Hi! My name is Lazlain.
Recently, a few weeks ago, I was informed of a post on Lioden that said not so good things about one of the characters on the game. And as you know, these characters are feral animals.
Many people have reported this thread and the staff have refused to take it down even though it has broken TOS and have had MANY complaints
What have they said about this character? They were speaking about Vash, one of the NPCs for the May event. Expressing their crush on said character, already weird yk? Later in the post, on the first slide of the thread, the creature drew ( though be it stick figure and crappy ) feral nsfw art of Vash and another lion 'mating'
I do understand this game is meant for an older audience but the fact these people are directly sexualizing an animal and breaking TOS w/out being punished is concerning. What others things are they allowing?
I will be leaving the maker of the thread's username out of this, this post is not for you to go harass staff members or the maker of the nasty thread, it is to inform you that if you come across a situation like this it will NOT be handled by staff.

it is DISGUSTING that you are allowing this here. This utterly CREEPS ME THE FUCK OUT. The fact you guys haven't even noticed or done anything about this openly zoophilic stuff here is disgusting. I mean no disrespect but this is HELLA uncomfortable and as rule 6. User Conduct states: M) do anything which may negatively affect other Users’ enjoyment of the Game

I truly love lioden, it is a fun, creative, game. But I won't stand by people who can not rid of someone sexualizing an animal. I do not care if its a joke or not, it is disgusting, it is zoophilic, it is NOT ok.
Do with this information what you will, I do not control you but I heavily encourage you to NOT HARASS ANYONE. It will NOT be my fault if someone begins to harass the staff or OP. This is simply to let it be know.

Edit Part 2: If you are making the excuse that these characters are fictional and or anthropomorphize. You are the problem.
All these characters do, and can speak, they speak to other Lions they cannot speak to humans. This game has you playing as a lion and well yes you do more sophisticated things that humans would do it doesn't mean that it is still okay and that they are anthropomorphic.
And fictional or not it is still not okay that is what pedophiles use to say that it's okay for lollicons, that is what she files used to say that it is okay to send for fictional animals, and that is what a lot of creepy people use to say that it's okay to do what they're doing even though it's not.
Again I understand that in their February event that they have some quite sexual content I have that blocked out because personally that's a little weird that they are willing to draw lines mating but I physically cannot change that event at all.
I'm not saying go boycott them I'm saying just be aware.

They look for excuses to expand their power and influence. And when an excuse does not readily exist, they create one.
The Façade
Recent history confirms this. Let's review several cases over the last 130 years in chronological order.
■ At the end of the 19th century, the US wanted to expand its sphere of influence. In 1898, they sabotaged one of their own battleships, the USS Maine, in the harbour of Havana, Cuba, blaming it on the Spanish. US newspapers built the case for war, which was viewed as a pretext even at that time, as represented in the movie Citizen Kane.

