All prices are negotiable. Trades I am looking for are P365XL/XMacro slide parts (slide, barrel, recoil assembly), Glock 19/PSA Dagger slide parts (slide, barrel, recoil assembly, P320 AXG grip module, or Holosun red dot for P365.
Beyerdynamic Amiron Wireless Copper: Mild salt on fabric surfaces (cleaned recently, alcantara doesn't clean the best), all other parts function and sound as new. Very mild issue with headband where the internal foam will peek out of the plastic end caps, but it's super easy to fix, and has been an issue since I got them (I can take pictures to demonstrate issue for interested parties). Comes with original carrying case, 3.5mm cable, and charging cable. These were originally purchased in early 2021 and used seldom since as I moved on to wired options. Price: $350

I've been with my boyfriend (29M) for almost 6.5 years (I'm 24F). Lately, I've noticed he's been acting differently, and I'm starting to suspect he might be cheating on me. Today, something happened that really worried me. He didn't return my calls or texts, so I logged into his Facebook Messenger and found some strange messages.
He was supposed to be in City A, but he told his friend he wasn't coming anymore. He's also been messaging a girl who I was told is dating his friend. However, in the pictures he sent, it doesn't look like he's in City A.
I don't know what to do. I don't have the financial means to leave him, and I still love him. But everything just feels so messed up right now.
Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated.

Hi , this question has been bothering me for last few months. I used to travel UNIED out of EWR (didn’t have other choice) not a big fan ! I travel coast to coast frequently. 2-3x/ month. Now I relocated to a place where there are 2 United hubs nearby and an Alaska hub. I switched my FF plan to Alaska from United so I can use ONEWORLD status for my international travel. Alaska is great for domestic but i can’t use the FF miles for international travel to Asia and Europe. United allows to convert my CC points and has better international network. Current status- Ruby on OneWorld and silver on United. Would you recommend switching to United and build or stick to Alaska?

