"This Week in KPOP" Archive

I am getting out of the Topre game for now so I'm looking to sell my favorite Topre board. I am also looking to sell off other stuff I have lying around. All items include shipping to CONUS. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Heavy-6 complete with FC660C internals, $560 -
The Heavy-6 has no exterior defects and is lined with sorbothane on the backplate to dampen sound. The Norbauer portcullis badge on the back of the case is custom painted in a metallic gray but a badge of the stock colorway will also be included if you would like to change it. I can also change the badge for you upon request.
The FC660C has 55g Topre domes except for the insert key which is 45g Topre. Slider rails are lubed with Tribosys 3204 on the 1u keys while the stabilizers are lubed with Krytox GPL 205 grade 0. It is silenced with purple Topre sliders and plate is also cerakoted in a burnt bronze color to protect against rust. I am not in possession of the stock Topre caps so a full base set and a mod pro kit of Topre 9009 from the original group buy will be included as well.

After a little chat I decide to fight the devil
It was a... mildly epic battle

These words echo as I run trough the cave down to the heart
With dagoth ur slowly chasing me, I get to the heart
As I face the heart, I look back to see dagoth right in front of me
how?!
I quickly strike the heart with sunder
Then I follow it up with keening
Each time I strike the heart, dagoth gets more and more mad
And then, In what seemed like an instant, the heart was destroyed, and dagoth ur lays down, defeated
With the heart destroyed he is powerless
I slowly walk away from him, leaving him heartbroken
Untill I cross the bridge
As soon as I cross it, it snaps
It falls down, Taking dagoth ur with it in the lava
It seemed my mercy was short lived
As akulakhan crumbles to pieces, the earth shatters with it
I ran as fast as my speed stat let me
I got away to the room before
But... in front of me was azura
and... A CUTSCENE
after it I got a pretty sweet ring
I teleport out
And I never blessed these blue skies more then now

He tells me that his powers are gone, and that he will need to fix the city

I talk to the priest and he denies ANYTHING regarding the shipments that the officer said were missing

On an island on the cost of skyrim and morrowind

So the reason why the creatures in Skyrim are so boring in comparison to morrowind is not because of Bethesda turning less and less creative, this lore has been set since the days of morrowind .
I meen I would have loved for the creatures to be more then just Viking land with giants and spiders

He tells me to go to every shrine to seek nature’s forgiveness or what ever

I go to the house next to the hall
The old man there tells me that his son fell in the well, and that he’s afraid he may be dead
I say il find him, he gives the key
I go down

later in the cave I find... skeletons
Kill them
I find his son in robes
He’s... clearly gone insane
I tell him that his father wants him back
You have no idea how tempting it was to join his side for world domination , but I just beaten one of those, I don’t want to do it again
He feels guilty and gives me the robes, saying he’ll give up dark magic in facet of actual magic, and that he’ll go to other lands to learn, but he swears he’ll be back to show his dad his accomplishments

And that’s it! I’m really sorry that it came out soooo late but my god my finals are brutal, I’ve been through 2 of them since we last talked, and because of how crappy my schools planning is I had but one week to learn for an entire final
Needless to say I’m a bit tired but that means il finally be able to go back to playing this game

• The most interesting game of the week as far as the results on the rankings goes to the Little Brown Jug. What do you do when a team snatches defeat from the jaws of victory? Two weeks ago Michigan dropped 2 spots after handing Michigan State the victory while MSU moved up 1. This week Minnesota moves up 2 spots after mismanaging themselves into a loss while Michigan stays put. Don't read too much into that however because while the game situations are similar, the starting positions for the two teams in the power rankings are very different between the two games.
  
• Purdue's upset win over Nebraska was enough to boost them out of last place past both Maryland and Rutgers. Rutgers dropped a spot despite having the exact same Average Ranking as last week.
  
• Indiana is by far the most controversial team. The Hoosiers went undefeated in their non-conference games but are 0-4 in the Big Ten. They have faced a pretty difficult conference schedule to this point, however they also lost to Rutgers at home in a shootout.
  
• The initial Playoff Committee rankings come out tomorrow night. It should be interesting to see how the three undefeated Big Ten teams fare.