As a result of the sinking of the USS Maine, the US gained the port of Guantanamo in Cuba, Puerto Rico, and control of the Philippines as a foothold in the Orient. Note the theme... a covert act by government used as an excuse for war, and using the media to spread misinformation to gain public support.
■ Next example, WW1. England wanted to draw the US into the war for some badly needed support. So Winston Churchill, who was serving as First Lord of the British Admiralty, created the excuse the US needed to justify joining the war.
The English Channel was swarming with German submarines (U-boats), attacking British shipping. The British implemented shipping by convoy under protection of British warships. But on May 7, 1915, Churchill called-off naval protection for the RMS Lusitania, a British commercial liner with 123 Americans onboard, which was subsequently sunk by the Germans. "A ship sacrificed. The sinking turned American public opinion against Germany, and contributed to US entry into the war. "Remember the Lusitania" became a rallying cry repeated in the papers.
■ Next example, WW2. On the morning of December 7, 1941, the day Japanese planes attacked Pearl Harbor, a sequence of intelligence and messaging failures sealed the base's fate.
Prior to the attack: "Radio communications intelligence 'lost' the location of Japanese carriers." "Kimmel did not inform Short." "Washington issued 'War Warning' messages." "Anti-aircraft guns to protect Pearl Harbor were not deployed or had their ammunition locked up. The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was not a "false-flag" event; it indeed happened, and Japan was indeed the perpetrator. But such readiness failures despite warnings give me the impression it was made just too easy for them, that the gate was left open.
Was Japan baited and lured into attacking Pearl Harbor by suggestions, whether private or public, that the American public did not want war, and the US government would simply cede territories in the Pacific? Whatever the cause, the US government got what it wanted... a reason to join the war.
■ Next example, sabotage proposals: The US Department of Defense proposed "Operation Northwoods" (cited in the 1st example above) to President Kennedy in 1962, outlining a number of "false flag" missions to make it seem the US had been attacked by Cuba. The proposal suggested the US government engage in "acts of terrorism against American military and civilian targets, blame them on the Cuban government, ... to justify a war against Cuba." ■ Next example, Vietnam War. On August 2, 1964, US forces carrying out amphibious operations off the coast of North Vietnam were confronted by North Vietnamese troops. On August 4th, the US claimed it was attacked by North Vietnam. On August 7th, US Congress passed the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which gave newly installed President Johnson (less than one year after Kennedy was assassinated) legal justification to enter the Vietnam civil war.
But as Wikipedia explains: "Later investigation revealed that the second attack never happened." The US weapons industry had been wanting another war since the Korean War ended in 1953. But President Kennedy wasn't cooperating. After Kennedy was conveniently taken out of the way, Johnson got what he always wanted - the Presidency, while US weapons manufacturers got what they wanted - war.
■ Next example, US involvement in Iran-Iraq war 1980-88. In 1978-79, Iran’s religious revolution overthrew Iran’s king, the Shah of Iran. The new religious regime in Iran confiscated the oil fields and facilities of US oil companies operating in Iran.
The US oil barons called on the US government to get their oil fields back, citing US interests in controlling global oil flows. The US wasted no time attacking Iran immediately following the revolution, but not directly. ■ Next example, 1st Gulf War 1991. By the end of the Iran-Iraq war in 1988, the US had not been able to orchestrate Iran’s downfall, and thus had not been able to retake the oil fields it had lost in Iran. The US decided it needed to put its own troops in the Middle East and finish the job against Iran themselves.
But the US needed an excuse to station US troops in the Middle East close to Iran. So it created another pretext, making Iraq believe the US would not interfere in Iraq’s plans to invade Kuwait.
“On the 24 July [1990], U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs, Margaret Tutwiler, told journalists, "We do not have any defense treaties with Kuwait, and there are no special defense or security commitments to Kuwait.[10]" On the 25 July, Saddam Hussein held a meeting with American diplomat April Glaspie. On August 2, 1990, Iraq invaded Kuwait. On January 16, 1991, the US launched Operation Desert Strom against Iraq in what is now called the 1st Gulf War.
■ Next example, 911. I know, I know. People have been refuting a US cover-up since day 1. I'm not going to sidetrack into that debate here. All I will say is... both Trade Center towers and the Pentagon had been recently renovated, the work of which is difficult to ascertain and still secret. Everything else has already been extensively debated on the web; I'll just leave it there.
The main question concerning 911 has always been, "Would US agencies commit acts of terrorism against their own cities as a pretext for war?" Given the scenarios presented in operations Northwoods and Mongoose cited above, the answer to that question is, "Yes."

■ Next example, false claim of WMD in Iraq. In late 2002, US intelligence presented grainy satellite images of what appeared to be military trucks and supply depots in Iraq. They claimed the trucks and depots hid weapons of mass destruction. Congress gave the military permission to attack Iraq, which it did in March 2003. And behold... there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

What did the US get out of 911 and the false WMD claim? Excuses to invade Afghanistan and Iraq... neither country of which ever had any involvement with 911.
The official reason for entering Afghanistan was to capture Osama Bin Laden. Yet after OBL was killed in 2011, the US remained in Afghanistan until 2021. Why did the US remain in Afghanistan for an additional 10 years? Because Afghanistan borders Iran.
■ Iran has always been the principal target of interest. The US oil barons have been eyeing Iran since its religious revolution of 1978-79, which confiscated the properties and facilities of US oil companies operating there.
The US wasted no time attacking Iran immediately following the revolution, backing Iraq in the Iran-Iraq war of 1980-88. But the US realized it wasn't going to get Iran without direct US involvement. 911 and the false WMD claim gave the US excuses to plant troops on either side of Iran - in Iraq on the west, and Afghanistan on the east.
After removing Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq in 2003, the US remained there, fighting groups backed by Iran. This was followed by the conflict in Syria starting in 2011 and still ongoing, with the West fighting Iranian-backed groups there as well.
From the Iran-Iraq war of 1980-88, to post-Hussein Iraq, to Syria from 2011 onward, the US has been engaged in a 40-year proxy war against Iran. What has been only a proxy war until now is poised to turn into a direct conflict soon, as tensions between Israel and Iran continue to escalate.
The Rehearsal
Preparations for war require more than just fabricating excuses, but also conditioning the population. This includes spreading misinformation, controlling the judiciary, and displaying intimidating force. Trump's presidency worked on all three.
Trump's term in office was a dress rehearsal in spreading misinformation and manipulating the news, principally through Fox News and a large number of conservative talk shows across the country.