2024.06.09 18:47 iMark77 LAGG + VLAN TP-Link switch SG-108E and SG-105E and equivalent models SG-116E etc. Issues.
 | So long story. Hopefully I can get a clear answer whether this is even possible or if I'm doing something wrong. I set up a network for somebody using a handful of 16 port switches. We have a main 24 port switch in the garage next to the router and DSL modem, a 16 port for under the main desk, another 16 port under the conference room table, and the infamous one a 16 port at the ham radio desk (.... Did I mention lightning, I think there's some ground issues) and another 16 port in the main house. submitted by iMark77 to HomeNetworking [link] [comments] we kept everything TP-Link. The idea was that each switch would be it's own section and go through lightning protection to reduce the chance of having to replace everything again (yes it was a good reason to standardize). And since most locations had 2x ethernet cables, figured it would be a good opportunity to try using LAGG for redundancy and some bandwidth improvements between each of these 16 port switches and the main 24 port switch. so that seems to be working. Then we decided to upgrade Internet service to add a redundant connection and keeping the DSL WAN1. The wireless ISP was only able to get a good signal at the main house, so no problem I thought. we created a VLAN (4001) on the house and garage switches to send that over to the guest house main switch and out again and in to the router WAN0. We also upgraded Wi-Fi adding a guest network (VLAN 20) on all switches. Here's where things get interesting. Guest network is working (VLAN 20), but no matter what I do on the house switch VLAN (4001) it's not. And worse it seems like as soon as I enable something the whole network crashes. the house Switch gets an IP address on the NAT'ed WAN collection. No matter what I do I can't figure it out so I ended up pulling out one of the 2 cables running across under the driveway and just using that for the WAN connection. so now we have no redundancy on the Internet connection or the LAN connection to the house / Guest House+garage. And those two cables going under the ground are shall we say ... "occasionally" flaky, usually one or the other is OK and can maintain a gigabit connection but on occasion one will drop down to 100 Meg. But that's another problem for another day that for the most part it is working well enough, and one of the reasons why we really wanted to use LAGG between the house in the garage. OK so the plan, I buy 2 switches and do a test on my desk or floor. In comes the SG-108E and SG-105E, clean room configurations, short cable runs. Both of these are on the current available firmware per model and version. I need to prove the concept. Fast forward a year I'm finally getting around to testing this. Doing some experimentation, I'm able to repeat the issue. I Noticed something interesting. Make sure loop prevention is enabled in both switches, enable a LAGG, all functioning, enabled VLANs, connection dies. Switch ports blink indicating a loop, well that is very helpful. Unplug one of the LAGGs, back to functional, Hmmmmmmmm??????? I am wondering if there is a firmware issue or a functionality implementation issue that prevent using both functions at the same time? It seems like one could be working or the other but not both. so for whatever reason LAGG is still enabled but it’s causing a loop which is indicated by the blinking lights. ( The same function helped me solve some issues at home, wish it was enabled by default ). So I don’t know maybe there’s a firmware bug because it seems like this was working on some switches but not all switches at the location. so has anybody else out there been able to enable VLANs and LAGG at the same time on a TP-Link switch?  | I have always wanted a pair of shell cordovan shoes in natural or whiskey. I wanted to see how the patina would work and luckily, I got these for about 550 dollars exactly my size at Yahoo Auctions Japan. submitted by mr__sniffles to goodyearwelt [link] [comments] This model is very similar to the shell cordovan Harvard, except it is on the 376 last which is used to make the Harvard 2. There are other differences as well, such as the window shape on the strap, and the very neatly kept back counter which you cannot see stitched from the outer. That is one of my favorite features. The model is in Whiskey shell cordovan from Horween, and I got it barely used. The shoe also has an inner lining unlike the Harvards. When I first got it, it seemed that the shoe was a bit too small, but that changed with time as I wore them more and more. I am a size 6E in these shoes, I regularly wear Alden 7 B/D in Aberdeen and Barrie. There were days that they were eating into the back of my foot from wearing them sockless. I am guessing it is from breaking them in, as they were almost new when I arrived. The previous owner must have not broken them in yet. I’ve tried walking with them with the leather sole, feels pretty good. I decided to put a thin Vibram half sole on them with Lulu toe plates, originally I was going to put Triumph toe plates on but the cobbler talked me into the Lulu toe plates as they don’t rust. I waited for an hour for their service, and got my shoes back. They were done at Brift H, a Japanese cobbler franchise in Emquartier, Bangkok, Thailand. I wanted to walk on leather but I didn’t want to spend money resoling them so I went with the thinnest half sole they had, to retain the original flex as well as possible. As for the build quality, I think they are better than Allen Edmonds and Alden. I feel like they are very detailed from the fudged welting, high stitch per inch density, and sewing which looks really well done. However, there is a place where you can see the welt stitching to the upper from the side. That is not a big deal, the shoes look great and no one will notice them anyway. You can see it as the last picture in the album. The cordovan is beautiful, my first pair in whiskey, immaculate. The cordovan is thicker than Alden’s, about the same thickness as Allen Edmonds shell. They will fold nicely unlike the other pairs of Alden I have. No clearly visible imperfections as well. The 376 last fits well on me at 6E. The toe is a little pointed compared to the AE Patriots I have. Very stylish. The hidden back counter is also a great touch which make the shoe look even more sleek. The last owner did not leave a foot imprint in the insole yet, and after a couple wears there is slowly an imprint forming. This shoe is only released in Japan, and I don’t think they sell it in whiskey cordovan anymore. I am very impressed with my first pair of C&J, and I will continue to wear them to see the patina. |

So, instead of blindly applying the heuristic, I took a moment to mentally simulate – vividly picturing – the entire process of jump-starting my car. Step by step. Wire by wire. Spark by spark.
In this mental run-through, I spotted a hitch. I remembered that my umbrella had a metallic wireframe. And the last thing I wanted to do was to turn myself into a human lightning rod, by fiddling with car batteries in the rain.
I concluded that the safest and wiser course of action was to seek shelter and wait out the storm, while subtly hinting to the occasional passerby about my damsel-in-distress situation.
Both the heuristic and the mental simulation played an important role here. The heuristic provided a quick solution, but the mental simulation helped me foresee potential hazards, thus leading to a safer alternate solution.

