Hi, me and my best friend are planning a Europe trip for this December. We will approximately be spending 2 weeks on this trip. Here is a list of countries we WANT to see but realistically we will only be seeing 2-3 countries this whole trip. We have never gone to Europe before or nearby countries near Europe, and we wanted an opinion. Out of these countries, which ones should we make the most out of and see? What airport would you recommend flying into? We will both be 21 so where do you recommend staying? Should we hire a tour guide? Any other major cities I am missing that NEED to be seen in the following countries.

Like drugs do. I didn’t know this until I met her.
On our first date, we sat next to each other on wooden stools in a quiet corner of a popular bar in town. I ordered a Bee’s Knees. She ordered the same.
We turned and faced each other as we sipped and talked. Our legs were touching, and our faces were so close that I could feel her breath when she laughed. Within minutes of interacting, I noticed her smooth chocolate brown eyes turning black. I felt like I was getting sucked into a black hole of desire where there was no turning back.
Thirty minutes into the date, I excused myself to go to the bathroom. I needed to calm down. The electric surge of chemicals between us was just too intense. When I looked in the bathroom mirror, I noticed that my sparkly blue-green eyes had turned mostly black too. I started to fantasize that I was living in some vampire romance novel.
I took my phone out of my purse and googled, “Why are my and my date’s eyes black?” “Your eyes dilate when you’re in love with someone,” Google replied.
I felt instantly drunk. I walked out of the bathroom with butterflies in my stomach and sat back down on the stool, inches from her.
We locked eyes again, and I gently put my hand on her thigh. For the next two hours, we talked about everything and anything. I watched her lips stretch and bend when she smiled and laughed. I studied the curve of her jaw and the petiteness of her frame. I noticed the adorable cowlick that made her hair stick up.
I was giddy. It felt like no one else was at that bar. It was only us. The live music next door sounded muffled, like the band was playing underwater. Time and space no longer existed.
It’s been seven months since that night. And I was right. There was and is no turning back.
Until two weeks ago when everything went downhill. We had a trip planned to Paris where I thought to myself, this is it. This trip will set our love in stone and the rest will be history. She decided to uninvite me about 1 month before we were to leave. We slowly grew apart as I knew subconsciously that her mind was made up, that she was done trying to work through our issues.
She comes to pick up her things from my house a week before heading out for Paris. Everything hits me all at once. "Oh my god what have I done". I realized right then and there that I had made the greatest mistake of my life. That I had given up on fighting for the most wonderful girl that had ever walked my way.
I began obsessing, looking at her Instagram. Trying to piece things together and figure out where everything went wrong. I realize that her and her ex of 3 years started following each other again on Instagram. I look further, she's unarchived 100 photos with him. I begin to lose my mind.
I reach out to her, call her a cheater, only to push her away more. She begins to think I'm crazy. Fast forward to today, I see her and her ex in Paris together, enjoying the trip that we had planned.
In the span of 1 month, she went from loving me to being amicable with me to getting back with her ex and completely disposing of me. Lying about it. Never once saying sorry, but instead that “you’re not my issue anymore” and that I should check myself into a psych ward for even feeling hurt by everything. Telling me she never thought we were meant to be. I was a terrible boyfriend. I was her rebound. And my hate for myself grew even more.
I'll see them grow happy, get engaged, have children. I can see their future clearly.
And all my future holds is the despair I will continue to endure as I see their life unfold. I've dated enough women to know this will forever be the best girl that has ever given me a chance. I am sick to my stomach. She loved me so much and I let it slip away.
I’ll never forget when I first met her. It was as if my heart leaped out of my chest. We had an immediate connection. I remember coming back home to my friends in discord at the end of the night and saying to them, “This is the one”. I don’t know how things got away so fast. I was a soul just barely hanging on when I met her. She helped me through my addiction, she showed me what true love is, and I took her for granted.
I feel like a true psychopath now. But at least she made me feel less alone for a few good months.
I've grown tired of the struggle, of the rollercoaster, of the endless highs and lows, of waking up feeling good and then without warning being triggered back into suicidal despair. It's been a consistent cycle for so long that I see no reason to believe that it will suddenly change. I just can’t get her out of my head. And I don’t ever see a day that I will.
I've wavered back and forth about making this post, secretly hoping she will see it. I've decided to go ahead and do so because in a sense I’m thankful that she's helped me decide to finally end my miserable life.

