Javën e shkuar ishte për një vizitë turistike në Jugun e Shqipërisë, nje familje britanike e cila për gati 30 vjet ka qenë një nga miqtë tanë të vërtetë të Butrintit.
Ndonjë herë tjetër do të shkruaj për këta njerëz që ndihmuan shqiptarë ne ditet shume te veshtira dhe ku vila e tyre ne Korfuz ishte nje oaz i promovimit te kultures shqiptare.
Por të kthehem tek vizita javën e shkuar. Me vete kishin edhe disa miq të vjetër që vinin për herë të parë në Shqiperi.
Shkuan mes të tjerash edhe në Bënjë apo në një nga pikat turistike të njohura të Jugut.
Bënja, dikur ka qenë një oaz i vërtetë natyre. Me një rrugë të ruajtur me kalldrëm që gjarperonte midis pemëtoreve të gjelbëruara përmetare. Pa mbritur tek Banjat e famshme, është apo më mire të them ishte Mulliri l famshëm i Mato Grudës së filmit të njohur.
Kur mbrrije në Bënjë, menjëherë të binte në sy Ura e bukur e periudhës Otomane që ende nuk i është vënë ndonjë dorë restaurimi. Vite më parë ishte një vend i qetë ku banorët e zonës vinin për tu lare apo për piknik. Një vend idilik i paster dhe nga me te bukurit ne Jugun shqiptar. Vitet e fundit Bënja ka pasur disa ndërhyrje estetike “për hir të turizmit”
Rruga e bukur me kalldrëm u mbulua nga asfalti. Në hyrje të banjave vendi u zgjerua dhe u ndertuan parking per Kamperet e turisteve. U prishën nja dy barake druri të cilat në mënyrë modeste të jepnin mundësinë të ndroheshe përpara se të laheshe dhe të merrje një kafe.
Këto barake druri janë zëvendësuar me disa godina alpine të cilat që kur u ndërtuan nuk janë hapur asnjë herë. Se përse moda alpine e sjellë në Bënjë vetëm ata që kane hedhur paratë e dinë. Ndërkohë kamperat e huaj pjekin mish derri të sjellë nga supermarket e Gjermanise dhe pinë birrë Holandeze që e kanë sjellë me vete. Asnjë, dmth 0 ndikim ekonomik në zonë nuk ka pasur kjo ndërhyrje disa milion euroshe e cila e ka kthyer dikur oazin idilik të Bënjës në një Disni land ku me mijra të huaj dhe vendas gjatë verës futen në banjat termale si derkucët në llucë.
Që të mos zgjatem, i pyes miqtë e mij se si ju duk vizita ne Benje. “Too much shit my friend” me tha njeri prej tyre duke qeshur.
Urdhëro, I thashë se nuk po e kuptoja. Shkuam më tha dhe donim të laheshim por nuk kishte se ku të ndroheshim. U detyruam të futemi nëpër shkurre. Pas shkurreve ishte një llahtar , dukej se të gjithë që shkonin në Bënjë dhisnin nëpër shkure se nuk kishte një banjë.
Nuk qeshja dot. Zotëria që më përshkroi vizitën e tij në Bënjë kishte qënë Field Marshal i Britanisë.