Hi all, Due to Meta's recent AI bs, I have decided to move over to Pixelfed and MeWe and leave the frigging Metaverse. The whole decision has given me immense joy. I hate Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. I haven't used FB actively since 2018 and IG since 2019 (maybe a post a year until 2022).
I was planning on deleting the profiles alltogether, and use a single dummy account (That I already have, no posts, no profile photo) for group notifications.
But my main Facebook has 10 years of international travel friends on it. Many of which I have no other contact info for, other than FB and IG. So I wondered if an alternative could be to just delete every photo and photo album from Facebook and Instagram, (Instagram feeds can be exported to Pixelfed) and leave them to die, but with the option for people to at least find my new profiles (links to MeWe etc. in bios). Or deactivate the profiles without photos/posts, but leave Messenger, or deactivate Messenger but leave a dead Facebook profile (if that's even possible).
But I don't know what the implications of that would be privacy wise vs deleting completely?
I could have the apps on a separate old smartphone that just stays at home (that's what I already do for main FB, IG and SnapChat.) Or just log in from Tor every other year.

Opinion: as well intentioned as the boycott is, it isn’t or hasn’t been the most effective or efficient way to the message across in the name of protecting the artist as well as the demand for an update regarding SH. The way this boycott has been handled hasn’t necessarily been the best approach. If anything, Riize continue to do well in the chains as well as increasing their popularity among the gp. Honestly, I think the way this boycott has been rolled out is doing more harm than good.
The impact of the boycott is hurting the group more than SM. If the boycott to had actually targeted SM as an agency and not just one part of the company, the impact would have been significant. It’s like calling for a boycott of the Coke-Cola-Cola corporation but only targeting like Sprite, one of many Coke Cola-Cola products, a partial and very targeted boycott which has less of impact on the Company itself.
The more effective boycott would have been a full boycott of SM, which would include ALL divisions/Centers with SM by all fandoms. SM would be forced to immediately the issues of concern by providing updates on the any on-going litigation as well as updates on the status of SH and Riize’s situation. But a full boycott of SM, which is highly unlikely, would have hit SM the hardest, with a significant drop in stocks and revenue for album sales and concerts from their most successful groups. Especially since, the Centers have little control on the way SM handles/ address these situations. Their opinions may help in the process but the agency, upper management, has the ultimate say. SM sets agency wide policies and procedures in how to handle these types of situations.
However, the most effective way to support SH has been and continues to be through the use of Billboards/ Ads and social media, trending SH with SH hour. As a result, SH continues to rank, amount the top five of boyband reputation during the past few months and ranks in the top three among Riize members. That’s speaks to SH’s popularity within the group and among 5th gen. Boy group members despite being inactive/ on temporary hiatus. This speaks volumes. Something that SM can’t deny or ignore. His impact is undeniable. This method has shown to be more effective and positively beneficial to the cause. It shows that SM that SH IS and will ALWAYS be a an integral member of the group without discrediting or ignoring the efforts of the other members. I think this is one way that shows the solidarity between the members and the fans. SH is loved and needed. There’s more plus than minus with this method.
Just my thoughts.

- The boycott hurts the group & it’s more than it helps including the fandom. There continues to be a significant divide of opinion s and blaming of different factions within the fandom. Boycotts should have the effect of uniting fans in the name of calling for justice and better treatment and protection of SM artists especially SH and Riize.
- Even if its well intentioned, it does affect the moral of group which includes SH, has long term consequences. The lack of engagement or support of a part of the fandom can be discouraging to the members and signs of discontentment with groups efforts and talent. The lack of recognition by parts of fandom, can been seen as invalidating or a lack of recognition and appreciation for the members efforts, talents and hard-work. Let’s be honest, appreciation and recognition comes in the form of recognition through awards, album sales, charts, overall popularity among their peers etc. But boycotting the groups efforts (comebacks, group specific content, has the opposite effect. Lower than expected numbers/ achievements throughout the year, especially during comebacks, could be interpreted as a lack of demand or lack of interest of Briize. It also reflects badly on the group’s image as well as on how the fandom is perceived overall. People often define a group by the actions of its fans. It eventually hurts the group’s brand reputation.
- Is this really the best or only way to “protect and support” SH and the other members. Just a few weeks ago, Anton encouraged the audience at Yonsei University performance to support their music during the upcoming Comeback.
- As well intentioned as the boycott is, SH could be conflicted by the unintentional consequences of that a boycott. On one hand, SH sees the love and support of fans who acknowledging SM’s mishandling and mistreatment by fighting for justice & as well as speaking on his behalf. On the other hand, the hard-work group members’ are being overshadowed by the effects of the boycott, even if it’s unintentional, by a part of the fandom boycotting in the name of supporting and protecting him. That’s a heavy burden to place on someone.
- WHEN and not if, he returns, will the group be able to recover from the negative impact of the boycott. Now that the fandom is divided and trolls/ antis are taking advantage of the situation, will things continue to worsen. Can the fandom heal from this?

