I got a Seagate One Touch 8TB Hub cause it was on sale on the Seagate website maybe a month or so ago. It has been 100% terrible since I got it. I connected it & started moving games from my main HDDs to the Hub to free up space. I've barely used maybe a few hundred gigs of the 7.3 available TB. It has been terrible. It constantly disconnects itself from the computer for seemingly no reason. When it is connected & the computer is reading it it's running at 100% Active Time & kicks my CPU up to 100% so it slows down the entire computer meaning I can't actually do anything with it which inevitably ends with it disconnecting itself again. I can't even run diagnostics on it because it disconnects before that's done. Is there anything I can do to make this thing not worthless or do I have to figure out returns/exchanges with Seagate?

We're do I start with the trails games, I love big multi part games and trails have been calling me. I just don't know were to start and what games to get. Like I don't know the difference In the sky games, the cold steel and other games. So I don't know what to start with. Ajax, called Invincible, now rules here. He pits the different peoples of Vasloria against each other. Elves and men and dwarves; no one quite trusts anyone. This is Ajax’s goal. Religious institutions are outlawed, their churches left in ruin. The old orders are disbanded or subjugated, few continue their attempts to keep the peace and protect the people. The Iron Saint binds the land.
You are a recently founded band of ratcatchers, problem solvers, necessary but apart from proper society. You overwintered in the inn of the Green Dragon, a quiet place in the town of Arlone, east of Bedegar Keep. Now, with the onset of spring, you can set out again towards fortune, glory, honor, hope, or any other grand imaginings. How did you come to be here? Why can’t you go home and live a normal life? What do you want to make of yourself?
The Caelian Road goes south, the way engulfed by two wodes, a savage wilderness where Elves hunt those who enter. Monsters walk the wood. Civilized people do not go there. To the east lies the Dutchy of Faroe, a narrow pass for fools and traders flanked by high mountains teeming with serpents and warring tribes. The Overmen watch keenly from their high aeries for dissidents and outlaws. The vast sea to the west is traveled rarely, only the Overlord’s ships and the less-sane of the Vanirmen dare the dark waters. Things dwell in the deep. North is the powerful Dutchy of Dalrath, with the impenetrable Great Wode beyond. There Civilization and the Wild fight in open war, stone and steel against fangs and demon-flames.
In Bedegar, many small towns sustain themselves against the ever encroaching wilderness, old traditions and ancient pacts seeing new light in the trying times. Some people band together for safety, others stand on the shoulders of the drowned. All will be tested soon enough.
The Campaign
I'm planning to start with a sandbox style of game seeded with lots of classic, modern, and homebrew adventures. Very much D&D-ish pulp fantasy, but with a bit more narrative bits and the pulpy Savage Worlds system.
Some self direction, some encroaching events, lots of interesting roleplay, delving into the wilderness, and the freedom to get yourself into trouble. It’s up to you which fires to put out or threads to pull, and there’s no way to solve every problem or get every treasure. Players will have the opportunity to become embroiled in duchy politics, build alliances, save enemies, join guilds, and fight lots of crazy shit. Later on the threads will turn more towards a linear adventure, as I want to run The Red Hand of Doom once the PC’s have gone around and have a reputation.
Player Buy-In: The pulpy style of play where the GM just drops you in a town with a bunch of hooks and a wild land, then you have to work out your own shit out has to sound cool. Being interested in having your own goals and ambitions and working to fulfill them is always helpful, but just wanting to pull on threads also works. Likewise, wanting to engage and invest in other player's characters and NPC's is the best. Your characters should give a shit, they don’t need to be selfless paragons, but they should be connected to the local area enough to care what happens to it.
Logistics
System: Savage Worlds Adventure Edition (SWADE), with some Fantasy Companion content and a bunch of my own homebrew. Those new to the system are welcome.
Format: Mostly over Discord voice with SavageBot to handle dice/cards. Owlbear Rodeo for battlemaps.
Date/Time: Looking to have a session zero on Friday the 17th, at 7:00 PM CST. Following sessions will be weekly on Friday's at the same time. Sessions will typically be around 4 hours long. This will be a long term campaign, so regular commitment will be required.

On the Xbox360’s Marketplace, a huge sale for many games, INCLUDING the Just Dance series has begun, making these games cheaper than ever on digital retailers.
Prices of the base games (Just Dance) are: $6-$8.
The following games affected by this are:
JUST DANCE 2014 to 2019 (with 2017 being an exception as it is unavailable on the 360’s marketplace at all.)
I don’t know when the sale ends, but I’d imagine it wouldn’t be until sometime in June or July. Hell, this sale could be technically permanent.
Aside from that, some games in the store go for as low as $1. ($0.99 before taxes.) and there are some very eye-catching titles there, so if you’re somebody who doesn’t care about the Just Dance games, I’d still say it’s worth checking out.