Additional charges against Fox News include spreading misinformation regarding the 2020 election results.

Trump's presidency was also a dress rehearsal in influencing the judiciary, filling the courts with loyalists to promote the group's causes, including overthrowing Roe v Wade. This will come in handy when the time comes to suspend other rights and freedoms, including the constitution.
Then came COVID. That was a dress rehearsal to practice locking down entire countries, suspending rights and freedoms en masse.
They also practiced displaying force by mobilizing militias and gun activist groups behind the insurrection of Janurary 6, 2021, intimidating voters at election sites, and shooting at protestors. They even practiced defending their obedient shooters, ie: the shooter who showed up at a protest rally with a full-sized rifle, killed a protestor, and was later exonerated on grounds of self-defense. What a joke.
The Actors
So what's next? They're already working on their excuse for WW3 in the Middle East. Look at what's happening in Israel and Palestine. And now they have a new excuse for US presence in the Persian Gulf - attacks on shipping. Attacks against shipping in the region have been occurring for decades. Why are they reacting so strongly now when they didn't before? Because both these conflicts allow the US to strike at Iranian allies: Hamas in Palestine, and the Houthi in Yemen.
I'm not saying atrocities should be ignored. I am asking why the West focuses on some atrocities and not others. There are plenty of atrocities taking place in Africa, Asia, and Latin America in which the US never gets involved. But when anything happens that gets their troops close to Iran, they're there.
The West has been fighting Iran in one arena after another ever since the Iranian revolution. The recent conflicts in Palestine and the Persian Gulf are just the latest excuses to position forces in the Middle East. They've been there since 1980, and will remain there until they are ready to attack Iran directly. It will be an allied invasion, composed of the US, the UK, Israel and Russia (which borders Iran to the north).

Trump even asked the Russians to find Hillary Clinton's emails. Why would Trump ask Russia to find US government emails unless he knew they were hacking US government computers? Why ask Russia and not US law enforcement? Why Russia and not another country? Recall also how Trump kept denouncing NATO, challenging it, threatening to withdraw the US from it, weakening it from within. The intent was to make it easier for Putin to take Ukraine and other former Soviet territories in Eastern Europe. Had Trump won in 2020, Putin would have been free to achieve his ultimate objective of rebuilding the USSR. All handed to Putin in exchange for helping Trump get elected, and for Russia's participation in the up-coming war against Iran. Fathom that. After all the effort Ronald Reagan put into dismantling the Soviet Union, Trump would help Putin rebuild it.
Notice too how Koch Industries, the 2nd largest private company in America with over $125 billion in annual revenue, refuses to observe US sanctions against Russia, and has continued doing business in Russia. The Koch brothers have also refused to denounce Putin's invasion of Ukraine. Koch's ties with Russia go back to the 1930's, where their father, Fred C. Today, Koch Industries engages in a range of industrial enterprises. A severe polluter of the environment, Koch Industries finances misinformation denying climate change, buying political influence to fight environmental legislation. President Eisenhower identified another player pushing the world toward war, which he called "the military-industrial complex", a cluster of industries that benefit from war. They need war to clear-out their inventories so they can produce more weapons. They prosper from armed conflict, and thus influence politicians to pursue war. As Eisenhower warned in his farewell address to his nation, "We must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence by the military-industrial complex. Another major actor in this drama is big-oil, which benefitted from US control of Iraq and its oil fields, and is salivating over the prospect of regaining control of Iranian oil fields. And who else belongs to this cast but Elon Musk, who not only defended Putin's invasion, but also cut-off Starlink's satellite service in Ukraine to prevent Ukraine's military from launching satellite-guided missiles to defend themselves against Russian attacks.
Not all conservatives belong to this malicious group; the vast majority do not. The conservative camp has become divided into two broad clans: the “middle-right” and “far-right”. I use “clans” because the two groups do not get along.
The middle-right are reasonable, cooperative, respectful of the law, devoted to the order of government, and committed to building the nation for the benefit of all its citizens.
The far-right, though, are radical in their dealings. They are divisive, they lie profusely, they incite violence, they threaten other members of congress, they are disruptive to orderly government and international cooperation, they do not know the meaning of "compromise" which is essential to keeping the nation united, they are unreasonable.
The “directors” of this drama are from this far-right clan. These directors manipulate the actors from behind the scenes. They put the various actors on stage and in the spotlight to sway and stir the audience, while they themselves hide behind the curtains. The script they follow has been decades in the making, and is about to reach its climax.
The Script
All this until now has been in preparation for what is to come, regardless of who wins the next US election or any election after it. Remember, political leaders are only figureheads. They are just servants providing this group of directors with important services, and to sway the public to support their causes.
When they are ready to launch their plans for World War 3, something will happen (real or faked - perhaps a radioactive "dirty bomb" detonation on US soil) that will prompt another lockdown similar to the one we "practiced" under COVID. Only this time, it will last much, much longer. The freedom of the press will be suspended, and so will the constitution. Our freedoms will be removed again, but this time it may be permanent.
If you throw a piece of wood into the water, it will rise to the surface. But if you sink that wood deep enough under water, it will not rise up anymore. Why? I was just enjoying tarkov a lot, however got banned and am not sure why (Wasn't hacking or exploiting), I've tried arena breakout and grey zone but they just don't hit the same. before tarkov I was enjoying star citizen and that was great, I've always been a souls borne fan (haven't played wu-kong so lemme know if that's any good). I'm enjoying body cam a lot however the matchmaking is to tedious, ready or not was also fun. hell let loose was fun for awhile as well. done the 2 week Minecraft faze with my buddies this year, also did the 2 week forest faze. Just looking for any fun games single player or multiplayer, give me a handful of games similar to those or not I don't really care. Im just desperate to find somthing to play.