With the advent of social media, it's become so much easier to meet new people. Every now and then comes a narcissist to talk to me online, on any chatting playform or app, and it doesn't take much for me to recognize them.
The first one is a totally self-centered guy. All he does is send me single view pics on direct message showing all the things he's so proud of: his defined abdomen (probably out of hormones), his doctorate status (he sent a picture of his laptop and focused on him finishing the email with the "Dr." before his name) or his badge showing that he's a university professor. He's probably trying to impress and engage me with that. It doesn't impress me at all, for I noticed he's a narcissist out of all this self-centeredness and grandiosity. Also, it doesn't impress me because I see a totally empty and superficial person behind all these "statuses" or achievements. Besides, he never asked things about me or my life, which shows little to no interest. I'm glad I've studied enough about narcissism to not fall to these traps, but I know that in other times I would have been impressed. What I'm trying to do now is figuring out a way to stop talking to him without being rude, for I know they always do something in return, for example talking shit about us to others.
The second example is a guy who sees himself as very intellectual. From the beginning of our conversation, he downplayed me subtly because I'm so into sports and working out, implying that this is just "a cover" or "a package" and that there's nothing more about me than that. This is subtle violence, again. Another strong sign is their poor communication. There's always something a little off. It feels heavy, with implicit messages and may leave you a bit confused or wondering. Don't think too much, this is enough to tell they're narcissists. Communication with healthy people feels light and friendly. Regarding this guy, I'll be more direct and tell him I didn't like his approach and that I don't want to keep on talking, and that I hope this won't create any resentments, lol. Or I may just leave him on read.
Anyway, here's a bit of me sharing my experience so it may help you guys spot them more easily too.

Hey Reddit fam! Just thought I'd share a little story with you today. As a novice chess player, I've been trying to improve my game. I've always been pretty terrible at chess, and I kept wondering why. Turns out, I was missing some major strategic thinking.
So, I called my friend Linda, who happens to be a seasoned player. She suggested I try creating a mental image before making my moves. The idea is this: instead of viewing each move as independent, I should create a mental image of the entire game and how I want it to play out. Just like an architect seeing a blueprint in their mind before they start.
I was skeptical but decided to give it a go. With this new strategy, I could see multiple moves ahead, possible responses from my opponents, and visualize different outcomes. It was like a montage scene in a sports movie. By doing so, I was able to capture Linda's queen and win a game for the first time ever!
Compare that to a heuristic approach, a shortcut method that I usually use. Like always moving pawn to e4 or knight to f3 as first moves, because someone told me it was a strong opening. It did help me start the game strong, but I often lost in the middle because I didn't have a broader picture in mind. I just followed a set of 'rules' without really understanding the why's and how's.
With the mental image strategy, I didn't just follow a fixed pattern. Instead, I made decisions based on the dynamic picture in my head, which changed with every move. Both strategies have their merits: the heuristic approach helps save time while the mental image approach enables more strategic thinking in complex scenarios.

