "tech savvy" she will train them to do onlines.
The owner has 5 locations including a warehouse. At one of the locations, which is typically slower and doesn't see as much foot traffic, she has the "online girls." These are the employees that process all her online orders. There are 3 of us.
I am the only full-time "online girl." The other two work 1-2 days a week typically. Sometimes 3 if I am lucky.
Her online process is... really crazy and I've not been doing this job long enough to be able to figure out where I can even begin to fix it.
Basically, this is her process:

1. Order comes in
   
2. I have to log on remotely to a PC in the warehouse to manually search for each item in our inventory and I have to write down in the Shopify order notes which locations have the items, and where we are going to ship the order from. I then have to adjust these items out of inventory. Roughly 50% of the time someone is using that PC and I have to wait. Sometimes its easier for me to do this at 1am when everyone is asleep.
   
3. If there are items on the order that cannot ship from the same place, we split the shipment and buy multiple labels.
   
4. I email the stores where I am pulling items from with a list of the items I need for this order.
   
5. The stores search their flooback room for the items, and then they respond back with the SKU, price, and weight.
   
6. If they do not have all the items because inventory was incorrect (it nearly always is), I have to pull the item from a different store, repeat the process.
   
7. If all items are accounted for then I send them the label.
   
8. If there are items that are showing up as out of stock companywide, we have to make a list of these items and send them to our company group chat and tell all the stores to search their flooback room for these items. We have to send this same list to the owner and email all the stores with it.
   
9. If the stores cant find these items still, we have to see if our boss can order it directly from the vendor, and then email the customers to let them know there will be delays.
   
10. If it will take too long to order the item, we can email the customer with a list of "replacement options." We have to email the customer every day for 3 days until they answer. If they don't answer, we have to call them and ask them what they want as a replacement for their out of stock item. We aren't allowed to refund them unless they tell us they don't want a replacement or they don't answer their phone.
    

I could go further but I won't. This is a multi million dollar business and she's had it for 18 years.
Where do I even begin with this? Orders are almost always delayed. Customers are constantly getting the wrong things in their shipments. People are always complaining. I have to work crazy amounts of overtime to make any of this work. The "online girls" are all on the verge of quitting.
I have tried documents. My boss says she "doesn't do documents." She does most things through text message.
I have been here 6 months. It's not sustainable. I need to convince her there's a much easier way to do this but I don't know how.
Anybody have any immediate thoughts?