Eu fantasiei esse momento de várias outras formas diferentes. Bolei diferentes planos pra me reconciliar com ele e no final, nunca é como eu planejo, mas sempre fica ainda melhor. 🥰🤤
Depois de chamar meu namorado de ríspido, frio e pouco carinhoso com as palavras e decidirmos dar um tempo de uma semana pra pensar na vida, chegou o momento do nosso reencontro. Ele está sempre lendo meus textos no Reddit e a gente faz isso como um método de conhecer um ao outro melhor. Hoje ele conhece minhas dores, minha história, meus traumas, meus problemas psicológicos e, graças ao bom Deus, eu namoro um médico que quer se dedicar a psiquiatria futuramente. Haha Então ele cuida de mim desde agora. A sua primeira paciente analisando meu caso e me ajudando a ajustar e regular alguns desvios da minha vida.
Sobre o nosso reencontro... Eu fantasiei esse momento de várias formas diferentes. Bolei diferentes planos pra me reconciliar com ele e no final, nunca é como eu planejo, mas dessa vez foi ainda melhor do que eu pensei. Não porque ele me deu uma experiência emocionante que mistura carinho, amor, dominação e submissão, mas por causa de detalhes simples que fizeram toda diferença.
A parte mais maravilhosa do meu futuro marido (que não quer casar nunca sob hipótese nenhuma haha 😆) é que ele sabe me ouvir e ele reflete por um tempo, depois chegando a uma conclusão que trás uma melhora após determinado tempo. Mesmo tendo nossos desentendimentos de vez em quando, ele me escuta e trabalha em si mesmo pra melhorar. Depois de alguns dias ele volta com aquele Q de mudança que eu precisava e me surpreende de formas que eu não esperava. Tudo isso usando de psicologia.
Eu chorei, esperneei, implorei, fiz birra e briguei pra ele vir dormir comigo um dia e continuar vindo uma vez por semana, pelo menos, mas ele disse que teria dificuldades pra isso porque a família dele é conservadora e bem grande. Além de que, eu cheguei a conclusão, de que ele tem dificuldades de enfrentar o orgulho dele e dizer pra avó sobre o que sente. Imaginei a situação de como ele iria dizer pra avó, ou que está apaixonado por um moça e abrir mão da imagem de rapaz sério, centrado, frio e certinho que sempre demonstrou ser pra família, incluindo aquele Q de orgulho masculino ao ter dificuldade em dizer que está apaixonado pros pais, pros tios, pros avós e que, portanto, precisa passar mais tempo com a namorada, o que inclui dormir juntos, arriscando fazê-los pensar que eu transformei aquele rapaz frio, estudioso e centrado em um rapaz acalorado, desobediente e rebelde, portanto, correndo o risco de passar a ideia de ser uma moça que está manipulando o rapaz e podendo trazer desordem a ordem cósmica familiar e acabar me tornando a ovelha negra (Deus me livre!). Ou, ter a audácia e coragem de dizer, mesmo que soe muito másculo pra esse século, que encontrou a mulher ideal pra fuder e se divertir desenfreada e viciosamente toda semana de tal modo que ultrapassamos o limite/barreira do tempo e precisamos de mais tempo pra concluir nosso ritual sacro sexual e, conseguir, atingir uma conexão espiritual mais profunda através do sexo.
Mas, agora, imagina ele dizendo uma dessas duas coisas pra avó? Hahahaha 🤣
Ai, eu ri demais enquanto estavamos sentados juntos na mesa tomando um vinho e conversando sobre nossas questões e eu descrevi essas duas cenas que se passaram na minha cabeça pra ele, depois de ele me contar todos os detalhes das coisas que ele pensou pra vencer essa etapa da vida. Hahaha 😂
Eu, finalmente, me senti feliz por ele ser franco comigo e me contar em detalhes sobre o que ocorria. Abrir o coração dele pra mim e nos permitir pensar juntos sobre o assunto.
Mas o que mais me deixou feliz esse dia, além do sexo intenso, além da conversa divertida, além do passeio que fizemos com os meus cachorros, que ele se ofereceu pra me ajudar a passear com eles, foi que quando ele chegou, eu estava cochilando como uma das virgens sábias do apocalipse que arrumou a casa inteira antes de ir dormir pra poder receber ele com a casa, relativamente limpa e perfumada. Coloquei difusor de ar, um litro de perfume no meu corpo e avisei o segredo de como ele iria entrar na minha casa (não vou contar pra vocês) e fui dormir. Eu mandei uma mensagem pra ele e disse "quando você chegar, eu vou estar nua na cama, coberta com o lençol, difusor de ar ligado, e quero que você deite atrás de mim e me abrace de conchinha e permaneça por um tempo pra deixar o meu subconsciente agir enquanto você me abraça".
E ele fez isso.
Quando ele chegou, ele abriu a porta e nisso eu despertei. Estava, absolutamente, sonolenta mas quando olhei pra ele entrando no meu quarto, com aqueles olhos lindos, aqueles cabelos loiros e olhos puxados parecendo uma mistura de homem russo com asiático (meu sonho de consumo personificado em carne e osso)...
Eu sorria ao ver ele chegar, enquanto ele despia a blusa dele, e depois tirava os sapatos e depois a calça e vinha se deitar comigo (Ainnn, suspiro)... Ele me abraçou, me beijou e começamos nosso sacro ritual de conexão de alma e corpo. Ele me abraçava forte em todo momento enquanto se movia dentro de mim em movimentos lentos e depois mais intensos. Depois que ele despejou seu óleo de virilidade e fecundidade líquida na meu âmago, ele continuou a me abraçar. E foi aí que o momento mágico aconteceu... Não se tratava do sexo em si e sim da conexão de almas entre nós dois. Eu senti minha alma tão acolhida, amada e acariciada naquele momento. Ele não me soltava depois do sexo e eu estranhei aquilo, porque na maioria das vezes não era assim. Mas, dessa vez, ele me abraçou enquanto se movia dentro de mim e me abraçou por muito mais tempo depois de terminar e eu senti os batimentos cardíacos dele vibrarem em cima do meu coração. Eu não entendia aquele comportamento diferenciado dele naquele dia, tentei refletir, mas preferi ignorar a racionalidade e apenas aceitar e me derramei em lágrimas, enquanto dentro de mim eu agradecia por todo aquele amor que ele tava dedicando a mim naquele minuto. Aliás, naqueles longos minutos que eu não vou esquecer tão cedo. Aqueceram minha alma e me fizeram sentir amada como não me sentia fazia muito tempo. Há muito tempo sentia falta de um abraço como aquele. Nem me lembro a última vez que tive um abraço de alma assim na minha vida. Acho que nem mesmo a minha santa mãezinha me abraça de modo tão prolongado e com tanto carinho. Eu senti um amor fraternal naquele abraço. Eu senti empatia. Eu senti não apenas a emoção do sexo e pós sexo, mas sentimento de amor e eu não consigo descrever em palavras o quão bom foi aquele sentimento e eu só sei que começaram a escorrer lágrimas dos meus olhos sem eu conseguir controlar e o pescoço dele virou um rio.
E foi dessa forma que nos reconciliamos.
Esses foram os primeiros 30 minutos do nosso encontro de hoje. Depois tivemos mais 4 horas livres pra atividades que incluíam sexo intenso misturando ternura, dominação e submissão respeitosa e consensual, tivemos um passeio com meus cachorros pelo condomínio, tivemos uma conversa acalorada na mesa enquanto tomava vinho e ríamos enquanto analisávamos um ao outro e líamos as micro expressões faciais um do outro e ele não poupava charme ao levantar a sombrancelha, gestos com as mãos, frases de inteligência e tudo mais. Enquanto eu observava tudo, ria, comentava e me deliciava com o charme dele e combinávamos nossos novos termos pro relacionamento e esclarecíamos nossas questões.
Depois de tudo isso, concluímos com mais uma rapidinha inesperada, bem forte e bem dada, enquanto ele chamava o Uber pra ir pra casa. Hahaha 😂
Foi tudo uma delícia! 😍🥰🤤🥹 Inesquecível! Eu te amo e não troco você por nada.

Era uma noite normal aqui em casa, nada de especial aparentemente, tinha acabado de tomar banho quando derrepente eu escuto um batida muito forte vindo da casa da minha tia, do nada "POW" Daí eu comecei a ouvir uns gritos vindo de lá e já chamei a gangue inteira, vulgo minha família, pra ver dar uma olhada no que tava pegando. Meu Pai e minha mãe correram pra dentro pra ver o que tava acontecendo enquanto eu fiquei com meu irmão, que na época tinha uns 2 anos, no meu colo. Daí juntou meu pai e o ex marido da minha tia pra segurar esse meu tio drogado que tava gritando umas mil desgraças, literalmente, nada com nada. Ele xingava geral, chamou minha tia-avô de puta (mãe dele), cuspiu na galera, falou que ia surrar geral, maluco virou tipo o Tás do Looney toons (sla como escreve fds) detalhe: ele tava sendo segurado por dois homens e ainda sim tava conseguindo sé soltar, bicho tava loucão de farofa, pois ele nem devia ter toda aquela força. Meu pai e o marido da minha tia conseguiram segurar o cuceta amarrado pelas mãos e pelos pés, parecia um porco kkkkkkk daí ele comecei a ameaçar os dois, dizendo que ia chamar os manos da quebrada pra pegar eles (viagem, já que ele tava devendo pros cara, tinha rolo com agiota e talz) Ficamos nesse ciclo aí dele xingando a gente de tudo que era nome, minha tias crentes já começaram a "expulsar o demônio" a não ser que o capeta fosse o demônio do crack, eu até diria que ia funcionar. Ele começou a gritar "VEM ME EXPULSAR QUENTINHA, OOOH QUENTINHA (crentinha) ME EXPULSA" confesso que eu ri. Só que a pior parte foi dps disso, percebi que ele ia macetar geral na porrada pois ele tava ficando realmente puto, chegou até a sé soltar, foi aí que eu fui chamar a polícia e etc, só que eu não sabia todos os detalhes do meu bairro e acabei passando o endereço errado (pois é, burro pra kct) daí eu só vi a polícia passando e indo pra outra rua kkkkkkkkkkk e eu lá acenando igual um otário "🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️ OH, OH" Percebi que tinha que intervir, porém não tinha com quem deixar meu irmão. POR SORTE outra viatura chegou na rua (acredito que foram os vizinhos que ligaram) daí prenderam ele e fizeram toda a "entrevista de emprego" com o meliante do meu tio. Porém, NÃO LEVARAM ELE PRA DELEGACIA! SIM! Os coxa deixou ele lá, pq ele tinha "Sé acalmado" e pq ele cooperou, mesmo claramente estando louco de tapioca vencida. Foi aí que do nada, DO NADA! chegou o filho dele, outro mentecapto louco de farinha. O CARA PEGOU UMA PICARETA (SIM, UMA PICARETA) e falou "eu vou te MATA, SAI DA CASA DA MINHA TIA SEU FILHO DA PUTA" PIRADO NO LANÇA DE CÔCO GENTE. O Minecraft da zona leste, filho do drogado FOI PRA CIMA DELE e bateu com a picareta no ombro dele, geral gritando "PARA! É SEU PAI" e ele "FDS, FDS EU VOU MATAR ELE POHA" o policial lembrou que ele era da polícia e DAI ELE INTERVIU, DPS DO Chuleta TER SIDO FEITO DE BLOCO DO MINECRAFT. Dps disso eu lembro de ter chegado uma espécie de ambulância, não sei oq era exatamente, sé era manicômio ou sla. Daí o louco do meu tio foi levado pela ambulância. Já o filho dele, mesmo após ter agredido, não DEU EM NADA! Eu respeitava a polícia até esse dia, os maluco não fizeram POHA NENHUMA!
Qual foi o fim que levou essa história?
Minha tia-avô não fez nenhum B.O contra meu tio, pq ele era filho e talz "não quero machucar meu bebê inocente que mais comeu crack que comida." Os outros irmãos ficaram pistolas com ele e não queria a presença dele na casa nunca mais.
O mais hilário vem agora: Dps de um tempo, minha mãe tava vagando no Facebook, quando do nada ela achou um vídeo desse meu tio numa igreja "É IZO AEH, EU TÔ LIBERTADO DO CRACK, DO PÔ ETC... HEHEHE" — Sim, sé nem vocês acreditam imagina eu que presenciei toda a cena.
Este é meu relato, tentei deixar um pouco engraçado pq eu fiquei foi é tenso no dia.