A few years ago Garmin had some kit that would overlay data from your sports watch onto one of their cameras and stream it. By time I found it, the support had become "ropey", like it wasn't hugely advertised any more and people didnt rate the while setup. The other thing is I don't think it was waterproof, I think it was aimed primarily at cyclists and the only waterproof/dive case they did for it got absolutely slated, I want to use mine on a SUP race board so... we're talking full salt water immersion and potentially under pressure from getting barrelled by waves so... that was a non starter. SUP racing has evolved a little, there's regular streaming commentary on Facebook but I would like, as a racer to 360 stream live from my board and provide overlay of my heart rate etc... Given current pro-am kit is this feasible for say sub £1000? I can strap a peli/waterproof case to my board very reliably with phone and or other devices in. We tend to only get maybe 500m offshore or even just down rivers but can also have laptops, motohomes and crew on beach with kit if needed. Racing time is typically 1 to 2 hours for battery life.
Basically I'm looking to see if it's worth dropping £500 odd as a PoC next season, ideally I'd like something thats pretty fire and forget. For a bit of context, my problems with food started around the second half of 2020. I have always been overweight, but during the pandemic, I started gaining weight rapidly until I was just 1 BMI point away from obesity. By the end of that year, I was graduating high school, and the pictures taken that day were the last straw—they made me realize how much weight I had gained.
After this, my disordered eating developed quickly. My honeymoon phase involved heavy restriction throughout 2021, which led me to lose around 25 kg that year. I didn't plan on stopping because I hadn't yet reached my goal. However, in 2022, I started university, and things gradually improved.
It's hard to explain, but I slowly stopped counting calories. I didn't weigh myself every day like I used to. I returned to eating normally, focusing more on nutrients than calories. It felt strange because, in the back of my mind, there was still something pushing me to revert to my old habits. I didn't gain all the weight back; during most of 2022 and 2023, I managed to stay about 5 or 6 kg over my lowest weight.
However, this year has been completely different. I gained a bit more weight, and while I still want to desperately lose it, I can't cling to those restrictive thoughts like I used to. I stop caring after a day and eat so much junk food and sugar all the time. I can't stop myself from eating too much and always end up uncomfortably full, all while still hearing a voice in my head telling me to go back to restricting, but I lack the willpower to actually do so, and I'm still terrified of gaining all the weight back, especially because around this age (early to mid twenties) weight gain it's kind of bound to happen for us women.
At this point, I just want something to either trigger a relapse or allow me to finally completely recover. I can't stand being in this weird middle ground.

Unfortunately, she can be very vain at times. She cares a lot about the way she presents herself and how others see her. Often seeking compliments for her various outfits to no avail. But the imperius has made things quite easy for her and it even led to her dabbling into other unforgivable curses. Though she usually leaves the drastic ones for "emergencies" even if they have left with a permanent scar on the left side of her face. Soren enjoys keeping to himself and spends a majority of his time inside the Room of Requirement, where he tends to his magical beasts and plants. Before starting his fifth year, Soren spent more of his time studying herbology. Professor Fig found it quite hard to teach him offensive spells as he only cared about herbology and kept to himself. Although he is still easy going and enjoys talking to others. But they usually have to start the conversation first. (I forgot about the one professor's last name but she and Hilda aren't related 😭) Hilda is all about her studies and rarely spends her time outside of the castle. Usual Ravenclaws are strict, but she takes this to another level. She barely wears anything besides the dress code for Hogwarts even in her own time. The reasoning behind her studying so much is that she wants to catch up to her peers. Starting as a 5th year while also being a Ravenclaw, put a lot of pressure on her shoulders. |

We have an almost 100 year old bungalow with almost 1800sqft. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. We’ve lived here for 6 years, and have updated quite a bit (biggest update was a complete gut/remodel of the main bathroom). Recently repainted almost every room in a neutral color. Removed wallpaper and painted, replaced carpet upstairs. Newer flooring everywhere except main floor where there are original hardwoods. Has original pocket doors with a bonus room off the living room (currently used as a playroom). Has two AC, one for upstairs and one for main floor (upstairs stays nice and cool in the summer!) Full unfinished basement great for storage . Biggest update needed is probably the kitchen (everything works fine, just small and dated) and probably needs a new roof soonish. We are a family of 5 and have lived comfortably in this house, we are just moving closer to my work.
We listed it 50 days ago at $189k. Small town in the Midwest, but we are the only listing around us under $200k. After about two weeks of only two showings (realtors gave a positive review on house and price but no offers), we dropped the price to $179k. Then we waited a month and completely fixed up the front porch (replaced old steps, sanded and repainted everywhere to update it). We also repainted the worn back decks to make those look nicer. We took new pictures and posted them last week and got 1 showing, but it was for a VA loan, and we aren’t offering that or FHA because I don’t think the house will qualify. It’s an old house with cracked concrete on the concrete steps up to the house, cracked window in one room, no GFIC outlets in kitchen. Older roof. Basement leaks occasionally during really heavy rainfall, but sump pump works great. Other than fixing up the porch, we really planned on selling as is, or at least fixing any little stuff that might come up on inspection. So we dropped the house another $5k (to $174k) a few nights ago, hoping that anyone who saved the house on Zillow/MLS would see the new pictures and be more interested.
We are also already in the process of buying the new house so we can’t spend a whole lot of money to fix any more issues. We’ve already got the clear to close and don’t have to rely on selling the house to buy the new one, but we still can’t be spending extra money because we still have 3 weeks until closing on the new house (this sub has taught me not to spend any extra money before closing is official). The thought of having two mortgages is really starting to stress me out.
I’ve posted to all local buy, sell, trade facebook groups every time we drop the price. Our realtor has been a realtor in this community for decades, and reaches out to everyone she knows often. We don’t do open houses because our realtor says it’s not really a common/useful tactic around here. I don’t know what else to do. I thought having the only house under $200k would make selling it easy. Boy was I wrong.
Our realtor said May is a weird month for real estate, because people are so busy with graduations, kids getting out of school, going on end of school summer vacations, etc. But now it’s June and still not much interest. How can we market/advertise it better? There are only two other houses in this town that are on the market, one is a little smaller (not as old, but still dated) listed at $240k (on market for 24 days), and the other one is bigger, nicely updated and $380k (been on the market for 78 days). So it’s probably the location? We are a small town, but have one of the best schools in the county. We are within 25 minutes to the big cities around here.. Lots of people live in this town and commute to the bigger cities for work.
I know everyone here says that if the house isn’t selling, then it’s the price. Everyone tells us to not drop the price again, because they think our house is worth the price we have it listed at. I’m willing to drop another $10-15k eventually. My realtor says she doesn’t want to drop the price again, but we could offer to cover some closing costs to sweeten the deal. We put that we are motivated sellers in the house description and to “bring your best offer”.. We just want to be done with this. Any advice?? Or success stories from a similar situation? This has been a much bigger stress than I thought it would it be.
We buried Saint Joseph in the front yard when we dropped the price a few days ago. We’ve been saying the prayer everyday. I’m literally trying anything.

