Hi, I'm looking for differing opinions on the potential of ASX:RNT and how it scales against competitors such as ASX:REA. I personally feel like it has potential to capitalise on the rental market space as housing becomes less affordable. Is it foolish to think that a market cap of $16.1M is severely undervalued?

Why would he use that particlar phrase and why would they both laugh?
- It's not obviosly funny, especially by his standards.
- It doesn't quite make sense. Me has been the head of state of one of the most powerful nation's on earth for a decade, whereas B is a part-time politician/celebrity, who was once Mayor of London. This phrase is soemtimes used to describe the coming together of lovers - which is fnny if yo look at them both. But within the Brexit context, as a pair, they have no obvious connection that would merit this comment or this reaction. Brexit is spposed to be abot the 27 vs UK.
- Also, they are not meant to like each other.

B to Me (re Brexit negotiations which he has been obstructing for months) "We can do it". This happens to be the exact phrase Me used to persade the German pblic to allow hndreds of thosands of refugees into Germany from Syria - over a million across the european union - for which she was roundly criticised in the German press as an ill-conceived disaster. Her reaction was natural and spontaneos laughter. Me is a serious stateswoman and this jibe should have represented a major insult, bt instead she could not contain her mirth.

Why would Boris choose these particular words?
- It is boastful, incendiary and almost belligerent.
- It acknowledges a possible split in the alliance.
- It states clearly that the people in that room and the interests they represent are in an insurmontable position, if they just stick together.
- Given NATO was established to counter the threat of Russia (formerly USSR), which is in a military alliance with China, "no-one" clearly includes them. The idea that the great armies of Rssia and China could not even "hope" to defeat NATO does not make any sense at all. It is totally at odds with all of the military and diplomatic news and analysis that has been conducted over recent years as P has built up and exercised every aspect of Russia's warfare machine - conventional and unconventional. With X also building.
- This statement does not ring true to the NATO v Russia/China scenario, we've been taight to dread in newspapers and politics for past 20 years.
- Could Boris have an ulterior meaning for the ppl in that room?

PROPOSAL TO UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY, BEGGINING OF VOTING
Reform of United Nations Security Council has been proposed many times in many different forms since its creation. Saudi Arabia proposes simple, not complicated change, that we believe will make UNSC better.
UNSC non-permament members are chosen from Regional Groups, which look like this Asia- Pacific group (Green) contains very big number of countries (53), however has only 3 seats in UNSC, one of which is permament member China. That leaves 2 non-permament seats for 52 countries, so ratio is 1 seat per 26 countries. For comparison, ratio of non-permament seats per countries that are not PM is 1 per 16.5 in Latin American and Caribbean group, and 1 per 12.5 in Western European and Others Group.
The result of this is underrepresentation of countries of Asia, Pacific and Middle East in UNSC. Much has changed since the establishment of UNSC, and almost all countries of our group are much more populous, more developed, and more relevant now. Some countries of Middle East have became rich and powerful, East Asia has became industrial powerhouse, and south asia now has much bigger population. We believe that our countries should be more represented in UNSC.
We propose that one of these two ways of solving problem is implemented:
1. New Regional Group is created, looking like this and having 2 non-permament seats. That would increase whole UNSC from 15 to 17 seats. Group could be called "Middle Eastern and Central Asian Group"
2. Number of non-permament seats in Asia-Pacific group is raised from 2 to 4, making total amount of seats in grop including China 5, and making whole number of seats 17.
Alternetively, instead of adding new seats to UNSC, seats could be transferred from other groups to new group (in scenario 1) or to Asia Pacific (in scenario 2)
We present this proposal to United Nations General Assembly and begin voting and collecting opinions and thoughts about this idea.

As many of you know, the SSL Season 2 introduced individual logos for the Ro16 players. The logos are back in Season 3, and I wanted to explain the origins of these logos for those who are unfamiliar with them.
The player logos were created by Hanul "Inihance" Kim, a long-time member of the Korean SC2 community. Inihance was recently appointed Production Director of the SBENU Starcraft II Starleague Season 3, and it seems that he's behind the visual design overhaul in the recent seasons of SSL. A new Starleague Opening featuring the Ro16 players (like in the Brood War days) is in production, and the teaser pics were released yesterday. You can see them here.
Most of the logos are based on fan tropes and nicknames originating from the DCinside Starcraft Gallery. Someone previously explained some of these nicknames in this reddit post - you may find it helpful to read it first.

• sOs' logo was inspired by his nickname, "Batterjwa." In the early Wings of Liberty seasons, KeSPA players were generally weaker than the esF players. However, in the program "Starcraft 2 Ready Action!" sOs defeated consecutive esF players in the Crossmatch, so sOs was likened to a batter bludgeoning his opponents one by one. Nowadays the conflict between KeSPA and eSF has largely become meaningless, but the nickname stuck.