2024.05.10 23:22 Lamorosii The K-Pop Index: COOL Edition (Artist Discovery & Discussion)

Hello Everyone!
Continuing with our journey through K-Pop history...we've come to our first ever mixed group! Maybe not the first in Korea's history, but in the sense of K-Pop? Pretty darn close! And on top of that? They are one of the longest lastest groups in the genre, overall. They debuted in 1994 and consistently released at least one album a year (8 tracks minimum) until 2006. They slowed down quite a bit after, releasing two more albums in 2008 and 2009. After that? Three singles over 6 years and have been pretty quiet ever since.
This group actually surprised me during this write-up. Their discography intimated me, as it's definitely one of the biggest ones I've tried to tackle. One of the main reasons I kind of avoided it. Fortunately, or unfortunately depending on how you look at it, it was pretty easy to do. Despite having quite the hefty amount of material to sift through, there is a SURPRISING lack of material for this group. I don't know if that's just how the group worked or if history preservation for this group was abysmal. You'll notice that near the end of their discography, there are little to no links except for the music. There just...isn't any. There are like...4 solid albums with no live performances, which strikes me as odd.
Regardless, this is a bit of a departure for the genre. In an era where K-Pop was still searching for it's identity, this particular group took a softer approach. A vast majority of their music I would classify as easy listening. They have exceptions, of course, but if you want more on the line of ballad/R&B? You'll probably like a lot of what they have to offer.
Any fans here? Anybody else wish mixed groups were a thing that people liked nowadays?

Hello Everyone!
Continuing with our journey through K-Pop history...we've come to our first ever mixed group! Maybe not the first in Korea's history, but in the sense of K-Pop? Pretty darn close! And on top of that? They are one of the longest lasting groups in the genre, overall. They debuted in 1994 and consistently released at least one album a year (8 tracks minimum) until 2006. They slowed down quite a bit after, releasing two more albums in 2008 and 2009. After that? Three singles over 6 years and have been pretty quiet ever since.
This group actually surprised me during this write-up. Their discography intimated me, as it's definitely one of the biggest ones I've tried to tackle. One of the main reasons I kind of avoided it. Fortunately, or unfortunately depending on how you look at it, it was pretty easy to do. Despite having quite the hefty amount of material to sift through, there is a SURPRISING lack of material for this group. I don't know if that's just how the group worked or if history preservation for this group was abysmal. You'll notice that near the end of their discography, there are little to no links except for the music. There just...isn't any. There are like...4 solid albums with no live performances, which strikes me as odd.
Regardless, this is a bit of a departure for the genre. In an era where K-Pop was still searching for it's identity, this particular group took a softer approach. A vast majority of their music I would classify as easy listening. They have exceptions, of course, but if you want more on the line of ballad/R&B? You'll probably like a lot of what they have to offer.

Coloquei meu uniforme escuro, consistia em uma calça larga que ficava firme ao meu tornozelo com dois bolsos largos com zíper, um body preto, suspensório ajustável de couro preto e protetores de cotovelo pretos também. Fiz duas tranças no cabelo e coloquei meu protetor de testa, na testa.
Coloquei nos bolsos o que acho mais útil: um pacote com flores de cannabis, meu dichavador, sedas e piteiras de papel. Minhas duas foices iam nas costas, presas no suspensório. Minha kunai é invocável, não preciso levá-la comigo.
Agora já são nove horas da noite, eu estou caminhando ao lado de Sayaka, minha única loba, enquanto aguardo Red e Kill, meus outros dois lobos.

Abri a seda com a goma virada para mim e coloquei a piteira na ponta. Com a erva dichavada, reparti por toda a seda em partes iguais. Enrolei a parte de baixo da seda para dentro, deixando a parte da goma para cima, lambi a goma, fechei o beck e... fogo na bomba!
O primeiro trago foi tão bom, já esquentou meu coração e me deixou suave. Aproveitei aquele baseado até sentir minhas pálpebras mais pesadas. Deixei o restante de lado e voltei a curtir a paisagem.
Não demorou para que Sayaka voltasse logo sendo acompanhada de Red e Kill.
ㅡ Encontramos o Jinchuuriki e... ㅡ Kill começou a falar, mas Red se sobressaiu em cima dele.
ㅡ Tem um Uchiha aqui.
Meus olhos não se abriram tanto, mas eu estou surpreendida, com certeza.

Hanaki Uchiha foi a única sobrevivente do clã, exceto por Sasuke, quem ela cria e cuida. Ainda pode ser invocado por Killua, mas ele não sai de perto do pequeno Namikaze e é o melhor amigo do garoto.
• Ele tem um sentido inigualável, sabe reconhecer a maldade a quilômetros.

Sayaka é a representação perfeita de Killua. É chamada de desinibida por isso. Sua voz é suave, tem um bom papo e passaria horas conversando se tivesse algo para degustar no processo. Não leva desaforo para casa e dificilmente fica nervosa, mas quando fica... É melhor preparar a terapia.
• Magestosa e a imperatriz da alcatéia.
• Resistência, velocidade e força.

• Kill
Kill é o famoso "morde e assopra", ele é conhecido no bando por ser desesperado demais. Ele bate primeiro e depois pergunta o nome. Ninguém aceita, mas é o mais próximo de Killua.