We listed it 50 days ago at $189k. Small town in the Midwest, but we are the only listing around us under $200k. After about two weeks of only two showings (realtors gave a positive review on house and price but no offers), we dropped the price to $179k. Then we waited a month and completely fixed up the front porch (replaced old steps, sanded and repainted everywhere to update it). We also repainted the worn back decks to make those look nicer. We took new pictures and posted them last week and got 1 showing, but it was for a VA loan, and we aren’t offering that or FHA because I don’t think the house will qualify. It’s an old house with cracked concrete on the concrete steps up to the house, cracked window in one room, no GFIC outlets in kitchen. Older roof. Basement leaks occasionally during really heavy rainfall, but sump pump works great. Other than fixing up the porch, we really planned on selling as is, or at least fixing any little stuff that might come up on inspection. So we dropped the house another $5k (to $174k) a few nights ago, hoping that anyone who saved the house on Zillow/MLS would see the new pictures and be more interested.
We are also already in the process of buying the new house so we can’t spend a whole lot of money to fix any more issues. We’ve already got the clear to close and don’t have to rely on selling the house to buy the new one, but we still can’t be spending extra money because we still have 3 weeks until closing on the new house (this sub has taught me not to spend any extra money before closing is official). The thought of having two mortgages is really starting to stress me out.
I’ve posted to all local buy, sell, trade facebook groups every time we drop the price. Our realtor has been a realtor in this community for decades, and reaches out to everyone she knows often. We don’t do open houses because our realtor says it’s not really a common/useful tactic around here. I don’t know what else to do. I thought having the only house under $200k would make selling it easy. Boy was I wrong.
Our realtor said May is a weird month for real estate, because people are so busy with graduations, kids getting out of school, going on end of school summer vacations, etc. But now it’s June and still not much interest. How can we market/advertise it better? There are only two other houses in this town that are on the market, one is a little smaller (not as old, but still dated) listed at $240k (on market for 24 days), and the other one is bigger, nicely updated and $380k (been on the market for 78 days). So it’s probably the location? We are a small town, but have one of the best schools in the county. We are within 25 minutes to the big cities around here.. Lots of people live in this town and commute to the bigger cities for work.
I know everyone here says that if the house isn’t selling, then it’s the price. Everyone tells us to not drop the price again, because they think our house is worth the price we have it listed at. I’m willing to drop another $10-15k eventually. My realtor says she doesn’t want to drop the price again, but we could offer to cover some closing costs to sweeten the deal. We put that we are motivated sellers in the house description and to “bring your best offer”.. We just want to be done with this. Any advice?? Or success stories from a similar situation? This has been a much bigger stress than I thought it would it be.
We buried Saint Joseph in the front yard when we dropped the price a few days ago. We’ve been saying the prayer everyday. I’m literally trying anything.
