Past week's Post

I am currently enrolled in Masters programme in a reputed university. So, I am making a project on "Indian Family System" and for this I had to go and meet a few advocates and mediators (arbitrators)
So, basically, I had to interview advocate and also sit through their counseling session of clients. Mostly I met advocates who handle family cases like divorce, inheritance, gaurdianship and partition.
Arbitratiom Centre
Now, first couple enters, the woman looks visibly angry and pissed off at man. Man looked stressed.
Now, arbitrator asked woman - "What you want ? I suggest you people dont have that big issues and can be sorted out."
Man said - "Yes I am trying but she is not being responsive. I dont know what has come into her. Minor truffles happen in families."
Woman said - "No, I just want divorce and 25 lakhs and my jewellery."
Man just sat relaxed. Later on I got to know, that woman alleged man did not satisfy her sexually. And she has put - 125 DVA (maintence) 498 (domestic violence) and claim for gaurdianship of their child.
Plus she wanted 25 lakhs and jewellery (both male side and her side)
I tried to talk to the male and female both but both refused. But I talked to advocate and (from impression of it) it looked as if woman was just bored of man. Lookswise - woman was easily 8/9 and man was 4/5. It made sense to me somehow in a cruel way.
Second case -
Here, the main conflict was, " mother in law " like in every Ekta Kapoor serial. Woman wanted to manage affair of home while mother in law, a widow at young age of 34, who had only one son, wanted to keep reigns of her husband with her. She argued, she has raised her son alone (that too in 80's) she could remarry and the daughter in law wants them to seperate.
Wisely, son refused to part ways with mother. Now, angry wife (it was a love marriage) had put 498A, 125 and other cases against him and his mother.
She wanted 40lakhs + jewellery.
At this point, it looked as if wealth making scheme for women. They could quote an amount and then it was responsibility of male side to fulfill her demand.
Third case -
This case was genuine case of cruelty. The woman was 36 years old and her husband had been abusive and drunkard. She just wanted a divorce and her only demand was monthly maintence, jewellery from both sides and her children stay with her and their maintence covered.
I asked her later, that while most women ask exorbiant money, her demand is genuine.
She just smiled and said, "I have kids and God to answer. He did wrong with me. My family want him to go to jail. But I think life will correct him not jail. He should bear my expenses and kids. Rest I dont want a thing from him."
After observing a few proceeding - it was same story, actual victims trying to reach compromise while non victims trying to extort money. It was funny actually, the irony of life.
[Then I talked to a few advocates, who were free by now.]
377 a new threat -
They told me, they now putt 377 (unnatural sex) against man, that he wants anal, BJs because it can not be proved and it just is another tool of putting pressure on male side. Male also feels embarassed and it leads to breaking man mentally.
Defeating Male Mentally -
One advocate told me " See, its mental battle more than legal. We have to defeat male side mentally. India mai sabse upar hoti hai izzat. Ab har maheene police station jaana pade, bhare court ke aage ghar ki baate ho, 377, marital rape, sasur ghoorta hai, ye sab chize se mentally tut jaata hai aur fir hum jitna paisa mangege woh denge."
Marital Rape -
One advocate said, "Marital rape will be suicide for males. 377 ka mis use horaha toh marital rape mai toh sab lapete jayenge. Usme proof kya doge ? Bass ye kehna hai, isne jabardasti ki aur jail mai. Tabhi Indian judiciary kuch nahi kar rahi uspe, Indian judges samajhdaar hai. Most men dont know about marital rape and how grievous it is for family system"
My conclusion -
I feel, Indian family system is breathing its last. If such litigations start happening even in 10% of families, then it will creat mass cynicism and skepticism and people will start avoiding marriages altogether in cities atleast.
Because already homes are scarce in big cities, wealth making is tough so eventually people will choose monetary security over monetary risks.
Marriage will remain a thing of small cities and rural areas (where also such litigations are happening)
Also, not to generalize, these are not all women but 3-5% minority, even today in many rural and sub urbs women actually recieve domestic abuse and are harassed for dowry.

So, instead of blaming women, lets push for gender neutral laws, so balance becomes equal on both sides.