Head Quarters, 2 Brig, 1 Div On battlefield, December 15, 1862
Dear Sophie,
I drop you a few lines to let you know that I am well, as there may be some anxiety on account of the recent events.
Our brigade crossed the river on Thursday afternoon toward dark, but for some reason or other were ordered back, and again we crossed on Friday morning, the first brigade and first division. We advanced steadily after our skirmishers until we reached the old Richmond road about 2 o’clock, in which neighborhood we have remained up to this time. We have been shelled severely before we got here, and the rebs on the hills before us shell us whenever they take a notion, and keep it up very lively when they commence. But the Richmond road is a-pretty deep, and forms a natural rifle pit, so that all the men have to do is to lie on the bank next the rebel fortifications, and shot and shell pass over our heads. Just over to be sure, but a miss is as good as a mile, and we have only had one man killed by their artillery. Up to this time we have lost in our brigade three killed and sixteen wounded, all belonging to the 121st New York Vols. on picket by rebel sharp shooters. The 121st is a new Regt. and this was their first experience in picket duty, and they consequently did not know so well how to take care of themselves. We have lost none from the 96th.
The position of our brigade in line of battle is the right of the right division of the Centre Grand Division in position. You would suppose because we belong to the Left Grand Division we would be on the left, but we are really on the right-centre. Sumner is on our right, and Hooker on our left. There has been some desperate fighting both on our right and left, but our division has only had one skirmish. We have not attacked the rebs, and they have only attacked us that once when we drove them back. We are lying right in front of a long line of rebel entrenchments on the hills in easy artillery range. They have a very strong position, and I should judge from the appearance of things here that the centre will not attack, but that the fighting will be done on the right and left. We will be required to hold this position, and I have no doubt we can do it.
We have been entirely without tents since we crossed the river. Even the men cannot put up their shelter tents, but men and officers, generals and privates alike have nothing but the sky to cover them day or night. Up to this time we have had remarkably fine weather, and not cold, but it looks as if a storm was brewing - when I expect it will get rough. We are all anxious to know what Banks is doing, and as we have had no newspapers since we crossed we are in the dark as to what is going on. The papers no doubt can tell you more general news of the fight that is going on than I can. I have to write this on my knee, and this is a noisy place to write in.
I thought you might suppose that we were on the left where the hard fighting was on Saturday, and after looking around got hold of this paper and envelope. The hardest fighting was done on Saturday. Sunday was pretty quiet. Very little artillery and no musketry at all, except the pickets. Today we have had no musketry up to this time—1 o’clk P.M., but considerable artillery on the right and left, and a few shells in my neighborhood.
Give my love to all. If you could mail a few newspapers from day to day, I would get them, and it would be very gratifying. We only see a newspaper man now about once a week.

Mathias Edgar Richards (1830-1876) was born in New Hanover, PA and enlisted as a Private with the 25th PA just after the bombardment of Ft. Sumter (for 3 months). He re-enlisted with the 96th PA in September of 1861 as Major and Adjutant. He wrote this letter at 1pm on December 15th, 1862 while the Regiment was pinned down on the Bowling Green Road (Richmond Road) just west of the town and with Marye’s Heights in the distance. They were under near constant shelling, and he penned these thoughts just a few hours before they would pull out with the rest of Burnside’s Army of the Potomac. The 96th also fought at Gettysburg on July 2nd/3rd, helping to drive Confederates from the Wheatfield.
In 1864, Richards became Aide-De-Camp and A.A.G. to Brigadier General Joseph Jackson Bartlett, holding that position until he mustered out in late October of 1864. He never married, and died at the age of 46 while living in Philadelphia.

What are some criticisms or advice that readers here can give to aspiring writers? I mean, people dislike Chetan Bhagat and Colleen Hoover and critique them and I just wanna see them as bad examples, as a somewhat "aSpIrInG wRiTeR" who's still doesn't have the balls to brag about it. Also, I've read classics like Crime and Punishment, The Brothers Karamazov, Notes from Underground, Uncle Tom's Cabin and Middlemarch as good examples. Trust me, TBK, and the last two are still fresh in my mind. The prose and the plot obliterated me and I'm still recovering. But now, back to CB and CoHo, contemporary writers that many here hate, just like me. What are some good advices y'all wanna share with up and coming writers or anyone who even wants to write fiction? Also, I've been seeing a lot of new "young adult" novels which young women supposedly love BUT involve a FUCKTON of misogyny and sexism.

