I'm on my 3rd season in the game and I managed to get Dartford promoted back to back and we are now in Sky Bet League 2, part of me doesn't want to be in a relegation battle or to finish mid-table for the next 5+ seasons due to the fact that our finances are basically non existent compared to others around us. As much as I would love to stay and try to get them to the PL I know that it's probably near impossible. What should I do? I eventually want to manage the top clubs in the world.

My journey began as a former somewhat Well known Mexican National team player, after retirement I decided to begin getting into coaching and after some patience, I somehow landed a job at Toluca in the Mexican top flight, but I quickly lost that job because I applied somewhere else (and didn’t get it) so the board fired me. (understandable) Then I got a job at a club i’ve had fun at in the past, Dorados De Sinaloa in the Mexican 2nd Division, this quickly soured however, I try to make decisions as I would in real life, so when the lads come mouthing off to me about not having enough quality at Left Back, while the club has no money, and I see no issues, it became a problem, I lose the dressing room and decided it would be best to resign and look for a job abroad. I found a great chance for me to get my foot in the door, IFK Varnamo in the Swedish Premier Division, at the time they were almost certainly relegated with just 6 games left, I gave it my best but couldn’t save the season, so we were sent down to the Swedish 2nd tier. This is where the chaos started, players retired, requested transfers and all around acted out, the fans and players had somewhat lost faith, which was understandable i’m an inexperienced manager from half way across the world. This is when things start to change, with the unhappy players out, and some new faces who want to be here coming in, we start making an absolutely legendary run in the Swedish Cup, we had favorable draws when needed, and legendary performances were a common occurrence, just before beginning the league season we advanced from the semifinals after defeating Top Flight club Mjallby, but this is when I felt a twinge of doubt, the final wasn’t for a few months, in May. We kicked off the league season in decent form with nothing notable to speak of, and heading into the Final we had been mediocre at best, sitting 5th in the league, 2 point from the playoffs and 3 points from automatic promotion. We went into the final and put up a spirited effort against IFK Norrkoping, unfortunately in the first Swedish Cup final of our clubs 113 year history, we fell short, losing 2-1 after conceding in the 93rd minute. Following the loss I reminded the media, fans, and players that what we did was still extremely special. We have now moved ourselves into 2nd in the table after 12 of 30 league matches, and continue our push for promotion. What a fun save so far.

- Mastery Changes (2006, Patch 6.10): Riot introduced an infinite scaling Mastery system with seven types of Masteries, which were later completely removed. The new logos looked unprofessional, and all progression was lost.
- Mythics (Season 11): These were introduced only to disappear later, reducing diversity in gameplay.
- Runes and Keystones: Originally, these were great for adapting playstyles to opponents. Now, many have been removed or overnerfed, turning what used to be "Keystones" into mere "stones" with no room for adaptability.
- New Champions (This Season): Smolder was released with much fanfare, fun to play and initially strong. However, just months later, its win rate plummeted to around 46%, questioning the point of releasing new champions that can't stay viable for at least a year.
Maybe it's just me getting frustrated over nothing.. what's your opinion?

2024.05.15 17:11 ATACMS5220 Still cannot get VRR to work on A750 Arc and insane judder and frame pacing issues in top down MOBA titles like DOTA 2 completely unplayable.
Latest Bios on MSI B450 Gaming Plus (Older Bios also made 0 difference) Ryzen 3600X capped to 3.7 GHZ cause this CPU will BSOD if it runs higher than 3.7 Resizable Bar Enabled XMP ram profile on and off makes no difference. Latest Windows 11 Pro 240HZ Viewsonic XG2431 Freesync Premium (Blur Buster 2.0 Certified Monitor) Backlight strobing disabled and Free Sync enabled in monitor DDC/CI also enabled in monitor. DP CableVRR enabled in intel command Arc control and Fullscreen/Window option also enabled. Sync options all disabled however doesn't matter if I choose Vsync or smooth sync or smart V sync same issue.
An easy way for me to test it without even loading into a game is to open "Frog Pursuit" https://www.aperturegrille.com/software/
^ This app is what I normally use when tuning the backlight strobing to eliminate cross talk and blur the app allows you to run at any FPS and pixel speed of the frogs if I have anything higher than 60 HZ like 120 or 240 HZ but I put the frogs on 60 FPS there will be nasty frame pacing and tearing it only fixes above 80 FPS
However in game like league of legends and DOTA 2 etc there is horrible judder and frame pacing when moving the camera lots of tears it doesn't matter if I cap the games to 100 FPS and have the monitor on 240 HZ it will still have tons of horrible tearing and judder
The only semi usable option is to enable VSYNC ingame and use RTSS software for Scanline Sync This will work for League of Legends presuming I can maintain 120 FPS but because league is DX9 it means the Intel cards are vastly inferior to AMD or Nvidia and sees drops to 100 FPS in scenes with enemies etc causing the tear.
I was gonna use HDMI 2.1 to see if that fixes the issue but then realized that Intel is so horrible they don't even support VRR over HDMI like literally every GPU From AMD and Nvidia.

