Context: I decided to boot up BL2 to eridium farm on my level 42 Gaige for Digistruct Peak. When I loaded into the main menu it lagged extremely bad for about 20 seconds before returning to normal. Out of muscle memory I pressed continue game. What I failed to realise was that the game gave me a level 1 Axton. I save quit then load my Gaige and accidentally load into TVHM (I was doing 100% completion on side quests in normal mode) and it sent me to the Claptrap cutscene in the beginning of the game. I decide to open my inventory and went to my BAR (badass rank) Turns out I lost EVERYTHING. My BAR was wiped as was my share locker and all unlockable skins for characters and vehicles(excluding my SHiFT code skins). While it could've been way worse like idk wiping everything it still sucks. I already save quitted and reset the game multiple times with no luck.