Kush i fiton zgjedhjet nga kampi shqiptar?:
BDI-ja. Edhe pse fatkeqesisht edhe funksionaret e kesaj partie e keqperdorin kombin dhe hallin e perditshem te njerezve, ne kete gjiro te zgjedhjeve se paku kane zgjedhur nje slogan fushate pak me te pershtatshem sec ishte ajo barcaleta me gjelbrimin e mjedisit nga parti ushtarake. Armiku kryesor ne keto zgjedhje eshte VMRO-ja e cila ka marre persiper nje qasje nacionaliste dhe etnocentriste duke bere fushate "Maqedonia perseri e jotja." Se c´u bejme neve maqedonaseve qe s´duam te na jorgovitet gjuha duke shqiptuar fjalet e tyre, s´di. Sidoqofte s´jane te kenaqur me perparimin e te drejtave dhe lirive te kombit shqiptar ne Maqedoni; te pakten kjo gje u realizua ne menyre te persosur nga BDI-ja krahas vjedhjeve te perditshme dhe shatazhimit te njerezve te pavarur. Dita dites hapesira e te jetuarit si shqiptar rritet dhe barierat kunder perdorimit te gjuhes shqipe ulen. Formalisht edhe te ardhurat e komunave shqiptare me me shume banore si Gostivari, Tetova, Kercova, Dibra dhe Struga jane ne rritje te dukshme por perfundojne ne shperdorim si pasoje e pasurimit vetjak te funksionareve te BDI-se. Ca do te ndodhe nese VMRO-ja dhe BDI-ja duhet te koaliciojne sipas primarit "Fituesi me fituesin?" - Krize shteterore. BDI-ja dhe VMRO-ja asnjehere me pare s´kane qene kaq diametralisht te orientuara ndaj njera-tjetres. Dikur BDI-ja behej argat i VMRO-se dhe ceshtja kombetare qalonte meqenese VMRO-ja asokohe gezonte shumicen absolute dhe BDI-ja ka qene e shnderruar ne varese rrobash duke legjitimuar pushtetin e VMRO-se. Venia ne rrezik te pushtetit absolut te BDI-se ne radhet e shqiptareve ne vitin 2016 solli nje ndryshim paradigmatik: Me dhjete deputete BDI-ja arriti nga viti 2016-2020 interesave siperfaqesore kombetare te shqiptareve t´u sherbeje - ngritja e nivelit zyrtar te gjuhes shqipe, zgjidhja e problemit te emrit me Greqine, perfaqesim i favorshem ne qeveri ku i mori persiper dikasteret me te rendesishem te qeverise. Dinamika e njejte edhe deri sot. Fitorja e sigurte e VMRO-se dhe pengmarrja e shtegtimit evropian nga Maqedonia sigurisht eshte ne favor te shqiptareve sidomos i jep vrulle narrativit te BDI-se dhe Aliut qe shqiptaret jane te perkushtuar ndaj vlerave te Europes.
Opozita - Fenomen autentik i politikberjes se kontrollimit te pushtetit dhe shfaqjes se alternatives apo maskerade?
Opozita shqiptare ndervite ka qene me shume e mbuluar nga hija e luftes se 2001-it. Votohej BDI-ja si force politike qe ka me shume potencial te shfrenoje ngulfatjen e shqiptareve nga VMRO-ja. Paradigmi i shqiptareve qe e arsyetonte zgjedhjen e BDI-se dhe Ahmetit ishte: Ahmeti te pakten i mbrojti te drejtat tona ne lufte ndersa opozita fshihej neper bodrumet teksa vdisnin ushtaret ne pyll dhe me ne fund ne leter e thyen monopolin maqedonas ne Maqedoni nepermjet Marreveshjes se Ohrit. Ne krahasim me kete peshe te veprimtarise se Ahmetit dhe te BDI-se opozita me se shumti ka sherbyer si vend strehim per njerezit qe nuk u favorizuan nga BDi-ja er sa u perket punesimeve ne administrate. Krahas respektimit te veprimtarise se Ahmetit, votuesit e BDI-se karakterizoheshin nga oportunizmi i moqem ne skenen tone politike: Votoj BDI-ne se me ka punesuar.
Si pasoje e deshtimeve politike te BDI-se nen qeverisjen e udhehequr nga VMRO-ja perhere te pare tek shqiptaret e Maqedonise u shfaq nje opozitarizem i vertete u themeluan BESA dhe Aleanca per Shqiptaret, kjo e fundit si alternative me pak e perqendruar ne personazhin e liderit te PDSH-se Menduh Thaci. Teksa BESA ushqente shqiptarin stereotip te Maqedonise nepermjet absolutizmit shoqeror te Islamit dhe shoqerise hirarkarkike muslimane ku gjatesia e mjekres cakton poziten ne shoqeri, Aleanca per shqiptaret perpiqej te ndertonte nje platforme qe tentonte ta sjelle topin prape ne fushen e shqiptareve perkunder dominances se VMRO-se. Me vone nje nder ketyre projekteve ishte platforma e Tiranes e cila u permend se pari nga Ziadin Sela dhe pastaj u pervetesua nga BDI-ja. Te dy alternativat perfunduan ne humneren e parendesise politike derisa BDI-ja merrte nje silhouette te re politike ne bashkepunim me LSDM-ne. Opozita qe nga "rrenjesimi" i BDI-se dhe dominancen e saj ne qeveri perfundoi ne sfondin politik dhe me se shumti ngjallej ne procesin e shperndarjeve te drejtorive. Faktikisht, lenia e qellimit te sjelljes se ndryshimit ne shoqerine shqipate ne Maqedoni e kyqte opoziten ne dinamiken e dikurshme te PDSH-se, atraktiviteti ndaj te pakenaqureve. Duhet te permendet edhe gabimi strategjik i opozites se re. Edhe pse fillimi i saj ishte premtues pasiqe kyqte shume te rinj dhe u jepte hapesire debatimi dhe per te kontribuar, ajo i ra pre budallellekut te stilizohet me patriotike se BDI-ja. Me ne fund debatet politike qarkullonin me se shumti ne favor te BDI-se, ne spektrin e patriotizmit ne vend qe te fokusohej opozita ne rimekembjen e komunave qe kaploheshin dhe thahen nen doren e gjate te kryetareve te korruptuar dhe egoist. Sot kjo opozite qe paraqitet ne zgjedhjet parlamentare, VLENI, perbehet nga njerezit qe u larguan nga BDI-ja sepse ju zvogelua kafshata ne procesin e ristrukturimit te BDI-se sic jane Izet Mexhiti, Visar Ganiu. Gjithashtu perbehet nga sheiket e Beses dhe Alternatives (harrova te cek qe Besa u nda ne dy kampe duke perfshire dhe luften e vulave; ndarja ndodhi per pike inati ndersa te dy perfaqesojne konzervatizmin fetar.) Perndryshe fushata e koalicionit VLEN perfundoi ne mosperfillje teksa BDI-ja (edhe njehere) arriti te mobilizoi elektoratin shqiptar nepermjet nenvizimit te veprimtarise se Ali Ahmetit dhe rolit qe kishte ne procesin e krijimit te hapesires per shqiptaret pertej ngulfatjes se permendur nga VMRO-ja. Marre edhe parasysh qe shume anetare te opozites sidomos Ziadin Sela dhe Menduh Thaci sot garojne ne koalicionin e udhehequr te BDI-se "Fronti Europian" dhe me gjasa te larta do hyjne ne parlament, mund te thuhet qe BDI-ja me ne fund tek shqiptaret ka krijuar nje sistem politik centripetal ku te gjithe "lojtaret" e tjere orientohen nga ajo dhe perndryshe perbejne statiste ideologjik (se s´perfaqesojne ide origjinale) atehere perfundimi eshte qe shqiptaret jetojne ne nje sistem de-fakto monist. Per fat te keq edhe krahasimi me sistemin e Rusise s´eshte i tepruar meqenese edhe Ruset nuk e votojne te gjithe partine e Putinit por prapeseprape shumica e aktoreve politik nga radhet e partise komuniste dhe partise "liberaldemokrate" e mbeshtesin ate. Edhe kete here pas zgjedheve sic eshte kthyer ne tradite per opoziten, kjo do te rreshtohet krahas BDI-se nen pretendimin e ruajtjes se interesave kombetare. Pyetja eshte: Nese opozita s´eshte ne gjendje vecmas me ideja dhe perafrime origjinale te kontribuoje ne mbarevajtjen e kombit shqiptar ne Maqedoni, atehere pse garon gjithesesi?
Cfare mund te bejme ne, te pavarurit qe duam demokraci dhe liri?
Kjo pyetje, aq sa eshte siperfaqesore pershkak te monizmit faktik te sistemit politik shqiptar ne Maqedoni ende eshte eshte thelbesore ne procesin e depertimit te sistemit tone. Cdo kater vjet mllefi ndaj politikberjes thyhet nga shperdorimi i ceshtjes kombetare nga radhet e BDI-se dhe shpresedhenia iluzionare nga nje kamp opozitar i cili figuron me se shumti ne emer sesa ne veprimtari. Ne cdo gjiro zgjedhor listat per zgjedhjet parlamentare vjeterohen dukshem teksa mosha mesatare e shqiptareve eshte me dekada me e re se pleqte e udheheqjes politike. Ndoshta frika ndaj VMRO-se e arsyeton votimin e BDI-se marre parasysh bagazhin e saj kombetar por cdo sukses i BDI-se nenkupton rrenjesimin e vjedhjes dhe shantazheve neper komunat shqiptareve. Votohet njehere, por vajtohet kater vjet - Keshtu mund te pershkruhet dilema e tanishme per shqiptaret e Maqedonise. Duhet te ceket qe "hesapi" i votimit te BDI-se eshte pothuajse i njejte sikur te votohej VMRO-ja nese e heq aspektin kulturor dhe gjuhesor nga ky ekuacion politik. Teksa VMRO-ja mbeshtet vetem maqedonasit edhe vetem ata maqedonasit qe i cileson si patriot te denje, BDI-ja mbeshtet vetem funksionaret dhe partiaket e saj ndersa njerezit te pavarur as nuk llogariten nga BDI-ja. Ndoshta potencimi i te drejtave kombetare eshte i drejte marre parasysh fuqizimin e VMRO-se, ndoshta BDI-ja nga te gjitha partite shqiptare eshte me e afte t´i mirembaje keto te drejta por mbarevajtja ndodh vetem per perfituesit e BDI-se. Robi qe s´ka leke, do ike ne mergim. Ca i duhen atij te drejtat kombetare ne nje shtet te cilin e ka braktisur sepse shoqeria qe i perkiste e ka braktisur. Ne shqiptaret e Maqedonise ndoshta as shoqeri s´jemi sepse i cilesojme njerezit sipas favoreve dhe hesapit qe kemi nga ata ndersa shoku dallohet nga ndihma e pakushtezuar dhe idealeve te perbashketa. Cfare ideali kemi ne shqiptaret e Maqedonise? Gjysma rraskapitet intelektualisht duke u besuar hoxhallareve dhe predikuesve radikal ndersa pjesa tjeter iken ne mergim. Dhe politika perfaqeson vetem njerezit oportuniste. Marre kete parasysh na duhet nje rithemelim i nje shoqerie te gjere ku cdokush perfaqesohet dhe mosdakordesite politike zgjidhen ne baze te deshires se perparimit te shoqerise sipas ketij parimit te perfshirjes se mbare dhe sipas parimit te vetepasurimit. Fundi fundit pasuria nuk vlen nese nuk ke njeri qe ta ben perhajer dhe me te cilin mund ta gezosh. Keshtuqe derisa sistemi yne politik mbeshtet oportunistet, hajdutet dhe ngulfatjen e njerezve te lire qe duan ndryshim te vertete une apeloj ne bojkotin e zgjedhjeve. Shumica e votuesve shqiptare qe merr pjese ne votime perbehet nga ithtaret e BDI-se dhe perfituesve te saj; dhe perfituesve potencial te opozites. Njerezit qe bazohen ne vlerat qe i vizatova ketu butesisht, rreth 200 mije nese e krahason pjesemarrjen ne shifrat absolute me residentet vendas ne Maqedoni sipas cenzusit, nuk dalin ne votime. Parti te re ne nuk mund te krijojme sepse do denigrohej qe nga fillimi i saj nen paradigmin "Nuk na duhen neve 300 parti". Faktikisht ky qendrim edhe eshte i drejte por nese 5 parti politike dhe dy koalicione nuk jane te vetedijshem ta shpetojne shoqerine tone nga vjedhja, dogmatizmi fetar dhe nga kleptokracia fisnore atehere ca ndryshim mund te shkaktoje edhe nje parti e cila do ballafaqohej me nacionalizmin siperfaqesor te BDI-se (mqs ne fund perdoret per vjedhjet) dhe opozitarizmin qesharak ku secili opozitare shkelmon si kal per te vjedhur nese ndonjehere i vjen radha. Keshtuqe abstenoni. Parti shqiptare pershkak te ketyre grupacioneve (opozite dhe pozite) do kete gjithesesi. Te drejtat e tua kombetare nuk mund te cenohen por pjesemarrja juaj legjitimon deshperimin tuaj te perditshem. Zgjedhja tjeter do ishte te kyqemi ne poziten apo opoziten. Do deshtonte fare mqs te gjithe e dime sesi filterohen partite tona nga njerez me ideja origjinale. Keshtuqe si dikush nga bastioni i Ali Ahmetit, Zajazi dhe Kercova dhe duke qene mjaftueshmerisht i vetedijshem per dinamiken ne sistemin tone politike ju ftoj te abstenoni te votimet por te kundershtoni cdo partiak ne fytyre. Abstenimi ne kutine e votimit eshte nje ane e medaljes por abstenimi aktivist, duke potencuar qe abstenimi eshte shenje e revoltimit politik eshte aftesi qe ne shoqerine shqiptare rrallehere dikush e zoteron.