Hello bhai\bhen log, I am a 2025tard thodi recommendations chahiye this for offline mocks. I am quite sure center par mock dena is probably a lot different from giving mocks at home. Planning to give atleast 10-20 offline mocks atleast preferably november ke bad se (syllabus pura hojayega). Please recommend actually good mocks, mtlb ki jabardasti ke out of ncert questions na ho especially bio ke liye, aur jo mock ka difficulty bhale hi hard ho compared to neet but mock actually mai relevant ho.
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance. Aur sath mai online mocks bhi recommend kardo guys :)

integrated school hai mera, hafte mein bas 1 din jana hota hai, aur allen(mumbai) mein padhti hu. i wont say mera 11th pura hi wasted hai but jitna aata bhi hai 11th ka usse mujhe kuch khaas faida nai horaha hai. physics mein concepts smjha hai mujhe aata bhi hai thoda bohot, par hard questions nai bante khudse, maths lack of practice k wajah se bigda hua hai, aur coordinate geometry nahi horha hai mujhse ;-; (please suggest something regarding this smjh nai aarha kaha se padhu coordinate geometry, sab aadha aadha padhke rakha hai). chemistry mein toh bhai merko starting mein kuch smjha hi nahi😭because i wasn't able to understand my coaching faculty, lec 1 se unki baatein smjhne ki koshish krrhi thi and us chakkar mein mera pura hi chemistry backlog ban gaya and then i realised aise toh nai hoga toh i started studying chem from yt and now i've covered most of the chapters, but chapter cover krne k chakkar mein again mera practice utne acche se nai hua (physical chem mein). allen ke tests mein i've been scoringgg reallyyy really loww ;-; itne kharab marks hai ki bata bhi nai skti ;-; aur parents wo marks dekhke bolrhe hai ki nahi hoga tujhse and stuff...but i'm still trying to get back on track. papa ne jabardasti last mein pw ka arjuna batch bhi dila diya to cover backlog. s
abhi allen mein approx 1 mahine ki chutti hai so im trying to cover backlogs, chem mein mainly thermodynamics aur ionic equil bacha hai, ioc ke basics acche se krne hai, maths toh pura hi practice krna hai, phyiscs mein bhi questions hi krne hai
so ab mujhe yeh smjh nahi aarha questions konse karu kaha se karu kitne karu because mujhe pure 11th ke hi sare chps ke questions krne honge. bohot hi fucked up sa lagrha hai ab, pata nai kuch ho bhi payega ya nahi....confused hu, koi help kardooo. thank you :)

12th start kardi school ne, har subject me ek ek ch kara kar test bhi le liye, mujhe jabardasti padhkar Dene padhe, schedule aur padhai chud gyi aadhe March ki toh. Kal electrostatics ka paper hai, maa chudae me de hi ni ra.
Parso se holidays hai, 3 April se school khulenge. 17 days (considering only March)
Yeah I don't regularly go, 3 times a week max.
I know the prerequisites for 12th but my question is, Organic poori khatam karu in holidays me? Advanced tak? Lectures BOHOT saare hai. Instead vo time me Physics aur Maths me dedeta hu. I've decided to cover them through the latest MANZIL Series.
Since saara time aese organic le jaega so instead I'm thinking to invest in other two subject and revise the rest chemistry I've done.
What would be your recommendations/suggestions?

Faptul ca se focuseaza pe droguri e ca sa dea bine la masele primitive din Romania care beau si fumeaza de rup (droguri traditionale deci nu pot fi interzise), isi bat nevestele acasa, conduc la volan fara grija pentru viata altora si dupa aia au nevoie de un dusman sa-si canalizeze ura si dusmanul ala de obicei sunt tinerii perceputi ca "drogati". Ca doar nu te iei de bizonul din trafic care omaora 1500 de oameni anul tre sa te iei de dealeri ca omoara 25 de oameni anual. Da na aia sunt masa votanta comparativ cu tinerii care incearca un joint si dupa aia pleaca din tara distrusa de primitivii din psd-pnl in ultimii 30 de ani. Si nici nu intru in discutie ca marea majoritatea a oamenilor care consuma droguri(inclusiv alcool si tutun) o fac datorita vietii grele din Romania sa mai scape si ei de realitatea construita de psd-pnl. Noul dusman de clasa sunt tinerii consumatori de droguri nu politicienii corupti, criminalii de la volan, violatorii, criminalii clasici etc.