Like drugs do. I didn’t know this until I met her.
On our first date, we sat next to each other on wooden stools in a quiet corner of a popular bar in town. I ordered a Bee’s Knees. She ordered the same.
We turned and faced each other as we sipped and talked. Our legs were touching, and our faces were so close that I could feel her breath when she laughed. Within minutes of interacting, I noticed her smooth chocolate brown eyes turning black. I felt like I was getting sucked into a black hole of desire where there was no turning back.
Thirty minutes into the date, I excused myself to go to the bathroom. I needed to calm down. The electric surge of chemicals between us was just too intense. When I looked in the bathroom mirror, I noticed that my sparkly blue-green eyes had turned mostly black too. I started to fantasize that I was living in some vampire romance novel.
I took my phone out of my purse and googled, “Why are my and my date’s eyes black?” “Your eyes dilate when you’re in love with someone,” Google replied.
I felt instantly drunk. I walked out of the bathroom with butterflies in my stomach and sat back down on the stool, inches from her.
We locked eyes again, and I gently put my hand on her thigh. For the next two hours, we talked about everything and anything. I watched her lips stretch and bend when she smiled and laughed. I studied the curve of her jaw and the petiteness of her frame. I noticed the adorable cowlick that made her hair stick up.

When I was homeless 2 years ago, I used to attempt daily. A lot of people were telling me I didn't really want to die, or I was faking it. I guess its to be expected most people don't understand what the vagnus nerve is.
Since then, I've had maybe 3 close calls where I strung my neck, but didn't suspend. Last night I was in full death mode. I have a trick I can't share that makes it painless, so you don't get that head exploding feeling. Its peaceful, everything gets dark, the fan starts to sound robotic, I can feel myself slipping away... then the vagnus nerve takes over, and rips the rope off, or stands up.
So I try again, and again, and at some point I'm sobbing so hard I can't even get constriction no matter how tight I pull because of how my neck is flexing. Every time I ask myself if I'm faking it, or if I don't wanna die, then why is it after getting so close and pulling back, do I get frustrated and jump right back into it?
You can argue that, I am getting better. That I've gone from daily to yearly. But the reasons behind it are getting smaller. I haven't had a breakdown this bad since the one that made me homeless. Back then, it was because I was being bullied and harassed by a whole community for a number of different and conflicting reasons that honestly were just all false anyways. This time? Its because I was forced into perma-killing a roleplay character, cuz I made a stupid choice. One that, tbh, shouldn't have even happened in the first place. I've lost characters before, hell I've even had my rejection triggered so it can't just be PTSD influencing it.
How did I go from having a tough skin, to being so fragile? I went through therapy, my attempts are getting less and less frequent, yet somehow I'm still getting worse. My first attempt was around 8 years old, and tbh I should have died then. Its been 20 years of suffering since, and I'm so fucking done, passed done, but I still can't get off this ride. It doesn't get better, I don't get better, all I will ever experience is more suffering, heartache, loss, and having to restart over and over and over again.