3	Iowa dominated this game, make no mistake. The game was 21-0 after three quarters, and it wasn't even that close. The Hawkeyes let up on the gas after dominating the first half, in part because the defense was so stifling and in part to keep QB CJ Beathard healthy as he continues to battle a nagging injury. Maryland had one good offensive drive that ended with a pick-6 by Desmond King (seriously, don't throw to his side), a mediocre offensive drive that scored a TD because the Hawks decided to commit some dumb penalties on it, and one Will Likely kick return TD (seriously, don't kick to him). But the bottom line, of course, is that Iowa is now 8-0 and still in control of the West. A trip to Indiana looms next week. -trumpet_23
4	On Saturday, Michigan barely escaped Minneapolis with a win against the Minnesota Gophers. The defense has an uncharacteristically bad showing for most of the game, giving up 461 total yards and when QB Jake Ruddock went out with an injury and was replaced by Wilton Speight, who previously had not completed a pass all season, it looked like it was all over for Michigan. However Michigan was able to come out victorious by forcing the Gophers to kick 3 field goals from within the red zone, calling plays that allowed Speight to gain some confidence to lead to the final TD drive for Michigan, Jabrill Peppers making plays on Offense, Defense, and Special Teams, and a final 17 seconds that was a combination of excellent Michigan defense, and questionable play calling by the Gophers. The Wolverines took home the Little Brown Jug, and won't play Minnesota to keep it again until 2017. Next week, Michigan returns to the Big House to take on a Struggling Rutgers team. -galacticdude7
5	The biggest headline from Wisconsin's thrashing of Rutgers was the return of Corey Clement. Corey made the most of his opportunities, gaining 115 yds and 3 TDs on just 11 carries in his first game back from sports hernia surgery. With Clement in the backfield, our offense suddenly looks much more balanced. Hopefully that opens things up for Stave and allows him to improve on what is already a very good season. Meanwhile, the defense continues to be elite. The #1 scoring defense in the nation held Rutgers to a season low 165 yds. That's 128 yds less than their previous low set last week against Ohio State. UW held Rutgers to just two 3rd down conversions in fifteen attempts. -pianobadger
6	Saquon Barkley to be named new state bird of PA. But what a day, after a rocky game against Maryland Penn Sate came out swinging. The defense held the Illinois offense off all game, not letting them into the red zone all game, and the closest they got was to the PSU 33 yard line. On top of that the 44 yard interception return from Troy Reeder made for a fun day for defense. Christian Hackenberg was on point all game throwing 21 for 29 and showing a level of pocket awareness not seen all season, plus a touchdown where he was the receiver makes for an amazingly fun game to watch. 8	Saturday's heartbreaking loss was the cherry on top to a nightmare week for Gopher fans. Losing the game in such agonizing fashion is the B topic for this blurb, as everyone has seen or read about the series of events at the end of the game. Earlier in the week the Gophers lost head coach Jerry Kill, as he was forced to make the difficult decision to retire due to his ongoing battle with epilepsy. Kill took over our program when we were a perennial bottom feeder, and made us relevant and competitive again. He had said from the start that turning the program around was a 6-7 year job, and it sure looked like we were heading the right way as our record improved steadily in each of his first 4 years, from 3 (2) wins to 8 (5). This year had been a disappointment in a lot of ways, but the program still felt like it was heading in the right direction as recruiting improved and we were able to break ground on a sorely needed practice facility. Losing Kill shakes everything up. Many Gopher fans (including myself) think interim coach Tracy Claeys can keep the momentum that Kill has built and get our program to the next level. Others are calling for Lane Kiffin, Bo Pelini, or even Bret Bielema (that one is painful to type). Thus far we've only lost one recruit due to coach Kill's retirement, and hopefully that's all we'll lose. But whatever comes next, Kill goes down as one of the best Gopher football coaches in recent decades, and as a fan it's still tough to think that he's gone, even if there is still hope for the program. 11	Shawn Eichorst just sent out a press release today urging patience for this shit of a season. Does he mean the patience that we should not have had when firing a coach after a failure of a 9-3 season? Bullshit. Eichorst is trying to save face after putting all of his rotten eggs in one terrible basket. He wanted to escape to Wisconsin and leave Nebraska as a steaming pile of garbage that can't beat the worst team in the Big Ten. I only hope that his ass gets canned before he can escape. -Nebraska_Actually