I got into the bioshock series after a while of searching hopelessly for unique games to play. I already had a predilection towards first person shooter games but then I got tired of the repetitive, military linear first person shooter games. Now discovering Bioshock 1 blew my mind away. The psychological horror the game managed to create was truly something special. The gameplay that allowed endless possibilities and strategies was a welcome surprise. The story of rapture doesn't directly tell you that Ryan's idea of a genuinely free world is a bad idea. Playing the game gives you the chance to ascertain for yourself what happens when humans of varying character and thinking are left to do absolutely as they please. The pure thrill from stumbling across a splicer and having to outsmart them with your vast array of weapons and plasmids is genuinely very fun. Now enter bioshock 2, it proves to be an equally riveting game with you playing as a big daddy now. While the game retains some of its horror elements from the first game, you are quite literally a big daddy so it's easier to manoeuver though the amount of eve and first aid you can carry is decreased meaning there is a balance in gameplay and you're not invincible. Bioshock 2 proves to be another equally great game with improved mechanics, a far more emotional storyline and multiple choices affecting multiple endings.
Can't say what I specifically expected from infinite before playing it, but I would have genuinely appreciated the greatly explorational and strategy based gameplay that bioshock 1 and 2 offered. What I got from infinite was genuinely disappointing. I can't even begin to comprehend why the makers would move away from the unique fundamentals of the first two bioshock games to create some repetitive open arena linear shooter with a convoluted plot. Plasmids are now vigors and you're only allowed to carry two weapons which frankly I don't mind because then again a man can probably only carry that much and move about for so long. Infinite miserably fails to deliver what made bioshock the franchise it is. Vigors are genuinely very useless against enemies. Though I've found the shock jockey and devil's kiss to be acceptable. Your salts are easily depleted in every battle and you'll find yourself resorting to taking cover and shooting your way out of these battles where enemies keep on spawning for some period of time like in call of duty games. It gets so repetitive you can expect enemies to randomly start spawning at every checkpoint. While you can no longer hack anything, the alternative is using the possession vigor which doesn't last long enough to justify the amount of salt it depletes. What happened to the thought you had to put in fighting enemies and big daddies? Setting traps with your mini turret and having bots and security cameras as your allies. Bioshock infinite on hard is genuinely laughable because the game is still easier than bioshock 1 or 2 on normal. Infinite just puts me into the average fps experience I was trying escape. Take cover, and fire your weapons shoot some one or two vigors occasionally and you'll come out on top. Since the game lacks any unique elements it will rely on Elizabeth in an annoying manner. The gameplay and plot solves a lot of problems by simply having her open a tear or throw something at you. Do you need money? Catch. Ammo? Catch. In fact there are tears conveniently placed at points where enemies are going to spawn. Isn't it great that random machine guns and ammo tears appear at enemy spawning points? Lmao. Elizabeth will time travel, warp reality, control a big bird, teleport or whatever the story calls for if needed. Bioshock infinite in my opinion cannot decide on the story it wants to tell, is it of the battle between the vox populi and the Comstock fanatics? Or generic Disney princess with daddy issues? (perhaps an oversimplification) Or booker's dynamic with his long lost daughter? Is it even plausible that booker becomes a "prophet" and births a floating city because of a baptism? Never mind that. Let's face it, Booker is booooring, either as himself or Comstock. You'd think a bioshock game having a protagonist that actually speaks would be groundbreaking boy was I wrong. Booker does interest me a bit in the sense that I try to understand what kind of a person sells a child over a gambling debt. Completing this game honestly was a chore at some point for me. When it finally ended, I was just saying to myself: "All that to just drown a man?" If I said bioshock was a bad game, it'd be too harsh. It's simply a bad bioshock game. Even as a standalone game, it would come off average in terms of gameplay. For a Bioshock game I'd rate it a 6. Depending on which one you played first you might disagree but if you're able to appreciate the unique elements from the first two it's easier to see that infinite falls short and is a whole different thing all together.