So I need some advice for my older brother ( he is 24 and I am 21).
He makes me angry because he has no ambition in life, I can understand that people don't all have big dreams and just want a comfortable life but even for that he does no efffort. It's not right if at his age he never really had a job, even a student job and just live free in our parents house where they paid for everything. He spends all his days and nights on videos games and I have nothing against this passion but come on go find a job and bring some money at home instead of doing nothing. I got angry with my parents on this subject because they offers him a iphone 14 for no special occasion, I told them that if he wants a new phone he can just go work and pay for it himself.
For this past four years after finishing high school he did not accomplish nothing. Yes because finished hight school at 20 since he repeat 2 years (one in primary school and one in high school). After highschool he said he wanted to take care of people and so began nurse school but drop out. After that he did nothing and now he's doing a caregiver formation and have like 2 years before his certificate and does nothing more.
I just want him to be independant and doing something in his life. Humanly he is such a good man, I educated him this way, yes because even if he is older he is not mature on some points and so I take often the place of the big sister. He is really kind and everything but he makes me angry being a jobless man in the family and doing nothing of his days.
I personally think that our parents didn't educated us like this. My parents are such hard-working people who migrated from Asia for Europe for a better life and give us everything we needed. I took this hard-working attitude from them and have so much ambition like them, but not him. I'm not here to brag but I am in my fourth year of medicine school and want to be someone so useful in the future too (and also win a lot of money for other projects). He too said that he wanted to work in the health field but does not give himself the means to succeed like I do. I study so hard every day until very late to accomplish my goals and make our parents proud.
I don't know what to do to help him. I want for the minimum to help him being financially independant because independancy begin here and help him become a real adult become for the moment he still is a child.
Do you have some advices to me and him ?

For the most part, DH and BM have a civil, decent relationship. Definitely not high-conflict (thank goodness!). As someone perpetually on the outside of decisionmaking regarding SKs but affected by those decisions, I've had to work pretty hard on letting go and going with the flow, and I'm doing okay at it of the time. But nonetheless stuff does come up that just kills me.
This week's example:
SD10 last year started liking a sport. This spring, BM took SD10 to try out for the competitive team, which she made. SD10 is really excited! It's great that our budding couch potato is getting really into a physical activity, and that she gets to do something she enjoys and is good at and is willing to invest dedicated effort into. So far, so good.
BUT. Big but. DH finds out last week that oh, by the way, the team has a REALLY EXPENSIVE up front cost BM hadn't told him about until now, and his part is due ASAP.
DH can't afford this giant surprise payment BM committed him to. Especially not right now because it's a really strapped month for unrelated reasons.
DH isn't going to say "no, SD10 has to quit this team she's super happy with and is good for her, just because I can't afford it." I don't want her to have to quit the team, either. It would break her heart and this is a really good thing for her for so many reasons! We are all excited she's so into this and I'm proud of her for taking the next step in the sport.
So the only solution besides making SD10 quit the team is to find a way to pay for it. To do so, DH will need to work extra hours until late at night every night for over a month straight.
Because of choices I don't get to be part of or have any input into, for five weeks I will basically only get to see DH during weekend kid time, the only time he is not working. And DH is stressed and unhappy and exhausted already, one week in, so he's not going to have any energy for any of us even when he is home.

This week's example:
SD10 last year started liking a sport. This spring, BM took SD10 to try out for the competitive team, which she made. SD10 is really excited! It's great that our budding couch potato is getting really into a physical activity, and that she gets to do something she enjoys and is good at and is willing to invest dedicated effort into. So far, so good.
BUT. Big but. DH finds out last week that oh, by the way, the team has a REALLY EXPENSIVE up front cost BM hadn't told him about until now, and his part is due ASAP.
DH can't afford this giant surprise payment BM committed him to. Especially not right now because it's a really strapped month for unrelated reasons.
DH isn't going to say "no, SD10 has to quit this team she's super happy with and is good for her, just because I can't afford it." I don't want her to have to quit the team, either. It would break her heart and this is a really good thing for her for so many reasons! We are all excited she's so into this and I'm proud of her for taking the next step in the sport.
So the only solution besides making SD10 quit the team is to find a way to pay for it. To do so, DH will need to work extra hours until late at night every night for over a month straight.
Because of choices I don't get to be part of or have any input into, for five weeks I will basically only get to see DH during weekend kid time, the only time he is not working. And DH is stressed and unhappy and exhausted already, one week in, so he's not going to have any energy for any of us even when he is home.
I am happy for SD. I respect DH for working so hard to provide. But I want to cry because we've only just started this stretch and already I feel so alone.

So I decided to try the LR4. Cat #1, Macron, has taken to it and seems to love it, less than 24 hours. Cat #2, Dolce, will only use the petsafe scoopfree or the bed arghhh. So after yet another night of waking up and stripping the sheets and washing them all night long, I want to take urgent action.