12	Purdue wins! Purdue wins! For the first time in 3 years, the Boilermakers walked out of Ross-Ade with a win over a Big Ten opponent. Turnovers proved to be key in this game, with the Purdue defense forcing 5, while the offense kept itself turnover-free. Anthony Brown was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week after grabbing a hat trick of interceptions, and senior Frankie Williams helped seal the win with a pick of his own after Purdue turned the ball over on down late in the 4th quarter. Quarterback David Blough had a great game of his own, throwing for 4 touchdowns and running another one in. All that said, the Boilermakers still have a lot of room for improvement. Nebraska faced a 42-16 deficit entering the 4th quarter, and still clawed back to make it a close game at the end. Next week, Illinois travels to West Lafayette to face the Boilermakers for Purdue's homecoming. -dgahimer
13	After last year's shutout vs. Wisconsin, I guess putting up some points can be taken as a positive, but overall...it was a horrific showing from the team. Leonte Carroo sat (ankle) and it was truly noticeable through the entire game that they could not rely solely on the rush to win. The Scarlet Knights continue to rotate in 4 (yes, FOUR) RBs to the mix, and this seemed to be promising for the first quarter, however the wheels quickly fell off when Wisconsin learned to fill the box and not allow anything to develop. We travel to Michigan next week, and after last year's storming of the field after Rutgers beat Michigan for its first ever B1G win, I expect Michigan to show no mercy. 14	I'm very happy there are two halves to a football game. The first half was all Hawkeyes and ended up 21-0. The second half was very interesting however. On a moral victory note, Maryland won the second half 15-10. This had more to do with the conservative nature of Iowa's offense in the second half than it did with Maryland being a better team. The positives were Perry Hills getting 100 yards on the ground and Will Likely did this. On Defense the Terps held Iowa to under 300 total yards offensively and in the second half played very well not giving up a defensive touchdown. The Maryland offense continues to be incapable passing the ball and neither running back surpassed 50 yards rushing. This offense has been 100% on the legs of Perry Hills. The last thing I'd like to point out is that Nicolas Pritchard continues to impress punting the football. Having a good punter makes this team much more competitive than they would be and he's been a brilliant asset. Next week it is Maryland at home against Wisconsin. Expect another loss for the Terps here, but I know I'm going to be rooting for the underdogs. The Maryland defense gets to try to stop the rushing attack that was reborn last week in Wisconsin. If x votes were counted, the best possible score is x and the worst possible score is 14x. #1 votes are in parentheses.
Average Rank is the points divided by the number of votes. This will allow for comparison from one week to the next.
Prev. is the Average Rank from the previous week.
Change is the change in average rank from the previous week. Changed from previous seasons, a positive change now means that change in rank is good, not that it is a larger number than the previous week. It has been suggested that having the "+/-" and "Change" columns have opposite signs was confusing.
Variance is a measure of how much agreement there was between voters. A zero means all voters ranked a team the same, and a higher number means a team's ranking was more controversial.

Pace is the main trait of wingers, as they are often found in open space, the priority is to press the accelerator and go for the try line.. Strength, acceleration, balance and good handling are an advantage too..
Defending: Just like the full back, a good winger is reliable in defence, be able to kick and deal with the opposition's kicks. If your positioning is good, wingers are often the key to a good counter attack, due a poor kick by the opposition trying to get the ball into touch. Initiate a counter attack with fellow backs, but make sure they are ready to support you by communicating well..
Just like a full back, a winger has a decent view to read the game..
Work ethic is very important in my opinion to being a good winger, sometimes it can get lonely out there, don't be afraid to come infield sometimes too and look for the ball, but remember to resume your position when the ball is lost...
Sometimes on the wing it can be very easy, but it actually requires the most fitness in my opinion depending on how your team is playing the game.. If it's lots of kicking, you should be prepared to run up and down the field all day...