I currently have a TUF Gaming X570 Plus (Wi-Fi) and I’m looking to upgrade my SSD to a 2TB, any recommendations? My processor is an AMD ryzen 5 3600 (looking for maybe one that is less than 200 probably on sale maybe?)

As the title says, I'm looking up the discounts and I love these types of games, but I don't know where to bounce my head. I have many roguelikes/roguelites, so, those are a pass if there is nothing that's really worth it. Was looking for something Cozy and chill, I missed the discount on Echoes of the Plum Grove and I think it was right about my alley. I'm considering atm something along city builders/management (like DotAGE) and I see there are lots of discounts, but also some dungeon crawlers not really hardcore roguelikes are a possibility. Hi All.
Ive mentioned in a few of my comments before that I am planning to build a PC with my son for his birthday who is graduating from high school this year. The parts list is here https://nz.pcpartpicker.com/list/4j2wQP .
Cost has been a major consideration for this and this is actually already over budget although I am expecting the price to go down for a few of the components in the next month or so as thats when the sales start where I am from. The other consideration with these choices is that aestheics are also important as this is for a teenager after all so this is why an aquarium case and AIO watercooling have been picked. Its been a running joke in the family that he likes white too much (he loves white shorts for some reason) which is why I am picking white parts. Ive ordered a matching white mouse/desk pad from the anime he likes as well.
I was thinking of an AMD GPU but the 7800XT or a 4070 costs a bit too much. Depending on how the sales go I might need to even go with a 4060. I also went with an AM5 build so he can upgrade this machine if he would like to 5 or so years down the line when he has finished his studies and starts working.
The PC aside from gaming will be used for his hobbies as well which is game development and animation. Sharing my steam account is the bit I am thinking will be a big issue though 😆

Might not be the right /r but I want share my experience anyways. I recently got a Lenovo Legion Tower 5i pre-built pc from my local BestBuy (B660 MOBO/i5-13400f/32gb DDR5/512gb NVME SSD/550W PSU and RTX 3060 12GB) for $1200CAD on Sale. I had initially put these parts online and it came in only slightly cheaper on new parts but considering I did not have to put the time and effort to put it together and cable manage it I think it was an okay deal. This was my first gaming PC after almost 15 years since I moved to a PS4->PS5 and never looked back until now.
I decided to upgrade the GPU for a 4060ti ($500), I know, it does not meet the price vs performance ratio but it was what I could afford and I wanted DLSS Frame Gen. The 4070 next in line was $250 more expensive than this one and even a 3060ti was the same price so this is where I went, Yes, I wanted to buy new only.
But lol did I underestimate this simple exercise, turns out the pre-installed Windows 11 OS is a piece of crap! It would freeze every time I put in the 4060ti and when I went back to 3060 it would run fine. Every driver update would cause the PC to freeze (yes I tried the display driver reset key shortcut) but that did not work either! So yuck, please do a fresh install of Windows on your pre-built to avoid this!
Anyways, I just decided to do my own clean install. A small tip here for first time users, if you are buying pre-built first startup the PC using your Microsoft account so that the license key gets linked to it. Then when you use the Media Creation Tool to create a new Windows Copy it just takes the old key linked to your account and no more activation steps are needed!
Anyways, been 2 weeks now since the clean install build and no complaints, the 4060ti is OC and performs rather well. Oh, and another thing, when you do a OS Installation using the Media Creation Tool remember to have it hooked up to Ethernet because it won't install the Wifi drivers automatically. My router was 25ft away, so my wife wasn't exactly thrilled with the cat6 line running through the middle of the house! But hey, it needed what it needed. I got a decent setup now and just wanted to share my experience. Let the Hunger Games (for my GPU choice) begin!

Fuaga was a team captain and two-year starter for Oregon State and played in the Senior Bowl, a game that has produced a lot of Saints players. The question is how fast can he start and where on the line he fits best. Fuaga said he's open to playing on the left side and has been training for that, even though he played right tackle in college. If the Saints move him to the left side, he'll compete with 2022 first-round pick Trevor Penning. If they keep him on the right side, it could signal that the concerns about Ryan Ramczyk's knees are worse than they thought earlier in the offseason.

Round 2, Pick 41 - Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB, Alabama:
NFL: The secondary figured to be a spot the Saints might attack, and they traded up to land McKinstry. He's a steady, smart, solid corner with good field awareness and decent but not great ball skills. This selection feels like a solid line drive into the gap for a team that needs more reliable defenders.
CBS Sports: B+. Such a clean outside CB prospect. Press man specialty. Physical but not overly grabby. Solid, not spectacular speed. Ball skills meet the standard you want out of a higher-end starter. Good size too. Arguably the best player available. Expensive trade up.
ESPN: The Saints liked McKinstry enough to trade a fifth and sixth-round pick to move up four spots from No. 45 to No. 41. The team nabbed him in the middle of an early Day 2 run on cornerbacks. The addition of McKinstry doesn't mean it's a sure thing that the Saints deal 2017 first-round cornerback Marshon Lattimore, but it does mean that will be a potential move to watch this summer. McKinstry would join Paulson Adebo, Alontae Taylor and potentially Lattimore in the cornerback room, and he said he'd also like to contribute on special teams as a kick returner.