As the craft beer market continues to mature, new breweries that open, and even existing ones, will need to find ways to differentiate and become destinations in and of themselves. Good beer and good food is no longer just enough. Years ago when I was home brewing more I kicked the tires on someday opening my own. For just a minute. I live out in southeastern Portage County and often thought, why has no one ever opened a brewery on a campground — some place you could make a day of visiting, stay as long as you want, enjoy the beers and atmosphere, and not have to worry about getting yourself home safely.

For a period during his conflicts with the Dark Legion, his latent Chaos power increased with time until an explosion would turn his skin green and properly transform him into Chaos Knuckles, losing his powers when he later died and revived. He didn't rekindle his powers until a conflict with Dr. Finivetus reawakened his latent abilities.Knuckles usually doesn't use these abilities, but can break them out again when necessary.
Offensive
- Dismantles a machine on his neck then blasts Hunter into unconsciousness.
- Clashes with Finivetus hard enough to create a huge sphere of energy on Angel Island.
Non-Offensive
- Passively regenerates from a splash of lava.
- Creates a portal from Mobius’ surface to Angel Island.
- Flies with his eyes closed and “sees” his surroundings with help from the Guiding Star Gem.
- Either doesn’t register on an infrared sensor or genuinely has no body heat.

Energy Generation
- Called a living Chaos Emerald as he projects a message to a fellow Guardian in an entirely different Zone; later corroborated by an examination performed by the Dark Legion.

I was extremely unhealthy before being medicated.
I don’t really want to get into details but I had poor personal hygiene, was a NEET, and contemplated self-harm/hospitlization.
I am now in such a better place with medication, and I no longer think about such things. With my new mental state, I was able to build my life up and restructure all of the bad habits that I had created. I started working out, eating healthy, taking care of personal hygiene, etc. To my surprise, I started to get a lot of compliments on how I look so much better and seem happier.
Even outside of looks, my health also improved! My diabetic a1c levels dropped from a dangerous 13% to 5.5% and my doctor is suggesting to drop diabetic medication all together! I haven’t really changed my diet at all and was really surprised to see the drop. I still eat what I want to but I never binge anymore.
For me the medication was life changing, but the symptoms it fixed were small. It also took me two months to find the “right” dose and even then there were lots of hurdles. I’ll tell you about my most recent one. (It’ll be put in spoiler text, feel free to skip!)
One of the bad habits I recently decided to rebuild was my diet. I used to eat whatever when I got hungry, but now I’m currently doing a 1800 calorie diet with high protein/fiber. But ever since making this change, my medication has severely loss its effect. Studying is extremely painful again, walking my dog is annoying, I skipped some personal hygiene days, etc. But I think I may have found a solution? I saw on this subreddit recommend that lowering acidic foods, and increasing protein may help stimulants metabolize better. But since my diet change, I’ve actually increased my protein intake and have eaten extremely healthy and clean. My theory is that since being on the diet, I’m getting less dopamine from food which causes the feeling of stimulant tolerance. If this were the case, then I simply need to increase my dosage or binge eat again to meet normal dopamine levels. Maybe my theory is just me coping really hard LMAOO.
(^tldr: dealing with tolerance maybe due to diet)
But even while having decreased effectiveness, I am still able to distinguish bad habits/good habits and use my past experience to keep my self on track. Honestly, my diagnosis has saved my life and created such a big impact. But I would not glorify the medication. From my experience, the medication points your mind in the right direction, but you still have to be the one to put in the effort.
As an example, I always wanted to play with snow as a kid. Because of Calvin and Hobbes, I dreamt of cartoonishly making the biggest snowball ever and to roll it off a hill to see how big it could grow! When I saw I snow for the first time, my face lit up and I rushed outside to make a snowball. But I couldn’t. I didn’t know how to shape it together, and that you needed it to be dense to form.
I tried for hours. My hands were so rough and cold yet I still preserved. At the end, all the snowballs I made were flimsy and fell apart. What was the point of all my hard work and cold hands? I couldn’t make a snowball much less the biggest snowball ever. It was so frustrating that I gave up on my dream.
But I don’t have to give up on dreams anymore. The medication spared my hands. Some days it gives me a shovel. Other days a small spoon, or mittens. On lucky days it might even give me a snowball shaper.
However, it’s still up to me to scoop up the snow. It’s up to me to make it dense. It’s up to me make the snowball as big as I want. It’s up to me to find the perfect hill. It’s up to me to not let my frustrating experiences give me an inhibiting bias. It’s up to me to still want to do all these things and learn it as fact.
I never fathomed that’ll be able to accomplish all these things, but I can finally see how big my snowball will grow!