I picked up a love for traveling when I first visited NYC when I was 18 and loved the though of exploring new places, recently picked up a side passion of traveling in the form of unplanned spontanious trips(sometimes). Goals in Life:
I want to be financially stable is the main gist and free up a lot of time for adventures like traveling with my family or my passions like anime running and video games. Learning about money is by far the best way to achieve that goal. I want to start a family eventually maybe in the late or mid 20s depending on my partner. Just something about being a father and experiencing that joy of having another little you running around and watching and mentoring them as they grow up and become successful is just something else really. To reiterate what I said in the first sentance about financial stability goal I would like to do so to free up time and focus more on fun things with the family and enjoying the short life we've got to the fullest experiencing as much as we can.
What Im looking for in terms of looks and personality:
Have at least some mutal interest. Preferably be at a healthy or normal BMI, so really no overweight(sounds fatphobic I know but its just what I prefer) ladies, dealbreaker. Hiya! This is gonna be a quick intro guide to Runeterra for everyone who is interested in getting more into the lore, throw down some combos or just misclicked the TFT tab in the League client.
First off, what is LoR?
LoR is a fully free-to-play card game based on the champions and world of League of Legends. You can play both PvE (called The Path of Champions) and PvP. PvE is the focus of the game going forward so that is where most of the big changes in patch notes will be focussed towards.
The Path of Champions
Shining in the bottom right of the home screen and also in the side tabs are access to TPoC. This is a single player roguelike mode where you select a champion and the prebuilt deck alongside it and set out on challenges.
Each challenge route varies in length and difficulty, indicated by their star level. Throughout each route, you will get access to powerups that both affect your whole playstyle and also individual card in your deck. You will also be able to add new cards to the deck for the rest of that run.
Champions can be unlocked by spending their unique fragments. Excess fragments can be used to “Star Up” that champion, granting a permanent buff to your playstyle. Starring Up can require some grinding, so I’d recommend only going to 2 stars on a champ before you reach Asol or Lissandra. Wild fragments are universal in use and can be obtained through completing missions.
PvP
Previously the premiere gamemode of LoR, PvP contains a ranked ladder that ranges from Iron to Master. This gamemode is based on deck building and then testing your brews against others at your level.
Deck building is done through collecting cards via the Weekly Chests (which give more valuable and numerous rewards based on how much you’ve played), Green Essence and Wildcards.
Each deck is made up of 40 cards from up to two regions. You can have up to 3 copies of a certain card in your deck and a max of 6 Champion cards.
Wildcards can be used to purchase any card that matches it’s rarity (the gem at the bottom) and Green Essence can be spent on any card.
As an intrinsically f2p game, you cannot dump a ton of money in to buy up decks. There is actually a limit on how many wildcards you can purchase per day, which means if you want to build your collection then playing is your best option.
Unfortunately, there are no official Riot tournaments for the foreseeable future so there isn’t a higher echelon of play currently. There are community tournaments popping up which are generally advertised on X where you can fill your competitive desires.
There are more comprehensive guides for both TPoC and PvP in the subreddit which I’ll link when I come across them, this was aimed as a whistlestop tour of the modes.