Round 5, Pick 150 - Spencer Rattler, QB, South Carolina:
NFL: This is lower than I imagined Rattler going, especially after six quarterbacks all went off the board in the first 12 picks. Rattler is an interesting developmental talent who has some skills that might remind Saints fans of a certain age of Aaron Brooks -- for both good and bad reasons. Well worth the pick here.
CBS Sports: A-. Former huge recruit who once received first-round buzz. Arm talent jumps off the film. Unafraid to make any throw and at South Carolina connected on many of them. Low-level athlete despite some functional movement away from pressure. Accuracy is good, and reads coverages decently. Older prospect but does have upside. Smart investment this late.
ESPN: The Saints added another quarterback just one year after signing Derek Carr and selecting Jake Haener in the fourth round of the 2023 draft. The Saints usually operate in "win now" mode with how they manage the salary cap, but the selection of Rattler indicates the Saints could be looking toward the future at that position. Rattler will compete with Haener for the backup spot behind Carr after the departure of Jameis Winston. Winston came in for Carr several times last season after Carr left three games with injuries.

Round 5, Pick 170 - Bub Means, WR, Pittsburgh:
NFL: Means has the speed to dent the WR depth chart in New Orleans and is a good fit for what the Saints do. He has big, reliable hands and can stress a defense deep but never was a featured target in his three college stops.
CBS Sports: B+. Height/weight/speed specimen with the long-striding speed to take the lid off the defense. Tracks it well and can carry out classic possess WR duties on the boundary when he’s not going deep. Some YAC flashes but not his speciality. Prudent add, even though he’s a niche type who won’t separate a ton.
ESPN: The Saints fill another need, adding a wide receiver to account for the departure of Michael Thomas. Means ran a 4.43 second 40-yard dash at the NFL combine this year to go along with 721 yards and six touchdowns at Pitt. Means will join No.1 wideout Chris Olave, speedy Rashid Shaheed, A.T. Perry and veteran Cedrick Wilson. Dennis Allen said earlier in the offseason that they were looking for another pass catcher, and Means will join a new Saints coaching staff with a potentially revamped offense.

Round 5, Pick 175 - Jaylan Ford, LB, Texas:
NFL: A thickly built thumper with monotone play speed, Ford thrives with instincts and tape study. Does he have enough athleticism to make it as more than a two-down defender? We shall see.
CBS Sports: B. Lengthy middle linebacker with some suddenness to his game. Wasted movement appear on film, so do impressive plays on the football in coverage. Not an overly physical or high-motor defender. Sifts through traffic well. Has starter traits because of his three-down ability. Although he must tackle more soundly.
ESPN: Ford will add linebacker depth and versatility, as he played both inside linebacker and outside linebacker at Texas. 35-year-old Demario Davis and Pete Werner will take the majority of the snaps, with new signee Willie Gay rotating in if the Saints are playing base defense. That means that Ford will likely be a depth piece and a special-teams player to begin his career.

Round 6, Pick 199 - Khristian Boyd, DT, Northern Iowa:
NFL: He's not a great playmaker, but Boyd's mass and bull-like strength could give him a chance to be an early-down nose tackle. He's tough and reliable with good stamina.
CBS Sports: B+. Big-bodied NT with athletic prowess. Rushes tend to get high, and while he converts speed to power on occasion, if he sunk the pad level, he could be a very powerful defensive lineman. Pass-rush move arsenal isn’t barren just not relied upon often. Unique NT with DT abilities.
ESPN: The 24-year-old comes in with a lot of college experience, having started his career in 2018. The Saints like to rotate their defensive linemen, so he'll join a rotation that includes Bryan Bresee, Khalen Saunders and Nathan Shepherd. He said he prides himself on stopping the run, but also had 6.5 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks at Northern Iowa in 2023.
NFL Absolutely Not Fake News: He is aiming to be the greatest player ever picked 199th.
Round 7, Pick 239 - Josiah Ezirim, OT, Eastern Kentucky:
NFL: Ezirim is a converted D-lineman with two years of OL play under his belt. His outstanding mass could serve him well if the Saints are patient with Ezirim's development.
CBS Sports: A. Starter-caliber size and length to play OT at the next level. Natural power jumps off the film. Better getting across the line than climbing to second level. Grip strength is very good. Well-balanced. Not a freaky athletic specimen but has clean film. More OT help for Saints.
ESPN: It wasn't a surprise that the Saints continued to look for offensive line depth after using a first-round pick on an offensive tackle. Ezirim was a former nose tackle who moved to the offensive line during the 2021 season and became a permanent starter at RT for the last two seasons. At 6-5 and 329 pounds, he'll be the heaviest player on the team next to new OL Oli Udoh. He'll start out as a depth player.