Ai ishte emisioni i fundit qe pash, i cili me duhet te them, me ngjalli nje kurpe te papare dhe sikur zberi te gjithe kontributin qe Rakipi (duke sjelle bashke Lubonjen & Bushatin ne nje studio natyrisht) i kishte bere shoqerise Shqiptare, sidomos me punen investigative ne lidhje me skandalin e Unazes se Re. Natyrisht qe Rama e perdori ashtu sic pritej dhuraten qe Rakipi i beri. Bile bile i vuri edhe thembren ne fyt jo pak here gjate atij diskutimit. Rakipi nderkohe, me ato "argumentat" qe sillte, te jepte dukjen e nje 5-vjecari qe qarravitej se pse i morren lodren...
Nejse, po digresoj, se fundmi me erdhi perseri ne radar si emision kur pashe qe beri bashke disa nga kryetaret e partive te reja para disa javeve.

The core of social anxiety is fear of criticism and fear of negative judgment from other people.

"Marked fear or anxiety about one or more social situations in which the individual is exposed to possible scrutiny by others. Examples include social interactions (e.g., having a conversation, meeting unfamiliar people), being observed (e.g., eating or drinking), and performing in front of others (e.g., giving a speech)."

Official definition does not include the fear of expressing OUR OWN criticism and fear of expressing OUR OWN negative judgement to the toxic people who trigger us into feeling social anxiety. That is strategically covered up and muddled because suppressed anger is explosive detonation waiting to blow everything around, when we suppress our anger as response to toxic people. The very fact that toxic people trigger social anxiety is also skewed and muddled by DSM. DSM states:
"The fear or anxiety is out of proportion to the actual threat posed by the social situation and to the sociocultural context."
But who is the judge, who is the merit system that can evaluate emotions and actual threat? This is not explained, along with the fact that social situations are very wide spectrum - social situation can be chat with well known people from our past but also attack and aggressive attitude from random unknown customers at our job. A person who is trained into suppressing anger and someone who pretends that problem do not exist - will not have the same experience as a person who endured long term narcissistic abuse or worse in childhood. This is not explained at all in DSM. We are suppose to go along with mechanical definitions made through Statistical paradoxes as our guide - where we our experience can easily be rejected and invalidated as us being "too sensitive".
In my own experience, when I confronted CBT therapist with the differences in opinion about social anxiety - only 20% of them actually listened to me. The rest of 80% either ignored me or been very rude and defensive. When someone cannot hear the truth - that is not healthy. So the CBT therapist themselves are not following the mental health guidelines from the DSM themselves. Mental health, being socially adapted and socialized means that we do not see threat in different opinion. If I was not rude to them, if I did not curse, if I did not behave in any anti-social manner - their inability to discuss, hear or listen to the criticism falls under the disorder part described in DSM.
So the obvious question is - what is the disorder part in social anxiety? If we look at DSM - we can easily get to the conclusions that any kind of avoidance and not exposing ourselves to social settings is a disorder. I followed this advice for 20 years - and I was left with people pleasing and fawning issues. Exposure did not solve the core issue of social anxiety - worrying what other people think. In fact, worrying got even worse. If we live in a Shame Culture country - the exposure to most people will result in judgement, drama, hysteria, competition, basically narcissistic abuse, for example:

Exposure to toxic people will not make us worry less. Toxic people are manipulative- they are toxic. They lie, they prioritize their agenda and greed as the sole purpose in life. Then if we form any kind of contact with them, they will infect us with worry and shame and guilt and blame on top of the existing social anxiety: worrying what other people think. According to CNBC article, this even has it's acronym: FOPO
But FOPO, fear of people’s opinions, can constrict your potential and prevent you from doing what you feel called to do, says Gervais, who’s also the author of “The First Rule of Mastery: Stop Worrying About What People Think of You.” “FOPO is an effort to avoid rejection to be accepted, where we develop this exhaustive attempt to interpret what others are thinking to avoid negative evaluation by them,”

In the article there are 2 advices/tips how to handle FOPO: 1) Focus on, and master, what’s in your control 2) Be clear about your principles
Anyone who has ever dealt with toxic person - knows this does not work in real life. If we focus on what is in our control - toxic person will punish us. This is huge problem when this toxic person is in power position where they either have authority to fire us from our job or if they are violent and have weapon and they even backstab - so that we do not know it was them when something bad happens to us as their reaction of not going along with their commands and orders. Also - principles will not help us much when we lose our job and we need to pay rent, all sorts of bills. It is interesting that even though FOPO is social anxiety itself, the word social anxiety is not mentioned at all in the article.

The tips how to handle FOPO are written out as: - meditation, - Remember that everybody makes mistakes - Develop your sense of self and build confidence - Don’t try to mind read – you’re probably wrong - Consider the source - Know that you’re usually your own worst critic - Surround yourself with accepting, supportive people - Hold your own judgments of others
These are all great tips - but they do not work with FOPO. We would already come up with these obvious solutions how to handle social anxiety long time ago.
Then other countless articles about FOPO mention strategies like these ones:
- Don’t assume you know what someone else is thinking - remember how busy people are, leaving very little room in their schedules to think about you. - Crafting a personal philosophy - Take deep breaths - worrying about what other people think of you doesn’t serve you. - When you are truly content with who you are, you stop being concerned with whether or not other people like you. - No One Cares! - Remember that people aren't that interested in you - Tell yourself a different story - Meet more people - Focus on controlling your thoughts, not theirs - Don't try to please everyone - Identify Your Triggers - Challenge Yourself To Try New Things
Once again, these are all nice tips - but they do not work for FOPO. In fact, some of these tips can make us depressed now - such as tip that No One Cares. This means that we need to go live into cave since according to this tip all people are psychopaths without any kind of ability in empathy. Which is not true.
These articles are frustrating because they do not help, they hook us on wrong explanations about what is the problem - and this is how I spend my money buying self help books reading advice like those since 1996 - I tried all the self-help advice and it did not help. The advice is not wasted - there are nice tips - but the bottom line is - they do not help with FOPO.
A lot of information is deleted from the self-help - especially the information about narcissistic abuse, ACE and ACoA. Advice from self-help paints the life as if evil people do not exist on this planet.
Toxic people care a lot - they depend on narcissistic supply in order to feel good about themselves so toxic people will spend a lot of time to manipulate and control and keep their targets hooked - usually through financial dependence and gaslighting (twisting the facts to soothe their selfish needs).
The problem with social anxiety is that we cannot stop worrying - there is internal mechanism that keep us worrying about other people. Yes - this part is disorder. This way other people can easily manipulate and control us - with their anger, moods, emotions, actions - we become their slave and then depend on their approval and honeymoon phases as false hope and future faking - that some day they might change if we please them long enough with our Negative Politeness (where we sacrifice our own well being to soothe someone's moods and fix their problems as if they are our responsibility).

You bring a complaint to narcissist or something that's hurting you in any way – concern, pity, we always assume this is you judging us and telling us we have to be better.

I was in this head space of everyone thinks I'm weak and pathetic and they're judging me. I'm lashing out at people left and right. I had to call my buddies and you don't hate me, right? I'm convinced that I'm laughing stock everywhere because I feel like a failure all the time. It's insane that I have this strong emotional reaction to all this. It's why do I care so much about what people that I view as beneath me think of me. It does not make sense logically. And it makes me feel inferior on relying on the opinions of other people. But I can't escape it. The idea that anybody dislikes, judging me, or has an opinion about me that I don't like is actively distressing.

A lot of times in fairness I do deserve some of opinion. A lot of times some of these opinions are not even false. But just knowing that people have those ideas about me, those thoughts about me – I can't handle it. That someone hold opinion that I don't want them to have will make me self-destructive. It's so ridiculous saying it out loud. It's pathetic that I am having those reactions to the bunch of nobody's. All the time.

In the same video there is segment called "Jessica's journal about shame" that perfectly describes social anxiety too:

Get outside fresh air feels nice. Shame says people can see me. They can see I am odd, strange, weird.
The walk feels good and cheers me up. Shame lowers. It's a single track road and a car come up behind me wanting to pass. I move to the side. Shame: I am in the way, I shouldn't be here.
I wave, they wave back, my shame lowers. Maybe they are not mad at me after all.
A bit further on, another car want to pass. My reaction and thoughts are identical to before - I did not learn from the positive outcome.
Shame: I am in the way, I shouldn't be here. I wave, he does not. Big trigger shame which I can feel as conscious pain. I am in the way and worthless. I was right. Mind fills with darkness, eyes down, senses dull and lost in feelings of inferiority and rejection. I just want to go home and hide.
Shame: I am such a pathetic person. Anger rises and all emotions shut down.
At store - Shame: I can't even make a decision. And it will be wrong anyway.
Someone else queues up behind me.
Shame: I am in the way. They are getting impatient with me. I am so pathetic. I am such a waste of space. I can't do anything right.
After 5 minutes of relief, the thoughts creep back in. Shame: they must have thought I am pathetic. He was angry at me for being slow. She was angry at me for having to find change for a twenty.
Shame: She could see I am less than human. Did I even say Thank you? I can now distort a memory.
Shame: It all replays in my head on the way home and confirms my feelings of worthlessness. Back at home I cannot stop the tears and I go into self-hate. Because of making a fool of myself in the store and what those people think of me.
Shame: I don't deserve to feel good.
I decide to clean the house. Shame: I will just mess it up.
I dust. Shame: a memory suddenly pops for the briefest second into my mind of being teased.
Another flashback of being shouted at for using all the hot water, being selfish.
Shame: I can't do anything right. I can't do this. I am worthless.
I did a lousy job of cleaning.
Hobby might cheer me up. Shame: I should be doing something useful.
I play the first few bars. Shame: I can't create anything nice. I don't deserve to do well.
Flashback loop of times I have failed, been humiliated and laughed at.
Shame: I should be hiding, not on display. I am making a fool of myself.
He says something which flashes up a memory from a few weeks ago when I siad something embarrassing. Shame: I can't get anything right. I am a lousy human being."
The integral part of social anxiety is toxic shame being internalized inside us. We did not catch shame by walking randomly in the street, like a common cold. Toxic shame occurs in toxic ambient, being exposed to long term narcissistic abuse especially in childhood - like ACE and ACoA. We were conditioned to look out for any kind of imperfections and errors and flaws and to identify ourselves as mistake - as if mistake/flaw is our own identity and character. Once we hate and reject ourselves - we will create automatic shame loop. Anything that we do in life will be painful and a new source of shame and something to feel shame about.
This is how narcissistic people develop narcissistic personality disorder - they cover up their toxic shame by blaming other people and exploiting others, while in the same time, their identity is rooted in grandiose fantasy with a lot of competition going on - life is seen as struggle to be grandiose at any expense, and other people simply serve this purpose of being validated by others. This way toxic people create new social anxiety cases - in their targets by putting other people down in the constant attempt to be top dog, dog eat dog world of competition and Rat race of grandiosity. Narcissists end up with worrying what other people think and the goal is to impress other people by being grand.
Socially anxious on the other hand know that hurting other is ethically and morally wrong - and we won't have defense mechanisms rooted in harming other people. With social anxiety, our defenses will be rooted in making ourselves small and serving angry people, by fixing their problems and being co-depended and trauma bonded with people who show any kind of interest to us. Basically we end up worrying what other people will think - however our goal is to avoid pain and feeling hurt. Both narcissists and socially anxious worry about what other people think - this is crucial information - that gives us clue about how to handle social anxiety. Narcissists cannot break this worry and rumination other than competition and patriarchy - being the best, being without flaws, improved and in some kind of power position so that no one can order them around. Toxic shame keeps them trapped in trying to be god. They are able to feel the pain - if it serves their goals of getting money, recognition and power. On the other hand, socially anxious are trapped in trying to be good to the other people, especially those who are angry and violent and aggressive - and we worry about their opinion the most, since we try hard to avoid the pain and hurt.
This distinction and morphology of social anxiety is important - because the only way to handle social anxiety is this:
We really have to work very hard at changing our programming because we don't understand we're upset because someone else has a perception of us that we're uncomfortable with. And we challenge this person's perception of us. We're upset that people think this about us. The way to resolve Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria is by accepting toxic people to think whatever they want about us. Allowing other people to be toxic. Allowing toxic people to form any kind of opinion about us and not doing anything about it - especially not fawning to them, trying to please them, attempting to twist ourselves into pretzel - which we would otherwise do through fawning and people pleasing and Negative Politeness - which is social anxiety itself. We are distinct from narcissists in our toxic shame - by pleasing others, fixing their problems and trying to appease their anger, all the time believing we are responsible for their problems that they loudly announce, without them feeling and shame or any kind of consideration how their anti-social behavior affects others.
This is why Personality disorders are very hard to cure. The person with personality disorder is unable to let go of competition and grandiosity. With social anxiety - we do not want to be god, we do not want to be superior to others- so our disorder in social anxiety lies only in the fear of what other people think about us. That is the core and sole motor of social anxiety.
I learned 24 years ago that I am afraid of what other people think about me. I discovered this through a self help advice to get to the core of our fears - by asking ourselves the same question - what it means to me. So I asked myself what it means to me if I am afraid of conflict - and the bottom line is - the fear of other person having some kind of bad opinion or conclusion about me.
And all the other issues of social anxiety are only by-products of this core fear. This is where self help industry and CBT are misleading us - because we end up pathologizing our identity and personality. We might be HSP and with CBT this will be labeled as cognitive distortion. And then we end up curing, fixing and feeling shame and blame for being "too sensitive" - while in reality - we simply might be a specific personality trait - which is not pathology at all - such as high neuroticism. Neuroticism a trait helps us to make job done, to keep lookout for errors and to avoid pain and loss of money or things in life. Neuroticism help us to have better quality of life - and CBT will gladly force us to believe that we have faulty brain - and then spend years in fixing and nitpicking and blaming our thinking patterns - which is very similar to narcissistic abuse. We end up abusing ourselves, where we are not allowed to be imperfect and flawed- and instead we make ourselves narcissistic by trying to achieve god like status of super improved person who magically can never embarrass oneself. The core problem with social anxiety - is fear of what other person thinks about us and them having bad conclusions about us - which we learned to think this way due to exposure to bullying and neglect - in ACE and ACoA.
This core fear of what other people think - actually has a name.
It was discovered 100 years ago - by a sociologist.
And yet -no self help books mention this at all. No online articles do not mention this at all. Why?
When we worry what other person thinks and that other people have conclusions about us which are negative and them being angry about them having image of us in their mind - is called:
Looking-glass self
The term looking-glass self was created by American sociologist Charles Horton Cooley in 1902, and introduced into his work Human Nature and the Social Order.
"The looking-glass self describes the process wherein individuals base their sense of self on how they believe others view them. Using social interaction as a type of “mirror,” people use the judgments they receive from others to measure their own worth, values, and behavior." (Lesley University)
I do not understand why CBT is forcing all the psychology and weaponized psychiatry around the social anxiety issue - which in its name is sociology problem. Sociology is completely ignored, muted and rejected from the psychology - and I do not understand why?
When we suffer from social anxiety - we need to remember it is fear of what other people think and what conclusions they have about us in their minds. That is social anxiety. Looking-glass self. And the solution to this - is to allow other people to have fantasy of us in their heads - and do nothing about it - simply to accept their false conclusions, without us attempting to justify or change ourselves in any kind of way. Radical Acceptance (or Sam Vaknin's Nothingness concept).
"At its most basic, radical acceptance is a practice that involves accepting emotions, thoughts and circumstances that are unchangeable and out of your control. To radically accept means to completely recognize and accept the reality you're in—even when that reality includes pain or discomfort." (Forbes)

This is the lesson we never learned while growing up, when the bullying incident occurred in our teen years - when we started the social anxiety avoidance. The advice that was given to us by medical community and people around us - that we do not care what other people think about us - cannot work due to Ironic process theory - where stopping something makes it worse and persistent.
When we end up thinking, worrying, ruminating and blocking toxic people - we create Shared Fantasy. Which is integral part of narcissism and narcissistic abuse. Shared fantasy means we enter into the mind of toxic people - and either through fawning/negative politeness or building a walls against toxic people - we put toxic people into our focus. We become merged with them and their desires, needs, wants - and we base our life on this. When we block toxic people - place boundaries on them - even though it may appear as a fight against toxic people - we are still controlled by toxic people. It's because we will start to avoid certain places because of them, we will reject certain resources because of them - and hate certain music, food or places because of them. This way - even though we are in the fight mode - we are still being defined through toxic people. And that is shared fantasy. Shared fantasy is also rumination and worrying- where now our inner world is filled with potential danger, black scenario, flashbacks and trauma from toxic people. We try hard to block it, cover it up and suppress it. And hence making it stronger and we allow it to control our mind without us being aware of it. That is why the best solution is radical acceptance - just being fine with toxic people being toxic and them having anger - and not trying to fix their anger and their false conclusions - through accepting them being in the dark and having wrong conclusions about us.
Our truth will be shown with our actions and our life. Our strong empathy and carrying what other people think - is associated with agreeableness and kindness and empathy - and our actions in life will be our defenders - we do not need to twist ourselves in pretzel to show additionally that we are good and decent human being (such as trying to convince ourselves that they do not think about us or any useless advice from self help articles).