But even while having decreased effectiveness, I am still able to distinguish bad habits/good habits and use my past experience to keep my self on track. Honestly, my diagnosis has saved my life and created such a big impact. But I would not glorify the medication. From my experience, the medication points your mind in the right direction, but you still have to be the one to put in the effort.
As an example, I always wanted to play with snow as a kid. Because of Calvin and Hobbes, I dreamt of cartoonishly making the biggest snowball ever and to roll it off a hill to see how big it could grow! When I saw I snow for the first time, my face lit up and I rushed outside to make a snowball. But I couldn’t. I didn’t know how to shape it together, and that you needed it to be dense to form.
I tried for hours. My hands were so rough and cold yet I still preserved. At the end, all the snowballs I made were flimsy and fell apart. What was the point of all my hard work and cold hands? I couldn’t make a snowball much less the biggest snowball ever. It was so frustrating that I gave up on my dream.
But I don’t have to give up on dreams anymore. The medication spared my hands. Some days it gives me a shovel. Other days a small spoon, or mittens. On lucky days it might even give me a snowball shaper.
However, it’s still up to me to scoop up the snow. It’s up to me to make it dense. It’s up to me make the snowball as big as I want. It’s up to me to find the perfect hill. It’s up to me to not let my frustrating experiences give me an inhibiting bias. It’s up to me to still want to do all these things and learn it as fact.
I never fathomed that’ll be able to accomplish all these things, but I can finally see how big my snowball will grow!

So my finances and I have decided to take an untraditional route and go to Iceland for our honeymoon. Planning it has fell on me. We are both pretty much doers when it comes to vacation and I don’t believe we would enjoy 10 days on a beach compared to something like this (our initial idea was RVing around USA- still on the bucket list).
So we would like to see the northern lights, I don’t think we will have much issue with that. I would like to see as many (or at least the big ones) waterfalls as possible. We are open to hikes but with the shorter days idk how much time we would have for it. I’d also like to hit up a few of the good hot springs / lagoons. I’d like to do the silfra snorkeling, myvatn baths, and maybe the glacier walk tour.
We are renting an AWD suv vehicle and plan on staying in a different place every night maybe 2 nights in some.
So here’s roughly what I have so far.
10/15 - 6am - we arrive pick up the car go straight to blue lagoon. I know it sucks but my fiancée is dead set on doing it and since we are right there we can get it out of the way. It would be nice to relax for a few after wedding things.
Head back to Reykjavik- see the city stay the night
10/16 - we both were thinking another night in Reykjavik. I don’t think it’s a terrible idea. I wanted to get to sky lagoon at some point also so this may be the time for that. See the city. If anyone has any recommendations on tours or things to see places to eat I’ll take them.
10/17 - leave for golden circle. May go straight to snorkeling at silfra from Reykjavik. With whatever daylight we have left try to see a few more things.
***Stay in bubble hotel in olvisholt possibly. Does anyone have any experience with this? This was on her bucket list. It’s a little pricey, is it worth it?

Today was the day. I got my bottle of CBD for mossberg from my aunt. And were starting him off with 24 MG a day, 12mg in the morning, and 12mg at night. I chose this route for my buddy, while it is expensive, it's the one I've seen with little to know side effects, and a good start. To me, it's better than pheno for him while we do this. If they slow down, awesome. If they don't ill push again for ownership and meds (Yes I cleared this with my dad lol, I am happy he's allowing this for my baby.) My aunts lab hasn't had a seizure since 3/28 and they haven't even had to start her on keppra yet which is very awesome for her. I hope the same goes for my baby