Just finished the Foresti Cut of Thracia and I really digged it.
Just finished the Foresti’s Cut of Thracia and after playing the Lil Manster version when it first released I thought I’d give this hack I try and see the differences of it. And while overall the story stays the same, some little things have changed.
One big change is the addition to Daisy and Aseallo if you skip 2X. And I did skip 2X just to see how Daisy ran in the Manster arc and her being a prepromote helped a lot and felt she was a good addition. While Safy was dearly missed, Linoan comes with Hammerne when she joins to make up for missing Safy and Lifis.
Difficulty wise, it was definitely smoother. In no way was this a cake walk now, but some of the shittier units got a decent glow up (with some being major ones) and by the end I had a solid core group of kickass units. No lie I also did Elite Mode for the first time and leveling was just easier. Almost laughably easy sometimes.
Three units though got a huge overhaul in my opinion.
Tanya - my girl got god bump. She hit harder. And she has access to a Perf which made her performance skyrocket. She was my go-to avoid tank cause of it and she was fantastic.
Eda - in my first run, she was a transport that eventually was phased out. Eda got better starting stats, and was given a FCM of 4. While she still was an Est of sorts, I arena abused her and she quickly outpaced Deen. By the end she was an offensive juggernaut.
Miranda - she is often considered one of the worst units in the series. And my last run, I went the A route. But this cut made the B route more viable. 16B was filled with Perfs to steal. And Miranda came with her own tome with Rapier effect and once trained she could one-shot generic riders and armors with ease.
Overall the hack gave a refreshing update that still kept the same feel of the original while giving some QOL updates too.
The Staff Ladies still trivialize so many things. Linoan honestly breaks the game. She ends up with two Hammerne staffs (for free) that can repair each other (when traded to someone else) giving her infinite uses and this gave Tina full access to just steal everything. This for me made Linoan the best and most important unit to have.
Tina is still the same as she is in the original from what I saw. I know the New Theory Hack nerfed her staff hard but this one keeps it the same. And when they needed a map to recover Sara and Nanna came in and could help their own with various staffs. Though Nanna’s Staff rank was severely low compared to the other 3 girls.
Asbel and Mareeta (if trained) are still offensive powerhouses. Olwen wasn’t shit and was viable with her stat upgrade from the back. Osian with his Perf still stays relevant throughout. Brighton comes as your Jagen (prepromote) now pretty much but for me he fell off not too far after Manster. Finn while good really got fucked with so many indoor maps. Heck all Lance users did. Karin was a late bloomer who did most of her leveling through arena save state spamming.
Diarmuid was a late recruit but since Fergus got RNG screwed hard he was a solid replacement. Seraphina comes as a prepromote now, and I thought she held up better this time. And Kane was the last survivor of her crew and with Wraith was very solid. Ced was just ridiculous for the last few maps you get him. Galzus only had one map since the finale he was put to sleep and with all the chaos in that chapter he just stayed asleep.
And Lief was solid throughout. He got the early stat boosters. He was leveled up to 20 early. He could tank decently and with Nanna close he could avoid lot. Once he got the King Sword and promoted he was a wrecking ball.
By the endgame, I was on Chapter 25. Saved Eyvel, and took out the Deadlords. Ced was just a delete button and just rewarped to 4 out of the 6 rooms and nuked everything. Lief then ended Veld, and my time with Thracia was over. With the amount of staffs I hoarded and stole it was pretty smooth.
Overall it was a solid hack that added some fun new things to the game. I’d say if you’re interested in playing Thracia this could be a good middle ground since I felt overall difficulty slowly ramped up with the last few 3 chapters being pretty gnarly.
(And the “graphic design is my passion” graphic is for my steam deck just so I knew the difference between this and New Theory 😂)
